Hands down this is a hidden gem. After staying in Meyodong the first time we decided to try this hotel and let me say it was ten times better and same stores and restaurant options.

Hidden yet full of surprises. Very short walk to different means of transportation (city/airport buses and subway station). Also in close proximity to a variety of restaurants,cafes, stores and everything else you may need and want to explore. Exceptional service provided. It is surprisingly safe and quiet.

I was looking for a place between 30-40 minutes away from my activities and this fit the bill. I loved staying here as it was located 2 minutes by the train, the room was spacious and the staff was accommodating. Although there was a language barrier they worked well to make sure I understood everything

Nice boutique hotel, but entrance was a little obscure being in a side street. Very convenient as it is located near metro and bus stations with service to Incheon airport. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Recommended, little far from Seoul's center

Very good, receptionists were nice, location is great, lots of restaurants near by and a metro station. The room could be better maintained, walls had cracks but otherwise very comfortable. If you don't mind the distance from the center of Seoul I recommend staying here.

정말 깨끗하고 친절 합니다. 시내 가운데 있어서 식당도 가깝고, 기타 편의 시설도 가깝습니다. 전철역도 바로 앞에 있고요. 카운터에서 간당한 영어도 잘 합니다. 가격도 적당 하고요. 추천 합니다.

Either replace or remove the table and countertop. Excuse won’t explain the whole situation to your innocent guests. When guests request the check out receipt please issue it rather not blame others.

The front desk employees were very pleasant. They listened and solve problems promptly. The room is always clean.

Great staff and nice hotel. It’s not a love motel like some have said, but it’s located near many. The staff were really friendly and helped me to find a gym on my first day. The room was cleaned so quickly each day, I would go to the gym and they would have cleaned my room within an hour. The hotel is near to convenience stores, cafes and a lively neighbourhood. The station is also really close by.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Korea! Highly recommended the property, especially for one or two persons. Loved the neighborhood and convenient location to get around seoul. Definitely will stay again on my next visit to Korea!

Ok hotel

It was fine. Weird decor. My AC had a piece break off and kept leaking water. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I got a shrug and a promise of extra towels. They actually gave me fewer towels the rest of my stay. But nothing heinous, I would still consider staying here again if the price was right. Good location, right next to a subway, and lots of restaurants around.

호텔은 조금 오래되어서 낙후된 느낌이 있었고 전기 아웃렛이 너무 적어서 불편했어요. 하지만 프론트에 계신 직원분께서 너무 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 그나마 즐겁게 잘 지냈습니다.

Great hotel for a great price. The staff was lovely, provided umbrellas for when it rained and made sure we knew how to get places.

It was a cute place, very convenient. The Suyu Station was just 2 minutes away, plus lots of places to eat, shop etc. It was great value for money. We got the suite, so it was spacious and very comfortable. We had a 2 person jet jacuzzi in our room, which was great. The manager and staff were super helpful in getting us a cab, even making calls for us! Thank you for a great stay.

Clean facilities and super friendly staff. Not much to do around the area but it was very close to the subway station for easy travel.

Best location and service

The location is perfect, just few min walk from Suyu station line 4. The easiest way to transfer between Incheon airport to this hotel is by airport bus. The bus driver help carrying the luggages and it is more convenient compared to taking the train or subway. Many local rests, bookstores, convenient stores and shops nearby. Room was cleaned every single day and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again. It worths every single penny.

The hotel is really close to the underground train station, Suyu station (exit 3 and only 250m.) First impression, staff was really helpful giving us some ideas for local food and lent us umbrellas.

