Great location!

Amazing location with bungholes on the beach. Peaceful, serine and a 20 minute walk on the beach to Vanilla Beach if you need more excitement. Sunsets were fantastic. Would go back in the future.

My husband was severely injured on the way here due to a sailboat incident in boracay and we were unable to make this trip and they refused to give any kind of credit or refund 4 nights at 891$ i hope the owner knows gods watching and karma works in lovely ways, wishing the best of luck to anyone who decides to go here, id continue reading the negative reviews before booking ☺️

This place is beautiful. The staff was amazing, very kind and friendly. They do everything they can to help you however they can. Our hut or housing was very nice and on the porch was 2 comfortable chairs and a hammock which was a very nice touch. Some people were saying that the water for showers were cold and my girl did too, but i just left it running for a couple minutes and it heated right up and stayed that way. They do have scooter rentals and free rides into town but to get to the resort is pretty wild. Overall 10/10 experience.

The resort was about 10 minutes away from the main part of el nido. We loved that it was quiet. The beach and views were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and could be reached in a timely matter. We were only able to stay one night, but we wished we could stay longer!

Dolarog Beach Resort is off the beaten path. The location is private, serene, and the most beautiful place I've ever visited. Our cabin/bungalow was literally 35 steps from the water and 35 steps away from the sea water pool. The views from this resort are beautiful. No matter where you are on the resort, you have a perfect view of the water and other islands. As the sun set in the evenings, the views kept improving every few minutes. I can't describe how beautiful the changes in light and color were. I would think that I had the perfect picture, then the light would change slightly or the sky would turn the a different shade of orange - making another perfect photo-op. The restaurant on site had a terrific menu and we enjoyed every drink, meal, and dessert during our stay. The resort staff was top notch and took care of every detail to ensure the perfect stay. I suggest taking a private tour of the other islands using the resort's speed boat. What an experience! I will definitely return.

The location is ok! The room looks so dared, the AC was extremely loud, barely any water pressure, the food was pretty horrible for the price and the speedboar yours are a major scam

Good service

A perfect place full of imperfections. This place needs a major renovation! Isolated which is perfect if you want to get away .. but limited options available there.. ! I love the people and staff .. but would I stay there again? Not likely!

I give this resort an overall rating of excellent because the staff and the views compensated for the negatives of which there were a few. Bottom line is it’s no 5 star, probably more like a 3 but the views were stunning and well worth it.

Overall, a pretty sweet location, beautiful salt-water pool infinity pool, absolutely loved that it was filled with sea-water and also resort had beautiful beach access.

Stranded

The only advantage this place has is location. I say this because there is a beautiful view and beach water front. The cabanas are old and need refurbishing. The bathroom tiles are broken and the water pressure is poor. They are dark, dirty, and uninviting. The pool area is almost unusable. The furniture has no cushions and looks old and weather beaten. The pool water is straight out of the sea and is so cloudy I question the bacterial health of the water. Although the staff is friendly we never really knew who to ask for what. Always trying to find someone to answer our questions. Food service is disorganized. Simple thing like water, salt/pepper, hot water, napkins have to be sought after. The only way to get off property is a rocky road by golf cart (10 min) or 20 minute walk down the beach to the vanilla beach area. Neither of these are a good idea after dark, so you are pretty much stuck here for dinners. For the price I think there is better value elsewhere.

Love love love this resort! The stay and hospitality was more personalized! The staff were all accommodating and friendly and easy to deal with! We had the romantic dinner at the dock with a beautiful setup. This place is very underrated out of all the resorts in El Nido seems like. Nothing can beat the calmness and relaxing environment after going around town. Our vacation felt really slow and breathable in this place which was all we could ever ask for. Thank you Dolarog! We are definitely coming back!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon there. We had a wonderful time it was exactly what we had hoped it would be and then some. The restaurant is excellent staff,food,service etc. For me I have no problem with pets but i must say when I'm having dinner i'm not a fan of having a dog resting his chin on my table while I'm eating. The pets shouldn't be allowed to roam around the restaurant while you're guests are trying to enjoy their meal.I think many of your future guests would feel the same way. And for some it might be a deal breaker for retutun bussiness as well as referrals. As for us we just asked the staff to take the dogs away from our table and they quickly did so. Just our thoughts.

Beautiful nature kind staff, quiet and peaceful, internet not so good though. Good transport in and out with free golf cart. Food OK.

