Very clean, quiet. Friendly staff.

Location is excellent. Our room is worth for the money. Bathroom is a little bit annoying because it’s too low, water/waste is almost touching our butt.

Very Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Enjoyed the FREE Breakfast every morning. Excellent location close to Shopping Malls and Restaurants. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.

For the most part it was a nice property. Just a miscommunication about late check in. Good location and clean rooms along with free breakfast.

Davao Royal Suites' property has an old-fashioned interior. Staff are great and helpful. Location is superb since it is at the heart of the city.

Excellent location in the poblacion (central byiness) district. Staff well-trained to promptly attend to customer needs. Excellent value for money. Excellent breakfast. Stayed here 30 years ago; their commitment to quality service remains top notch.

Simple and good place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Location is close to everything and quiet place if you need time to catch up with sleep/rest. Parking area is spacious and safe. Someone will look after your car for 24/7.

secured good location to the centro. The breakfast was given nicely, however, serving portion was a little small and limited. very slow internet, cant make a video call on viber or messenger. Hope to improve soon. Good bang for the bucks compared to other hotels.

convenient location and helpful stacc

1st day not really satisfied but because of their assistance on the next day about my small complaint,I appreciate & feel pleasant for the concern from them.

Location is nice, very accessible. Parking space was not easily accessible. There was a cockroach when we entered the bath room.but overall the room was clean. We paid for an additional person but we were not given an extra bed. Plus is they have free breakfast.

Lovely staff

Amazing staff but hotel and rooms needed improvement. As water pressure in shower was so low that can have proper shower. Good for short stay/one night as transit but for long term not good. Good location.

I dont have any comment with thier services, wifi and cleanliness. I just want to suggest to upgrade thier other amenities, like centralized water heater and elevator. We had a good and comfortable stayed in your place. Thank you

Great location

Great location but room rates should be cheaper. Simple and minimalistic , clean lobby. No elevators, very small room with woody smell that caused me to keep on sneezing. Poor drainage on the toilet sink. Good AC. Lobby has plenty of mosquitos with baby roaches crawling on the sofas. Breakfast is poor.

Due to being overseas could not change my reservation which is horrible with hotels.com I then went to Hotel and they said they couldn’t change. Terrible experience and loss

Ok stay for a night.

Needs some upgrading works, a bit run down. But quite ok, considering that the price includes breakfast.

We spent one night at the hotel. There were many cockroaches found in the room and the bed was not clean.

The royal house travel inn and suites is a very good hotel. The hotel is near at San pedro church.

Nice and convenient, but having no wifi spoilt it.

The room was nice and clean, but with little or no wifi it was not what I wanted. So if you need the wifi, then I would recommend Bahay ni Tuding or Ctree hotel for the money.

The hotel was clean tidy my room which was on the 3rd floor was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful

A Good Place if You Don't Mind Not Having WiFi

As mentioned in the listing, WiFi is free but it was almost always non-existent. WiFi is a big factor for me. At first I thought it was just because the room I was in was quite out of the way, but when I went to the lobby, WiFi is still almost always non-existent. If there was, I only get two-signals at most. I love the fact that there are lots of paintings along the hallways. They're for sale, i heard. I also like the fact that the second floor has this outdoor-style indoor space where you can entertain friends or work on your laptop. The area has a skylight, too. If you're staying in downtown Davao, I recommend this place. Some interesting landmarks are just a walking distance away.

If you like to experience an authentic Filipino experience minus with a positive attitude, this is the place for you. Try to have a real Filipino experience and not compare this with your own country then you'll have a great Filipino experience. Skip the taxis and experience the novelty of experiencing the city in a jeepney for 8 pesos a ride.

Waiting to catch our flight. Glad we found this place for only 650 piso a night.

Convenient, in the center of Davao

Came in from the airport at 130am .. easy and quick check in. Had a good night of sleep. Internet was way too slow to get any emails :(

Good Location but not the Ritz.

You get what you pay for. Wasn't the Hilton but adequate for a quick cheap place to stay. San Pedro Cathedral a 5 minute walk away. McDonald 5 minutes walk. Sta Ana Wharf 20 minute ride. Victoria Plaza Mall 20 minutes ride. Plenty of Taxi with meter. Just make sure the driver leaves it on. Trip to Samal Island is recommended but only go with a local you can trust and not too deep into the island. Just use a beach side resort like Paradise Island as I did hear of some kidnappings of tourists deep in the island. Use a tour guide. Try not to go alone unless in a large group and with a local to be safe. An al right breakfast. Just order what you want and don't get upset if it does not come exactly as you ordered it. Comfortable lobby and helpful staff. Watch out for the mosquitoes. Bring plenty repellent. They can even get you inside the buildings. Was very disappointed with the wi fi. Did not work for an entire afternoon and sometimes in the evenings. Try not to walk around with too much visible gadgets and jewellery. Quite safe in Davao and locals are friendly.

部屋の設備の改善に期待したい

ダバオ空港からタクシーで1時間程度かかりました。混んでなければ45分程度で行けると思います。ホテルは新しいほうではありませんが、部屋の中は清潔感はありました。冷蔵庫がなかったのは残念でした。ホテルの周りには徒歩圏内に数件レストランやコンビニエンスストアがあり食べるのには困りませんでした。朝食はホテルのレストランで典型的なフィリピン料理を食べました。シャワーは温水が出ましたが、勢いはありませんでした。また。便座がなく直接便器に座りました。また水の流れも悪く、1階フロント横のトイレを利用しました。周りは静かなほうでした。

安くても人へ勧められない

部屋に害虫が多い、下水の匂い フロントやハウスキーパーの対応が遅い 言わないと新しいバスタオルにしてくれない。言っても持ってきてくれない。 部屋に居るのが躊躇われる とても人へ勧められるホテルではない

お値段それなりで、合格点です。

無料空港送迎はないが、タクシーでも空港から２０～２５分位。ロケーションは街中でも銀行などが多い、治安がしっかりしたろころ。ホテルのすぐ隣にも地元のレストランや小さいコンビニもあり、便利。ｒウェスト欄も深夜０:００まで営業しているので良かった。高級なホテルではないが、この国のホテルとしては合格点です。
