1. Hot water was not there to take bath. 2 breakfast was very average. 3. Staff had no smile on their faces 4. Pillows had dust in them 5. This hotel advertises itself as 5 star, but nothing 5 start about it. 6. When I reached the property nobody were there to help me with my luggage or guide me towards parking 7. Wash room had hair everywhere

Hotel could have a more customer friendly policy. The hotel was not empty, but did not have the option to book a Refundable room. Made a mistake with the dates while booking and the hotel refused to refund the money. I paid for 3 rooms without using it.

Rooms were clean. Checkin and checkout were easy and quick. Friendly staff

Please avoid staying here. It is a run down property and no service at all. Bath towels are almost brown with all edges worn off… looks like they use the same for the floor cleaning !!! Had to call seven times for getting an iron box. Finally they sent one broken and replacement one had melted silk on it. If you ask for extra towels, they will count how many are staying and sending them… pathetic hotel… this is not same old Radisson group. They are confusing with phonetically similar name…. You will almost feel like staying in a refugee camp !!!! Better skip this hotel for your peace of mind….

Not very clean, taps used are of poor quality inside washroom

I was on a business trip and stayed here due to proximity of the site I was visiting. There is nothing else around within walking distance. Bed was saggy, and the the room, furniture and furnishings were old and worn out even in the two room suite. Only good thing was the room rate, but maybe "you get what you pay for" applies to this hotel. Do not book the rate that includes breakfast, unless there are many of you in the room. It's MUCH cheaper to just buy breakfast each day.

Great stay and cost matched quality. Food was good and staff was welcoming.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was polite and warm. We stopped on the way to Kerala and the location was close to the national highway. We had booked a superior room for three people, which came with a double bed and a roll in single bed. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was excellent! We had to leave early the next morning and they arranged packed breakfast for us, which showed an excellent level for service. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay and very prompt and courteous staff.

Hotel room was good; the hotel and cafeteria staff are courteous, however, we had an upset stomach after eating in the cafeteria; accounting system is not good - I was billed simultaneously by Expedia and the hotel directly - yes, they took-away the extra charge but not after many phone calls.

The hotel interior has become quite old as this being a old hotel. It is a good option near IT hubs in Mysore.

Likes: Sight from the window especially from higher floor. Ambiance, Cleanliness, Room condition Twin rooms concept for bigger family Don't Likes (Need improvement): Restaurant response time and management Technician's attitude (in case of electrical problems in room)

The hotel is good and the staff is polite . Pretty close to infosys campus. Food was pretty good. Restaurant staff was incredible.

It was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was great. We couldn’t get our TV working, and the problem was never solved, but other than that it was a great stay.

This property is located in a calm and beautiful surrounding , in fact very peaceful, though I hale from Mumbai for me this location was a bliss. The hotel is quite decent & nothing to complaint about

Not What I expected!

It was ok, to be honest. People at the hotel did not even offer to get our bags to the room and the Air conditioner was not that great.

Away from city small property, few things look aged but otherwise okay. Value for money.

Decent property. But staff attitude could've been better. Staff at the restaurant typically became too busy to attend to us at tables. And the package supposedly included a gift on arrival. Didn't receive anything so asked the front desk in the evening and they said they would put it in the room or hand over when leaving, and didn't bother with it even when I was checking out! Guess I didn't make their cut!

I and my wife had a very pleasant 4 days at the hotel. We are senior citizens more than 75 yrs old. The hotel staff made our stay very comfortable. Facilities were of a 5 star hotel but cheaper. We wish all the best for the hotel staff.

It was pleasure staying at Country Inn, had great time and the staff was very nice and helpful.

This Property has always been a memorable stay for me. The services are exemplary and consistent. Ms. Vanashree from FO, Ms. Barsha from F&B and Ms. Nigma definitely make guest’s stay comfortable and definitely appreciate their services. Keep up the good work.

Outskirts of Mysore city

Very poorly maintained hotel. Zero housekeeping training. Staff unaware of basic housekeeping. Dirty rooms, stained carpets and walls, bathroom and sink clogged etc Hotel staff definitely not from hospitality background. Untrained staff.

Dissapointed

The service is extremely poor. A group of inexperienced people who have no idea what customer service is. We have to call them 5 times in 4 hours to bring up am extra quilt to the room. Breakfast was poorly managed... Empty buffets at 9:30 in the morning, food spilt all over. Unable to handle guests

Hotel is nice, staff is excellent ,the room could have a better quality interior. The junior suite really need improvement in respect of the interior. Although the staff was quick enough to understand and provide executive suite. Over all experience is great.