I vacationed at Dolarog Beach with my girlfriend for 6 days. If you’re looking for an exotic, off the beaten path, quiet place on the beach, with a very friendly and courteous staff, you will absolutely love Dolarog Beach Resort. But if internet connectivity and air conditioning are necessities (as it was for me), think twice about this resort. Although there is free WiFi in the common area (the restaurant/bar area) I could not download a movie and barely send a work email. Although there was an air conditioner in the room, it was rendered nearly ineffective as the room/bungalow lacked insulation (if you freak out over bugs & creepy crawlers, you will have difficulty relaxing at this resort). The kitchen produced good food, but even though I love pets, the dogs in the dinning area detracted from my enjoyment of the food, and my tolerance was stretched.

The staff was so friendly and extremely accommodating. They truly made us feel apart of their resort family. The beach was very private (just how we liked it) but if your looking for something with a little more night life or more restaurants, your only a 15min walk up the beach. We can't wait to come back in the near future!

Outside of El Nido town, so relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful beach and views, walkable to Vanilla Beach. Owner of the Dolorog Beach Resort brought us to the pick up area for the tours and came to pick us up always on time. We requested fresh coconuts and the next day it was delivered to our cottage. Staff are super! Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful view, this property is in need of management. Each issue that came up was addressed by line staff employee. Requested upgrade because our unit didn’t have TV. Room move but TV had no signal and they were unable to repair. Stayed one night out of three. On the bright side, Both female employees were helpful and the attentive. By the way we were the only guests staying at the property.

I liked the peaceful area, yet close enough to to walk to night life if you like. The only thing that was a little rough but I don’t mind is no electricity during the day too much, however in paradise you to enjoy no to stay inside on phone. Loved it would like to go back soon.

This place is beautiful. 10 minute boat ride from the town, tucked away in its own haven. The staff are amazing - in particular Joy who from the moment we were greeted nothing was too much trouble. Also easy to walk along the beach to some lovely restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

From the moment we landed, our bus driver sir edwardo was incredibly kind and accomodating, he went out of his way to find us a local restaurant at the boat pick up spot- the captain and his crew waited for us to have lunch before taking us to the resort where we were welcomed by the beautiful staff who had arranged for the room to be covered in rose petals, two bottles of wine and an incredible bouquet of flowers shipped from puerto Princesa at my request. The cabin was incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet...even though we were there during wet season and whilst a typhoon was building up. We had nothing but beautiful service from our new friend and beautiful waitress Zharlaine, who was happy to help in any way possible to make us feel happy and comfortable. The manager matteo and his beautiful wife were incredibly relaxed and welcoming the entire stay, and went out of their way to go buy us board games because of the weather. The women who do massages and clean were so lovely and kind and talented....I honestly have absolutely nothing to fault about this place. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all amazing. My partner and myself felt as if it was our home almost instantly. For anybody who loves to get away from all the hustle and bustle and just wants to enjoy nature and relax, I would tell them to stay here. We will be returning to stay here whenever we choose to holiday in el nido. Thank you to all the beautiful staff who made our holiday amazing

This resort is located outside El Nido town, 15 minutes by boat. The views from the resort are amazing, but after a couple of days it feels a bit isolated, especially if you need to buy something in the town - the hotel provides free boat transfer on check-in and check-out day, but other than that a boat ride to the town will cost you $30. Dinner is fixed menu, but don't worry about that, the staff will do their best to fulfill your meal preferences. The resort also organizes half-day boat tours, we had the opportunity to take Snake Island tour and really enjoyed it. Also, bear in mind that El Nido has regular power cuts, make sure that you juice up your powerbanks because the electricity is available from 6pm until midnight.

we though it was beautiful place or island but not all, no AC 90% VERRY HOT THE ROOM NO TV NO CONDITIONING, DARK ROOM, NOT BEAUTIFUL ISLAND IS OK NO TV BUT AC OMG.

Lovely for a quiet getaway

I enjoyed my stay at Dolarog, the sunset views alone make the stay worthwhile! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfasts and dinners (included) were also good. All in all a lovely place for a quiet getaway!