I rarely write these but I want to express my gratitude / appreciation to this hotel. This is not your 5 star hotel in terms of facilities and scale, we chose here for the good price and didn’t expect a lot, but they did a very good job particularly in these aspects: 1. Clean, room is very clean and it’s like Asian home style, they have many little things/gadgets for travellers 2. Staff, they have very good staffs, especially a man named Kim, man was a hero at our check out day, firstly, we were rushing out for PCR test and it was raining, he saw us got no umbrella and offered us his own umbrella (yes, his own umbrella not the hotel’s) and then he helped us to print the PCR result at a very tight time, translation, and even called the clinic and ensured the result come on time so I can catch my flight. All these stuff i wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel, so in the customer service category I can give them a 11/10 or sth simply they have staff like him. Overall, amazing experience here with the hotel for my 4 days trip in Seoul.

I loved the staff! Even though I didn’t speak Korean they were extremely accommodating, but they did have staff fluent in English. They were extremely helpful and polite. Even helped me call my taxi and get my luggage in and out. Loved them!

A great little hotel with friendly staff

The room was compact but had everything I needed, very well appointed. Everything is modern and clean. I stayed one night and it was fantastic. I was sorry I wasn't staying longer! Super value for money and highly recommend.

This was an excellent hotel

This was an excellent hotel for our third visit to Seoul. We’ve stayed in many Seoul hotels and this has been our favourite. No issues with anything : Hotel was in a great location, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The suite room was clean, very cozy and stylish. Fantastic bathstub. And breakfast was good, too. We ate in the hotel restaurant “Angelo”, paid for breakfast in advance. korean style eggs benedict and omelette. Definitely recommend.

The rooftop is very nice, xou have a nice view from up there. The room was ok but very smal. The bathroom is bigger. Tge problem if the bathroom is that there is no curtain or something by the shower. If you take a shower the whole floor gets wet. This is nothing unnormal for korea but it still annoys me. As I already red in other reviews is that you get a big bag with cosmetic stuff but this was gone after the first day, exactly as in the review "where did my soag go". Over all it was okay but I never paied even half prais for that kind of room in Korean again.

I didn’t know what to expect because it was the first time in Seoul and needed a hotel close to my daughter’s university. I stayed 10 nights and the room was super clean, the staff were very friendly and had excellent service, there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area and the subway station right next to it. I really felt like home. Love it overall excellent. I’ll go back. Thank you to all the staff for your excellent service.❤️❤️❤️

Very welcoming hotel. Room clean and spacious with nice sized bathtub by Seoul standards. The AC units were right outside my window, and due to it being the middle of summer, humming all night, preventing a good night's sleep. However, would recommend due to good location and facilities.

This place is legit. I'm probably going to stay here again if I want to party with other people. The hotel is on a road with lots of love motels nearby. Recommend hitting the nightlife here. It's pretty cheap and just as good. Room is definitely high quality for the suite, not sure about the other types of rooms yet.

Comfortable and cozy, but where'd my soap go?

This is my second stay here and while I was happy with the room overall, there were a couple things worth noting. First, the pictures differed a bit from the room I was in. Not bad, just different. Secondly, the young lady at the front desk was quite rude (which I'm noticing is a trend in Seoul among younger women in customer service, but that's neither here nor there, nor something to take 100% personally). Lastly, the room is cleaned thoroughly, however, the bag of toiletries you're given when you first check in always disappears even if you're still using the products inside and you're not given another bag unless you ask. I'm not sure why this is a thing but it is and it's annoying. My hand soap is removed though I'm clearly staying another night, as well as my bath sponge. The robe is also replaced which is completely unnecessary. Other than those three things, I like staying here. I loved the fact that the windows block out the street noise (and light) and the TV is always nice. I also love that I can control the lights and A/C with the remote control. And I like the gentlemen that check you in and out. They are quite kind and understand what good customer service is. Hopefully, if I stay here for a third time, some of these issues will be resolved, but the kindness remains.

Updated, Clean and Cute Hotel

Clean and cute hotel you won’t be disappointed. I stayed only 5 nights but it’s bc I needed to be closer to inter city area of Gangnam-daero ;)))

Great location and price!

