Poor breakfast.

Room was up to standard, bar service good but disappointed with the limited breakfast compared to the crowned plaza Glasgow.

Shower head was broken, spoke to reception who said they would ask some to look at straight away, No one came to look and the issue was not rectified.

We have stayed several times at this hotel because of its location next to the airport with access to parking and its only a 20 minute drive to the city centre. The hotel staff are professional and friendly and very helpful making for a relaxing stay . When booking we choose the club rooms , these are slightly larger than average and come with access to their club lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Great value, great staff and great location.

The service in the restaurant was very slow due to lack of staff. We waited over hour for starters and 45 minutes for a drink. But the staff member was polite

Comfy hotel quiet and convenient with great staff

We were staying in the hotel so that we could travel from the nearby airport the next morning. It was very comfortable and the staff were amazing, so relaxed but efficient and very friendly. We have booked to stay again soon when we take our next flight and we are glad we did. Parking is £10 per night in a car park in front of the hotel 5 minute walk to the airport. Food was good even though the menu is quite small.

Great hotel. Restaurant there very average. Asked for 2 rum and cokes and got just coke. Food was pretty poor too.

Good Value

Comfortable room, clean and good furnishings. Staff very friendly. Good service. Only criticism I had was the lighting was a bit dim, especially in the bathroom.

We had an overnight before flight out. Check in was super fast. We had a car to return…..so easy. The car rental area is within sight of hotel…1 minute walk. In the morning the airport terminal was a 5 minute walk….along a paved path under a canopy…..rains in Scotland!!! Restaurant on site was large and the meal was very good with excellent friendly service. Breakfast was included and the buffet was large…..with multiple choices for a hot menu. The room was very quiet. A typical chain room but very spacious. Enjoyed stay.

Great for airport connections

Have stayed in this hotel many a time but not for a couple of years due to change of job. Booked 2 rooms for a family overnight and found a few issues such as iron plug very loose which could be dangerous, iron itself only heated up when on max so no good for anything that needed less heat. Air con didn’t seem to do much at all unless on full heat which was too hot, just didn’t do anything on lower settings so room was either too hot or pretty cold. On that theme the bar / restaurant area was freezing in the evening too, maybe had same problems all through the hotel. Had to wait for nearly 5 minutes at the car park gate to be let out, this was the same for most as could see them queuing from our room window. Food wasn’t great in the evening, pretty bland but when paying £21 for fish and chips I’d think it should be better than bland! Just think the place needs some investment to bring it back to IHG / Crowne Plaza standards

Suffocating stay

Air conditioning in the room didn't work and the window did not open, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna.

Loved that its easily walkable to the airport - just go through the car rental area and through a second covered walkway. 10 minutes tops.Rooms spacious and quiet despite being so close to airport. Staff very friendly and accommodating.Breakfast is an excellent deal.

I liked its proximity to the airport and how cosy it felt and looked but I didn't like the fact that getting a taxi to and from the city centre was almost impossible.

Room only had 1 towel and no soap in bathroom

Had a twin room booked weeks in advanced. Arrived at 1am off a delayed flight to be given a small double. Reception was lovely but took over an hour to sort it out and make a twin room up ready for us. Shower in the morning didn’t work properly and was scalding hot. Had a vague uninterested sorry when informing reception in the morning that it was broken. Disappointed as such a beautiful hotel but the whole experience will put us off staying again.

Overall a very nice hotel, staff were super friendly. Wasn’t an issue to get a room facing the airport either.

Lovely airport hotel

We thought the hotel was lovely. Unfortunately we were only there for a short time, but would definitely like to stay again and enjoy the lovely surroundings and dining areas. Super close and easy to get to from the airport, a 5 minute walk.

Wasn’t a fan of the “fire drill” on the afternoon of my stay. Now I’m aware of a sign posted in the elevator stating this would happen. But having not been aware upon registering that same day, I was taken unaware of the mock drill and was startled from an afternoon nap when it happened. Not knowing of the drill I awoke, quickly dressed and found a stairwell to evacuate the building. Upon seeing no other guests at the muster point I knew something was amiss. I entered the building and was told by reception that it was only a drill. I truly feel they should have explained that as I registered that day.