Never Staying Again

One of the worst experience we have ever had. Cadlao Resort was half the price and we had a much better experience. I never leave reviews, but was so upset by our experience here that I began to make a list during our stay: - Honeymoon suite cleaned at 3pm after all other suites - Garden suite bathtub outside was covered in green mold / algae and unusable - NO POWER in suite outside of 6pm - 5am, absolutely ridiculous when it was 90 degrees and humid - No hot water our entire stay, said a monkey broke our water heater - Shower was clogged and would not drain - Consistently 1 - 1.5 hour waits for breakfast / lunch - No vegetarian option for girlfriend, gave her lettuce and a few tomatoes at dinner as an alternative - Ants all over suite, expected bugs as a bungalow...but clearly not controlled - Consistently had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels - WiFi rarely ever worked in the restaurant - No power during checkout, used our phone lights to find everything - Resort boat was late for our departure back home - No breakfast on our departure date after we were told they would have it ready at 630, arrived at restaurant before any staff members were there - Saw many disgruntled guests throughout the stay, owner sits around the resort and does nothing - Traveling off resort was difficult unless you are on their schedule - For 400+/night, would NEVER go back

Amazing in every way! Especially the service, very warm hospitality and good people! The food was so delicious and the location was beyond satisfying. We’re going to come back for sure!

Ett väldigt fint boende precis vid vattnet och lite avsides från El Nido. Ni som vill ha lugn och ro kommer trivas utmärkt här! Vackert och välordnat med bra städning. Vänlig personal har de med. Enda minuset för oss var den långsamma servicen vid lunch och middag. Vi fick vänta länge på mat och dryck vid en del tillfällen. Avståndet till El Nido är inga hinder för att ta sig dit. Boendet har en golfbil som skjutsar en till närliggande Vanilla Beach. Eller så går man dit längs stranden! Därifrån tar man bara taxi och är framme på cirka 10 min. Vattnet utanför väldigt fint och badmöjligheter är goda. Det är inte speciellt djupt dock. Allt som allt är Dolarog en härlig plats och jag kan rekommendera det för alla som vill slappna av och njuta!

Who want some peace and quiet spot, here we go. There is several free speed boat shuttle a day, if you wanna go to el nido town. Food is great!!! A bit strange as well as pitty, even i stayed many days, the owner as well as the management people always around never took notice of their only guest!!! Lucky them, that they have lovely employes

Duur voor deze accommodatie. Uitzicht is wel heel mooi, personeel verstaat geen engels. Enkel met de boot aan te komen in het centrum.

Super schönes Resort, abseits vom Trubel in El Nido. Essen ist super lecker und wirklich ausreichend. Personal erfüllt alle wünsche. Bootstour war super, nicht so touristisch wie die Touren, die man El Nido buchen kann. Wir hatten einen Zimmer im Garten. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Man muss wissen, dass es tagsüber keinen Strom gibt. Ist dann etwas dunkel im Zimmer und man kann keine Sachen laden. Strom gibt es von 6 Uhr abends bis 6 Uhr morgens. Pool ist mit Salzwasser. Fanden wir sehr angenehm. Anlage ist schön und sehr sehr ruhig. Perfekt um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Unbedingt die Massage buchen!

La vue et la plage sont fantastiques, l’etablissement est isolé (pas de route) ce qui lui confère un certain charme avec un service de navette pour rejoindre Corong Corong. Cependant, alors que l’endroit paraîtrait idéal pour se reposer, l’etablisse est très bruyant, surtout pour les villas sensées être les plus haut de gamme (beach front) qui sont collés au restaurant et à la réception (wifi donc téléphone donc bruit). On est donc sans cesse dérangé (et personne n’en a rien à faire) et sur plusieurs nuits cela devient insupportable. C’est très dommage. Je vous conseille vivement de réserver les habitant donnant sur le jardins avec ou sans vue mer qui sont plus éloignés.

Ett perfekt hotell för den som söker lugn, lyx, tystnad, god mat och avkoppling. Väldigt gästvänlig personal. Ingår båtturer till öarna runtom. Otroligt fin strand som du har helt för dig själv. Inte att rekommendera för den som alltid vill ha tillgång till bekvämligheter som el, wi-fi samt gillar att ha närhet till livliga barer, restauranger och minimarkets.

到着したエルニド空港から迎えの車を事前にお願いしてましてが、1時間待たされました。 スタッフのサービスは悪く、ボートでしか街に行けない為予約したボートも1時間３０分も待たされました。 食事も時間で決められるので、空腹時間が凄くありました。 昼間は電気が使えません。 カップ麺も念の為持って行きましたが、お湯も用意してくれませんでした！ ただ、ロケーションは抜群でした。
