Room was awful. No coat hangers. No towel for 3 days even when I asked. Cups for drinks are ridiculous and flimsy. Check in took 2 hours. Worst i've ever known. Animation and shows were best part of the hotel

Worst Hotel Experience Ever

My stay was a complete disaster. Check-in was chaotic, with long waits and rude staff. The room was old and small, with no dark curtains, so sunlight flooded in at 6 AM, making sleep impossible. The noisy air conditioning added to the discomfort. Upon getting my room key, a worker hinted at needing a tip to secure parking—clear evidence of corruption. When my wife needed to stay one night due to a delay, the receptionist demanded an unreasonable all-inclusive fee at 3 AM. Despite my wife being exhausted, the staff showed no empathy and treated us terribly, forcing us to spend the night in our car. The corruption continued at every turn. A waiter caused a scene over a glass of wine I was supposedly not allowed despite having the most expensive package. He then asked for a tip to hide the wine from management. The hotel’s rigid rules were strictly enforced without explanation, and any request seemed to spark unnecessary drama designed to extract more money. Even simple requests were met with resistance or demands for extra payments. The staff’s lack of professionalism and unyielding attitude made for a truly miserable experience. This hotel’s unethical behavior and terrible customer service make it a place to avoid at all costs. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I check in at 6:00 pm and found the room dirty, the beds were not made, bathroom towels in the floor and the balcony was infested with ants. I went back to the front desk because the phone in the room was out of service. At the front desk, several other guests were complaining about their rooms not being made. The front desk clerk couldn't offer me a clean room, he said the hotel was full. I asked him to cancel my reservation and left with my family. I contacted Expedia and told the costumer service representative about my experience. Expedia contacted me later by email to inform that the hotel refused to refund my reservation. Elmouradi is advertised as a 3 star resort, but it doesn't qualify for the advertised rating. In fact the poor condition of the room and hotel service reflect a total neclect of this property by its staff.

Unfortunately I don’t have much good to say about this place, the service is slower than snails pace and the staff seem to be in no hurry to move. The food was basic, the drinks tasted like the beer lines hadn’t been cleaned for sometime. The rooms were basic, and clean, but this didn’t seem to extend to the bathrooms. The photos are very deceiving

Not good

TV was very old, no cable, have to leave deposit for controller. Also had to leave deposit for air conditioner, which was given wrong one and so it didn't work on first night. Hotel is more for families, food ok not great. Had terrible neighbors, loud music, fighting! Overall will not return.

Would not choose it again !

it was a very moderate hotel the personnel was not helpful at all except a one. The first room I received was infested with ant and the second one they gave me was not cleaned and I had to spend half of my stay without towel and soap. could not take a shower till the next day of my stay there is no wifi in the rooms. Tv also was not working. Ac was ok at least. food was moderately ok but lacked diversification

Atmosphere is good food not..

Full of Algerian and Russian people nice clean beach thx to the animators special mo salah going amazing job . Didn't like the food everyday the same. the queue is long for a glass of water.. Thx to Mohamed security o the beach he doing amazing job . If you fancy good choice of food just book 4 Stars hotel . Dont expect service of 4 stars in this hotel.

the receptionist cannot access my paid reservation in their system..i need to sent back their confirmation to their email🙄 my first time to argue with the hotel staff! you really need to go in the resto early if you want to see and choose the foods to eat..its like a market place! very crowded during eating time..other than that, the beach and the place is good☺️

gutes preis- /leistungsverhältnis. sehr sauber. essensqualität ok, aber ...geduld, geduld, geduld. es fehlten immer(!) teller, nachschub dauerte bis zu 15 minuten und das täglich. Grund: die arabischen Gäste nahmen immer gleich 3-4 teller und bauten sich ein buffet an ihrem tisch auf. Meistens blieb mehr als die hälfte zurück, auf und unter dem tisch!! Es sah oft aus, wie auf einem schlachtfeld!! Leider wurde aus meinem zimmer ein elektrorasierer geklaut, was ich bei der direktion anzeigte, aber der hohe Herr glaubte mir nicht und unterstellte mir quasi lügen. man hat den schaden(200€), und dann soll man gelogen haben. schade, solch ein hotel kann man nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl die voraussetzungen eigentlich ok wären, denn das hotel ist komfortabel, sauber, funktionell (bis auf den TV), gute und leise klimaanlage, hotel sehr weitläufig und gepflegt. leider sprechen die jungen kellner nur arabisch und französich, entwas englisch, aber fast kein deutsch.

Otrevligt och falsk marknadsföring

Det står man köper All Inclusive men hotellet erbjuder inte det och påstår när man påtalar det att man blivit lurad av Hotels. Personalen var otrevlig och pratade illa till och om gästerna i receptionen. Inget på hotellet såg ut som på bilderna....rummet var risigt och AC funkade inte. Vi stack från hotellet direkt efter att vi sett rummet. Hotellet debiterade oss för ett dygn fastän vi åkte ca 5 min efter incheckning, hotels.com kompenserade oss dock för detta i efterhand vilket känns bra

cibo scadente, sala ristorante senza climatizzatore, pulizia scarsa, trovato un animaletto tra le lenzuola, l'acqua del lavabo puzzava terribilmente di pesce, camere senza wifi, né asciugacapelli né frigorifero, telecomandi tv e climatizzatore solo con cauzione di 15 euro. Alla reception non hanno accettato il mio vaucher, ma hanno preteso di verificare il pagamento. Visto che il wifi non funzionava mi hanno fatto aspettare nella hall per quasi 2 ore.

