Property and room were excellent. They went above and beyond to please you Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Skip the buffet a lot of cold stuff. Get a flip waffle iron for fresh waffles. We learned to get a freshly made omelette. Wonderful !!
Very nice place
Absolutely amazing . I highly recommend
Divi is beautiful area with awesome vistas, the one lacking issue is the nonchalant staff that miss the details with the rooms and their condition.
Majority of staff not friendly, beach front rooms desperately needs to be updated. Glass shower door fell off and was unable to be fixed. They tried to tell us just not to slide the one side however we demanded a new room. The food selection on the resort is terrible. We tried their prime rib dinner buffet and it was awful. Items were cold and the prime rib consisted mostly of fat. I can honestly say this was my first and last time to St. Martin
The hospitality was beyond anything I had experienced .
This isn’t the Ritz Carlton. But the beach and pools are amazing. Room wasn’t perfect but the beach and pool were. Never had to leave the resort if we didn’t want to. Such a beautiful property.
Staying at property was good. The beach front rooms have excellent views. Beach is maintained and clean. My only issue was when calling the front desk feom my room was horrible. I had to call 3 to 5 times before someone picked up. Also, the wait time for getting food from the Shack was very long...there was only one server every night
Great location and beach and the food choices and restaurants were plentiful. However, we were all inclusive and wish they had provided bottled water and cokes in our fridge. We were at the far end of the resort and had to walk quite a distance to even get a water. Also , the resort water shack was worthless -they say they have kayaks and snorkel gear for use but we were told several times they would not check them out because of the wind - the water was as calm as could be. Also we paid for an excursion ahead of time and were told , when we arrived for excursion, that it had been cancelled !! Think they should have told us ahead of time so we could have made other plans!!
This is a beautiful property with incredible ocean views on both sides! This makes Divi Little Bay very unique and the only place I have ever stayed where you could see the ocean on either side of the property.
Restaurants were very good. Getting clean towels and room supplies was hit and miss, but staff responded when we called.
A fabulous time! Water so blue, beautiful beach, great pools and such a friendly staff! All the bars had amazing bartenders! Sea breeze was a great restaurant with lava rock dinners! Only problem was we couldn’t get a beach umbrella for 3 days bc wind had damaged so many the week before. I realize you can’t control weather but there should be more on hand. That said, we will be back!!!!
This is an absolutely gorgeous well-maintained resort with views that are incredible and exceptional beaches. We were in a 1-BR condo up on the hill and our balcony view was breathtaking. Be aware that if you have any mobility limitations, there are stairs to get to the upper level and the units with the best views are up on a steep hill. There is a shuttle service, but in busy times, it can take a bit to catch one. The wifi was only available a couple of hours a day and tv was out the entire time of our stay. While this is not why we came and it was only a minor irritation for us, they do advertise free wifi and many cable TV stations including US networks and ESPN. We notified the office several times, but this was not resolved during our stay. Given the pricing, this was an amenity we expected.
What a beautiful property on a breathtaking location. We stayed all inclusive and were very pleased with dining options and food quality. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. All this said, it’s the staff that really make this place great. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and put a smile on our faces. 10/10 will stay again.
The food was good and the employees were nice, cordial, and respectful.
Good Location with beautiful sand beach with clear blue water. Very good food. Everything is clean with good services. Rooms were good and close to everything. It was our first time in this island. We enjoyed our vacation there and will come back again to same hotel.
Amazing place..Staffs are friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful property, excellent beach!
Very nice
Great resort in gorgeous location. Snorkeling right off the shore.
We love the resort for its location and beach. The restaurants are good but preferred when pure ocean wasn’t a buffet at night. Options are limited for food. Most of the staff is very friendly, we especially enjoy Lou and Steven. The drinks are great! Love the beach service. Pools are beautiful and sunsets at the infinity pool are amazing! The property Is beautiful!
Great place for the price. Food was great. Above expectations
Was a great place to stay with family!
Great resort we enjoyed our stay! Beach was wonderful! Great drinks! Snorkeling was amazing!
Had a lot of things available that might be needed. A lot of space so it didn't feel crowded.
Firstly we had no hot water. The front desk was informed about this and maintenance men came after about 90 minutes. They indicated that they had reset the hot water, but it did not get any better. We were only there one day so we left disappointed. We found two cans of Sprit in our fridge. One had been opened. It appeared that the cleaning staff did not bother to clean out the fridge.
