little far from the city center but the hotel offers great options for activity and restaurants. loved infinity pool and its bar where pizza was the best I had in anywhere of Vietnam. Also other restaurants such as karan and nami provided tasty menus that my family enjoyed. the hotel's water park was huge and very good also.

The hotel itself is very beautiful with Japanese aesthetic. However there were so many things I didn’t like about the hotel. First off, the hotel doesn’t allow you to bring food or drink from outside back to your room. They never state why so I’m assuming they just want you to eat their food. But the cooking for the room service was very mid. They claim to have a 24/7 mart but it only has vending machine with mainly water. You’re not allow to order grab since the delivery in on a bike and they don’t allow them on their property. Secondly, they have a price list in the binder that lets guest know how much they will be charged if something goes missing. So it’s your job when you enter the room to see that you have everything that you’re suppose to before they assumed you took it. Speaking in that, when you check out, they scan the room so that you don’t leave anything behind. But it made med felt like they checking to make sure you didn’t take anything. As for the water park, they make it very inconvenient to get towels. Either you have to walk rlly far to get it or go into their little shop. The water is heated. But not the air so it could be very cold when stepping out of the water. Lastly we checked in as a family with 3 separate rooms but they placed us all on different floors and we couldn’t get access to each other and had to keep meeting in the lobby to give each other things that we needed. In the end. This hotel look and claim five stars, but I would say not.

Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice, but room service food and price was ridiculous compared to what you can find outside of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again! Some info that may be useful: Room had flip flops you can wear out. Couple of umbrellas in the room. Take towels to the waterpark - they charge you to rent towels, except for the Onsen area that provides towels on the 4th floor. Lockers are on the 1st floor Waterpark and 4th floor Onsen, but each lockers are relatively small.

The facilities were fantastic especially for kids. The location was a bit outside of the main tourist area but there was so much to do inside the resort it didn’t matter. Indoor & outdoor water parks, massive pools and onsens baths, best of all it was all heated! Breakfast buffet was amazing so many options with a beautiful outlook onto the beach. Staff were very friendly helpful. I will be staying here again.

Very good facilities. Some work happening on indoor pool, but should be great when it’s finished. Outdoor slides were great. Beach on the other side of town is better, but this place is more for the hotel facilities. If not eating in hotel (teppanyaki restaurant was very good) it is a 15 minute drive to anywhere decent, but Grab is cheap. Well worth a visit for a few days, and if staying longer good to combine this with Hoi A stay.

Tinh was perfect hostess! Suite was extraordinary! Lobby is very artistic. Breakfast buffet is mainly for Asians and is without western offerings.

We loved our rooms, all the Christmas decorations, the water parks, the rooftop infinity pool and the spa. The breakfast buffet and the restaurants were great too. We would definitely go back and stay there next time we visit Da Nang.

The resort hotel is unlike any other in the area. It has very pleasing and tranquil Japanese style. It is huge with two water parks (free outdoor, paid indoor), several nice restaurants, a beach club and beach facilities. Infinity pool and jacuzzi onsen on the roof are really relaxing with beautiful views. The hotel room was very spacious with iving area and balcony with onsen and connecting door to the large bathroom. Everyone in the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd come back again. It is highly recommended.

The Resort is very nice, rooms are large. Breakfast has a very large selection. But the location is 15 minutes drive to the city. The hotel staff push there only transport services but at a very high price. You are better to book a car by the app Grab. This service is the best and most cost effective. Great resort for families to enjoy.

Kids have fun at indoor and outdoor water park.

We booked with 2 kids, I am quite certain we put in the ages but on our reservation information, I can't see the ages. The front desk of the hotel made us feel quite bad on check in and openly blamed us for having the kids ages not listed properly and felt like an accusation of trying to defraud them. At one point we were told the check in was ok and they would contact Expedia to find out and let us know by 6 pm. 5 minutes later we were told the same accusatory thing and berated in front of other guests. I lost my patience after I asked why 6 pm had been changed and she explained it was my fault. I asked is she could contact Expedia but was told directly "IT"S NOT MY PROBLEM and YOU NEED TO CHECK". Our check in was an utter failure of politeness and hospitality. I have owned and manged 3 medium size hotels in my career and never had a staff be so aggressive with a client checking in with 2 small children. I opted to settle the matter quickly with a payment of 500,000 VND. Upon reading the hotel policy, it does not say anything about children ages and additional fees.

