Beautiful and friendly staff

Staff was A MA ZING!!!!

The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal! She was there every night when we went out and even took our photo! Everything was amazing. If we had to make one suggestion is that breakfast food would be kept warmer and the protein on the bar with the other food. Currently kept with the omelette bar so if you want bacon or sausage you have to wait for all the omelette lovers to make it through the line. Not a huge deal but the regular food was lukewarm at best. The overall experience was so amazing that part didn’t bother us.

My daughter and I had a lovely time staying at the Embassy Suites.

This property needs to do a deep cleaning. First night I got there, there was a huge stain on the covers, the light switches were dirty. Tried calling front desk, the phones did not work. Was given another room same thing, heat didn't work. Had to wait for maintenance, they didn't show up. I had to go back to the front desk to get them to fix it. They never came to clean the room, no toilet paper. They need a new cleaning crew because they are awful. I probably WON'T be back. I will be choosing another property where there aren't so many issues with cleanliness.

Pool heater not working and they charge to park

Went to celebrate my sons birthday and all he wanted to do was swim. Pool heater wasn’t working but they didn’t tell us that upon checkin. Had we known, we would’ve cancelled and gone elsewhere. Also never been to an embassy that charges for parking. $20 per night is crazy. We’ve stayed here every year for my sons birthday but we won’t return to this one again.

Overall friendly atmosphere and pet friendly as well!

It wasn’t a good stay due to there being bed bugs. It literally ruined my first night after being tossed around to a couple of rooms to find one that’s been properly cleaned. Kendall at the front desk was very helpful and Melissa as well with communicating to see if there was anything she could do. Angela Jones that works for Expedia was awesome in getting me sum good news of compensation so thanks to you as well! Embassy is known to be a very nice place to stay but it wasn’t for me! Great breakfast and happy he tho! And to the young maintenance guy thanks for absolutely Nothing! You literally asked me what did I want you to do about it like you didn’t care! Really?! I pray this falls into the proper hands to make a difference. Oh and I wasn’t the only guest complaining about the conditions there were quite a few of us on the North side and the South side was even worse! This was My Experience fr!

Lots of fun things to do near by. The property does show some wear but is very clean. We hope to get to stay here again.

Great stay! Great staff! Great complimentary breakfast! I will definitely return to the Grapvine, TX location and be i will sure to search for the Embassy Suites when needing to stay in a hotel in the future.

My room the shower/tub combo the actual faucet was loose not against the was it could I've forward and back. Plus to turn on the actual shower head you had to make sure the water was not on, then pull the lever in after that, turn on the water to get water to come out of the showerhead. If you turn on the water first and pull the lever half the water will still come out of the faucet and barely anything out of the showerhead. Kind of a nuisance, but that was the only way to get the shower to work.

Staff was friendly! Continenental breakfast and happy hour were above expectations! Amazing stay with family. Only disadvantage was the pool with a very loud team of young soccer players. Which is not in any way against the hotel. Highly recommended and would return again.

I would have given 5 stars across all areas. Suggest cleaning the coffee machines in the room. Other than that the stay was great. Breakfast was amazing and staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Our room was hot even though we turned the air down low. Shower and bathtub had rust stains and looked old. Room smelled funky.

The managers reception and cooked to order breakfast are an excellent perk!

An just ok stay

We stayed on Dec 30th room was on thev12 floor. Window broken in the open position. Amazing how much road noise there is on the 12th floor. This was nice but for the price definitely aging and in need of updating. Morning buffet was lacking. Staff were wonderful. Was surprise to find the shuttle services was only to the airport and not to historical downtown.

Great hotel

The Supervisor was nice. But 2 front desk staffs (both female) were very bad attitude 😒. I give 5 on Staff & Service for the sake of the Supervisor. Room is nice, just little old/rusted in the restroom. Pool is kinda small for the amount of Guests they have during weekend.

We loved the open lobby with a huge amount of seating for hanging out and playing games. The breakfast buffet was great! Only thing that I noticed was that the bathroom floors were a little dated with cracked/missing grout. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again!

