Nothing special, cleaners knocking the door every 10 minutes in the morning before its even check out time! Room near the road so quite noisy.
.
Hotel is really lovely, huge so it can be a trek to your room, we ate and drank in the bar area a few nights and that was lovely, it’s the perfect location for the parks, just a little walk around the lake and you’re there, the shop inside was great, we will be back
Check-in was very poor - no ID check/ no welcome, our room was only ready at 17:40. We were told to ‘bring our own bags’ and stood out in the rain to collect them after the park. We requested one dental kit and were told ‘no out of stock’ and to purchase one at the store - no apologies just an abrupt no. They only had a kids toothbrush to buy the next morning for the price of five euros. One member of staff said ‘what is that supposed to mean’ when I said I had dual nationality, all in all very disappointed with the service. I used to come to the hotel with my family but will unfortunately not return. None of the electrical ports worked in our room too - so we went to the park with uncharged phones and could not even use our hairdryer.
Fantistic
Perfect in every way
On the outide This property is well presented and visually stunning from all angles as you enter the recpetion area is a large and clean with lots of staff all veru courteous and gave excellent customer service. Our room was just average as we entered the room was well decorated and we swere surprised to see we had a balcony facing the road which was great however we found that the air conditioning was not working properly and was blowing cold all night (in January) the extracter fan in bathroom was not working and the balcony its self had lots of bird mess on floor and the canvas cover hadnt been cleaned since installed. I felt overall the property was not worth the money paid but if renovations were made i would pay the price most definitely.
This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children. Toilets in the main areas could do with an upgrade, and getting from lakeside entrance up to reception and the main lifts is disjointed and awkward with a buggy! Only two negatives though, we would happily return.
Was amazyng
Newport bay massive hotel
Great stay with park entrance for all days here. Great value as we arrived early on the Sunday and left late on the Wednesday. Hotel is massive biggest in france so a bit of a walk to and from the room. Booked breakfast which was ok.
Fantastic experience Very busy at times Rooms comfortable Would like proper cups in room rather than disposable for the coffee in the morning
The staff here were all lovely! The property is very clean, though the rooms are slightly dated (and I can’t under why a company like Disney can’t invest in proper hair driers for the rooms, the one they provide is terrible) the location is perfect for attending the parks. Would definitely stay again in future. Marked down on the area around the property as there is a bit of building work going on, so some unsightly areas at the moment.
The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to the parks
Beautiful hotel
There was nothing to dislike about this property 5min walk away from the disney village and the staff are very friendly would stay there again.
Rooms needs better upkeep
Disney Treat
Fabulous hotel in a great location.
Disney's Newport Bay Club is a gorgeous nautical themed hotel. The architecture and indoor decor are stunning! Both restaurants serve delicious food, and their gift shop has a great selection. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that you cannot really control the air conditioning in the room. You cannot feel its cooling effect. The lowest temperature is 19 ºC, and you can't turn it off. Other than that, our stay at the hotel was amazing.
Some of the staff in bar in the Newport did not seem very tolerant of children which is really surprising since this is a Disney hotel and we were made to feel very uncomfortable daring to spend time here with our 2 children. The rooms were loud and not soundproofed, the shower was awful. The pool was great. This hotel is fine, we stayed at the sequoia first which was cheaper and much better.
Nice place
Lovely hotel that has the premium property refinement of the Hotel New York Art of Marvel, but at a much lower cost. The Compass Club was fantastic and worth the added cost for the civil check in, exclusive breakfast room, and hush floor room product.
I would stay here everytime!!