We stayed for a few days during Christmas. I see all the other nice reviews, so I believe we got the worst room: the bathroom door will not close completely without pushing it hard to close, the TV volume could not be turned up or down, the telephone did not work for our entire stay, the wifi did not work on two separate evenings. But what upset me the most was the issue with AC. On Dec 26, the AC stopped working. We reported the problem to the front desk. However, we had to stay the entire afternoon and night in an overheated room because the resort did not have a technician onsite. Their excuse was Christmas. They did not offer a different room, saying they were fully booked, nor offered any other compensation, and they did not try to be helpful at all. Expedia shows four stars for this room, but I would barely give it three stars. We will never return.
Great beach. Decent food options for all-inclusive. Not enough entertainment during day.
Good property, but check-in could be better.
Nice and quiet.
Safe, clean, good on site dining options, and on site beach access. Very good snorkelling right at the Resort. Staff was friendly and helpful and very nice to deal with.
Hard working caring employees dedicated to serve the guest and make the vacation more memorable. Our St Maarten home away from home.
One of the best snorkeling spots on the island is connected to the property! And the former Queen of Holland stayed on the property while we were there. Amazing history and wonderful staff made our stay incredible and relaxing.
Nice little bay location Transportation available but be prepared to sit in traffic regardless of time of destination as the island infrastructure on roads with the airport and cruise ship activities makes for expensive and slow transportation services
The property as a whole was wonderful. The staff were very friendly. The food was good and we had a variety of choices each evening. The property is quite spread out, but the bellmen were always available to give us a ride to the other side where are room was located. The beach staff hustled each morning to get the chairs and umbrellas up for all who wanted them. Upon arrival, the concierge was a bit pushy for us to attend the “open house” where they attempt to sell you on a long term package. And lastly, the WiFi was horrible. It wouldn’t connect in my room, but it would on my balcony. When it did connect, it would frequently drop and disconnect. Trying to reconnect would be hit or miss with emphasis on the miss. I really do like the resort and would be happy to return in the future.
We liked the escort to the room by cart. However, sometimes we just would prefer to be able to park near our room. This way we wouldn’t have to call and wait on the cart to arrive.
Perfectly located, alway welcoming, beautiful beaches and pools.
No hot water my 2nights whirlpool did not work Paella mussels clams not open staff just schrug her shoulders
The staff and people at the hotel were very friendly There was no hot water in my room 223 I would stay there again
The staff were friendly and helpful. Two of the restaurants you could make reservations on open table which makes it easy. If this your first trip to St Maarten check with on site amenities before booking an outside company. The Spa was great!
I was really safe, the people working there were really professional. I had fun. thank you
Service was terrible. Room was awfully dirty
The hotel cleaning staff were absolutely attentive and very accomodating, we never had to ask for extra towels, tp, etc... they always provided us with these items without asking for them. The grounds are impeccable, beautiful. I didn't like that my American Express was denied several times at check out, was informed by my credit card that no transaction was entered by Divi Bay ,therefore, no denied transaction existed, basically Divi Bay didn't enter the transaction and told me that the credit card declined which was very concerning, and misleading. Wrote to the administration but I never received a response, will think twice about visiting. If you have American Express, and you are visiting this resort, please make sure you bring an alternate credit card.
You didn’t have to leave the property it had everything you needed on the property. The staff needs to be more professional and not seem so grumpy
Limited wifi, lack of TV channels in rooms, ran out of towels daily , older rooms in need of remodeling
Location and the staff are amazing!!!
Great place, been going there for years
A lot of the staff seems very disgruntled and annoyed. Resort is a bit “ tired”.
I had an amazing experience at this beautiful place ! Thanks a lot.
You feel like you’re in Europe without traveling that far the property is pristine. The beaches are fantastic and the water is pretty.
The staff were excellent and beaches were nice and food was good but cleaning staff was not good I was there for three days and not once did cleaning staff come to clean or give us fresh towels. I went to front desk to tell them and always let them know there was leak in the toilet and nobody came .. only time cleaning crew came is when we were checking out . I would not stay here again..
Beach front balcony
There wasn’t so many places to eat within the resort but it is a beautiful location with SUCH friendly people, felt like home away from home
I have been to other Divi Resorts and their bar opens before 11am, with that said, I would like a mimosa with my breakfast and unfortunately, couldn't have it as they do not serve alcohol until 11am. Entertainment needs to be extended; things ended between 9:30p-10:30p!