It was a great stay but unfortunately had to be cut short due to leaving early with impending typhoon. Given the service expected of a 5 star hotel I would’ve expected a refund for the night we didn’t stay as a goodwill gesture so this was disappointing. However had we stayed, it would’ve been a 5 star experience

Love the swimming pool on the top floor

Stayed at one of the villas. Glad we made this decision as the hotel was busy with guests with their families. Waterpark at the property. Didn't get an opportunity to use the onsen or the fitness center as it is overly crowded. Beautiful property. Enjoyed the ocean club and its restaurant staff. Excellent staff service and breakfast selections. Overall, not as relaxing as we hoped for unless we were in our villas as the hotel area is overly crowded.

Room: Uncleaned, unprepared, hairs and death insects bodies were on every corners of the room. Food: Under average. Staff: Barely speak English, asked to upgrade room with fee. Location: In the middle of nowhere, limited dining, hotel restaurants are triple pricy with poor quality than local restaurants.

Stayed for 10 nights with the family of 4 - Excellent staff, our Aircon had an issue on the first night and housekeeping staff immediately fixed the issue - It was great 10-nights experience - Infinity Pool at level 22 is just a bonus and 2 waterparks including Onsen were a delight for the Kids - Absolutely recommend this hidden gem and total value for money considering its 5 star resort - Grab was easily available for us throughout our stay and its just 20 min from DA Nang Airport!!!

It has a wonderful condition for our family trip especially with our kids. It is located 15 minutes away by a grap, but it is really easy and comfort to use a grap therefore it doesn’t matter at all

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and resorts around the world. I would have to say that Mikazuki is in of the best! Absolute gold class! The experience from when we arrrived to the staff customer services, the food, water park both in the resort and the indoor attach. The overall experience was world class and one of the best ever! So much so that we have already booked to come back in 5 weeks.

Great Resort for Family Fun at reasonable value.

The hotel property is new, clean, and well decorated. Rooms spacious and nicely furnished. We had a Family Room which was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The waterpark is subpar in terms of amenities offered, and should have a softer ground surface so it doesn't hurt walking on bare feet and in case of falls. The onsen in the waterpark did not feel authentically Japanese. The rooftop infinity pool at the resort was the nicest feature along with two smaller onsen hot tubs with powerful massage jets which our family enjoyed most. The breakfast buffet is edible only because it's included, the overall food quality was rather poor and at a resort premium so we recommend dining in town instead, which was not an easy feat as Mikazuki is about a half hour from Da Nang city center. While we enjoyed our stay overall, we would likely opt for a villa style luxury resort in a similar secluded location on our next visit.

施設、コンシェルジェ、サービス全般、とても良かったのですが、チェックアウトの際、残念な体験をしました。 支払いを終えると、フロントスタッフから部屋をチェックするので待っていて欲しいと言われ、２０分程度待たされました。 その後、別のスタッフが、部屋のサンダルとグラスが一つ無くなっている、と写真を見せてきました。 何を言っているのか理解に苦しみましたが、要するに、どこかで紛失したか、盗んだか、いづれにせよ弁償せよ、という趣旨だったのだと思います。（そういえば、部屋に紛失した際の弁償代も品目ごとに細かく書かれているパンフレットを見た気がします。） 行儀の悪いゲストもゼロではないでしょうし、ホテルとしては対応に苦慮しているのかもしれません。 しかし、今回の対応はあまりにも失礼であり、チェックアウトまでの良い体験全てを台無しにし、もう二度と泊まらないと思わせるのに十分でした。 その後、マネージャーに出てきてもらい、説明してもらいましたが、スタッフのミスだった、としか答えず、こちらも納得感はありませんでした。 スタッフがそのような行動を取るということは、マニュアルで定められているからだと思うのですが、顧客が憤慨した途端、「スタッフのミス」としか言わないのは、逆に不誠実ではないでしょうか。 顧客への失礼を承知でそこまでやるなら、チェックインの際に備品の数を一緒に点検し、また毎日のMake upの後にも、顧客立ち合いの元で、備品の数をチェックするべきです。そもそもホテルスタッフが、マニュアル通りに備品を既定の数だけ置いているかどうかもわからないのですから。それをせずに、こちらが紛失した、盗んだという態度を取るのは、あまりにも失礼です。

It is pity that we did not have time to go to the hotel beach front/ restaurant. we had a wonderful time staying in the resort. Staff speaks good english and was extremely helpful and polite. I have experienced a genuine Japanese resort in Vietnam.