Wal paper hanging off the wall in bedroom very tired room bathroom Basic at least Staff in the bar were very good and it was spotlessly clean
Nice hotel and only a 5 minute walk to Disney but breakfast is extortion at €30 a head
Waste of money
We stayed for four nights in two rooms at Compass Club Level in September 2024. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. I can’t believe the price they charge for the poor standard of accommodation. It has the potential to be a beautiful hotel if Disney chose to spend some money. The bathrooms are dated and not very luxurious. I’ve seen better in budget hotels. The wallpaper was peeling away in our room and the furniture is bashed. Don’t get me started on housekeeping either. Every day it was half a job done. Dirty mugs and glasses left. Tea and milk not replaced, bins not emptied. One even left us a broom in the bathroom but they quite happily took the tips left in both rooms. Needless to say I didn’t bother after that. The beds were hard and the air con was none existent. It doesn’t go below 20°c and the weather was warm so we didn’t sleep well at all. The breakfast in the Compass Club lounge had a decent selection but was lukewarm every day of our stay. Most of the cast members were polite and helpful apart from a couple that seemed disinterested in helping us with a couple of issues that we had. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again until it’s had a refurb and even then I’d have to reconsider. We love our Disney trips as a family and nothing beats WDW in Orlando. The hotels, food, cast members and parks are just a cut above Paris so my advice would be to save your money and go there instead. I certainly wish we had.
This resort is very handy to the park. It needs a bit of a refresh. We were staying in Compass Club and the staff were fantastic. Rooms are getting a little dated and the hotel could do with tech upgrades. We wanted to sign in to Disney plus to watch a movie at night but the tvs are a bit old and dont have smart tv facilities.
5✨
I have always loved Newport, and trip was no exception. Brilliant hotel 5 ✨
On arrival we went to reception to check in and get our room - we arrived after 2.00 p.m. The receptionist queried our room and although we had booked a room with 2 double beds, she tried to give us a family room with bunk beds, which we declined. We insisted on having what we had booked and she then told us we would have to wait until 3.00 when a room would be allocated to us. She was not hospitable, polite or concerned that we were disappointed about not automatically being given the room that we had booked. No apology was given throughout the whole process. We went back at 3.00 and had to queue for 20 minutes until we could see a receptionist who gave us the room that we had booked, but told us we would have to take up our own luggage which we had stored in the luggage area outside the main door to the hotel. we went around the hotel to the luggage area and asked to take our luggage away - the man asked for our room number and said the luggage would come up to the room within 15 minutes - we would not need to take it ourselves. we went to our room and after 40 minutes we phoned down to the luggage area to ask where our luggage was - we were told by the man on the phone that we had not given a slip of paper with our room number on to the luggage centre and therefore they had been waiting for us to contact them in order for them to bring the luggage up. we told them that we had not been given a slip of paper by the reception and we had verbally given them our room
This was our first experience visiting a Disney hotel, and we were generally impressed by the Newport Bay Club. It is situated about a 10 minute walk from the Disney Village, with a further 5 minutes to the park entrance. Staff were very friendly and efficient (they had to be, the hotel lobby gets extremely busy around check-in time). One downside is dining options at the hotel; there are a couple of restaurants, but with set menu prices at €45 or €55 per head, this is very costly, so we did not use them, meaning we were stuck with the Disney village or park food offering, which is mostly 'fast food'. The hotel shop is primarily for Disney merchandise, selling only drinks and sweets; it would have been better if it offerde a slightly broader choice such as healthy snacks or fruit, but I suppose that's not very Disney. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, which we took advantage of during a particularly hot day (37 degrees celsius!) but the changing rooms can get very congested, so try to pick a quiet time. Overall, quite expensive, but a quality experience.
The Newport is in need of a massive update. It certainly misses the mark when compared to other Disney properties in other countries with regards to room features like outlets, air conditioning, general cleanliness, and food options at the restaurants. I would recommend the other hotels at the park or even ones outside the resort before choosing to stay here. It’s not worth the cost.
This time price did not match the expectations...
Don't usually write any negative reviews about Disney properties as we stayed in many and all over the world - California/ Florida/Paris but this time price did not match the expectations and that was after we got upgraded to the room with the lake view. Pros- you are on Disney property with it's magic hour and facilities, pretty nautical decor, comfy beds, helpful staff, great swimming pool and 2 amazing restaurants. Contra- it's an old hotel with cracks showing everywhere, no usb plugs anywhere and other plugs are not in any convenient places, toilet behind bathroom door ( need to be carefull not to hit someone sitting on it), not enough sun chairs by the swimming pool, room chairs in need of new upholstery; hotel requires renovation and modern updates including decor and furniture. It's a good hotel but I don't think it's worth it's 4* as it requires lots of improvements. If you want to save some money and still be in Disney bubble book Sequoia Lodge or Cheyenne.
