I really likeed this property. The room is spacious and clean. The shower has enough space too. There is a balcony which is nice but we didn't use it much as it was hot outside. There is an elevator but there are a couple stairs leading to the room. The owner provided a big roll of paper towel which was a big plus. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the Ermou street, about 10 mins walk to the metro station. One thing I didn't like was that the shower was broken on the second day of our stay, the owner said it would get fixed the following day, but it didn't. When we checked out and came back from the islands a week later, we found that the shower still didn't get fixed, the owner told us to use the wand which was very inconvenient as we had to hold it the entire shower time. I would stay here again if visiting Athens in the future, but I would first check with the owner if the shower was fixed or not.

Great place to stay in Athens central

It’s the best place to stay in Athens Handy to everything . Big Space and has everything u need right in the middle of Athens Don’t like giving such a good review as we may not be able to get in next year Highly recommend

Excellent location, close to the shopping districts and restaurants. Walking distance to all major attractions and good transport links to farther locations.

The shower was broken and was a fountain of water shooting up all over the ceiling and beyond the shower doors. One shower door was missing, causing the bathroom to flood. I messaged the owner who said they would see if maintenance could fix it. We finally took the showerhead off, so it would quit squirting all over the bathroom and tried our best to shower with an attached wand. It never was fixed before we left.

We enjoyed our stay here, host Giannis was great to deal with, good communication and organised our airport transfer. The apartment was everything we needed, nice and clean. I would recommend.

Very nice place to stay in the center of Athens

Clean and nice place, no complaints. Only challenge is that because of the location, you'll need to carry your luggage for a few minutes to get there, but shouldn't be a concern for most people.

Loved the location , comfotable bed

The apartment is good, but the lobby, the elevator and comun aereas of the building are not in good condition

Enjoyable 5 night stay. Right in the shopping area of Ermou. Handy to everything. Very large balcony, very comfortable bed. Have stayed here before and will return.

Very convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A little difficult to find the location. It is down the end of an arcade with no signage. We were met by the agents as there is no check-in. Excellent location. Easy walk to shops, supermarket and transport. We are staying again in a few weeks.

Right in the city center

Very good. Had difficulties to check in as my parents don’t speak English and arrived before me, so they had trouble finding the place and contacting them to get the keys, but they got help from people on the street that called the property and they promptly arrived to open the apartment, as there’s no concierge. We had arranged to have my parents picked up at the airport, I don’t know if my mom missed the name sign or what, but didn’t find anyone, so they used taxi but then we were charged $50 for the missed pick up.

The property is in the centre, which is a perfect location. Closed to shopping centre, restaurants and there's grocery nearby. Metro station is few minutes. Giannis was very helpful and made sure everything was in order. He even took care of our airport transfers. Having the washing machine in the apartment was a massive help for us. We would stay here again if we go back to Athens.

Great location, but had bed bugs

The location was great. It was in the Center of Athens and various sites were in walking distance. It is also conveniently located in the shopping and restaurant area. The bathroom could use some updating but the apartment is very spacious. There was also a nice patio to relax on.

A very convenient place for sightseeing. The room was clean and had a nice large patio.

Check in with Gianiss was extremely easy and pleasant. There is a balcony, coffee maker, kitchen gadgets, etc. we appreciated the OJ and water bottles that were provided. Right on Ermou so you’re in the heart of tourist central and shopping. It is definitely lively on the street, but we didn’t hear too much in the apartment. Main bed was comfortable, kids used the pull out and didn’t have issues. Recommended!

Handy location. Close to everything.

Clean and spacious apartment in very handy location. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very comfortable beds. Large balcony overlooking a lane of restaurants yet very quiet when doors closed. Small supermarket within metres on Petraki. Very happy with our stay.
