Nice hotel

It was nice stay

The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly. The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much! I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough.

Wifi doesn’t work at all, fridge , safe doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work and to old what could be at any hotels . Food is not fresh and bad quality- rating- 2 of 10. Sorry, but nor recommend to no-one.

Going bankrupt!

First room was not what I had reserved and the a/c didn't work. They didn't move us until the next afternoon. Then this room was full of ants and extremely noisy. Bed was like laying on a board. We heard noise from the elevator, ping pong table until 2am, disco until 2am, maid service room elevator from 8am-8pm, elevator outside the room all hours of the day and night! The hotel was not air conditioned properly. It was hot everywhere! The bar tender said they are going bankrupt and closing on the 20th of September. They ran out of alcohol too.

The worst hotel I ever visit my entire life The room smell like a dead rat The carpet in the room and the hall way are very dirty Bed bugs in the room The furniture are very old This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star It’s worse than a motel Very very very very dirty the rooms and they stink like a dead animal inside and I end up with leaving the hotel the same day and Expedia gave me my money back and help me to find another hotel

Service and quality of food was disappointing 😞 . This is an over rated five star its more like a 3 stars all inclusive cheap holiday. overall disappointing 😞

Amazing place to stay

Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful pool with lots of activities to enjoy such as beach volley ball ,ping pong ,darts . They also have a in hotel disco , it was ok honestly . They have a dj but they dont change the music . Each night it was the same line up of music which made it incredibly boreing .

The hotel could use an update. The WiFI was not consistent in the rooms. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was good and plenty of variety. Pool and beach were excellent. Entertainment staff was fun and engaging, great night shows.

Worst hotel. Very rude security guard :(

Very bad hotel. The security guard was very rude. Going in and out of the hotel was a pain. The security guard never showed any respect to anyone. He even argued with the taxi just to enter and pick me up. Very uncivilized security guard. Hotel staff at the reception made me beg if I wanted something and they never bothered to help. I have been to many hotels and this is one of the worst experiences I've had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old hotel with no maintenance. Unresponsive staff

Unprofessional staff. Staff acts bothered every time you ask for something, they act like they're doing you a favor! Horrible food and service. Stay away! It's a rip off!

Not good

I am shocked with the poor standards of customer service. Cleanliness was a problem. We had to wait for a long time for them to find our booking , though it was fully paid through hotels.com we had to leave our passports to be able to go the room ,,,, Very noisy

Top class

We are mature independent travellers and we never booked an all inclusive before. This hotel offered all you could possibly need. The room en suite was spacious with a powerful shower. The service by the wonderful staff in the hotel and on the beach was excellent. The food and drink was top quality and in abundance. Overall this hotel offers great value for money.

White sand, blue sea, blue skies

The staff are wonderful, friendly and most helpful at all times. We loved our stay. The hotel is currently going through renovations and I wish they used marble rather than carpet. Will stay here again for sure.....soon

Palm Marina

We always stay overnight on way too and fro from Tunis to Kerkennah.Food is good,staff excellent.Have tried at least 5 other hotels and this is best.Swimming pool is beautiful and the beach is really nice at back of Hotel.Would recommend to most people.A little far from town centre but taxis are really cheap.

Have stayed in many of Tunisia's hotels as my husband and I are resident there.This one had mixed reviews but was really excellent as Tunisian hotels go.Food was very good,staff unfailingly pleasant.Will use in future as our stopover hotel.(show not very good but funny) Room was a mini suite and slightly tired looking but spotless.

You wanted to be treated like the one

It's simple: the staff will treat you like the only guest in the hotel! Superb service ! I had an amazing week with my family !

not five star, but ok

Definitely not a five star hotel, the garden could be in better shape, the building too. The all-inclusive-system works quite well, food surprisingly tasty. lots of elderly guests, service generally ok.

Séjour presque parfait

Hotel bien situé, propre avec un service de restauration au top. Personnel gentil. J’ai simplement souffert du dos car le matelas était très dur mais propre et neuf. Quelques chambres accessibles uniquement par l’escalier sinon tout était parfait. Bravo 👍

Utrolig dårlige senger.Vi reiste tre personer og alle tre fikk vondt i ryggen.Vi var der for tre mnd.siden og maten var blitt merkbar dårligere.Et pluss var veldig bra service fra bartendere og servitører.Lunchbaren ved bassenget/stranden var best på mat/drikke/service.

Ça ne vaut pas un 5 etoiles

Hotel vieux, très peu entretenu au niveau des infrastructures. Les chambres sont vieilles, les lits durs comme du béton, des variations de températures pour l’eau chaude qd on prend sa douche. Mini golf pas entretenu. La salle de fitness n’est pas all inclusive. Il y a un créneau autorisé de 12h a 16h sauf si la salle est privatisée dans ce cas et bien vous ne faîtes pas. En dehors de ça, elle est payante. Vacances de pâques, pas de planning d’animations proposées. Par contre le personnel est très sympas en salle pour manger. Coté nourriture, pas mal de choix et plutôt correct en qualité. Enfin, côté navette aéroport de Monastir a l’hôtel. Ne passez pas par l’hotel qui vous propose un taxi privé pour 150 dinars...alors qu’en taxi c’est 52 dinars. Je me suis fais avoir a l’aller mais pas au retour apres avoir utilisé le taxi pendant la semaine pour visiter. L’hotel donne sur la plage. Ca c’est bien.

Un hotel en estado de degradacion

La zona de la piscina muy agradable. Pasillos para habitaciones muy sucios. Las habitaciones en mal estado y falta de limpieza. Desayuno con poca variedad.

Hotel muito bom

Hotel muito bom com excelentes condições, excelente comida atendimento fantástico. A única parte menos boa é sem dúvida os pisos com alcatifa que se vê suja e degradada. Em tudo o resto nada a apontar. Excelente praia a 3 piscinas, muito vigilância, muito bom.

Clean and the food was delicious

Suite à la période covid l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Les chambres sont refaites petit à petit. Le site est superbe, l'hôtel est bien équipé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et aux petits soins.

We hebben een super verblijf gehad, het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was erg comfortabel, net een klein appartement, Er is een fantastisch zwembad,echt super De maaltijden waren erg goed ondanks dat er merendeels lokale gasten waren. Het hotel is een echte aanrader.