The view was amazing
We arrived at the resort around 6pm. The check in process was okay. We get to the room to discover one washcloth, one hand towel. I called the front desk to request additional towels & it took 12 hours to get resolved. They never had any pool towels available even in the morning. The customer service at the shops and restaurants were awful. Rita at the resort's market/grocery store was the ray of sunshine. She had the most delightful personality, positive energy, and the best customer service on the resort. I can't forget to shout out Eddie, Roger, and the rest of the shuttle drivers for their awesome service. If you stay at this resort, be prepared to be ignored by the staff at the restaurants and shops and bring your own towels.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your resort. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that your standards fell far below what I expected. The room I was given was filthy and outdated, forcing me to request a change—something no guest should ever have to deal with. The service was abysmal, with wait staff seemingly uninterested and food taking forever to arrive. To make matters worse, your restaurants were consistently closed despite my prior reservations, leaving the bar as the only option. This level of mismanagement and disregard for guests is unacceptable. I expected a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but instead, I was met with frustration at every turn.
This was my first time out of the country. My birthday trip was amazing. It was a great experience for me being only 26. Everyone was welcoming all the way down to the other guest. It was mostly an older crowd but I did not mind they were still a VIBE. My room was the beach front room. The other rooms are a little more updated but no complaints here. The taxi services are very helpful. Try to explore the island like my cousin and I did. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed the pool side bar.
Our room was right on the beach, which was beautiful. It was a quick walk to amenities on the property. We rented a car (we would recommend) and had a great time exploring the island.
Third time visiting the Divi. I just love it.
It's beautiful architecture Would love to visit this property on other islands The beach was calm The services of the bars were lovely
Excellent
I felt safe on the property. There were many dining options. The beach was nice. The staff was friendly They property offers free parking.
This resort is perfect for a beach getaway. The beach is perfect great views along with plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas. Room accommodation is ok, clean enough but nothing special. Booked all inclusive with mixed review from me. Food was limited but was good. Not all restaurants on property were included. Largest gripe for us, was no coffee prior to 7am.
Vivi Little Bay Resort is well-known for its exceptional customer service, friendly staff, and great food, consistently receiving high praise from guests. The warm hospitality and attention to detail make the experience feel personalized, while the dining options are often highlighted as delicious and diverse. If you’re looking for a well-rounded stay where service and food stand out, this resort seems to hit all the right notes, especially for a relaxing getaway. Based on these qualities, I’d give it a solid 9/10.
Absolutely love this property. We had a few hiccups but they were addressed right away. Would definitely recommend 10/10. Wonderful, friendly staff. They remembered me from a previous visit! Will be returning!
Great view, wonderful beach!
Amazing views, excellent customer service, warm and friendly staff.
Overall the property was very nice, the food was good and staff were very friendly. The one big drawback was the severe sales pitch/assault as we were checking into the resort. It was like a used car salesmen at the end of the month! We were harassed trying to get us to go to "the presentation" for time shares/ownership. They should at least wait until folks have settled in - did not give into to them and enjoyed our stay.
Great beach front location, the new ocean club part of the resort has well appointed rooms and the Mix bar has a great rooftop view.
Not worth the money
I had an amazing experience at Divi Little bay, while celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly and always finding ways to make your experience better. The staff is what makes this hotel so great. Specifically I want to acknowledge and thank Tony, from entertainment who always had fun energy. Gilberto the waiter, who provided excellent service. Eddy the bellhop who was super helpful with resources. J the bartender who made the best drinks and always anticipated our needs! The staff at Pure Ocean were always welcoming. I had the all inclusive package and I think it was worth it because the food was great even though top shelf liquor was not included. I wish the seafood restaurant was open daily because although I was there for 3 days I never got to experience it because it’s only open 2 days a week. I was there during the low season so I appreciated having space and the hotel not being crowded. Great experience because of the exceptional staff. I would highly recommend.
We enjoyed everything about this resort! We would definitely come back!
I originally booked for 3 nights. Enjoyed the resort so much that I stayed an additional 3 nights. Pools and beach area were fantastic! All staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Sales pitch was about 20 minutes and after I declined, I was not approached again. Food options were good and plentiful.
