Very cool design how they've modernized but also kept original structure of the original Armory. Our breakfast was delicious. Our room and beds were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly enough, but not overly knowledgeable about certain aspects of the hotel. The bar closed at 11, which we thought was early for a Saturday night. Checking was slow due to many people arriving for a wedding. The hotel would predicted this, so, I feel there should more people at the front desk checking people in. Valet parking only right now due to construction, which is an additional $35.
Wow! Unimpressed with this hotel. I’m a Bonvoy member and exclusively stay at Marriott’s. I can say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Check-in was a nightmare. Over an hour to get room. No parking, forced to use valet with a charge of $50 . When checking out I went to valet to get car. Attendant said it was on its way. 30 min later I asked where is the car and he said they forgot to get it and we’re getting it now. Just a mess, stay away.
45 minute wait to check in.
Good
Great experience for the price
Historic building
All good except parking
Sad and run down
The once grand hotel of London Ontario is now sad and run down. Stains on the wallpaper, noisy furnace in the room (yes when it's -10 outside the furnace would switch on and off all night long), housekeeping left hairs in the bathtub daily, front desk staff were unable to arrange with valets to have the car brought around, and the valet parking was $40/night. All in all, not a pleasant experience.
Clean hotel with friendly staff, enjoyed our weekend away here!
This is a beautiful hotel, with great amenities.
Loved everything except room was facing pool, but we got through it and will return in future
Im a Marriott member and i was upgraded to a primere suite and given acess to the VIP lounge, included snacks, drinks, coffee and a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Definitely staying again!
Amenities were good - gym was clean, well stocked and had water and towels. Cleaning staff were A . Dining options are standard for a hotel, but the salmon was amazing! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Some issues with the TV sound cutting in and out, and my room smelled like a cat had lived there for a month, but I was travelling w/ my dog, so I was understandably in a “pet” room. Smell faded over the week I was there with the help of room spray and a diffuser. Parking is hit and miss, but valet staff couldn’t be nicer.
Didn’t like being advised AFTER the refund period that it was paid parking only. Even though we had a suite with a kitchen there were no plates, utensils or anything in the drawers. The coffee maker was a model I’m not familiar with and it had no instructions. The fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night. The instructions from the speakers could only be heard in the hallways but not in the rooms. No staff were on hand to instruct the guests what to do. Plus the usual complaint about too many hockey teams booked in with the usual noise and running in the hallways.
Hockey tournament in town. Girls running all over the place and playing in elevators making for long waits. Someone pulled the fire alarm and had to evacuate the building until the fire department turned off the alarm. Power went out for 10 minutes. Hotel breakfast was very bland. Overall, not a good experience.
Overall excellent experience!!! Loved the quiet lounge on the 20th floor
Very clean. Check in staff was amazing!! Great location. Large clean rooms
Very clean beautiful place but wasn't exactly an enjoyable stay. I had to pay for parking every night, the restaurant wasn't that great, staff was really slow with service. There was no hot tub or sauna. The pool was very cold not many people wanted to go in. There was so many kids running around for some hockey tournament that it was really hard to enjoy ourselves. Kids playing hockey in the hallways, crowding the doors. I can't say I plan on ever returning.
Great service
Food and service was amazing. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable
Surprisingly great food
Very pleasant stay extremely happy pleasant and helpful staff - bonus that there was lounge with food served till 11pm.
Hotel is always good for yearly bookings as required for our customers. Know what to expect. There is always a lot of construction by the city around this area but out of control of the Hotel. Consistent quality of facilities and service.
Excellent
Wonderful*****
Love Delta. Can’t wait to stay again soon.
Fascinating older building that has been rejuvenated into something comfortable to stay in and pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was also really good. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents
Very unique looking hotel. Property is well kept. Staff was very nice and super accommodating. We used the valet parking and they were very pleasant and helpful.
We come to London for one night every Christmas and we had a great stay! Felt very festive and cute
We had a great time!
Very helpful staff. Goid food in the restaurant.
Good
The rooms have been refreshed but appear to be incomplete. Price too high for quality of room.
Not good
Very disappointing. The room was extremely cold when we arrived. The bedding was pretty thin so we called down for an extra blanket. It was also thin and had holes in it. The caulking in the bathtub was black and peeling. There was no pamphlet in the room with the hotel amenities or services (restaurant menu, pool hours etc.) and nothing with the wifi password. Despite the hotel being mostly empty according to the concierge, the was no hot water in the morning for showers.
The only person working valet was quite good, however this service is understaffed. The wait was a bit long.
Pool, sauna, basketball, we enjoyed, , Would have liked more show options on the TV
Valet and front desk are so friendly and helpful.
Beautiful hotel and super clean! Staff was excellent and very helpful! Great overnight visit
great place
great place friendly service was there when we needed help
We had a fabulous stay for 3 nights visiting family in the area over the holidays. The staff was across the board so friendly and accommodating. The valet parking staff were responsive and great, as we were in and out a lot. Our booking gave us access to the 20th floor lounge, which I highly recommend. It provided a relaxing atmosphere that included a daily complimentary hot breakfast, as well as evening snacks, and drinks; great value! The swimming pool was lovely and a perfect temp. . We brought our small dog and the staff couldn't have been friendlier toward her. They welcomed her with a package filled with treats and a roll of doggie bags. The hotel is situated in the downtown area, which while convenient , like so many downtown cities sadly has a homeless sector. While we never felt unsafe, we didn't wander too far from the property. This is now our new home away from home while in the London area!
Overall decent hotel. Nothing special. Good location. Parking cost is too much. Signature Club doesn’t offer anything outstanding and you do pay for drinks. Saunas are small and specific to male/female change rooms so you can’t relax with your spouse. No hot tub, pool only.
