This beach resort is within the region of Dharavandhoo Mosque. Make yourself at home in one of the 83 individually decorated guestrooms, featuring minibars and LED televisions. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out. Domestic flight and speedboat transfer option: Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 25 minutes via a flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport, and then 25 minutes by speedboat to the resort. I was here previously, decided to come for a 20 day stay to recharge.. They really let the place go downhill in every way. I felt like I was doing a spotting job rather than having a vacation especially the first week.simple things like painting rusted things all over the island. Not clearing garbage that washes onto the beach, which I and other guests would put up high on the beach figuring they did a walk around daily. No, same garbage was not even noticed because the management doesn't care. I made my complaints and was told that some quality control expert was coming and they would have the island in shape by December. Lot of good that did me momentarily.it was things that were not even hard to do, simply there was no will. And it wasn't the staff, it's management..Actually had by chance the same room from years ago and saw the same issues not attended to. The food was also low quality, I avoided breakfast, out of 19 nights, maybe 5 breakfasts. Any juices put out we're heavy sugar and they spared every expense. Not a banana in sight the last 10 days of my stay.. I offered to gladly do a walk with the general manager and show him how to fix the place up in a matter of days with staff on hand. Didn't care.. then there is the smoking. Staff quarters are close and obviously no one is told to go to a further section of the small island to smoke. When you're out taking the air on a walk it's not pleasant to suck in a huge amount of smoke. Much more. Bye Dfaru. Disappointed

It was our 3rd year anniversary and we had the best time ever…first of all on arrival..we got the WARMEST welcome from Mary our hostess…she’s very kind, friendly and pays attention to details… she made us very comfortable However, on the massage sector, my wife had the WORST experience with Margaret…she didn’t pay attention to the areas requested and after complaining my wife left there in pain and sore…she wasn’t as friendly so I wouldn’t recommend her… the waiters on the other hand are really kind and nice.. The rooms aren’t properly cleaned..the hygiene is not the best and you can tell its overtime poor maintenance…stains on the white tiles here and there and green mould around the shower corners… we stayed at the water villa with a pool Other than that, the food is 10/10 … the experience was amazing…enjoyed the sunset fishing, feeding and touching the stingrays and seeing baby sharks from our villa..it was surreal.. If you like to have fun, i’d recommend checking in on a Thursday as they always have DJ night and Rachana makes the BEST sheesha…and don’t forget to ask for Mary for a splendid experience. The place was definitely worth it, we’d definitely recommend

Staff were very friendly. Property did not have much facilities and the cleanliness inside the Villa could have been better. The wardrobe doors were not able to close properly and the varnish on the wooden furniture had worn off to show steaks and patches

Not only did the ocean waters and sandy beaches look even better in person, but the entire experience was a wonderful vacation. Additionally, we had a minor medical situation and the onsite doctor, Dr. Dema was wonderful; the hotel manager, Ally was also wonderful. We highly recommend this property!

Best vacation ever! White sand, turquoise water, beautiful villa on the water, feeding sting rays, watching different fish spices. Stuff pay attention to every detail and fulfill any requests you need. Housekeeper Rubel have done excellent job every day. Delicious food! Everything you need for an unforgettable time in Maldives! Will be definitely return guests to this island resort!

We had asked evening transport during the way back since day 1. We were told they will inform us even though we asked to be notified in advance so many times. Nobody came back until 12pm noon time, and they said in 15 minutes airplane will depart. This resulted our arrival to Mahe airport 11 hours earlier than our flight to Dubai. It was a totally disappointing experience. Furthermore, food is horrible. We have seen hotel employees were systematically entering misleading positive comments about this facility. Stay away, there are so many places in Dubai which would not ruin your holiday

Staff: the service at this resort is unparalleled, with the resort staff going out of their way to meet and exceed all of your needs. Special thanks to Mohammed at guest relations, the lovely team at the main restaurant who took care of us all week, and Shaheen our room boy, as well as the staff at Maldives airport making the seaplane transfer as seamless as possible. The service is truly exceptional at the resort--hopefully the staff will be taken care of during the six month shutdown for renovations coming up in April. Water Villa: the semi water Villa was absolutely amazing, with a beautiful spacious deck and a massive outdoor bathroom. The Villa itself was really nicely appointed with everything you could need, and it was a lovely experience to be able to wake up and jump in the shallow water straight from your room! Water shoes are recommended for those who are sensitive to walking on sharp floors, but it was also doable without. Food: we were consistently impressed by the buffet food at the main restaurant. Over the course of seven days each lunch and dinner was varied and different, often taking on themes. Breakfast has mostly the same dishes on offer but we didn't find an issue with that. We were amazed at the quality and authenticity achieved by the chefs given how remote the island is! They even took requests for certain cuisines and added a few dishes to appeal to my family's tastes. The dessert in particular was amazing, make sure to try the panna cotta!

Wonderful beach

The best thing about this resort is the beach. Amazing! Incredible color, clear, cool. We just loved it! The staff is really friendly and they have night activities for pretty much everyday. I did get the impression that it is an Italian resort. Not a huge problem, but you can feel a little bit left out with you don't speak Italian. Nevertheless, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend the resort! If you like to drink, consider the all inclusive package. It's good value for money.

Perfect!

We stayed at Dhigufaru for 8 nights and couldn’t have asked for more. The island is a real paradise, heaven on earth but most importantly the staff is exceptional. They will make you feel special and well looked after. We really enjoyed snorkelling safari and sunset fishing. We will certainly be back.

Excellent hotel, beach views!

One of the best resorts I have been to, the beach is just extra ordinary. The water and the rich white sand is something I have never seen before. Staff was awesome. Food was excellent as well, special shoutout to VIJAY from the restaurant for making special vegetarian dishes everyday for our stay. Also huge shoutout to MURALI from the pool bar for serving us best drinks and snacks along with great customer service. I would definately come back here. Love this place.