The resort itself is beautiful, with gorgeous pools and a serene atmosphere. A special shoutout to the bellman, Ederick, who was incredibly kind and helpful. However, my experience with guest services left much to be desired. The room I was initially assigned was disappointing, as it lacked the ocean view I had specifically requested. After voicing my concerns, I was moved to a different room, but it was in a poorly lit corner of the resort and felt less safe than I would have liked. It still lacked an ocean view. Additionally, I was promised a resort credit, but no one informed me where I could use it. When I inquired, the staff member who assisted me was rude about it. Another frustrating experience was guest services insisting I meet with the concierge, only to be tricked into signing up for a 90-minute timeshare seminar. To add to the frustration, I was required to pay a $20 deposit just to ensure my attendance. Guests come to relax, not to be coerced into attending timeshare presentations. While the resort has its positives, the guest service experience seriously impacted my stay.
Th e property was great! Great location on the Dutch side of the island. The beachfront was amazing breathtaking peace. The staff was amazing. There was always taxis around for transportation the entertainment was family and adult friendly
The property is expansive like a small city. Easy access to different areas of the property either by walking on shuttle service. The views were exceptional and the water activities enhanced the stay experience. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The room was perfect in terms of amenities, cleanliness, size and views. We will definitely be back!
Nice quaint property
Staff was super friendly. limited places to eat on certain nights.
Rooms are old. No WIFI in many rooms. We went all inclusive- hidden fees like $30 upgrade if you want to go to MIXX restaurant, $30 if you want a lobster at another restaurant. No entertainment. All the bars " ran out of things "- no mint for mojitos,No barcardi no music at Swim up pool, minimal entertainment( DJ until 9.30pm). No shows. Staff appear unhappy " please tell management how you feel" Would not recommend this place if you want a lively vacation. Food was good but most restaurants had the same items on the menu I would highly recommend going with Billy Bones Tour to Anguilla ( Sammy and Junior were awesome). I would like to mention at the resort some great staff members that made our stay somewhat tolerable - Tony- Our Tour Guide to St. Philipsburg/DJ- so friendly and knowledgeable. - Ruffino- At Seabreeze restaurant- so nice/helpful /attentive - Mimi- At Pure Ocean In the morning breakfast – always smiling/welcoming - Eddie –transportation/shuttles on resort- friendly/ made us laugh - Jay – at the swim up pool ( we only saw him once )- nice/attentive
Excellent resort, so many different options of relaxation ranging from the beach to the infinity, mesmerizing pool and hot tub and beach view. Multiple restaurants.. everything within walking distance, seems intimidating at first that the resort is so huge but the walk is so doable… food and drinks amazing, so fresh… hospitality 10/10 and front desk very helpful… first time in St. Vincent and the stay was amazing! Would do it 100 times again!
The resort was beautiful, the staff awesomely friendly and attentive to needs, the food was excellent. Lots to do and also just kick back and rest. Beautiful beaches and surrounding scenery.
I loved everything single thing about this property, everything was perfect.
good experience
It was okay.
Not all entertainment. Always wait for service. No very friendly
We quickly realized that the rooms advertised were those in their time share units. There was a stench in our room the moment we walked in and small ants were on the nightstands and the sink area. The odor got progressively worse and they finally agreed to move us to another room on the 3rd night of our stay. The explanation was that they have been having issues with their plumbing since the last hurricane. 2 of the restaurants on the property were pretty good, Gyzmo’s and Oceans. The rest were mediocre at best.
We paid a lot of money to stay at this place, one king suite with beach view 1. The shower was dirty 2. The hottub didnt have hot water 3. The phone to call the reception didnt work 4. No housekeeping we stayed 5 days and they did not come, i went to reception to request to clean the room and they did not change sheets 5. No room service, you cant order food 6. The have 1 or 2 bellman for the whole resort who would drive you in a golf cart to your room since you can only park right at front by the entrance if they are not available you have to walk this whole resort back and forth or if they are busy you have to just sit and wait 7. Everything closes super early and open at 9am I spoke to ghe manager Maria and she did NOTHING "i apologize for the inconvenience" then promised me a bellman to pick us up to leave to the airport when checking out and no doorman came we had to walk the whole resort with our luggage, i couldnt call the front desk because the phone didnt work, very very bad service, but the doormans were nice i fellt bad they overwork them to save money but they charge you a good amount for everything
I recently stayed at Divi Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the biggest issues we encountered was with housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t start until 9 a.m. each day, and even then, it would take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours for someone to finally bring us towels. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially since the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. Our room’s floor was filthy upon arrival, and despite multiple requests to have it swept and mopped, it was never properly cleaned. It became clear why when housekeeping finally arrived—it was mostly older ladies who were responsible for maintaining the rooms. We felt bad for them, especially considering the resort section we stayed in had no elevators, forcing them to climb flights of stairs multiple times a day. This is not only unfair to the staff but also directly impacted the quality of service we received. I suspect that the heavy cleaning equipment, including the tools needed to mop the floors, was simply too much to carry up and down all those stairs. This isn’t the fault of the housekeeping staff; it’s an issue that the resort management needs to address immediately. The front desk seemed powerless to enforce anything, which was frustrating. A resort of this caliber should be ashamed of its lack of consideration for both guests and employees. On a positive note, the food at the resort was quite good, the staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing.