1. Unsolicited calls and people knocking to our room door at midnight. 2. Shower maintenance issues (shower faucet handle came loose). 3. Huge water leak at restaurant causing a literal waterfall in the buffet area. Note: Staff trying their best, but hotel needs serious attention.

Pague por una habitación para 3 personas dos camas y un sofá cama. Fue la peor experiencia el Sofá cama NO sirve los alambres se salían hacia afuera, no podía dormir en el tuve que irme a dormir a la cama y juntar a mis 2 hijas en una sola cama totalmente incómodo. Fui al Restaurante a comer un Ensalada Ceaser con pollo y un Club Turkey sandwich nada mas. Lo cargué a la habitación y Me cobraron $50.00 cuando el menú indica que ambas cosas serían al menos 30$ dólares cuando reclame esta mañana en el counter no me pudieron ayudar aún llevando el recibo me cobraron $50.00 por una ensalada y un sándwich. Realmente NO vuelvo a este Hotel y creo que tampoco utilizaré más Esta app de expedía.

Loved my stay at this hotel with my family, we particularly loved the breakfast.

Check in was almost an hour late. Other than that, everything was good!

Overall the staff was friendly. Heater did not work properly in room, shower and walls in bedroom appeared dirty, hair dryer was old and had visible damage. Continental breakfast was okay if you went through the omelet line however, food in restaurant was no good. Husband had to send back overcooked and bland steak. Would have enjoyed the indoor pool if it was heated and/or had a hot tub. Overall appearance of the inside was old and run down. Positive was the location to various attractions nearby.

Booked a king premium suit and got to check in and the gave me a double because the ran out of king suites i had booked 5 days in advance

Hotel needs some renovations. It’s nice but in some things looks old.

The receptionist was not very nice upon arrival I am a Hilton honors guest and had a stroke recently and forgot to purchase under Hilton honors and was told that I was not going to get my points for my stay and had to show proof I was a Hilton honors guest to get my free water.

Lovely room with plenty of space. Loved the breakfast, especially the chef-cooked omelet! Special thanks to shuttle driver, Alex, who offered to take us and bring us back from downtown Grapevine so we could see the parade. He was a lifesaver, as we had trouble getting a rideshare to pick us up in a timely manner; some even cancelled on us! Alex is a valuable staff member at Embassy Suites. Didn't like having to pay for parking. Otherwise, we loved the place!

Nice hotel for a very short stay. Rooms were good size but housekeeping didn’t come clean when I left room. Starbucks is located inside hotel which is a plus, but their machines were broken. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Absolutely love this place. Great restaurant sraff and housekeeping. Love the convenience for shopping, everything we wanted was within a 15 minute drive. Only thing we had issues with was parking, had to drive around parking lot few times to find a spot, but they were busy

Had just come from a 24-hr flight. Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Staff helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Checking in was great at 3:00. Once I got to my room opened the door was hit in the face with heater on high. I tried to turn on the A/C, it didn’t work. I called the front desk, couldn’t get an answer. I went down stairs talked to the manager finally around 8:30pm someone came to fix it. I discovered balls of hair behind the bathroom door. It looked like someone had taken scissors and cut the couch cushion. There was also a sticker from the bottom of someone’s shoe stuck to our snack tray. I complained to the front desk. She took notes, but nothing was ever done. The next day our room was never tended to and our snack tray was never refilled till about 9 o’clock at night. I’m not usually a complainer, but I did find this to be a bit much.. It was also my husband’s 60th birthday And wasn’t quite what I had in mind for a nice hotel stay to celebrate.

I always enjoy Embassy Suites. I really enjoy the breakfast and manager's reception. I was also pleasantly suythst daily housekeeping has returned. I didn't have to make a special request. It just happened. Before the pandemic, that was always one of my favorite things about staying in a hotel. When you came in for the day, everything was clean and tidy and fresh. So happy that it's back!

Met every need!

My family had a great time we were celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary and we loved everything about our room, food, activities, friendly workers. Overall I will be back soon!

The place, the food, the staff everything was great, I would definitely book it again.

