I enjoyed my stay at this property. The hotel facilities were good and the staff were fantastic, particularly those at breakfast. The buffet breakfast has everything you would want including an omelette and a crepe station. They have a shuttle which will take you to Eat Street or the beach where the hotel has a deck area with chairs and towels. I also had a great 90 minute massage at the on-site spa (Zanti) and can recommend a visit. I would happily stay the Courtyard Seminyak again.

The perfect place to stay in Bali! We have previously stayed at many other resorts in bali and this was our first time at this beautiful resort. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with a huge selection of food. The rooms are so clean, the pools are lovely with full bar service at a press of a button or you can the swim up to the poolside bar. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Location is perfect, they also have a buggy to take you in town or to the beach. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

What an exceptional place to stay. Staff that constantly go beyond, in all areas of the hotel, to make sure that your stay is the best it could possibly be. The dining experience is exceptional, and will be even better with the opening of their new restaurant/breakfast area mid December. Cold bintang on check-in and if you are lucky enough, an invite to the rooftop cocktail party for a meet and greet with other guests and management. Dollar wise it's great value for money and although it was our first visit, it definitely wont be our last. So looking forward to next time....😊

This was our first stay at a Marriott property and did not really know what to expect. The Marriott brand is well known and respected and the accommodation offer was quite fair. So, all this considered we decided to book the Marriott Courtyard for our week long stay in Bali. From check-in to check-out the whole operation was seamless. The management staff were well versed with their product and made for effortless check-in process. The housekeeping staff were excellent in efficiency and timliness. Rooms were completed quickly and thoroughly with a few nice extra touches on a daily basis. Wait staff were always attentive and eager to be of assistance no matter the request. Off course ALL THE Marriott personnel were extremely polite and courteous at all times. The teamwork shown by all departments was exemplary and a pleasure to watch in action. Personally we will NOT be looking at other hotels on our next visit to Bali (my apologies to the other hotels which I'm sure try just as hard). Well done to the teams at Marriott. Keep up the great work.

Whole property feels safe to be in. Staff will go above and beyond to assist with any reasonable request. Rooms are clean, quiet and well presented. The whole dining area is being re done so temporary arrangements are in place but the breakfast was still amazing. A barista and better coffee options would be a great addition, hopefully this will be in the new kitchen/dining area. The theme nights are great but maybe a little pricey for dining every night. More sun lounges would be a great addition although space is limited. Gardens are beautiful. Room attendants left small gifts occassionally which was a lovely surprise. Free shuttle to beach and other close by areas is a great way to save your feet. Thank you everyone who made our holiday amazing.

Unfortunately there are some renovations being undertaken so there is only 1 lift in operation for all staff & guests. The food is ok but limited options & not great. Staff were lovely. Spa fantastic. Surrounding area hit & miss.

Privacy of the guests should better handled by the management and the team. Nice place to stay in, however the way the team handled an unsuccessful room service delivery make it disappointing. Not the expected standard coming from Marriott.

I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star. The breakfast was average and was held in pretty depressing food hall. Main bugbear, there just wasn’t enough sunbeds for everyone. People (especially in the rooms on the bottom floor) were coming out in the morning and putting towels/personal items in on the beds and going off for breakfast which shouldn’t be allowed. We got fed up with having nowhere to sit by the pool, so we checked out and went to the Padma hotel in Legian instead.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to great shopping spots, yet it manages to remain calm and peaceful. Despite being so close to the bustling Seminyak area, the hotel feels like a serene escape.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel and what really stood out for us was the friendliness of the hotel staff. Hotel has its own shuttle buggy to the beach (5 minutes travel time). The hotel restaurant was great with a well varied breakfast buffet of western and local food.

Friendly staff, very professional in every department of the hotel from check in to housekeeping 5 stars! The level of service was so brilliant other hotels could learn a lot from Marriott. One of my friends ( his first visit to Bali) stayed at the Marriott with me. I had told him with confidence how good the Marriott was on my previous visits and he too was blown away by the pool bar area and the best buffet breakfast. I told the staff it was my friends first visit and they went above and beyond to make him feel welcome :) Our flight home was not until 10pm, after checking out of the hotel the Marriott looked after our luggage while we continued to enjoy the pool and offered us the gym/spa showers to freshen up for our flight home. Hotel driver took us to the airport, lovely gentleman. If you want a hotel that makes you feel welcome and cared for, stay at the Marriott. A truly wonderful holistic experience.