The hotel is tired, our bathroom the shower slider was broken so you couldn’t shower without holding it in place, there was black mould on the seals and it was very very old fashioned. The breakfasts weren’t great given what you pay and the carpets in the room didn’t feel clean!
The service we received in this hotel is amazing especially the check in staff. They are very friendly, warm and welcoming. The location is great for Disneyland and bus transfer is so convenient.
I checked with their reception if I can buy slipper with them . They said no and asked me check with other shop . I understand that slipper is not offered by hotel right now but hotel should consider to offer client to buy slippers with them .
We just came back from staying here and we're overall disappointed. The location is good, as is close to the parks and th breakfast, but that's about it as it's more quantity and quality. The hotel is in the need of renovation and the rooms were not cleaned properly as we found crisp packages/crumbs in the rooms that weren't ours. We also had an issue with our booking and the staff was very unhelpful and the issue was still not sorted 3 days later. Many staff members also insist of speaking French or don't understand English either. I would not stay here again.
Magic!
Be Leary of booking hotel stay with park tickets
Due diligence first. Our info was submitted to the hotel incorrect by hotels, so we did not get our Disney tickets. They made up ages for each family member. Seemed like a mistake in the system as it never asked for our info for the park tickets. We were unable to attend Disney until our last day and that’s because we purchased our own tickets. Our booking included tickets and our receipt shows that 4 tickets were included. We would have never stayed at Disney if we didn’t get the tickets it’s pointless. We would have stayed in the city center of Paris instead. It completely ruined this trip. We spent hours talking to hotel, Disney gate personal and customer relations and then added hrs with hotels.com staff trying to resolve this so we could go enjoy Disney with our kids. It was never resolved and the Disney staff were the rudest hotel staff ever. We were very patient and kind through the entire thing. Even after I booked this I called hotels.com and spent over an hr talking to them to figure out the park tickets. Then I finally found info saying it would be given to me at the hotel. No one ever answered the phone at the hotel. The Apple Maps phone number for them is incorrect so that’s be why. Over all just do research before purchasing.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing. Staff were very helpful. Only down I’d say was the pool didn’t seem too clean. Ideal location only disappointment was we wasn’t told when checking in about meet and greet with characters in the hotel.
Great family atmosphere and very friendly & helpful staff.
The hotel has very limited options for vegetarians and the room are ok not a wooow experience that we wish to experience when you come to Disney and are overpriced with the tickets. As the hotel is the only good option to close to Disney park one has no oher way. Definitely was expecting a much better experience after paying a premium rates .
The staff weren’t friendly from the time we arrived and had to deal with security to the check in, to the cleaning service to the restaurant staff. It did not feel like a Disney resort, especially as an American it did not feel welcoming. There was no air conditioning in the room and no food options for lunch.
Very poor service. Very expensive for what you get. Rooms are tiny. Dinner at restaurant was terrible. Wouldn’t stay there ever again
I left my luggage with concierge and they promised to get those in the room , we went to lunch and walk awaiting the room to be ready … when they gave us the room luggage was not there after a few hours I called and no one knew where my stuff was a Seems need maintenance … rooms are old … I got locked in the bathroom because door needs to be fixed , shower head is not well positioned and falling
Handy hotel for staying at Eurodisney. Not so great for solo travellers as ended up having to pay for a room with 2 double beds so paid the same price as if a family stayed in the same room. Single tax! Check in was a bit of a faff and you didn’t get given any information about the hotel. Only realised how easy it’d have been to walk into the park on my final day. Hotel rooms were a bit dated and tired. Coffees and teas didn’t get restocked during stay but asked at the concierge desk and that was sorted quickly.
Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high
We came in the room and found empty bottles of water. I didn’t book a room with disability. And our room had it.( book the hotel 5 or 6 months before coming). Disappointed with this hotel and will not book again if ever we visited Paris Disneyland.
