Front staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room clean and just the right size. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included was a bonus. Great value for the price.

Overall very kind hotel and customer service

This was our first stay here. From outside, the property appeared well maintained. In the lobby, neat and clean. Checkin was fast. Our room looked clean and nicely maintained. All is well here!

Everything was as hoped for.

The toilet in the room was very low to the ground. The staff seemed under trained as the lady was unaware of how the hotel was laid out and they didn't have a map.

Spacious Room

Loved our suite room; it had a kitchenette and separate bedroom with plenty of space. Very friendly at check-in. Will definitely look for Days Inn for future getaways.

Clean and Kind

Most comfortable bed I have slept in in a long time. I have a bad back and mostly sleep in recliners but I was able to sleep all night without pain.

The room was big only issue was ants all over the night stand

Property was very nice. Location was great for getting on and off the road. I would stay here again if traveling through Columbus.

Very nice place!

Everyone was very friendly from the moment I arrived. They have free coffee and water at the front for all guests. You can even do a mobile check in so when you show up you just get your room key and go to your room! Room was very clean and everything worked as it should! More hotels should take note of how this place is ran!

our stay at the property was great, we confirmed a late check-in prior to arrival, which was no problem at all. He was actually waiting for us when we arrived. The only thing we might like to see different is a weight bench in the workout room

Our second stay in Columbus

We had stayed at this motel about a month ago and was very pleased with our stay experience. Last weekend was a last minute decision to stay the night, after quickly looking for the motel’s availability, there was no hesitation in booking again. The staff is welcoming, our room was more than satisfactory and the motel is very accessible & easy to find

We liked the nice room & great pillows, it was very quiet & the fact if we wanted fix a quick snack we could!

Needs updating. Not worth the cost

Jeni, the morning manager at the front desk when we checked out, was SO friendly and uplifting to interact with. She made my day! And I noticed she interacted that way with the other employees also, a less common thing nowadays. Additionally, the decor in the room was beautiful, especially the scenic pictures above the beds. And our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We were very impressed by the hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends headed out that way.

Further out than what I anticipated, but a very good value for the small inconvenience

Checking was nice and friendly, Ed liked the coffee machine, had some in there he really enjoyed, Enjoyed the short stay with all the personnel.

Easy check in

The room is spacious, with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a two burner stove. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. Front desk staff encouraged us to take bottles of water. Would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was a breeze, room more than expected. Extremely clean and quiet. Hot water to spare great pressure.

Passing thru Columbus

Clean, quiet place for a good night's rest. Hot & cold line reversed on bath sink. Bath door doesn't close. But all in all , met our needs for the night.

We enjoyed a quiet stay in a clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was sufficient for us, and the staff, manager was pleasant and courteous.

I liked the room I did not like the breakfast: poor breakfast

I came in town for a wedding and the desk person was nice enough to let me do a early check in. I was really surprised my room has a stove, dishwasher with pots and pans. The beds was super cold and the room was really clean. The only complaint i have is the front desk didnt have any shower caps. Overall I will be returning

Room condition

The carpet in the room felt damp. Not enough food for everyone for breakfast. The great thing is we were allowed to check in early!!

The staff was friendly when I checked in, the room was clean and I assumed I would enjoy my stay. About 3AM the smoke alarm chirped a couple of times. I woke up after 4Am when it chirped again, repeating more frequently as 6AM approached. At 6AM, I dressed and went to the checkin counter. No one was there, but a man came by and said he would send in the attendant who was sitting outside smoking. The man checked the room, but said it would have to wait until after 8AM to be fixed, after the maintenance man came in. I guess it didn't matter that I could have slept for and hour and a half more it he fixed it. I should have driven the 90 minutes home that night and would have had more sleep than at this motel!

The room was huge and very nice.

Everything was great. Our whole family was there in several rooms and it was always nice, calm and quiet.

Pay good wages to service workers you hire!

Room attendants did not come one day, and did not restock soap and shampoo another day. But service workers are hard to hire these days and should be paid more by large profitable hotel chains!

This is a quaint hotel nestled in the east side of Columbus on Hwy 30. The lady who checked us in was pleasant but would have seemed more friendly had she cracked a smile while instructing us about room, breakfast and other amenities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We love pillow top beds so these were extra comfy. My daughter had started an exercise routine in January and was sadly disappointed with the equipment. They were hard to operate and not in the best condition. Breakfast was good for a continental. They had a waffle maker and warm sausage along with bread, cereal, muffins etc. But if you prefer a more hearty breakfast or on a low carb diet, not a lot of options. Over all we were pleasantly surprised and had a great night's sleep.

Breakfast was my only real complaint. Not much of a selection and all of the bananas had turned. Pillows weren't great.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for business. Very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast every morning was great. Not sure when I’ll be back to town, but will definitely stay here again!

Nice space

Our room’s TV wouldn’t work, tried to call the front desk but the phone wouldn’t work. Called hotel from cell phone, they came & fixed the TV. Three people staying in our room, taking showers & the bath tub wouldn’t drain. Customer service though was great. Every issue we had they attempted to fix but these items were over their pay grade. Overall experience was ok just not awesome.

The continental breakfast was subpar. Not kept up with and not a lot to chose from. The toilet in our room was broken and ran all night long, every 2 minutes or so. We notified the front desk and she assured us someone would be in the fix it that day. Not only did no one fix the toilet they didnt clean our room or restock the room.

The heater in our room didn’t work, the air conditioner ran all night. The thermostat batteries were so old, one had eroded all over. And the control on the heat/ac unit didn’t work

The staff was friendly and accoma Odating. The room could have been cleaner, ring in the toilet, no toilet roll holder, overall freshness was lacking.

I feel like the rooms are very good quality for the price. I was impressed with the kitchenettes. Although i was not happy with the beds feeling damp, also when i woke up the next morning i had small red welts on the side of my face and neck which had rested against my pillow all night. I didnt think much of this as it could be a detergent issue

My room had not been cleaned and there were dirty towels and wash clothes all over the room and bathroom and no soap or shampoo.

Front desk person grumpy, towels were not much bigger than hand towel, tissues were half size, internet not easy.

Nothing but the best

Very disappointed with service. Stayed for a couple of days and no one came into my room to bring me clean towels, take out trash, refresh my bed. Complained at my check out and excuse was they had a lot of new employees that are still learning the ropes and a housekeeper wasn’t exactly a dream job. Couldn’t believe my ears. Maybe you need better training and have a supervisor over seeing this.
