Excellent service. Beautiful property on quiet location on Milos

A wonderful, quiet retreat with a phenomenal staff. Although there is only the one restaurant, we chose to return because the dishes were so good.

Exceptional experience

Our experience at Domes White Coast Milos was memorable for all the right reasons. The property itself is beautifully designed, adapting to the light and the mood of the day. Rooms were minimal and aesthetically pleasing leaving the focus to be the wonderful views of the vista form within, we were lucky enough to have an ocean view. The staff are friendly, efficient and enormously helpful when required going out of their way on numerous occasions. Breakfast is good quality with a mix of buffet and a la carte options. Beyond this, we'd also recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner, if the latter hope to be treated to the most spectacular sunsets as the day closes over Sarakiniko. Thoroughly recommended.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Milos. Amazing service and overall just beautiful place.

When we first arrived it was late at night and we were checked into a lower level room, not the room we actually booked. The next day they moved us to an upgraded room since the one we actually booked wasn’t available. Staff was apologetic and gave us a credit. The views are amazing but there is nothing close by you need to drive 10-15 min to get to town. Our room pool could have been cleaner found garbage at bottom of pool, even though pool was supposed to be cleaned daily. pool towels were never changed for the three days we stayed there. Staff however was amazing anytime we called for room service or bell hop they were there within minutes. Nikki front end manager was wonderful in helping to get us a car rental and gave us great recommendations for best beaches as well as restaurants.

We stayed four nights during our visit to Milos. We stayed in one of the White Coast Suites with a sea view. Great location for being in a quiet area but still accessible to the rest of the island. We had a car with us, and recommend doing the same if you’re planning on exploring around the island. Unbeatable views, especially at sunset. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here when we visit Milos again.

Overall, this hotel was ok. As part of the Small Luxury hotels of the world I expected a little bit more. The service at breakfast and dinner was slow, it took a while to get anything. Check in was also a little rough with one person working the desk with 5 people checking in. There was no service by the pool so couldn’t order food or drinks while enjoying the pool area. The room was the star of the show with your own pool and amazing views no matter where you are. The operations manager and staff were really friendly and made the stay welcoming. They just seemed to be understaffed which again is a little disappointing considering this is a SLH brand. Also if you are a Expedia VIP access member, they do not acknowledge that status here which was also unfortunate. For the price of the hotel I expected more.

Where do I even start! I’ve had the most wonderful trip staying at Domes White Coast. The lovely people here have gone above and beyond and extended so much kindness! I arrived very early in the morning having taken an overnight flight. They instantly made me feel welcome my room wasn’t ready yet but they kindly offered me a room so that I can sleep for a few hours which they are under no obligation to do. The staff here are so kind and always have a smile on their faces! The dinner at the restaurant was DIVINE every single night! It’s the best food you’ll find on the island really no need to go anywhere else for food ha! The hotel and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the sunsets that you can view from here are magical! Again you won’t find a better place in Milos to view the sunset! Everything about this place is 5 stars! The hotel facilities are excellent there is no better place to wake up in Milos! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful staff here for making my stay so memorable!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Milos! You will not find views, food, service like this. It is currently being rebranded and off a dirt road but that’s part of the charm of Milos! The views, room, pools, and food over 5 stars.. honestly impeccable!!

The views surrounding the hotel were incredible. Wherever you were sat, at the restaurant/ at the pool / on the terrace / in your room, you were surrounded by the most beautiful views. This is the most peaceful and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are amazing, and are always going out of their way to ensure that everything is in order and whether there is anything more they can do for you. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Excellent dining experience. Food tastes so delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and is very accommodating to all our needs. The room is very clean and spacious. The treats are fantastic and amazing. This is truly a hotel to stay on for your vacation.

