Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was nice, but some of the staff were undertrained and had no idea about my deposit.

Super clean, good location, facilities were really good, really enjoyed the pool area. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers a laundry services which was really convenient and cheap.

Location great, breakfast basic and simple. Neighbour close door very loud, awaken many times thruout out stay. Staffs spoken Chinese and English quite good.

Great cheap stay, location was far from the beach and after staying 5 nights the walk became a struggle. Some aspects of the hotel were a little run down, overall great for what we paid for.

Great place to get around the city. Not exactly cozy... Close to shops and restaurants. Not close to airport or ports.

Not the greatest

De Coze' is in a fairly dodgy part of Patong - which is dodgy enough to begin with - and not a place I would ever stay again. The first thing I noticed was that the power only worked intermittently. The second was that our room had bed bugs! Aside from that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the hotel was incredibly noisy - from the surrounding area, other guests and the air con which was ridiculously loud - and the room, while nicely decorated, was pretty uncomfortable. Find somewhere else to stay.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, even letting me use a receptionists computer (as the customer computers were out of order) for checking in my flight and printing boarding passes. Easy to book trips/excursions with. The room had everything we needed: big bed, good shower (no bath though :-( ), safe (however wasn't fixed to the wall!), air con, balcony, tea/coffee making facilities. The room could be improved by cleaning behind the bed, shelf/window ledges too, as they were pretty dusty. The room was cleaned and replenished everyday, however they were very tight with toilet paper! Only one key-card permitted "to save the planet" according to the staff (people would go out otherwise I assume leaving electrical items running). This wasn't too much of a problem really because we would have gone out leaving the air con on if we were able to - I see their point! This didn't bother us. The hotel breakfast is basic and boring-it is the same every day, lack of choice. It's about 15min walk to the beach from this hotel which was good for us. The hotel is situated in a main part of town but down a side street so was very quiet and safe. I would stay here again. Overall, great holiday. Another tip-if u need a taxi to the airport, book it with reception in advance. We went to book one with them and it was almost like taxis were scarce. after several phone calls and stressed looking reception ladies and 30 minutes, a taxi turned up. peak traffic-6pm onwards AVOID This time!

cheap n clean

A cheap budget hotel. Walking distance to the mall and beach. Very nice halal food restaurant near by. 7-11, pharmacy and message parlor just around the corner. Friendly and helpful front desk

Hotel overall is good but room not clean enough.

We spend 3 day 2 night here since on Aug 28-30, 2015. Room condition quite unclean, smell dank and many dust with room not good enough maintained. they should fix this so much. (Room 503) Location : Quite and convenient. Overall hotel is good and chic style. Swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast was nice and quite good. Service average.

Pot Luck near Patong

We only had the one night here, and having stayed at the hotel previously I have to say that I was both surprised disappointed second time round, having had a pleasant first stay. This time, the key card that turned on the power in the room was faulty and so we went most of the night without air conditioning, my friend's bed also had bedbugs. When we tried to organise a taxi to the airport in the morning, the receptionist was incredibly stubborn and would allow us to book the taxi only at 7am, we really didn't need it until around 7.30-7.45; this meant that we missed the free breakfast, had to buy food at the airport, and had to wait around for much longer than we'd have liked to. Very poor.

Well designed modern hotel

Hotel is reasonably close for any abled bodied person to walk to the beach or anywhere in Patong really. It has been very well designed with the standard room layout made interesting with good choices of tasteful, "non-usual" décor and fittings. facilities are very good BUT: The rooms are not properly cleaned (thick coatings of dust on easily reached horizontal surfaces), AC dust filter so coated in grime that the odour was noticeable, walls next to the rubbish bin splatted with dirt/grime. ripped curtains, blown light bulbs and dirty windows. Noise levels from outside the hotel are not a problem whereas the noise from inside the hotel (slamming of doors, conversation by other guests and house keeping services trolley movements) are well amplified by the hard surfaces that predominantly used in the structure. And why is the breakfast served COLD when all the staff had to do was put some boiling water under the chafing dishes to keep the food at the right temperature (As they are designed to do!)

noisy aircon

the room was clean. bed comfortable 'but hardly slept becuase the aircon unit on my balcony was so noisey immpossble to sleep. the hotel is old and showing signs ware. reception was were not very welcoming. more interested in looking at mobile phones or computer screens. theres better places to stay....

Great accommodation at a steal!!!

We were thrilled with our accommodation. From the arrival at the hotel. Great friendly receptionists. Efficient and helpful. Everything was great. We stayed in 7 different hotels on our holiday trip and this one was the cheapest and probably as good if not better than most of the others. We have visited Phuket before and stayed at Patong beach and Karon beach and had a very good stay there but the location was incredible. Close to everything and we saved on transport as well. A real gem.

Overall not a bad place to stay at for the price.

Good place to relax after a long day.

Nice place a little off the main craziness of Patong, helpful staff, friendly. The hotel is nice for the price, and the breakfast is acceptable, but would get old after more than a few days. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well and was central which is rare for a hotel in this price range in Thailand. The water pressure wasn't great, but the room had a bathtub which was nice. Overall it's a decent place, however if you're on a budget perhaps some places nearby can be had cheaper, but not as nice. If you're not looking for the craziness of central Patong, but want to be close by this is a good area.

Great for a few nights stay!