Very big family friendly hotel. Spacious rooms with bacony. Enjoyed the seaview from the bacony while taking a dip in the bathtub. Buffet breakfast have a variety of food. Alot of activities to do around the hotel such as water park, onsen and swimming pool.

We have just returned from our family holiday at Da Nang Mikazuki resort and we had a brilliant time. We travelled with our 3 year old son, who absolutely loved the pirate ship/swimming pool. The Hinode Villa we had was spacious, extremely clean and more than accommodated for our family. We were greeted by Hoa who was our guest relation officer for the duration of our stay. She kept ensuring we had everything we needed, she was attentive, professional and informative! The staff at the blue restaurant was welcoming, always had a smile on their face and special mention to Khan and Phuong. Great service from all the staff at the restaurant, we could not fault anything! The food at the Blue restaurant was very fresh and brilliant selection for all age group. We also ate at the beach club and the food there was also very good and great that it was right next to the beach with an option for toddlers/kids to swim in the pool! I think this resort caters for all adults/kids and we just love the facilities at the hotel. The skypool is also a nice touch with amazing view! We just wish we stayed for longer!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view, clean, staffs are friendly. I paid for a room with beautiful view with high price, however, the room was very hot with a temperature of 25 degrees cel. I call the reception to complain about it, they said they’ll adjust it at their end. At 12:00am, the room temperature was still high. I was awake all night without any sleep. The reception should have called me to find out if our air condition works but they did not. Will not stay in that hotel anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

Must Know Before You Go

We live in Da Nang and have stayed at Mikazuki twice now, but this time around saw many changes from our first stay a year ago: Tip #1: MUST bring water if you can. Your room comes w/2 350ml bottles a day then you're on your own. No stores around + cheapest at the resort 15k/bottle (small). This would be terrible at a normal resort but for a waterpark where you spend most of the day in the sun they should be encouraging you to drink as much as possible, not making families fill up water bottles at dinner to stock up like a hurricane is coming. Tip #2: Skip the 'Blue' restaurant. Food is underwhelming and the service was worse. Really feels like you're ordering food in an airport lounge. Tip #3: Pool on the roof is the best bang for your buck, food and drinks wise. Great place to spend the day. Pizza looked great. Calamari was great. Drinks were great. Tip #4: Mini Mart on site is a joke. Again, literally an airport store. Prices and selection are that of a last stop before boarding Quickiemart. Kinda insulting. Tip #5: The arcade is a big skip unless you have kids you can send up there alone with lots of money to waste. Tip #6: Skip the beautiful NAMI "bar" across the street. Some of the worst service I've ever had, and I'm from America, so that's saying something. After 30 minutes we never got our drinks and left. Tip #7: The beach is a deserted island so dont expect to even find a cup of coffee out there, much-less restaurants or surfing. Good luck!

Everything was perfect staff,food,tools,water Park for the kids is great even for parents five stars!!!!!

Our room is very far from the main hotel and it was next to the horse stable so sometimes you can pick up a bit of uncomfortable smell if wind happens to bring them to your direction. The bed was so big and very comfortable. Our drivers were very friendly. I was thankful for cold towels that they prepared when we returned to the car. The staff in the lobby were very friendly and informative. It was a very nice stay.

Outdoor pools and water park are great fun for kids. That said, the build quality of the pool and slides could be improved. There metal barrier pipes/columns should be replaced by some safer materials, like the indoor water park. The Japanese decorations and Mount Fuji pools are tacky. The staffs were wonderful and made it a pleasant stay.

Worth spending money here. Enjoyed very delicious and abundant breakfast, onsen, and water park. Definitely come back again.

Really great hotel with lots of amazing facilities. Perfect for young families with kids and the service is top notch. My only complaint is that the sound proofing on the rooms is not what I’d expect for a 5 star hotel. We had one night when a baby was crying next door and we could hear it all and after they moved us out to another room we could hear a gentleman singing next door.. other than that this is a flawless hotel

The resort is away from downtown but it offers a lot of things to do within the resort. Not many options to immerse in the local culture but a great spot for relaxation. The infinity pool was great, breakfast buffet was amazing, and staff was helpful.