Fantastic property - Ioanna, Katerina, Kostas, Christos, Martinella, Depsina, and all the others I forgot - thank you thank you for your hospitality. Domes was an amazing experience for me and my husband for our honeymoon. From the Cycladian style rooms with infinity pools to the Lavraki we devoured on our first night that melted like butter when it hit our lips. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back. Ioanna also helped us tremendously with our plans - we booked a private boat tour as well as a private car tour and both recommendations were helpful. We do recommend that you rent a car when staying at this location. Although all neighboring towns are within 10 minutes, driving distance cabs will cost more and might keep you waiting. Upon arrival Kostas recommended we rent a car and within half an hour a representative from Avance was there to bring us our car. Thank you team at Domes white coast in Milos for making our honeymoon such a pleasant and memorable experience.

Beautiful hotel, service could use improvement.

Beautiful hotel, service could use improvement. This was our first time in Milos and I have to say, the hotel is truly beautiful. It’s perfect for someone who wants to totally relax and wants to take advantage of the hotel and amenities. The rooms are big, comfortable and the plunge pools and chaise chairs are a nice touch to the “zen” feeling. My feedback on the service, however, is it could definitely be improved. Everyone was very nice but nice doesn’t equal a phenomenal experience which I would expect for this price. We ate at the restaurant the first night and once we sat down the waiter informed us two of the entree options were not available - which was fine. But then we ordered wine, which they also didn’t have and finally we ordered two entrees which were on the menu and after several minutes they came back and said one was also unavailable. Four items in one meal and the menu is already fairly small. The next morning we ordered coffee (frappe) and after at least 15 minutes of waiting for my husbands coffee, the waitress came back and said “the frappe was unavailable today”. I’m not even sure what that meant as a frappe is very common in Greece. Rated a 4/5 for location. Great if you have a car/ATV as everything is within 10-15 minute drive but not walkable to anything. All this to say we would consider giving the hotel another shot simply for the rooms but we wouldn’t be opposed to somewhere else as we weren’t blown away.

New small hotel with fantastic manager

A boutique hotel with magnificent views, some great walks, good little plunge pools....great rooms. Costas, the manager was very hands on and most helpful and friendly...even in White Lotus situations.

Milos destination accommodation

A stunning hotel set on the harsh but beautiful white coast of Milos. We stayed for 7 nights and could have happily stayed longer. The location is perfect as a base from which to explore Milos and as a retreat to recharge. We sampled two rooms, both of which were spacious, modern and spotless. All rooms have the same stunning outlook. Amenities are top class. The staff are wonderful and provide a high level of service. The restaurant produces a great breakfast and the dinner offering is of a high standard - as good as you will find anywhere on the island. Overall a fantastic choice if you are booking a trip to Milos. The property lives up to its status as a member of the small luxury hotels of the world.

Stunning peppery and stellar service

This hotel was an absolute dream. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. They also made sure to acknowledge my boyfriend’s birthday with a beautiful and delicious cake. I cannot wait to come back again and again.

We loved our stay at White Coast Pool Suites. The room was fantastic, minimalist design, , beautiful fixtures (Alessi kettle) and touches including beach towels and and a beach bag for guest use. Shower accommodated a double shower head, which was terrific. Room was very spacious and the pool with the suite was gorgeous - although we didn’t use it much at all, but that’s only because we prefer the Aegean! The staff are very attentive, particularly Michael who essentially looked after our every need at breakfast each morning. But the 3rd day, he knew our coffee order and our food preferences so that as we sat down, our coffees came out almost at the same time. The concierge staff are helpful, although being more independent travellers, beach and restaurant recommendations we were able to glean from elsewhere. To make the most of Milos, you definitely need a car to explore the island. The hotel itself is situated in a more isolated location, but it is a hotel that has set itself up as a destination. The restaurant is fantastic, the facilities including the common pool are also excellent, so if you wanted to stay and eat every meal at the hotel and just use the pool, you would be more than catered for. To get anywhere else, however, including the 3 main towns of Plaka, Apollonia and Adamaz, you need a car. It’s about 10 minutes drive to all those towns. Transfers to each cost about 35 euro each way, so a car is more cost effective.

This place was amazing!!!! The staff was super nice and just the best. The room was beautiful the hotel is beautiful, the food was amazing.