Hotel is very close to subway & bus stops. The rooms are clean & they renovated the bathroom in my room in a span of four days! Rooms could use more plug outlets and was a bit of a tight squeeze, but otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and I would come here again.

Wonderful experience at hotel Daniel Campanella. The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to metro stations and downtown. I found the room a little small but well designed and elegant. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back on my next visit.

リーズナブルな価格のホテルです。 恐らく元々ラブホテルだったものを転用していると思われ、立地する小道は所謂ホテル街です。 部屋のお風呂はすりガラスの壁だったりということを気にしなければ大きな問題は感じませんでした。 地下鉄4号線のスユ駅まで歩いて一分で、そこから一本で明洞や東大門まだいくことができ、交通も比較的便利でした。 ホテル周辺にはお店やレストランもあり、スユ市場もあるので、周辺でも楽しめます。

Great value but a bit far from center

Pros 1. Quiet. you wont hear other room noise 2. Lots of food nearby 3. receptionist can speak English and nice 4. Can leave luggage 5. 2 min walk from Suyu Station 6. Airport shuttle nearby but takes at least 1.5 hrs 7. Hotel provides nearly everything you need for daily cleanup Cons 1. Netflix didn't work 2. Road noise is loud at night 3. Away from center and othe sightseeing place 4. May be better to room renovation Although theres no stuff smell nor rubbish around, rhe room may need to be renewed as they are old. But the TV is large and new.

女一人旅で2泊3日利用しました。 概ね満足です。 大画面でYouTubeとNetflixが見れます。 お水2本、アメニティ、入浴剤を毎日補充して下さるので有り難かったです。 備え付けのシャンプー等はスッキリした香りで私好み。髪の毛のキシキシ感や乾燥肌ですツッパる感じはありませんでした。 日本のビジネスホテルと同じ質感だと思います。 スリッパは使い捨てタイプではないので気になる方は持参した方が良いと思います。 よくよく見ると、シャンプー等が置いてある棚の下がカビていました。 そこにシャワーを当てるとカビが浴槽に入るので気を付けてください。 洗面台下の排水溝ですが、最終日の朝だけ溢れてしまいました…ギリギリ避けましたが。 この2点以外は大満足です。 また利用すると思います。 ありがとうございました。

進入房間的第一秒，感覺房間超大，比想像中大很多。當中一個蒸氣蒸身設備（不知道正確名稱），很有趣。 服務員很有禮貌，但也不會太熱情（我個人很怕），酒店環境很安靜。 有一個天台，讓住客可以享受景色，特別。

Kleines gemütliches Zimmer,zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Nur bei der Sauberkeit müsste nachgebessert werden.

You get what you pay. Enough space and clean stay. But can be uncomfortable without charging socket…

Hôtel bien situé, quartier animé qui ne dort jamais, le personnel est très gentil, proche de métro et commerces, restaurants, supermarchés...ma chambre (603) manque un peu de lumière, et de place pour la valise

最初に泊まった部屋は狭くて天井が鏡になっていて落ち着きませんでした。それで部屋をジュニアスイートに変えてもらいました。広くて落ち着ける部屋でしたが、お風呂の扉がなかったのであるといいと思いました。また部屋に時計がないのも気になりました。 でも、駅に近くていろいろな所に移動するのに便利で良かったです。 ゆっくりくつろぐことが出来て良かったです。 フロントの方はいつも穏やかに接して下さって嬉しかったです。

最寄りの地下鉄水踰駅から徒歩30秒の近さで、お部屋も広く快適でした。

駅から近く、清潔で，親切なスタッフ！ アメニティが豊富で、歯ブラシ、スキンケア，パジャマもあったなは便利だった！ 駅は2番出口を出て1回曲がるだけで着く。周辺にはコンビニもレストランも，ドーナツやトーストのスナックなどたくさんあって、トレンドの韓国フードも楽しめた。 このエリアに陽がある人には、最高に便利で安全なホテルです！