Väldigt missnöjd!

Det smutsigaste hotellet jag någonsin varit på! Första rummet vi fick var det hår i badkaret, smutsigt golv, fläckar på sängkläder och handdukar. Efter att vi klagat fick vi ett "städat" rum, det blev inte mycket bättre. Fortfarande fläck och hår på sängen och handdukarna och smutsigt golv. Efter deras dagliga städning bytte de inte ut handdukarna utan vek de handukar man använt och la tillbaka dem som om de var nya. Det stod att WiFi skulle ingå, men fanns inget på rummen och i lobbyn var WiFi:n så seg att man inte ens kunde koppla sig. Vi hade bokat ett rum med havsutsikt, men det fanns inga rum med annan utsikt än hotellbyggnaden. Det stod att det skulle vara snabb incheckning, men de i receptionen hade ingen koll på vad de gjorde. De hade inte ens en dator att checka in oss på, allt gjordes för hand, varav vi fick fylla i en massa formulärer. Vi väntade över 1 timme och behövde säga till flera gånger då de gjorde flera saker samtidigt. Maten var KASS! Personalen hasslade en på pengar hela tiden, även om det var all-inclusive så ville de ha pengar för minsta lilla de gjorde för en (exempelvis ringa taxi eller följa med en bit för att visa vägen). De hade ingen koll på något heller utan gav en olika svar som inte stämde. Inte nog med det var personalen väldigt sliskiga! Läget var heller inte bra, fanns absolut inget att göra i närheten av hotellet. Stranden var nära men smutsig. Vi hade inte alls någon bra upplevelse varken av hotellet eller landet i det stora hela.

MAUVAISE IDÉE

Alors... Par où commencer ? Dès le portail les ennuis ont commencés. On a pas voulu nous laisser entrer garer la voiture à l'intérieur du parking, le gardien qui se permet de me dire "parler français te réussi pas" alors que je suis née en France. Ensuite à la réception 30 personnes en attente, 1 seule réceptionniste qui nous ignore quand on lui parle. Arrivée 11h30, remise des clés 15h. Bref dispute à l'entrée, dispute à la réception, ah oui et le chef de la réception qui me dit "c'est un 3 étoiles ici donc bon si t'es pas contente fallait aller dans un 4 ou 5.. Et au prix où ta payer en gros ne fais pas de chichis".. Ensuite les chambres ça va propres, sauf que en 3 nuits la femme de ménage n'est pas passée une fois. Au restaurant.. J'ai eu le malheur de mettre une prune dans mon sac, je me suis fais incendiée par un serveur ( c'était du all inclusive je précise), il m'a hurlé dessus en me disant que je me ferai contrôler à la sortie du resto et je devrai payer 30 dinars car sortir de la nourriture est interdit.. Or les clients sortaient avec des assiettes pleines sans qu'aucune remarque ne leur soit faite.. Comment vous dire que... Plus jamais, plus jamais jamais jamais de la vie cet hôtel. C'est honteux clairement j'ai été pire que déçue par le personnel qui prend les gens de haut et ne se remet pas en question. Voilà à éviter clairement.

Kein W-Lan im Zimmer obwohl angegeben, kein Safe im Zimmer obwohl angegeben. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbuffet sehr schlecht. Strand etwas dreckig, nur alte Liegestühle aus Plastik sehr viele davon defekt. Keine Liegekissen dazu. Zimmer alt aber fürden Preis ok. Personal grösstenteils aber sehr freundlich.

Manque de communication avec l'hotel/ Hotels.com

La chambre valait un hotel une etoile - c'etait en mauvais etat. Aussi c'etait impossible de joindre l'hotel avant notre sejour par telephone ou email pour les informer que nous arriverons tard dans la nuit. Hotels.com ne pouvait pas nous aider - c'etait inquietant d'arriver la nuit sans savoir si la reception serait ouverte (Hotels.com a dit qu'elle fermait a minuit). Apparement c'est ouvert 24/7.

J'ai changé de chambre à 3 reprises accueil non aimable complètement désorganisé à la réception bq de soulards qui foutent la pagaille en soirée chambre correct des fourmis salle de bain TV ancienne image flou pas de chaînes intéressantes belle piscine magnifique plage buffet insuffisant pour l'ensemble des locataires

Hotel club El kantaoui très agréable et bien situé autour de cette zone touristique.

Hotel Club El kantaoui, très agréable , le personnel de la réception trés accueillants ,les chambres sont spacieuses et trés propre, le personnel du bar sont gentis et trés compétants dans leurs travail. Le restautrant la nourriture reste passable pas assez varier. L'animation sans plus, avec un chef animateur qui ne dit pas bonjour et reste indifférent avec les clients, dommage la structure est là, mais pas assez d'ambiance, manque de dynamisme. Belle plage, mais pas de plagiste pour les transats,il faut se débrouiller seul. Sinon cela reste correct, je recommande cette hotel bien situé.
