By far the best place and food breakfast and snacks and soda thank you
Very family friendly
The cooks at breakfast are amazing!! Omg! The homemade salsa is to die for!
We spend wonderful night
We've booked this property several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The cooks at made to order breakfast station are stellar! Our single request would be to update the rooms as they are pretty worn
I enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. But did not provide shuttle service to the airport.
Not the New Version
You can tell this is an older Ebassy Suites. Not updates rooms and very thin walls.
Good place
The Happy hour and breakfast was incredible.
The staff was amazing !!
We are used to a different reception time in the evening-no free drinks & more of the food was out pretty early. Just disappointed
Very nice place
Billie is a wonderful night auditor!
Very good and clean
Always wonderful!
This property was well maintained and updated. The pool was a little challenging to find and the elevator setup was a little odd, but besides that, it was a great property. The breakfast was unbeatable and the evening reception was fantastic.
Loved it!
It’s our second time, always amazing, confortable and clean. The breakfast is delicious.
None
I would stay again.
Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I found the hotel to be very cute and the ambiance was nice. There were only a couple of things I did not like. Our room was warmer than the outside. it was set at 75 and every time I change it to 68 it will just go up. I asked the front desk for help as maybe I was not setting the thermostat properly. We were 5 people which fit comfortably in the room, but the heat overnight was awful. Not allowing us to rest properly. Nothing was done about it. Two of our crew decided to stay in so they refused service, they wanted to sleep in that day. We ran out of TP. Asked the front desk twice for some extra TP for the room that night and it wasn't until the next day that I had to call again that it was brought. They were pretty fast when we order extra towels tho. Other than that, we had a pleasant time. Breakfast was great and varied, dinner at the restaurant was really good. The service at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Our server remembered us asking for appetizers the night before and asked us if we found everything to our satisfaction. The morning front desk lady was very helpful and was very kind.
All hotel Staff amazing
Very nice and clean . I just didn’t realize I had to pay for parking.
You can do better Hilton
Not enough staff was noticeable at check in. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. My family and I were in town for the weekend to catch some baseball games. The room was clean but felt like it needed a deep cleaning. The common areas are in bad shape and need upgrading or at a mi to work. The spa and sauna did not heat up. The television in the sitting area never did come on.
Good location. Mid-point between downtown & the airport.
Very nice facility
After a long day on the road, this hotel was everything we needed. All staff were extremely pleasant & helpful.
We booked your specifically to enjoy the pool amenities, and the hot tub and spa were broken. We notified the staff and they did not even check it out very disappointed.
Had to pay for parking after spending 200$ for one room one night in a semi decent semi not so decent area is a little bit of a slap in the face. The embassy in California didn't even charge for parking. The hotel had tape on every song elevator space holding the metal wall trim on. And one elevator was broken all together. We were on the fourth floor checked in before three and there was drywall crumbles and dust on the floor by the elevator and it stayed there for the entirety of our stay. It has great potential for five stars just missing the mark this time.
Our stay at Embassy Suites is always amazing, it's always clean and comfortable. This time around I left my jacket in the closet and didn't discover it till we got home. I called and was able to get it back by the end of the week. Thank you for your honesty and help.
The property was clean and the rooms were very big. The amemities are amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Our go too. We stay here all the time.
Okay for a quick stay
Fatima at checkin was pretty clueless and not very friendly. Room was clean and decorated nicely , air in the room didn’t work as it should , we would have requested to move but by the time we got settled it was late and we were just ready for bed. Also it’s not a downtown property but for some reason they charge for parking. Breakfast was really good .
All of it would sray here again...
We were looking forward to this stay, we’ve been here before. At check in, they made a point to say “you’re here for more than a few days, know that breakfast is different times on the weekend.” But they didn’t explain we need to ask for a room reset. So after 3 days we’re in search of towels and bathroom supplies. Then 1 day we asked them to come back to clean at 1 pm. Nobody came back. The bar staff is top notch as is the crew working the grill at breakfast time. Some guests seem to leave their dirty dishes and old take out boxes in the hall. That’s a reflection of the guests.
Clean and food was great
Property was very nice. Great staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Bartender at the FREE happy hour was super friendly.
This property is always our go to when in town. Our family enjoys the pool and hot tub, as well as the amazing breakfast.
I liked the happy hour and the breakfast was great, the clientele was interesting. The hot tub was luke warm and it was one of the only reasons we chose that hotel, because it has a hot tub and a pool. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known about the pool area.
