Beautiful, quiet and spacious room.

The hotel was lovely. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled great also and was kept nice and warm. We also really enjoyed the gym facilities

This hotel, which recently change its name from The Dylan is a dream - one block from Grand Central - great staff, beautiful, safe area near all transportation. Kuddos!

Just what we hoped for

Our room was so quiet and comfortable! We slept like babies. The complimentary snacks were also very welcome. Plus, of course, the location is ideal for a weekend in town

This hotel continues to blow me away! I've stayed here multiple times. The staff is amazing. It is newly renovated and so clean, they have nice and spacious rooms, and the housekeeping is incredible! Book it while you can!

The hotel was so beautifully designed. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, love the nespresso machine and tea kettle in the room. Everything was clean, quiet, the service was great, the location was great and i could have my meetings in the seating area in the lobby which was perfect. Would recommend and definitely come again

Beautiful Hotel. Everyone were very helpful and accommodating! Close to everything and surprisingly very quiet from all the busy traffic and sound of the city.

A great stay in NYC!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Dylan Hotel. The staff was friendly and greeted us every evening and morning. They went above and beyond by not only storing our luggage, but then helping us walk it down to grand central station to flag down a cab!

Excellent service. Chistopher, the hotel concierge was very accommodating and very patient in getting tickets for us for the Rockettes Show. The doorman, was very polite and always very helpful. The hotel was clean, the beddings felt very luxurious. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.!

Brilliant hotel

Great staff, location & lovely rooms

I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Dylan Hotel in New York City, and I must say, the newly remodeled hotel is a delightful addition to the urban landscape. The fresh updates really modernize the space, creating a chic yet cozy atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter a significant issue that dampened my experience. Before making my reservation, I had a conversation with someone at the front desk who assured me that the construction was complete. Upon my arrival, it was clear that this was not the case, as there was still considerable construction work ongoing. As someone who runs a general contracting business, I couldn't help but notice several details in the bathrooms that could use improvement. I would recommend the hotel consider revisiting their contractor, as the finishing touches could elevate the space even further. On a more positive note, the staff at The Dylan were incredibly nice, welcoming, and warm. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a significant difference in my experience. As a New Yorker now living in Miami, it was lovely to feel that familiar warmth from my NYC family. In summary, while I appreciated the modern renovations and the exceptional service from the staff, I was left feeling a bit disappointed by the ongoing construction and some unfinished details. I hope that in the future, the hotel can fully realize its potential and provide a seamless experience for all its gue

Great location for Christmas travel- close to broadway theatre, Christmas market, time square and subway stations!

very clean and convenient location to grand central! highly recommend. the only thing that makes me rate it a 4/5 is that I had to repeatedly remind the front desk to provide for x # of guests and they continued to not follow through with that. (ex. 2 sets of towels, etc when we needed more than that).

Great little hotel

This is a little gem of a hotel in the middle of Manhattan, right by Grand Central and the Public Library. Really enjoyed staying here. The only issue was the heat in the room. The temp was 80 degrees and couldn't be turned down, so I had to leave the windows cranked open all night. The hotel staff tried to help as much as possible, but they explained that, once the heat is on, it's on. I'll be back in the summer and plan to stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this Hotel.. A rare gem odf a place. Excellent location. outstanding staff that were beyond friendly and helpful. I will stay here again...infact I look forward to our next visit

Rooms were amazing. Big, modern, clean, quiet, newly renovated hotel. Quaint boutique hotel with great location across from GCS, walkable to so many things, Madison Square Garden for event, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s. Etc. only complaint was the staff told me the renovations were complete, and they were not, the front entrance and lobby were closed with construction 😢 we never ate at the attached Benjamins restaurant but it looked amazing with einserg reviews. Also when we arrived, they were going to charge me for hotel, again… I had already paid through Expedia. Had to present my receipt, this was disappointing.

Property was in the middle of construction and the entrance was not well marked.

There was some temporary construction going on in the lobby during my stay. Staff went out of their way to apologize and otherwise it was an awesome hotel

NYC Mid-Town Hotel Dylan

At Hotel Dylan, the staff are the best assets. Patient and engaging with a sense of humour. Hotel is small, no restaurant (you don't need one, but a bar and steakhouse either side). Situated in Mid-Town and a stone's throw from Grand Central, it's ideal for exploring NYC via Metro and Beyond by train. The one thing not mentioned in the guide books... it's quiet at night... thumbs up for that. The test is... would you go back? Answer - Yes ! (In the style of Meg Ryan for us people over 35). Looking forward to our next trip there.

This was a rip off… bad elevators, bad rooms(one towel for three people) one queen bed and a couch four feet long… worst experience in America

The hotel is very nice and the room was great! Nice size and very well lit. Bright room. In my opinion it was better than the Hilton Midtown that we stayed in earlier in the week. Much better value.

Newly renovated with stylish rooms. Good gym too. Very friendly staff and a manager who believes his job is to make guests welcome! A pleasure to stay here

Amazing location, walkable to theater and to dinner in Midtown and to Grand Central. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. We had a spacious room and large bathroom. Bed was oh so comfortable! Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, accommodating my last minute request! Will definitely stay there again!