Amazing rooms and great style

I would highly recommend White Coast Pool Suites Hotels! My husband and I had a wonderful time. The room, infinity pool, and view were amazing, especially the sunset view. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. It was one of the best hotels I have ever been to and would love to return.

White Coast was the highlight of my weeklong trip to Greece and I planned my trip around being able to experience it! For my birthday they welcomed us with a delicious cake and a wonderful bottle of wine. The sheets and bed were so comfy I could’ve stayed in the room for the whole stay if Milos hadn’t had such beautiful weather for exploring the island. Truly makes sense why it has the stamp of a small luxury hotel of the world. I would gladly come back here for years to come to experience the other rooms on the property and can only hope there will availability when I try to come back next! Truly a vacation within itself being on the property, and located on an already amazing island with lots to do. Oh and the breakfast…such an amazing feast.

This place is a must stay!

I booked this hotel as our mini moon after getting married in Mykonos and SO glad we did. The hotel setting is perfect, right on the beach and the sunset views are insane! The staff are so helpful and make you feel right at home! The restaurant alone is worth staying here for snd even the room service food is insane! Milos has a special place in our heart and we will be back staying at white coast suites again for sure!

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out we felt cared for, spoiled and extremely happy with our choice of stay. The view from the room is breathtaking. The food was excellent. Something for everyone and in an upscale setting. Our servers were all awesome but the one that made our dining experience the most special was Michael. He is not only an excellent server but very personable as well. He made it feel like we knew someone there and was our go to guy.

Incredible brand-new property that delivers a premium luxury feel with sleek, well-appointed luxurious detais - from the in suite private plunge pool to the wild, beautiful coastline it overlooks, from the high end bath products to the sensational welcome drink and floating welcome basket, it delivers quality. Front desk staff and management are exceptional, restaurant staff are excellent and attentive and the mixologist, Dr. Panos, is up to any liquid challenge. This resort is brand new, so fledgling plants/trees and some unfinished roads and pathways. It will grow into itself very well. Pizzas and salads are excellent and the desserts are unique and high end, especially The Lemon. Highly recommended, you get what you pay for, Good job guys!

Top rated resort on Milos

Absolute pleasure staying at the White Coast. It is intimate and the staff treats you as family. The food is the best on the Island. The communal spaces the most used are outdoors which is a great asset during a pandemic for those who are at risk but still want to enjoy life within certain limits.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay, very clean room , the front desk team are incredible! The only thing I would like to mention is that the a/c was a little noisy and the housekeeper was talking loudly outside of our door early morning

Bad value for money, not 5* worthy

Positive: Nice architecture and surroundings, really friendly staff and very good food Negative: Room: Many things were highly unpractical like no shade on balcony, door to balcony very hard to handle, balcony gets flooded every time pool is used, noisy pool pump, shower and sink hardly drains, cupboard too small and only 1 drawer in room Housekeeping: Many things like minibar, cups, glasses, toiletries often not replaced/refilled, not enough water provided, many disturbances until service is done Restaurant / Room Service: -Wishes often didn’t work (about every second time): e.g. a certain jam or tea, requesting scrambled eggs (since not listed among the eggs of your choice), having no sauce or no tomato -Room Service provides no plates, no salt/pepper and there is also no table and no chairs in the room or balcony -6 incorrect bills in total due to many versions of the same menu Prices: -Have been raised by 50% since last year (room and food), now incredibly elevated, even for Swiss customers (e.g. Smoothie 14€, Fruit platter 22€, local cheese 26€, Soup 26€, chips - not french fries - 10€) -During the first days many prices in system contradicted prices in menu - Overall impession: whenever a charge can be added it will be added Summary: The value for money is insufficient and the standard doesn't compare to other 5* hotels in Greece. However they really tried their best to improve our stay and to find solutions to the reported issues.

without doubts the best stay on the island, with breathtaking views , great service and amazing food at the Makris restaurant. The view from the room and the pool simply can't be beaten. Recommended.