Hotel is so badly designed and for a luxury hotel has no amenities zero power outlets by the beds. Don’t expect to plug in medical equipment for sleeping. Beds are TINY double beds. Two adults would struggle in one. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Missed cleaning twice. Don’t stay here all the above and not remotely convient with a 20 min walk to parks. Stay elsewhere or off property and take the train faster.
This was the second time we stayed here. Great time again. Staff are fantastic.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they make the stay at the hotel very enjoyable. The hotel itself is pleasant and clean (Newport Bay). We had an amazing time in the park and the parade and rides were brilliant.
A beautiful hotel in a great location, lovely access to Disney and Disney village, very clean and spacious rooms.
Great location near the Disney parks. But rooms are just OK.
Very nice people, lovely location and really pretty.
The room was comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice and cozy. The room was clean. It was frustrating that the AC would not work (it seemed to be programmed at a certain temperature and could not be adjusted). The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the park or there was a shuttle that could take you to the park. It was frustrating that one had to go through security every time entering the hotel. Nevertheless, I would consider staying here again.
Excellent location, simple walk over to the parks but shuttles also put on if needed. Easy transport links to and from hotel. Helpful and friendly staff especially on check-in. Room was clean and fairly spacious but could do with a revamp (e.g. better sockets/usbs, bathroom could be freshened up).
Awful hotel and experience, TOO EXPENSIVE
This was our 12th visit to Disneyland Paris, and it was atrocious. We paid €2,400 for 3 nights. This hotel is not the standard of a 4 Star hotel, we, literally had the furthest room from reception, it was s supposedly a room view of the lake (see attached photos). . Air conditioning broken when we arrived, had to make 3 phone calls to get it fixed (remotely) of course. If you are thinking of a trip here, please take our advice and save a load of money, stay in a much newer, better equipped and cleaner hotel outside the park. The food in these hotels have not improved one iota, even since our first trip over 15 years ago, which has to be the most ridiculous thing of all. Dont be tempted by the half/full board option, its not worth it, stick to McDonalds, trust me, it's much better. Will we be back, yes but we will never make the same mistake and stay in this shambles ever again. Hopefully when the staff reading this share my comments, I hope someone takes notice.
Overall a nice hotel
Easy to check in before 3pm and somewhere to leave luggage while we went to the park. Never received a text to tell me the room was ready and when we went to reception he had to allocate a room and this was well past 3pm so this obviously hadn’t been sorted. The room was spacious with 2 comfy double beds, bathroom was clean. Had complimentary water and lots of different coffee and tea options. We ordered a room service breakfast which was delivered on time and was really nice. Negatives would be the wifi- I tried to connect and it just wasn’t working. Not the end of the world as I could hotspot off my phone but I did expect better from Disney considering how much you pay for a room. The air conditioner wasn’t working so it was a little warm but luckily it wasn’t boiling hot outside. The only other disappointing thing was in the morning we decided to relax before we traveled back so stayed until check out time and we had 4 attempts by housekeeping to get into our room to clean which was annoying when we had paid until 11am and we were well within that time- you felt a bit like they were forcing you out of the room. The hotel overall is nice and you can easily walk out of the back and into Disney village and get to the parks.
For a Disney hotel it didn’t give any Disney vibes! No character visit either
A Fine Place To Stay -- With Some Drawbacks
The good: location (close to parks), beautiful exterior, nice gift shop, friendly staff at front desk. The bad: housekeeping banging on our door TWELVE TIMES between 8 am and 10 am on the day of checkout (checkout isn't until 11 am!), even though we answered each time they knocked saying we would be out at 11 am. Also bad: the rooms are BADLY in need of refurbishment. They are really out of date and showing their age. Otherwise, the room was fine. Nothing good. Nothing bad. A place to sleep. But for this price, it should be better than this. Disney really needs to shut this place down for a lengthy refurbishment.
