Awful management!

Awful customer service and not accurate online room description. To my surprise I found out that regular double rooms had no bathtub, just an old and tiny shower. They said at the front desk that only 2 beds rooms (twin rooms) come with bathtub, which makes no sense. So I wanted to change my room for one with a bathtub and they say that they are all booked. ALL LIES!!! They didn’t even check the computer. Sunday night in Tsu, a small town without tourists and all the rooms are booked? The hotel is pretty empty. They are awful hypocrites at this property and they have no customer service at all. Only thing they do is apologize but they don’t offer you a solution or an answer to satisfy you. If I know this I could have book ANY OTHER HOTEL around here with normal rooms and a bathtub, not this obsolete place. What bothers me the most is the absolute absence of interest in accommodating you to your satisfaction and the lack of help by the management. Never again a Dormy Inn for me! Maybe no more Japan either! The discrimination towards foreigners in Japan is notorious, if this this happens to a Japanese National they help them. The more I know Japan the most I hate its people. Thank you for an awful experience in a beautiful country with terrible people with no answers. Just robots unable to solve anything!

Great place to stay for business trips.

I really liked the hot spring, ramen, their popsicles and Yakut. I love Japan hotels. Are they all like this? I would like to come to just stay at this hotel!

clean and convenient

広くはないけれど本物の温泉が心地よかったです。夜鳴きそばの存在を知らずに泊まったのでこんなサービスがあるのかといい意味で驚きました。

Nice, clean onsen hotel close to train station.

This is a nice, clean onsen hotel conveniently located by Tsu train station. Many restaurants all around the hotel area. Taxi stand in front of station to take you to nearby sights. We booked two double rooms for our stay for comfort as beds are small western size doubles. Other option is for japanese style futon. Staff are very helpful. Limited english, but not a problem.

Great location in Tsu Center. 2 minute walk to train. Plenty of restaurants. Good value.

Attitude of the staff, especially to none Japanese. Room cleaning: must leave the room, no flexibility on time, very rude.

Difficult to get the car park, all full, other than that, it’s a decent hotel with reasonable price

Dependable Dormy

Dormy inn chain is dependable, clean, fun

Superb location exit fr Tsu station you can see the hotel & Kotsu bus stop next to hotel. This bus bring you to many attractions of Ise. Shops & eateries around hotel. I chose this hotel for the free use of onsen. Will come back to this hotel as a base to Mie Prefecture in near future.

Everything is excellent! I stayed there for 5days and it was so comfortable

Good value for money

Good value for money. We drove and arrived quite late in the evening, the hotel reserved a parking space for us which was great and exceeded expectations. Parking fee costs ¥1200 per day. Onset available on 2F, but only the all-naked style, but male/female separate. Breakfast and midnight snack were good too. Free ramen available after 9.30 pm.

Very close to Tsu station and walking distance to a few restaurants. They have parking but limited spaces but there are some parking options within a few minutes walk.

Comfortable bed, good location Hotel parking was full on the first night of stay, but have a large parking lot nearby and price is reasonable.

Hotel with nice facility and around centre of city

We had a great stay at the Dormy Inn hotel. Very clean!! We love the hotel springs and free midnight ramen snack. We also love the location right next to the train station and walking distance to local restaurants.

Amenities are great, all facilities are clean, foods are fantastic, and staffs are nice! Highly Recommended!!

Worthed every penny! The best in tsu!

Very good hotel

Very freindly and helpful staff. There was a miscommunication at check-in, and they went out of their way to handle it quickly and take care of us.

Everything is OK except the size of the room, which is tiny. I particularly appreciate the staff arranging us to park the car at the carpark for the disabled

Horrible hotel

I have very high expectation before staying in this hotel since it has onsen and free ramen at a reasonable price. However, I won't stay at hotel of the same group anymore. When we, a group of 15, arrived at the hotel on 22 Mar at around 6pm, a staff from the front desk surname Wang, urged us to check in with bad attitude and told us we were jamming their lobby, I definitely don't think this is the right thing to do to their guests! The lobby is for welcoming guests and putting their baggage for sure, this staff gave us a very bad impression. The rooms on the other hand was a bit dirty with black dots on the blanket and the bed and pillow was so soft that we can't sleep well! will definitely blacklist this hotel.