Room A/C didn't work well. Also had to go to desk twice to get towels because they never got delivered the first time
Hotel was clean but dated. Sofa bed was worst I've ever been on. Mattress was basically a set of springs with a cover on it. I went to front desk to ask for rollaway or additional mattress, or double bed room but received "no" to all three. They didn't express any care/concern. Breakfast (which is why we stayed there) was subpar for ES. Both days the line to the omelet bar/hot food was at least 20 people long with one person making omelets. The people working (one making omelets, the other making eggs, hash browns, etc) were great, just not enough and thus long waits. Water pressure in shower was very poor, toilet seat was broken and barely hanging on and other bathroom fixtures seemed to be 20 yrs old. I've stayed in many Embassy Suites, and this was my most disappointing experience.
Very well staffed
Very well staffed
Floor very dirty Elevator dirty
Great place to stay with an amazing breakfast.
Our room would not cool lower than 73 degrees at night. The toilet seat was about to fall off. The toilet tank lid had to be removed often and the float valve jiggled to get the tank to fill with water. It flushed poorly. Half the elevators weren't working. You can't easily get a luggage cart from the rooms to the lobby with both north side elevators not working. Young kids (soccer teams) running unsupervised in the evening and screaming at the top of their lungs just to hear echos. I saw the same cigarette butt laying in the entrance area for 3 days. Bathrooms are very tiny and seriously need fixtures updated. Shower heads barely pass water. The only attraction at this property is the made to order breakfast which is very good.
1 elevator didn’t work while there and the others were slow. An event was held there and there was no parking and visitors didn’t have to pay for parking but hotel customers did….
Air conditioning had trouble all over hotel . Had to move rooms.
Wouldn’t stay again.
This would have been a great stay, however upon arrival I was told the room I originally booked was not available. We were downgraded to a smaller room that did not accommodate my full party, and still charged the same price after being told we wouldn’t be. I asked for additional pillows/blankets/towels as the room we were downgraded to now required one in our party to sleep on the floor. I asked 6 different times over our two night stay and never received any of the requested items. I am incredibly disappointed in this place.
Breakfast
Not as close to downtown as I expected. Since an elevator was not working going up and down took way too long.
I DO NOT like paying for parking, I will go somewhere else, less quality but free parking.
Ordered a ( 2 ) queen room . Had 2 left when placed order , got confirmation had a 2 queen bed room , from hotel . When checking in front desk never said anything about change in room . Only once going to room , did we find out we only had a single king bed , called front desk , worthless said it was Expedia problem , spent my 65th birthday sleeping on couch . Never using Expedia again can’t be trusted
It was a nice hotel with a cute common area and bar. Bartender and breakfast staff were fabulous! Breakfast was amazing. Elevators were very slow and I think the stairs were just for emergencies. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room and it was horrible.
Rooms could use an update and refresh
Love this place; my go to every time I stay in Denver. Highly recommend
Excellent restaurant and complimentary breakfast.
Great breakfast and onsite food options. Has a sauna, indoor pool, hot tub. Pool water was warm. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed having some cocktails. The breakfast was delicious. The wait on a few things like pool towels and waiting on a crib took longer than what we expected. However, it was a good stay.
Hotel was nice. Rooms and common areas were clean. Breakfast was above average for a hotel. Just located in a semi-industrial area.
Thanks we enjoyed our stay!
The front desk woman was less than welcoming. Room was dirty. Overall not impressed at all
Great staff and room
Amazing!
The check-in staff was super friendly and the free breakfast is absolutely amazing. Made to order omelets, how can you go wrong?! The suite was a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was like no other. If I had to nit pick one thing, it would be having to pay for parking.
Property is old
Yeah, embassy suites!
Enjoyed the warm pool and breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and mattress was comfortable.
Pay for parking
The hotel was clean and staff was polite. But I had no clue I had to pay for parking
Everyone was really nice. The hotel is really clean. The breakfast and bar was great.
The property is old. Needs a makeover. House keeping was slow or non-responsive. The hotel amenities were great. The price was decent.
Beautiful lobby. Spacious room. Professional staff. Great breakfast.
I did not find out about paying for parking till the second night. On the morning we checked out my wife went out to the car and when she came back in she was stopped and harassed by a woman from the front desk. She did not believe she was staying there. I know times are changing but I have stayed at this hotel many times but was never treated this way. Denver used to be such an enjoyable destination.