Nice place to stay
We came to the hotel expecting a 4 star hotel but ended up experiencing a 2 star hotel. To start, we checked in a room where someone smoked. When we asked for a room change, they told us the hotel is fully booked and refused to make a change. It was only after 2 esclations that we were able to get another room. The rooms are old with limited amenities. The air conditioner barely cools the room. The only toiletary provided is a bar of soap and a little bit of shampoo. The bathroom looks likes its from the 80s. Then the next day, when they cleaned the room, they did not even provide any new soap or facial tissue. On top of this, the staff is poorly trained and overly worked. The cleaner does not even know what the standard check out time is. Overall a terrible experience.
Consumables were economised. Toiletries were not provided beyond the first day of check-in.
A very magical place for the kids!
Stayed here for 4 nights to go to Disney Paris. It’s very close to the parks, probably a 10ish minute walk. They due provide a shuttle as well. The room was small with two full size beds. It looked tired, the curtains were broken, the toilet broke and the air conditioning did not feel like it worked. But, they sent someone immediately to fix the a/c and the toilet. I would stay again for the closeness to the parks.
Average
Restaurant options and food was average. No lunch options. No coffee before 7am. Water and coffee does not get refilled in rooms. Rooms are small. For the price i will not come back
Excellent hotel for spending a few days at Disneyland Paris. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool.
I always stayed in Orlando Disney’s hotels and almost 10 years ago we spent a wonderful time in Disneyland hotel in Paris. This time as Disneyland Hotel was closed due to renovations we stayed in Newport Bay. I didn’t know how horrible this hotel was. First when you arrive they have to scan all your bags and even Babur have to got thru x rays machines as in airports. The security personnel is very rude and scaring. the hotel personnel is also extremely unpleasant and rude. On top of everything the hotel is extremely old and they don’t have the minimum cleaning procedures ! The room was dirty , full of dust, the bathroom is so discussing that I was afraid my kids would get some skin infection… I paid more than $600 a night for 3 rooms and had the worst experience ever. Run away of this hotel
Beautiful, clean hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Easy 10min walk to the Disney Village and a little extra to the parks. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.
The property is beautiful. The rooms are nice, though the bathrooms are a bit dated.
The Newport Bay is a grand hotel. On arrival staff watched us struggle with our luggage but did not offer assistance, no porters or valets to assist. The theming is cute, cruise ship like, but the hallways are small, narrow, and long. The carpet is very thick so made it very difficult to transport our luggage the four long hallways to our room . We had to walk for quite a while to get to our room. The rooms are outdated, small, and very stuffy. The AC does not work, and if it does turn on it does not work well. Bottled water is never replaced, our face cloths were taken on day 2 and not replaced. There is no mini fridge to keep drinks cold and plug ins are very hard to find as the room has very minimal plugs. The bed is comfy and the comforter is like a dream. The lobby was always crowded, hot, and stuffy. It is a very small central space in comparison to the size of the hotel.
Would have liked a mini refrigerator to have cold drinks in the room
The location and concept is great. However, they can improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Also some rooms are very very far from the elevators.
Most comfortable bed of my 2 plus week vacation but the air conditioning was broken in the room and the Cast didn’t seem to care.
A great hotel in an excellent location right next to the Disneyland attractions.
Not Up to Disney Standards
Hotel seemed run down. The distance from the lobby to my room was ridiculous…I videotaped all 2 minutes and 43 seconds of it. No ATM in a tourist hotel. When I arrived in my room when I checked in, there was an empty water bottle on the counter in the bathroom. The next day when I came back to my room after housekeeping had cleaned my room, it was still there.
Having arrived very late in the evening / early morning, due to several flight delays, the reception staff were very helpful and appreciated our long journey to get there. The hotel was convenient to walk to the parks and the train station to travel to Paris and back. The room was very comfortable and all services provided. Would recommend it as a wonderful place to stay.
Perfect package!! All in one! Checking in was a breeze too!
The concierge didn't follow through with two requests. Another concierge gave us attitude. The food in the restaurants was terrible, particularly the buffet. Our hotel room was like a sauna - the heat was on and we couldn't turn it off and after four phone calls to housekeeping and one trip to the concierge it was never remedied. Plus the lied to us and told us it was taken care of. the restaurants were also very warm and everyone was sweating trying to eat their meals, not to mention the sweaty waiters. Disney Paris is celebrating 30 years this year and it shows. The whole place feels tired and in need of an overhaul.