Away from the city but lacks facilities

Why on earth should I ask for dental, shaving kit, carpet shoes? Should it not be a part of hospitality services while Hotels in other locations of the same group extend the same hospitality . Asked for dinning in room but was served food without spoons, fork inspite of asking for it repeatedly. Lastly why on earth will anyone eat a Brabourne chocolate biscuit provided in the bar being billed Rs 40/- for it when on the packet it is written Rs 10/- Some common sense is mandated for the hospitality industry..

Excellent!

The rooms were very clean and the staff courteous only problem we had is some of the lights in the room were not working properly and had trouble with the switches and controls.

Superb service quality

The staff have superb service. They kept asking me if I needed anything during my stay until the point it got annoying. Great dinner buffet, reasonable prices for a hotel of its class. There is a live band playing western country music during dinner and will play something to your request. They also have a spa but I did not use it.

Neat comfortable hotel

Country Inn and suites in mysore was a very comfortable stay. Staff were very courteous and stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The pool was decent as well.

Great hotel.

I would give this hotel 5's across the board except that my room (301) had a faulty air conditioner that they never got around to fixing. It made noise all night and my room was a little too warm. Also, you can hear it when other guests bang their doors closed. There is no way you can sleep in because of that. Other than that, the place is awesome. Great pool and great rooms.

Comfortable, clean rooms and very pleasant and helpful staff. We had dinner in the buffet both nights and enjoyed the live music supplied by Glenn and Allen. They played and sang popular music and got the diners joining in.

Awesome Hotel in Hebbal area

This hotel was extremely accommodating - Mr. Kumar was great at managing his staff and the front desk making sure all details were met from arranging car service to dinner, the ambiance was simply amazing! If you're into spa service definitely get a massage by Luna.

Very nice hotel with a couple of small issues

Perfect location for Infosys but a way out from Mysore center, palace etc. overall a good hotel good food and restaurants, the spa was very nice and the pool looked inviting but no time to try. Only gripe was the club lounge and its limit of 1 glass of wine per person it was always deserted and lacked atmosphere. I would go back.

Moldy breakfast

The breakfast had mold in the croissants. Even after notifying the staff of the problem, they left the moldy croissants on the buffet for other people to take and eat. This is clearly a management training issue.

The hotel is very good, food is good, staff very cooperative, the only problem is the hotel situated in industrial area, so for families its not so convenient. Rest the hotel is perfect.

Poor Experience at this hotel

Room was dirty. Swimming Pool was dirty and unswimable. Instead of a king size bed as requested, they joined to single bed and passed that on as a king size bed. As a result, the lamp in the room was hitting the head when we woke and the bed itself was shifted in one corner to make the king size bed. Poor location and no local transport is available post evening. Food was OK, buffet was very average. Wont go there again. In this price range (which is not cheap) will get much better hotels in main city.

Stay was excellent.enjoyed d ambience n fud was also very tasty n variety filled.only one complaint.though v two people stayed,accessories in bathroom were short.please do attend d same n improve d quantity of room service. One thing I should particularly mention, d speaker provided in bathroom was indeed surprising n it was an excellent idea.Thank u

Great place to stay with family and kids! Staff very accomodating and friendly, food was great, pool very clean, bar was excellent. Location is a little different, away from main city but the view of neighborhood is good. Temple and lake view from the room was very soothing.

Perfect Gateway

It was a two day stay with my Family and we enjoyed the stay every bit. The Room was cozy , The food was good at the restaurants, the staff was caring and prompt. They also made our evening by hosting a special event for us. The ambience at the poolside bar was good. The pool was little small but clean. The location is little outside the city and if you like to stay at calm and quite place , then this is the place to stay.

Poor value for money

Read good reviews and stayed at the hotel but was thoroughly disappointed. Rooms were not ready when we checked in. Bathrooms were stinking and apparently other rooms had the same problem. Maybe the exhaust was not working. Rom service was pathetic. Average service time was about 40 mins and by the time the food reached the room, it was almost cold. Even coffee was pathetic and almost cold by the time it reached us. The hotel is located away from the city and there is not much one can do around the hotel. Would not recommend this for family stays.

It was good experience to stay in this hotel as it is good in ambiance and welcoming staff was good and humble at reception.

Nice hotel

On the whole good hotel. Stayed twice in last couple of months. Only grievance is that both the times, refrigerator in the room was not working. Another suggestion : hotel staff should help to get the auto.
