Worst experience ever

The worst experience we have ever had. The hotel should be inspected by Health Authorities. Roaches everywhere. This should not be advertise by Hotels.com

Roaches

Disgusting

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE STAYED. Roaches, the SMELL WAS HORRIBLE, THE SMOKE ALARM BEEPING ALL NIGHT. Broken shower walls, filthy, refrigerator was gross. I killed like 8 German roaches. The entire place, building, check in was so disgusting filthy. Light bulbs out as well. Horrible bed. Thank GOD i went to an event slept 3 hours and ran out. A place NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

There were cockroaches in the unit. There were people yelling next door. Cops were called to attend an altercation at a neighbouring unit. Car was almost broken into. The place smelt like smoke. It was a non-smoking room, but the walls were yellowed. I checked out a day early because it was unsafe to stay there. I asked the front desk for compensation and they told me they could not do anything.

Roach infestation! Room was disgusting! My family and I had to find another hotel to stay at! DO NOT STAY HERE!

No Housekeeping services Cucarachas everywhere Never change toallas I was renting by a day I understand they do their own way when renting weekly or monthly

Had a reservation for 3 days and only stayed one day due to feeling unsafe and it was dirty

This property should not be listed at all for tourists. This is a flop house for crack addicts and prostitutes. Very dangerous. It should be illegal to advertise this property on any resource such as Expedia. This is how tourists get killed! I'm very upset. I'm a woman traveling alone and had to suddenly drive 1 hour south to stay with family at the last minute.

Garbage

This old antiquated facility should be condemned, and torn down. The floor was dirty, I spotted roaches in my room, the air conditioner had a musty odor, in general the worst place that I have stayed.

Waited outside a line to check in hotel. While I was waiting I notice many homeless people around the hotel inside and outside. There were even on the line to check in as well. As soon as I was checking into my room, there were a few homeless men in front of my room door. I dont know if the hotel had security, but it wasnt a good experience. I could not even take a shower in my room for a night. Please do not rent a room untill they clean up the place inside and out. Very unhealthy.

Overall just a dirty place...unfortunately we paid up front for two nights and wanted to check out immediately but of course the staff said NO REFUND.
