Dissapointed!

We paid online for queen + single bed room but when we arrived they told us that our room is not available due to dysfunctional air-cond. So they just give us a room with queen size bed + extra bed. The room are small and cramp with the extra bed plus 2 kids. The shower also running very slow. Cleanliness is a so-so. If I knew our room are not available & haven’t paid yet i would probably move to another hotel. A bit pricy for a small & cramp room because we’re expecting a bigger room at the first place. Definitely will not be a return guest.

Basic necessity is provided...comfortable stay

not really satisfactory with the cleaning service when we ask to clean room, as the rubbish not empty and drinks not top up.. the blanket just simply tidy.

Staff very friendly, near to town, silent place.

It is worth with the price and the location is very convenient.

The shower hose was leaking and the pressure was super low. We had to request to change the room as we were unable to take our bath.

I need a comfortable single room and I get that plus friendly staffs, free parking, clean rooms at a bargain.

Sockets too lower for kettle. And We did not receive our request for another set of cup. Hope the management to improve the facilities. Thank you.

I enjoy my stay at the hotel. But,there are a few things and aspect that the hotel need to improve especially the cleanliness of the room.overall the hotel is not disappointing at all.

The hotel is nice. A small but comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's clean. And the hotel is near to the town

City hotel

Not bad, close with ipoh city. Easy to go around. Little bit small room but cozy

Nice budget hotel. Location is strategic.

Location this hotel is very strategic. Near by hospital Ipoh, Hospital Al Zahrah and you can find anything easily around Greentown Ipoh. High recommended.

Condition of the hotel

Everything was alright except for the fact that the toilet's door wasn't working properly and a strange smell that was being emitted by one of the cupboard.

Totally bad , not clean and change sheets. There is also taste. 4 rooms also lead to 4 children are skin sensitive.

Overall is good. Except that it happened that the room i got have a faulty washroom door. The lock was broken, it cant be lock. Since i been to hotel with originally nonlocking bathroom doors, so it was not a big problem to me. Besides, The pressure of the water heater was too low that the water coming out from it was too slow.

Nice hotel with good parking facilities

Good. I stayed there for three nights. It was a nice experience, except for the fact that i needed to iron my attire at the provided space at the corridor every morning which was unpleasant -- because of the location is in front of other guest's room. I can hear all the music and their chit-chatting while ironing. Other than that, the staffs were good.

Great hotel

It's location is perfect for food and malls. Ipoh parade is only 15 mins walk plus a mall just behind hotel. Nice area, clean n tidy. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Ipoh

Nothing much to tell coz a night stay only but overall it was ok.

It looks totally different from what u shown

The room was extremely small. Our bath room door was spoilt. No hair dryer supplied. Toiletries supplied for 1 guest only but we booked as 2 adults. Not to say,your cable TV channel is so blur. I thought I have cataract ! Not to say everything is negative, there is a lot of nice food just across the street.

AVERAGELY COMFORTABLE

Averagely it is ok except: 1. Hot water most of the time is not hot at all 2. Smoking room with no ashtray provided, asked but mentioned there is no ashtray 3. the room was not thoroughly cleaned whereby i found small rubbishes around . 4. Towels were not changed / replaced 5. TV channels is not attractive enough 6. light in the bathroom keep bleeping and sometimes it i off but itself 7. Greetings & smile shown but very scripted, a few seconds after that everyone seem like lost in their own world 8. Receptionists did not stand up when greeting guests 9. there is no safe deposit box to keep valuable things 10. Not sure about DWJ hotel have a lift or not, but receptionist did not assist in giving info on that 11.the lobby area should have been decorated nicely..modern design.. should make it spacious .. using better sofa and the check in counter has to be more user friendly.. state of the art design and easy access

Don't get cheated by their pic

Not even a 2 star hotel at all, the room is way to small! My nose is very sensitive to dust, I can smell the room is full of dust. For the price better get somewhere else or you will regret.