Most of the staff were extremely friendly. Seabreeze restaurant and Gizmos were amazing but the other restaurant options were lacking. Loved the pools and decks. Our room was Clean and suitable even though it was older. We were disappointed in the beach clean up, seaweed sat for days with little effort to clean it up. We also thought the concierge were a little pushy for the time share presentation.
We had a nice stay at Divi Little Bay Beach from 8/11-8/17. Pros- The beach and water was beautiful, multiple pools, food was above average, with numerous choices at each restaurant, quiet atmosphere, great for shelling, quick ride from airport, felt safe, easy to walk to everything. Cons- Service is slooooow. Being from NY, I know that traveling to the Caribbean usually requires an adjustment in expectations for speediness, but upon arrival there was only 1 person doing check-ins, which made it take over 30 minutes just to check-in and be told our room wasn't ready. Service at dinner is also slow. Prepare to be at the restaurants for up to 2 hours just to have an app, entree, and dessert. Some nights we didn't mind this and others it felt like our order was forgotten. Also, if you don't do the AI option, food is very expensive. Shops on the property close by 5/6 so theres no shopping after dinner. Overall we had a nice time. Ernesto had rolled by on Tuesday and caused waves and seaweed to wash ashore. I was disappointed to see it take multiple days for the grounds staff to clean the beach for guest use. It was clear people were getting frustrated. Some staff seem to work very hard while others are often seen sitting around, not doing much. If you are looking for a resort that has a lot to do, this isn't it though. This resort is really just a beautiful, quiet place to relax.
Had a great time and plan on returning
It was a great stay, tropical storm and all. Staff went out of they’re way to accommodate us.
Some of the staff was fantastic. Others were down right rude. The resort itself has so much to offer for the price but staff is very important to us. Coming to a new island you’re looking for the friendly vibe and feeling welcomed. The head of entertainment at the resorts was top notch. Everyday he seemed genuine and was making sure everyone had a good time. His energy was contagious. Jay, Sandy and Pierre were wonderful. Some of the female bartenders at gizmos were rude and we were ignored when wanting service on more than one occasion. Many other guests said the same thing. During the tropical depression many workers asked if we needed anything. The resort is worth trying. Beach is beautiful and so is the property
Very quiet low key resort Absolutely loved it and will be back Rooms clean, we stayed in new oceans part Really loved this place
I recently stayed at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and while there were aspects I thoroughly enjoyed, there were also significant areas for improvement. Pros: The location is spectacular, boasting one of the most beautiful beaches I've encountered. The cleanliness of the rooms also met my expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay. Cons: However, my experience was marred by frequent electricity outages, occurring approximately 5-6 times per day, which is quite disruptive. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connectivity was disappointingly unreliable. In today's digital age, consistent and fast internet is a necessity, not a luxury, especially for working professionals like myself who need to stay connected even while on vacation. Despite inquiring about a business center, the initial response from the staff directed us to look for alternatives in town. It was only later revealed that there was a "Hospitality Center" within the hotel that offered slightly better, yet still underwhelming, internet service. Summary: The natural beauty of the beach and the pleasant weather were highlights of my stay. Nonetheless, the issues with electricity and Wi-Fi, coupled with mixed responses from the staff, significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's crucial for Divi Little Bay Beach Resort to address these infrastructure and service shortcomings to truly match the expectations of its guests.
Staff, property and beach is excellent
Great stay. Beach was amazing. Restaurant on the beach, great evening vibes.. loved all the pools
Wonderful beach. Safe. Most staff helpful and frienbly. Many items in room did not function properly...refrigerator leaked, no lampshade on bedside light, ceiling light switch did not work. Reported all, some addressed some not. Room waa not as clean as on other visits. Ice machines did not work.

One bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Had to walk up a bit of a hill to get to room but was ok for us…others may have to use bellman in golf carts for help. Only 2 or 3 buildings with that.