We enjoyed that location - off the main street. The hotel is convenient and fine for a few days stay. Unfortunately, they have a problem with mosquitoes in the rooms. That wasn't pleasant. Loved that there was a bathtub. Not common in Thailand. Close to restaurants and the big mall in Patong. It was handy to have breakfast included on days we left early for tours. The front desk was not that helpful but adequate. It was nice to have a room on the east side and not having the late sun beat in the window.

Fantastic find!

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful weeks stay at this hotel! The staff were helpful from the moment we arrived and the room was perfect! The only slight down side is the pool area wasn't very big so never much room for sunbathing. Having said this patong beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was included and was fantastic, great choice and set us up well for the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

horrible experience! very unfriendly staff, extremely bad service attitude,; treat you like criminals! interrogate you! will never stay in this hotel any more, strongly suggest travellers to look for other choices, so many available hotels around Patong Beach...

Affordable Hotel close to markets

This Hotel is located at the top end of Patong. It's a 15minute walk to Juncelong and about 10 minutes to the markets. It has all the basics and is clean. The beds are abit firm though! I asked for an extra quilt which I laid on top of my matress to provide some cushioning- unfortunitely it came with it's own set of residents- BEDBUGS! I did not have any problems prior with bedugs so I am fairly certain they were in that quilt. Aside from this little hiccup everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was included which was plentiful and the room was stocked with bottled water each day. The poor was nice.

So so -- NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Hotel is so so. Breakfast is pretty lousy. Steam room barely works. Pool is not heated. First room had paint peeling off -they gave me another room. Mini bar drinks were overpriced. Front desk manager is not so nice. Scooter rentals are the sister hotel and also overpriced. Would not recommend.

Uncomfortable beds

Enjoyed the services of the hotel but lacked few areas - no restaurant available at all - only breakfast available. No vending machines for water or anything. Twin Beds very uncomfortable. Staff very helpful but couldnt understand English.

Modern and fairly new

Clean, modern, and fairly new hotel. Only stayed one night but would have enjoyed spending more time in the area. Lady at front desk was helpful in booking events, transportation, etc. Breakfast was just ok, but nice that is was included. Good place for a reasonable price.

Awesome!

Receptionist was very friendly to tell us what good food were available near the hotel and what activities we should do in Patong. Hotel rooms were very clean and bright however hotel breakfast was only so-so but considering the price paid, it was definitely value for money.

Not As Good As You Seen

The hotel it self look very nice ... but the sink and bathroom floor flooded whenever you use it. The cleaners did not seen to clean the bath & did not top up the complimentary toiletries. The swimming pool is too cool to relaxing. The staff look no very happy when you enquiry about the operating of sauna and jacuzzi. Hotel is not walkable to beaches.

Acceuil unique .. personnel qui manque de respect, pas de politesse et un bonjour les tueraient. Le pire c est la dame de l acceuil. On m a arraché mon petit dejeuné le premier jour apres une erreur de la part de l hotel. Pas d excuse rien je dois appeller expedia et faire un gros hors forfait pour que même la platforme ne m aide en rien. L hotel est sale. Les serviettes ont des trous. La sale de bain bien crade. Le sauna pu. La piscine est bien cabossé. Au prix que vous payer l hotel vous pouvez trouver un truc bien meilleur ailleurs. Apar ca cool la thailande.

値段のわりに部屋が広く清潔で、コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。周辺も夜は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。

简结的经济型小酒店

酒店所在位置在江西冷后门的一条大路上，如果租车、摩托进出去其他海滩会很方便。入住其间我们在隔壁的好莱坞酒店租了摩托车，300-350THB/天，押护照就可以。酒店唯一不好的是卫生间的浴缸下水很不流畅，我们住的是顶楼7楼的大床房，带面山的阳台。酒店在一条巷子里，相对安静，楼下有几家小餐厅。酒店的泳池和餐厅就在一层，早餐品种还算可以，泳池比较小，但对于海滩就在附近来说泳池的小也就可以完全忽略了。从芭东骑摩托去卡伦海滩也就15分钟的时间，到大卡塔20分钟以内，很方便。在普吉岛最推荐的交通就是摩托车，出行方便、轻巧、省油，又有海风拂面，惬意！

Hôtel très appréciable - A conseiller

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine dans cet hôtel de Phuket. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, propres, agréables et les lits sont vraiment confortables. Aussi bien la douche que la baignoire sont très satisfaisantes. Tous les matins un petit déjeuner est servis a côté de l'entrée de l'hôtel, on y trouve un buffet composé de nourritures "standard" tel que les céréales et le café mais aussi de la nourriture digne d'un petit déjeuner thaïlandais tel que du poulet, du riz ou encore des oeufs. Très bon. L'hôtel possède une piscine et un sauna ainsi qu'un espace détente où l'on peut se faire une partie de billard et lire dans le calme les lectures mises à disposition par l'hôtel. Si vous avez le temps bien sûre ;). Nous avons séjourné dans une autre île au cours de notre séjour et pour le retour à Phuket, sans hésitation nous sommes revenu naturellement au De Cozé Hotel. En ce qui concerne la situation de l'établissement, il se situe dans une rue calme et il suffit de marché 1 min pour tomber sur les rues populaires. Quant à la plage elle est a 15 minutes à pieds mais ça vaut le coup de marcher dans les rues de Phuket pour y aller d'autant plus qu'il fait beau... Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel. Si nous devions revenir à Phuket, nous regarderons probablement d'autres hôtels par curiosité mais le De Cozé hotel serait pour nous une valeur sûre. On s'y sent très vite comme "chez soi".
