Good service, lacks life

Excellent service and generously-sized room. Bar and restaurant lacks atmosphere and closes too early. Appreciated the efficiency of the airport drop-off at the end of my stay.

Would definitely stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable, all the amenities (the only slight fault was there was not enough tea, coffee, milk), and quiet.

It is a great Hilton property in the middle of a very busy area. I felt very safe with security provided on property though.

They don't put some facilities for cleaners like toothbrushes and toothpaste

Lovely staff, really clean and comfy. There didn’t seem to be much in the local area as it was a bit out of town. But for an overnight stay after a long flight, it was absolutely perfect.

Good Value for Money

Always a good stay here. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Shower water pressure could be better though. Does not give as much of a wonderful shower experience as should be. Pls work on this to put some pressure pump on the shower water line

Great Business Hotel

The staff of the hotel are all amazing. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Met with all my expectations.

The hotel was exceptional. All staff members very both friendly and professional. They were to assist in any way they could. I have stayed in a few other hotels while in Nairobi but, none of them can compare. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Far enough off Ngong Road that it is quiet and peaceful. Nice small swimming pool, good place to sit and chill. Five minute walk to Prestige Plaza, 15 minute walk to Yaya Shopping Mall.

well located hotel if you want to access west side of CBD, Ngong Road, Kilimani, Hurlingham areas of Nairobi. Friendly staff, secure and quiet location.

The property is quiet and safe. It is in a good position to reach the town and surroundings. It is a good business hotel. The staff were friendly, though the service in the restaurant was slow.

Without breakfast option, i suggest expidia should only have breakfast included option on this hotel. I unknowingly book with out breakfast it wasnt a good experience. Manager and staff ate friendly

Niarobiin 1 day

spent one day in Niarobi to see the place. Went to elephnt orphanage, Giraffe rehab, Garden restaurant with authentic food, ciity lookout point... great day!

Menu is a little limited. Mechanical failure led to one morning with no water for shower.

good hotel in Nairobi

hotel is some 30 min away from international airport and some 12-15 min from city centre. Room and bathroom were good size, good shower, A/C worked fine, WiFi was mostly stable, minibar, coffee/tea maker and safe in the room, a few international TV channels. Breakfast buffet was good, variety of choices including hot foods, fruits, cold cuts, salads, cereals and bakery. Overall a good choice of hotel in Nairobi.

The facility is clean and nice with friendly staff. I enjoyed the food and was able to stay in this quite and well maintained property

Great hotel in a side street to main road, quiet, good security and specious rooms, looks well maintained, staff serviceminded and friendly, help out as best they can. Hotel driver had good recomendations and was a safe driver too.

Great hotel, well maintained, big rooms, friendly and serviceminded staff, easy access from where i was going and area around suited me well. It would be a pleassure to stay there again.

I didn’t like how tight the security was. I know it was for our security but I never been anywhere where you had to go thru metal detectors to enter the hotel and military guards posted at the hotels and malls. The garbage was atrocious from our room window. So sad, couldn’t take pictures because of the filth. I did like the hotel as it was clean and neat.

The staff is so kind and helpful! Love that we can walk to shopping so close!

Good stay for business traveller

Good location for Ngong Road and the rest of Hurlingham. Decent central Nairobi hotel. Clean, safe and friendly staff.

Great 2 night stay with nothing to complain about.

Modern built hotel, clean, comfortable beds, good shower, good restaurant, 24 hr bar, friendly staff and I mean, they actually make the effort to ensure you're happy with your stay. Gym and pool was good and clean. Local area outside the hotel isn't much going on but never the less, a great stay. We stayed for a couple of nights and had no issue during check in and out. High security with gate and electric fence, so overall safe. By the way, the photos on the website looks exactly in real life.

Safe area we were able to walk to shopping and food! This allowed us to not need to purchase the very pricey food at the hotel.

Hospitable and great service

The staff, the cleanliness were all amazing. The hotel catered to all our requests without giving us stress. The housekeeping staff was cordial, very pleasant and I think they are under appreciated. The restaurant staff however were overwhelmed with services from tons of people. They looked short handed but they did their best

Worth staying for an affordable business hotel.

Great front desk staff; loved all their help - thank you! They arranged taxis, airport transfer, restaurant reservations and currency conversions. Very safe and secure with careful staff outside and at the door. The restaurant service staff was verrrrrry slow however, and it was hard to get food or pay the bill.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Easy to get to other parts of town, but there are also things to do and see right around the area.

The Hotel was very, very , very clean at all times. The staff was the best, always ready to help and serve its customers. Staff was very friendly.

The owner is a very rude unfair man. His place is beautiful but, unsafe and not just doesn’t have a home-like feel. The workers leave customers’ room doors unlocked often after cleaning. That’s not okay.

Staff are very helpful, efficient and genuine. One of the drivers, Denis, was extremely helpful in a difficulty I had with KQ. Steaks in restaurant very good.

Preferred hotel in Nairobi

I visit Nairobi a few times a year for work. The Double Tree is always my top choice. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. The staff are friendly, the place is very secure and the rooms are comfortable. As a solo traveler I always feel safe at this hotel. If there ever is a problem, management will address it right away.

Showers didn't work well. When turned to hot, water didn't flow very much and even on the hottest setting was luke warm, at best.

AMAZING hotel

Hotel is AMAZING, food was INCREDIBLE and the staff are SUPER friendly. Gutted stay was only 2 nights will definitely book again when return next year 😊😊😩

Clean and well-located business hotel

A clean hotel with spacious, modern rooms. Well appointed bathrooms, quiet air conditioning. Very secure hotel (x-ray upon every entry). Decent hotel, though very pricey for what you get (beware of the cost of the breakfast buffet unless you plan to eat a lot) and slow service. Would absolutely stay again.

Great new-ish hotel

Nice, new hotel. Unfortunately, on a very congested road, so plan to leave a little earlier from the hotel if you have meetings elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean, friendly staff. The hotel is also upscale and modern

Rooms were great and kept really clean. The gym would do well to get an update (larger space, more equipment, etc.). Wi-fi was also a little spotty.