Nothing near the property but it doesn’t matter. The resort is the best in the world!! Everything you need is onsite or if you have to go out a GRAB is so cheap to get anywhere you want. Perfect place for families!

Our family had an amazing vacation at Mikazuki Da Nang. Everything was exceptional, from reception to service. The hotel is adorned beautifully and exudes a sense of grandeur. Both of my children had a blast at the indoor water play area. The dining experience was delightful, with three distinct and delectable restaurant options. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the rejuvenating experience at An Spa, where the skilled massage therapists Lợi and Hồng provided us with exceptional treatments. Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Mikazuki Resort for creating such a memorable experience during our stay in Da Nang. We're eagerly looking forward to returning next year.

I like the water park.

It’s a very interesting hotel with a few pools and hot spring for big kids like me. Staff are really nice, but there is still a minor language barrier with staff not from reception but it’s ok.

Excellent Japanese themed resort, great for families with small children. We stayed in the Family Room Panoramic Ocean View which overlooked the pirate ship water slides. The sushi restaurant at the hotel was excellent!

In short, i would like to come again and again and again.

Brand new, great service, water park is amazing Cons: location is a bit far to the center but they have everything within the resort.

This is a beautiful & big resort - with a Japanese theme. We unknowingly got a room in the Villa area - so it is a bit of a walk to the main building & the water park - but the free hotel shuttle is available at all times. The room was clean but a bit tight with the two twin beds - but definitely adequate for two people. The bathroom was also clean and nice with a separate tub and shower. The hotel grounds were also beautifully maintained. The breakfast spread was huge with a variety of dishes (most were actually pretty good). We did the water park a bit. They have a wave pool and a couple of water slides. You could easily spend half a day here with kids under 12 - but adults and teens may be bored after about an hour. It is still a nice indoor water park on those hot days. We also did use the onsen. It was nice and clean (and was not crowded) on the day of our visit. BTW, the hotel is in the northern part of the city - there is not much to do in the area - it is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Da Nang and a bit further from My Khe beach. During our stay, the hotel appeared to be popular with Korean and Japanese group tours. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Villa is the most expensive but the worst! The location of the villa is far away from the main building and the budgeted hotel rooms are located at the same building, you need to call a golf car in advance to send you to and from the main building and water park. Service is not good as well, staff cannot communicate with simply english. Overall, not worth for money

Lovery place to stay for ever!!!

This hotel first impressions is japane in danag . Just like onsen town with all activities for kid and adults. My best enjoyment was onsen all day and food . Specialy breakfast. Kimchi surprising me super. Test good to much variety of food and service is excellent. My massage therapist houng was super excellent. Clean and cozy place to relax. I enjoy so much. Thank you all your service.

We got pleasant stay at Mikazuki hotel. A clean hotel with courteous staff, spacious room, excellent facilities and nice settings. We were disappointed that the Nami restaurant was not open during our stay. Worth coming back.

Beautiful resort

Like - food, onsen, rooftop pool. Didn't like - check in took forever, they kept getting confused, tho hooked and paid and entered names of folks on Expedia. Also didn't like that they only provided 600ml water per day for 4 persons. The shop at ground floor was also all out of water

The service is excellent. I love the oceanview with Fuji mountain. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with many dishes to choose. Everything is great.

Amazing new resort, definitely would recommend staying at! Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. A bit of a drive away from the city centre. If you’re wanting to stay somewhere relaxing and with good quality amenities. I will be definitely staying at this resort when I come back to Da Nang!

Majority of staff doesn't speak English properly, unfortunately they give wrong information. Do not stay at the villas, they are far from the main facilities and full of mosquitoes. I didn't get to sleep any night from mosquitoes bites

The hotel was not officially open yet, but that wasn’t noted anywhere on their website or through Expedia. The official grand opening is June 1st.

It was fantastic. Very clean and a lot of activities for the whole family to do. Even though it rained nearly everyday we were there. The water park and all the hotel facilities kept the kids entertained. The staff are also very helpful and speak good level of english too. Highly recommend