The service was excellent at Couryard by Marriot, the Kids Club is lovely, the frequent activities for children were a highlight. Food and drinks are well priced and the service at the pool is fast and efficient. We had a lovely stay. Thank you!

My friend and I left The Courtyard Marriott yesterday 14/8/2024. We spent 11 nights there and couldn’t be happier. Very clean, safe, great pool area and fantastic breakfasts. We will definitely go back. I really want to mention that all of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Yogi who served us at the pool area particularly impressed us. Top service and such a lovely young man. I hope the hotel keeps him on as he is such a great asset. Have come home relaxed and refreshed 😀

Great hotel the only downside was the TV channel Selection would be great if it had more Australian channels and even Foxtel to watch TV down at the poolside bar or even in your room And the actual TV to be able to link and mirror from an Apple phone

This is the second time we, as a family of four have stayed at Courtyard! Cannot fault them - staff go above and beyond from check in to check out and everything in between. Excellent buffet breakfast options, friendly staff and great for couples or kids. Location is a short stroll to the beach and great shopping too. We will be back again soon!

This was my second stay at the Courtyard Seminyak. I love it here because of the hospitality, location, entertainment, and food. Staff are engaging and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. They have events scheduled daily and nightly entertainment. They have lots of plant based items on the menu. I am a vegetarian but the buffet was very popular. I recommend eating breakfast early. There was only a slight wait after 9. Overall, I was happy extremely satisfied with my visit and happy to see they have maintained their level of service.

Amazing! We had the best week and could not fault Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak. The hotel is beautiful, the food and drinks were great and the staff were brilliant. Definitely made it feel like my home away from home. Huge shout out to the pool bar staff - every one of them really made my week. Could not have asked for a better bunch of guys - massive shout out to poll bar staff Dede, (top guy and felt like I’d made a new best friend) and also Wayhu (amazing young man) and also Agik and Dwi.

Recommended resort, 5 stars!!

It is an amazing resort with amazing staff, delicious food, a good location, and clean rooms. Nothing more is needed. I want to give special thanks to Yukti from the reservation team. For over a year, I made many reservations for my friends at the resort as part of their honeymoons. She answers my emails quickly and always takes care of them and adds complementary honeymoon decorations. This feedback from 5 couples and more to come this year to your resort. Thank you all.

Ups and Downs

Excellent resort, breakfast though in opinion stopped it from getting an even higher score, key issues, tables rock and roll and often spill coffee, don’t like how the yogurt was in a bowl, and had to be scooped as the jams and marmalade. Croissants and danishes were pretty average. The design of the building could make the pool area cold. Rooms and bed were very comfortable.

The hotel is excellent! The staff is exceptional!! The breakfast is amazing! It has a nice pool, bar, good restaurant, spa and a gym. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The best for sure is staff, service snd breakfast! Around the hotel is very busy, heavy traffic, but since it was my first time in Bali, maybe is like this everywhere. The hotel is 5min walking to the beach where you find nice restaurants that you can watch the sunrise (amazing).

A great property, staff excellent, clean, great spot and fantastic breakfast! One smallest issue and I’m being picky…the pool gets a bit shady quite early. But around a great place would recommend.

everything was great about the property, all staff were so friendly and helpful, food at the Restuarant where we had a buffet style and made to order(mainly eggs) breakfast every day was great , plenty to choose from and changes daily, we also had 1 dinner there as well also great, loved the pool plus the pool bar, loved our room which we could just walk outside straight to the pool or pool lounge, could order food and drinks straight from the lounge from around 11.00am, our room also had everything we needed, very comfy bed and block out curtains, huge shower. The only negative would be the wooden walkway around the pool, whenever anyone walked on it was noisy and moved with their footsteps but nothing too bad as still fell asleep out there. would definitely return to this Hotel again.

So was lovely rooms very clean and modern we had a ground floor room. Food was average and the pool was cold very actually. Not enough loungers to sit on by the pool specially ones in the sun.