Nice place to stay
Beautiful Hotel ,
It would be great if there were more parking options
Nice staff. Property needs updating. Carpets stained.
Thank you. The hotel was exactly what was needed.
Good service, good environment
We arrived and some of our rooms were not ready, but they did an amazing job accommodating and keeping everyone close together. Very nice hotel.
Love London and this was located close enough to walk to several restaurants
The hotel and all facilities and staff are excellent but with-in a half a block there are homeless people.
Sally ensured out check in experience was easy and welcoming 🤗 I sent early emails and Christine Joy Laquihon was very helpful and friendly. Amazing experience so far.
Terrible place nd customer service all time low
Overall a comfortable stay.
Parking is expensive if you choose the valet version (in and out privileges). The staff were nice enough to note a parking lot right next to them for overnight for a better price. Pool/pool area was cold. Good location, friendly staff, nice room, great views. I would stay there again.
Very friendly staff
The staff were always smiling and willing to help. Loved my stay here.
Great staff, super attentive and friendly. Beaitiful room.
Fine
Great hotel
Great
Everything was great with everything, one thing though: the smell in the lobby was very pungent. It was like a chemical product and sewer smell mixed together. It was hard to eat there since the restaurant was next to the lobby
A lovely property close to Canada Life Gardens
Lovely historic hotel
Lovely historic hotel. Clean rooms. Street parking was used / valet was pricey
Worked out really well, walking distance to venue, not many places to eat after the venue, and seemed to close early(11:00pm) Room was very clean and fresh, good view 👍👍👍
The Delta in London Ontario is a great hotel built on a historic site. The architecture blends together the best of the historical site with modern conveniences and facilities.
There is parking around the hotel, but with extra fee since it is located in downtown London. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff was very helpful during our stay. When we checked in, the room they arranged us is on higher floor, and for some reason, the door is nor working very well. They quickly solved the problem and arranged another room with my request (because I am afraid of height), with free breakfast due to the inconvenience. It was a wonderful stay!!!
Lobby was very nice and modern, rooms not so. They could update the rooms and remove the carpeting throughout the building. The bed was very comfortable Lots of street construction and homeless people around that area
A beautiful hotel
Great hotel - historic pretty. Staff was excellent and room was quite nice !
Good
Good hotel
The hotel has not been renovated in many many many years, and the air freshener in the lobby is overpowering, I had difficulty breathing with all those chemicals in the air. The hotel charges way too much money per night, as if it were a luxury hotel.
Nice hotel with average surroundings
Thanks for a great stay and lovely service.
The building is very unique looking. When you arrive the valet parking attendants are friendly. When checking in the front desk, staff greet you with a smile. When going to our room the elevators move fast, I wasn’t expecting that, but all was good. The buffet at breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The serving staff go above and beyond, they clear plates right away, they refill your juice or whatever you’re having and are very attentive to the customers. The gym is a little out dated could use some new equipment. The pool was nice. Small mini golf - 4 hole, could use some updates. Over all everything was good.
Nice hotel comfy bed
It’s time to update your dirty rooms
Conveniently located in downtown London. The room was dated had a terrible view and was extremely dingy. And the price was comparable with Toronto. We got a deal because I had some points from Hotels.com. I understand that comicon was on that weekend, but I would’ve been incredibly angry to pay between six and $700 for such a, barely adequate room.
A very tired and run down room! The carpet had a large wrinkle (tripping hazard) the ceiling had a huge stain in the middle of it. The bathroom had very discoloured / mold in the bathroom. Furniture was chipped. No what you would expect from a delta property.
.
It was pet friendly
Nice hotel
Very friendly staff and clean hotel
Decent stay, good for a quick one nighter for work
Was a decent stay, a business trip so didn't mind. Convenient although lots of homelessness problem close by. ROom was a great size but certainly dated.
Great combination of historic and modern!
Staying in historic hotel was like the best combination of staying in an older hotel with all the interesting architecture details and history, with a modern hotel with all the amenities one could hope for! The staff was beyond amazing, so friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again anytime I’m in London!
Very kind staff - they made my dog feel so welcome too :)
i was only there for one night. Room was clean and sufficient. Valet service was excellant. thanks
The property was great but the area has really declined a lot since Covid.
loved it overall
Very cool hotel!
Very nice hotel with great amenities. Beautiful surrounding area with plenty of dining options
Close to concert.
The hotel and all of the amenities were very good. Location was perfect for our downtown London plans. The staff was exceptional.
Not having a parking lot that’s safe (15 break-ins at nearby lot for a hockey tournament) isn’t ideal. $39/night for the only safe option is highway robbery. Having stayed 3 nights, $120 on valet parking made the stay not perfect.
It was great!
Clean, tasteful, nicely decorated modern rooms. Very Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good storage space. Modern clean bathroom. Very polite staff. Great housekeeping service. Upscale lobby. Hidden fees for parking. Asking $40/night for valet parking as the only option. We parked on the street for free at night and then paid meter parking after that-away most of the day anyway. Located downtown with interesting characters roaming about. Parking on the street may be a bit of a risk, but we managed. Reasonable price for a downtown hotel.
Everything!
Very nice
Really good service and well maintained!!
Nice Hotel with typical Canadian friendliness. ll is good and I recommend the Delta in London.
Great staff and service. Area around hotel is questionable. Lots of homeless people.
Great centrally located. Historic parts of the armoury are on display in the lobby areas. Lovely hotel!
Amazing stay! Will be back the ne t time I'm in London!
Our travel was for tennocon and this hotel was the only one with rooms remaining. It is a bit over-priced for what you pay for, but the service is top notch and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Terrible location. Old and unkept pool area. Kids areas was a joke as well as mini putt.