Great breakfast and happy hour. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's so nice having a separate room to put kid to bed and be able to have an area to relax in.
Location Location Loction
It was a little run down and outdated, and the location is not idea. It's basically off in the middle of a corporate warehouse area and not walkable to anything of interest, not even for a bite to eat. Another aspect about the location is that it is right next door to a foodbank warehouse. It's just not pretty to look at. Terrible location.
Don’t like to pay for parking
Good service
The property just isn't maintained. The llight fixtures and the toilet paper holder were loose in the bathroom - the rooms aren't insulated well so it was very noisy. The staff was very nice, breakfast was great, we were just disappointed with the lack of maintenance in the room.
I booked a room with 2 beds and when we arrived they said that all the rooms with 2 beds were taken so they would have to find us something else. It took almost 30 min to try to get us in another room. Finally they put us in a room with a King bed and had to make it work with 2 adults and 3 kids.
Happy hour!
The staff was very kind and our whole stay went beyond smooth!!
People were so nice
Great facility but no hot water in the mornings.
Love Colorado…
Came To Colorado for a family vacation
Excellent hotel choice
Excellent accommodations along with great food options. Pizza from the restaurant in the hotel was great and free breakfast options were the absolute best! Would recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area.
Typical quality expected of the hotel.
My husband and I had an absolute wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Central Park, Denver. I would have given 5 Star * all around if it wasn’t for the one (and only one) very rude staff member working the night shift. I will say that everyone else was so kind, attentive and over the top professional. Breakfast’s were amazing, happy hours a big plus! Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious!
Complimentary happy hour and great food!
The staff was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed
Oldie but Goodie
The property is starting to tire, but the people and the amenities keep it a top-rated property. Parking is a little confusing. There are signs and QR codes in the parking lot, but nothing was ever said about them at the front desk. It was cold and snowy so we didn't stand around outside to snap a picture of the QR code. We did ask at the front desk and they gave us a card with the QR code (wondering why they don't hand those out at check-in and explain it's required.
Excellent place to stay .. Clean and friendly people .
Bed was comfy, room was clean, breakfast was hot and good.
Breakfast was tremendous and the hotel lighting was nice.
All in all, friendly and nice stay
This linked us from the slopes to the airport for a night. The area of town was a bit sketch and the hotel itself was dated...but service was very good and our stay was nice.
Always Clean and Neat
Room is always clean and neat.
Not a real warm check in or check out. Staff seemed bothered. Amenities were wonderful, especially evening reception. Very generous. Clean, beautiful hotel but very dark at night inside.
Nice location
Breakfast was bery good. Elevators did not work on one side of the building. TVs did not have the right titles for the channels. Could not call front desk. Called house keeping for towels for pool did not get. Called 2- 3 times no answer. 1 washer did not work. Very hard to talk to a person at front desk. Not very helpful.
Don’t stay here!
There was one person checking people in, they gave us the wrong room (king bed, we booked two doubles) told us the hotel was fully book and nothing they could do. We had 5 people and two had to find other accommodation. The parking was paid, which wasn’t advertised. The bathroom by the bar had feces on the floor of one stall, no toilet paper in two of the 4 remaining stalls, of those only two doors worked and one was clogged. I went to the bar to tell them and there was two men behind the bar, one obviously a manager. Both ignored me ( it was 6pm). The manager looked at me and walked away and I finally got the bartender to’ acknowledge me and told him about the bathroom. He said “yeah we have a big party back there”, like that was an excuse to have the bathroom in that state. On top of that two of the four elevators were out of service.
Everything was great, except the bed was small and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny. The breakfast was great!
CEO
It was good. No complaint.
Can use some major updates!
Rude Front Desk Clerk
Embassey Suites does not like it when you book through a 3rd party. I always have trouble when checking in. I will have to book directly through through Hilton for them to honor my request such as adjoing rooms or rooms near each other. They put us all on separate floors.
Convenient location
The hotel is next to the ballfield and within walking distance of Ball Area. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. The little breakfast kiosk was a nice touch.
First time family trip in Colorado
Family of 5 - comfortably slept in room with 2 queens and pull out sofa. Housekeeping forgot to come back to us one day. On a good note, complementary breakfast was amazing with so many options. Front desk wasn’t very helpful when asked about transportation recommendations. Hot tub wasn’t working and they didn’t seem to care to fix on our last night. Lots of friendly staff and some not so friendly. Overall, hotel was clean and despite little issues we would go back.