Had a nice stay.
The hotel was lovely. Food was great staff excellent the only problem the rooms were cold. We had three rooms and two were cold. We complained but nothing was done about it except extra duvet set. I spent four days just feeling cold in the room and that was the only disappointments, if I go back to the hotel, it will have to be in the summer months
Overrated, overcrowded and overpriced describes this Las Vegas for kids in a nutshell. If you like staying in a small, dated and noisy room overlooking the dumpsters and delivery entrance you found your place. Enjoy! Not!
The Property is massive and beautiful from the outside. Upon your arrival you feel like being transported to the island of Coronado, in CA, for the majesty of the building and surrounding area, but once incide, you feel like you are on a Cruise, because of the internal design. However, beside this first impression, the experience was disappointing, because: - the property is old - non kids amenities upon arrival (not even for B-days) - bad communication across departments 1) despite the late checkout agreed with one of the receptionist, and a DND sign exposed at the door, the housekeeping tried to enter our room for 4 times, starting from 9:30am and pushing for our departure!!! 2) Also, no body told us we were meant to carry our key with us when joking the restaurant for breakfast, so we needed to walk back all the way down to our room 2357 to collect the key and make our return to the restaurant, where by the way no omelette were served. - the room was ready only at 19:20 and the latest they could do the checkout for free was up to 12:30 All feedback were provided to the FOH who apologies and offered 1 pass for fast track for 1 person and for 1 attraction only… useless especially for us that we were 4 and also on departure, so it would be nice to have a plan B to use in this case. So overall I will not recommended as it is not worth the money spent!
Restaurant staff and food good. Communal areas not clean. Long queue for security and check in. Maintenance of my room not done . Each day of my stay housekeeping was an issue. Items not replaced , bins cleaned . This hotel is a very busy one and only one lift to get to restaurant- they need more as long queues
A very comfortable stay
The hotel was great and so was the staff. The shuttles to the park are very convenient and security is surprisingly tight. The food at the hotel was delicious (and expensive). I strongly recommend a meal plan. The only hiccup was trying to use the credit card that I put on my magic pass. Most of the staff in the actual parks did not know how to use that card on their cash registers. They would have to call a manager to show them how and this created inconvenient delays on the first day. For subsequent days, I just brought my actual credit card with me to the parks for easier transactions, but that very much defeats the purpose of the magic pass. Also, wifi at the hotel is good but the wifi in the parks is not. I do wish there were still printed maps of the parks available so that we wouldn't need our phones to navigate. Otherwise the trip was magical. Special shout out to Killian (or Kilian?) from room-service who was hilarious and absolutely delightful.
This is our second visit to the hotel. Nice place to stay. Near to parks. Near to Val D'Europe shopping center and outlet The room was big and clean. The stuff very friendly and helpful. The food in hotel's restaurant very good. But pay attention in some packages drinks for dinner are not included and there is no even fresh water for free. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
Such a convenient location with the parks a lovely 10 min stroll around the lake. The hotel is huge with great restaurants and the added bonus of a fabulous pool, jacuzzi and sauna to ease those aching feet!
Beautiful property!
Not like it used to be unfortunately
We booked our first night stay through hotels.com as we werent arriving until after the parks close and didnt want to pay the extra that disney would charge as they have no option to not include tickets on a particular day. So we booked our first night this way and the remainder of our stay through disney. I phoned ahead to explain and they said they'd put a note on the account so we could keep the same room for the whole stay rather than checking out and in again. When we arrived there was no note on the account and it took ages to sort it out. After a long time we were given our keys and wed been put in the furthest away rooms possible (not sure if this reflects using hotels.com rather than disney). On our 2nd night after a long day in the park we walked our exhausted kids to the room far, far away to.discover the key had deprogrammed (they hadnt sorted the first issue properly) so had to walk back to reception and back again. We stayed 7 years ago and this hotel was pristine, the staff made you feel special and it was very comfortable. It is now a bit tired in parts, wasnt as clean and we didn"t receive the same level of treatment. Beds were very hard, rooms quite small for family rooms and they didnt leave water in our room but did in my son's and our friends'room. I probably wouldnt stay here again because of the above reasons unless it was refurbed. The bar was also hard to get seated in. We were ignored for over half an hour despjte there being a free table.