Crowne Plaza - Dyce

Great location if you’re going to or from the airport. Mostly covered walk down to the terminal. Room was clean and up to date. Service in the restaurant was so so - almost like we were bothering them asking for more drinks. Would probably stay there again.

I was not allocated the type of room that I booked. The hotel later stated that they have a policy that allows them to issue only rooms that are available and not necessarily the one booked. That policy was/is not obvious to me and it should be clearly stated that this is the case.

Good location for arena. Staff friendly especially Jordan on reception and Karen in the restaurant. Room fine but safe did not work and socket not fully screwed onto wall.

Very up to date and clean. Furnishings very modern and staff very attentive.

I would never stay there again, they suggested I part at the airport some 1/4 mile away as the car park was full, and walk back through the mud. Never experienced this ever in years of travel. The hotel was good but the receptionist did not care I had to walk.

Food makes up for it

Nice rooms although a bit small,bed was too hard for me. Shower wasnt great with most of the water coming out the connection. Lovely meal and breakfast . No room in the carpark,had the option to use the short stay at the airport but chose to park next to a massive spare ground,hopefully not broken in to! Not sure why ALL the hotels use this space as all their carparks are small

Clearly geared up for solo business travellers. We booked for two, but room had only 1 towel, glass, biscuit etc. Also the air conditioning could not be set below 19c, so room became very hot. Manager was helpful in trying to address these issues, but could not over ride A/C. Food fine and hotel is very convenient for airport.

Not the best

The room was clean and comfortable but really hot, no fans available and the aircon was set at 19 degrees. I asked if they can do anything about it they said they can turn it down at their end but made no difference. I have a blue badge but couldn't park at the door as spaces were all taken with hotel cars and had to walk over 100 mtr to the car park.

Hotel is very nice and well run. Parking is a bit of a pain though. Never any space at the Hotel car park so have to park back at the airport which is a bit of a walk, especially with bags.

Poor show in these times!

No parking available. Options were airport short stay at a cost! Rooms too hot and stuff with no option for fresh air. No facilities for having to self cater during covid. No dish towels to clean mugs. Two teabags for three nights hardly enough! Poor show considering the inflated prices.

Best hotel at the Airport by far, lovely staff, spacious and comfortable rooms which are exceptionally clean. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious non of this plastic tub served in other hotels.

Stay as always absolutely fine, clean and comfortable. Although the restaurant is closed room service is still available and the quality of the food remains the same, first class, none of this microwaved processed rubbish.

Noisy room

Nice hotel and rooms but unfortunately i was given a room next to the stairs and cleaners room i think because i was woken up at 3am by noise of cutlery and doors banging. Not happy

Stayed for two nights, room not made on second day , had to reuse old cups. Second night room very hot called reception for 5 minutes, no answer, found instructions hidden away but temperature didn’t change and spent night on top of duvet. I’ve stayed here many times and always found it to be the around the airport, perhaps it’s time for a change

I was sold a Scottish bottled water for £4.50 and the river to which water came from was just down the road. Compete joke.

We booked two twin rooms but when we checked in they didn’t have two twin rooms.

Shower in room needs some maintenance. Shower head leaks and door seal leaks onto bathroom floor. Room in general was very nice though.

Perfectly comfortable airport hotel. IT down at check in but managed well by staff. Good breakfast Walking distance to terminal via undercover walkway.

Convenient location (20 min walk) for the P&J Live with parking (£5/night) just across from the hotel. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good clean room with a high quality of furnishing.

Crowne Plaza

Our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however some areas of the hotel look a bit dated (stained floors and furniture seems to be common). The only other negative about our stay was the breakfast. To be honest, I found it disgusting. The only thing my partner or me could actually eat was the toast. Everything tasted very cheap including the beverages (apple juice tasted bland and the coffee certainly did not taste like coffee). A bit of a let down as I had previously heard good things, however the rest of our stay was very good.

Good room stay poor meal

Rooms are excellent. Hotel selected for rooms and restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant, service was poor, over 25 minutes to be served. Starter of squid was excellent and would thoroughly recommend however fries with the main of chicken burger were cold on arrival. The lack of seeing any staff meant that informing them was impossible.