Friendly breakfast staff, made us feel very welcome. Front desk staff not pleasant to deal with. Was told air conditioning issue would be dealt with by two different people but issue was never resolved, we were never told why issue couldn't be fixed, and we not offered any resolution to address the issue.

We have stayed at Embassy Suites and enjoyed it many times over the years and this experience was terrible. First thing we noticed was it smelled like mildew when we walked in the room. This made sense once we saw the mold on the ceiling. I opened the fridge to stock it and it was filthy. Then, I went into the bathroom where there was a used washcloth under the sink vanity. To top it off, there was a dirty sock on the floor next to the bed from the previous guest. Oh, I would have called down to the front desk to let them know, but neither of the two phones worked in our room. The ice maker on our floor was broken and last not least, the bathroom door did not lock. We had absolutely had enough by this point, and even let them know when we received a text to see how our stay was going. We reported all of these things to which we got a reply they would send someone right up to take care of all of it. Guess what? We got back to our room and the only thing they did was get fresh towels and make the beds. Absolute worst Embassy Suites of record. Will not ever consider staying at this hotel and are not sure we will be staying at Embassy Suites in the future.

Happy Hour Reception could use a little TLC

The room was clean. Happy hour snacks were not very good and very minimal. The happy hour line at the reception was very long. The hotel was very busy with a conference and only one bartender so it was a little frustrating waiting in a long line. The staff was very very friendly.

The property was okay. Breakfast was great. My only complaints are my room was very hot and the elevator moves pretty slow. I told the front desk clerk about my room being hot not sure if the message was passed to maintenance or not. But when I returned later that night my room was still hot. Other than that, it's a great location to be close to the mall and plenty of parking

The staff at the front desk during my stay wasn’t friendly and seemed like it was a problem to check me in when I called for a ride from airport to the hotel the lady was rude,the restaurant that used to be a nice sports bar had been changed and wasn’t even close to being suitable for a sports bar we have always stayed there when we visit Dallas but this was my last time

Nice location, but terrible hosting . the staff in from desk are the most unwelcome and unfriendly , the do nothing to help or give you confort on any situation they just are there to type and say no .

Room was out dated and had holes in the walls. For the price that was paid room was not up to par. Water preasure was soso. Air conditioning was either so cold you could see your breathe or hot and stuffy. Could not get it comfortable in the room. Beds where terrible had a hard time sleeping. Stayed for two days and that was two days to many. We was in town from seattle and couldnt wait to leave the hotel. Then at check out waitied for almost 15 minutes for an elevator never got one so went down the stairs and checked out 5 min before noon. Lady at the front desk said lucky almost had to charge you extra very unprofessional in my opion.

Room was freezing, could not control temperature. One tv worked poorly, remotes and channel selection sucked. Happy hour just ok…snacks very average. I am really annoyed that you charge $20 per day to park. Really? Out here in Coppell?

GOT PROBLEMS,

No shuttle after 10PM. 😡 Our flight arrived late so we did not get to hotel until 1230AM. Get to room and discover the toilet is broken, it will not flush. No water in the tank. So tired just went to bed. Next morning we went out for lunch and shopping. Told the first desk personnel about broken toilet. They assured we it would be repaired. Returned to room around 5PM. They had not repaired the toilet. Tried to call front desk and it went to voicemail. I went down to front desk and told them the problem had not been repaired. They gave me another room on a different floor. Now we had to pack up everything and move 5 heavy suitcases. After we moved everything to new room. I needed to get a cold drink. So I went to ice machine on my floor. Only to discover the ice machine was broken. The next morning we discovered no hot water for the shower. After running the shower for 10 plus minutes it came up to a lukewarm temperature. We have stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. Not impressed with this hotel now. Would not recommend it to anyone!

The breakfast was great! Very disappointing that we had to pay $20.00 per night for parking when we already paid for the room. Also, the room was nice. However, the shower handle kept falling off and the second night we were there we had no hot water so we had to take a cold shower. The staff were very friendly!

Very comfortable and felt safe -always. Made to order breakfasts were perfect. Only problem is Hallfords Bar and Grill… service non-existent. Waited 15 minutes and no eye contact, no explanation… total snub.