Very convenient for early access to the Parks
horrible
Hi The stay at the hotel was shocking, there was always a lack of shampoo and conditioner, we were four people in the room, they gave us one conditioner and one shampoo, the weather was cold, I asked 4 times and even went down to reception and nothing helped. The room is small and cramped. My children had a birthday, it was not considered at all. Not satisfied at all, we will never go back there and I will not recommend the hotel either. I demand my money back!
A big thank you Marian!
We have been to all properties owned by Disney which are well Kept and each visit was once in a life time experience . However we are truly disappointed with the overall staff attitudes toward guests and services . Imagined that the hotel room was not cleaned nor provide us with the necessary towers for shower !! Imagine that you are out at the park for the full day magical experience and when back at your room the balcony door was left wide opened , no housekeeping and worst of all no supply of towels ?? The only reason for our next visit / return to Disney Paris is because of the Duty Manager who she helped to immediately addressed and resolved all issues. A big thank you, Marian!
I booked through Expedia website several times in the past but the last hotel we stayed in was a big disappointment. We stayed at Disney Newport Bay Club hotel between 6th January’23 and 9th January’23. This trip was for my daughter’s birthday and I really wanted to make it special. We stayed at other hotels similar star rating and price but feel that Disney Newport Bay Club can’t be compared to any of them. I couldn’t understand how you could charge me $751 per night ($2912 for 3 nights) so I looked at current prices for this hotel and was surprised to see price $244 per night ($364 with breakfast and Disney tickets). I really hope you could explain the above as it makes me very upset. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Lina
We have just come back from a lovely stay at Newport bay! The staff couldn’t be more helpful and so lovely to my children the beds were comfy, nice food in the restaurant, very easy access to the parks would definitely stay again.
The hotel was beautiful. The beds not so comfortable. Very convenient when visiting disney. The staff was great.
Small rooms, small bathroom, tight for a family, no mini fridge. No outlet by bedside table. Only stayed here bc we were planning on being late at Disney and didn’t want to go back to Paris
The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were shuttles to and from the park. Walking to and from the park is a bit confusing, as the closest entry/exit point from the hotel is only open to convention busses. The pool was unexpectedly closed. There were no ice machines or fridges in rooms, and to get ice you must make a long walk to the bar and get a bartender’s attention. The room was hot and could only be cooled by opening the patio door. Paint was peeling or bubbling in many places in the room. And there weren’t any Disney toiletries. The last point seems trivial but when you pay this much for a Disney hotel, you expect some small Disney touches.
Great
Great food in the Yacht Club lovey happy friendly staff in the hotel super location for the parks
It's nice enough, and it's a fantastic location for the Disney parks. It slightly feels like it could do with a refresh, though, and it's very, very expensive for what you get (and check the restaurant prices before you go!). There's also not much to do there, apart from go to the parks or go for a wander. All that said, for a Disney park holiday, it's perfect, and the restaurant *is* really nice with enough food to suit all of our different palettes. If I was going to Disney again, I'd go back to this hotel. The Marvel hotel was outrageously expensive, and the others were a bit cheaper but just didn't seem as nice. My top tip: Book the restaurant as soon as you book the hotel - it gets very, very busy (although the concierge will usually be able to help you out if you're really stuck). We found that a late sitting (9.45) worked best - it gave us time to stay at the park till closing time, then amble back for dinner.
I never received notification my room was ready via text as they promised . No coffee/tea in room no help when TV would change to English . Overall a little disappointing from someone who frequently visits Disney properties .
Loved it and would stay again
Very pleasant

Great stay on Disney property, within easy walking distance to both parks. Lovely room. Pool was a bonus too. Loved the gift shop.