The little touches that beats a lot of the 6 star

The onsen, the pajama, and the complimentary soba after 9:30 pm. Oh you can use their laundromat for free while having your soba after a soak!

Nice stay in Tsu

I was worried about the on-site car parking but the staff was super helpful. They reserved the same car park slot for me by putting a cone. The hotel still uses "real" keys! I can't remember when was the last time I had to drop key at the receptionist. Everybody should try the free noodle in the evening - it was delicious!!

Great location. Next to the train station and bus station. Great small restaurants around the corner. Very nice spa.

Convenient and clean hotel

Clean room, with various amenities provided. Location is quite convenient, walkable distance from the railway station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location, onsen, and breakfast

Very nice hotel. I'd compare it to a nice, newer Holiday Inn & Suites. We had a deluxe double and I don't recommend anything smaller for stay beyond 1-2 nights. Instructions for how to use the amenities and room features were provided in English. Easy to find and close access to simple shopping mall. Hotel provided free umbrellas for rainy nights.

温泉が良かった

安定して良い。 鋏を借りたかったのだが、フロントから持ち出し禁止で私的な物を切りたかったので部屋で処理したかったので残念だった。

津に来た時はいつも利用しています。 駅の目の前にあり、電車やバスの利用がしやすく、繁華街の近くにあります。 温泉があることが個人的には1番嬉しいです。朝食も土地のものを食べれますし、スタッフの対応も丁寧です。

運び湯という手間を惜しまず温泉というのが非常に良い。アイス・乳酸菌飲料・夜鳴きそばサービスもうれしい。朝食も種類が多くお得感がある。 ただ、連泊の場合の部屋着の替えが、フロントに取りに行くという方式で、それについての案内がなかったのが残念だった。

家族みんなで楽しめました。

とても清潔でスタッフの皆さんも大変親切でこちらのホテルを選んで良かったです、 温泉があり、コーヒー、アイス、ラーメンとサービスが沢山ありそちらも嬉しかったです。 また、旅行に行く時には利用させて頂きたいと思います。

予約ではバスルーム記載がありますが、 行ったらありませんでした。 エコノミールームはシャワーもないので ご予約取られる際は注意。 朝ごはんは最高です！

周りに居酒屋が多かったが、夜静かに過ごせた。朝ごはん美味しかった。

ホテルに付いている温泉にしては割と広く、サウナの温度は高く、水風呂はキンキンに冷えていたので、個人的には大変気に入りました。 また、風呂上がりのアイス無料サービスを子供達は気に入っていました。 出張などの際には重宝されるホテルだと感じました。

バスタブが無いですが、温泉があり問題ありませんでした。

評判道理の朝食のすごさとおいしさ！ スタッフの一部にぶっきらぼうの若い女性がいた。 東南アジアの男の方、笑顔とやさしさが感じられた。

コーヒーのサービスや子供さんが喜びそうなアイスやヤクルトなどのサービスもありました。客室自体も綺麗でしたし駅前で周辺に食事する所も沢山ありました。駐車場の収容台数が少ないのか近隣パーキングを使うことになりましたが金額的には高くありませんでした。総合的にはいいところだったと思います。

23:00以降にホテルに帰った際、夜鳴きそば提供時間外のカップ麺サービスの案内がなく、こちらから要求しないと貰えないようだった。せっかくのサービスなのだから、フロントでキーを渡す際にひとこと声掛けがあったらよかったのに、、と残念な気持ちになりました。

狭い

１時間早く到着して駐車場を確保していただきましたが、1日1,200円➕１時間の駐車料金を請求されたのは驚きました。敷地内の駐車場では初めてでした

期待通り

駅前で立地は最高に良い。 部屋はツインを予約したが清潔で綺麗だったので快適に過ごせた。 バスタオルも白くフワフワで安心して使えた。 そして何と言っても大浴場があるの夜も次の日の朝もと楽しめた。

お風呂場にドライヤーが３つしかなくて、 混雑時に直ぐに交代してもらえず不便でした。 椅子が４つあるのでドライヤーも４つ置いて頂けると助かります。

お風呂が最高でした。

いろいろなサービスが行き届いている。

部屋の狭さを除けば、他は全て安定のドーミーインです。特に朝食のクオリティーと、風呂後のサービスドリンク、アイスの配慮が素晴らしいです。
