Great spot in the Chiado neighborhood of Lisbon! Walkable to just about everything, good dining nearby, Pink Street, Time Out Market, Santa Justa Lift, etc., and they offer free walking tours twice a day! Room was spacious for Europe too! The staff is friendly and helpful, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Incredible boutique hotel across from The Targus River. Easy transit access and great starting off point for exploring the city by foot. Blown away by all the extras: snack bar and ice cream in the lobby, happy hour and midnight snacks all free. Wonderful a la carte breakfast included in our rate too. Be sure to do one of the walking tours!

The best hotel in Lisbon! The breakfast, amenities, and customer service is second to none. The staff was very helpful in making our stay a luxury experience. The location was incredibly central; we were able to walk to all activites and restaurants with ease. I will be staying at Corpo Santo in the future.

It’s all about the staff! Everyone is friendly, warm, personable and professional. The daily cooked to order breakfast is much better than the typical $50 buffet at most hotels. They really make an effort to ensure you are happy and comfortable. We mentioned to Christopher the restaurant manager (sorry if I misspelled your name) that we were going on a tour after an early breakfast. He had some sandwiches and pastries packed for us to take. Nuno the guest services manager always greeted us with a big smile. I had an issue with my iPhone (apple does not have a store in Lisbon) and he immediately directed me to some apple certified repair locations. On our last night he found out we were going to Porto by train, informed us of a rail strike helped purchase bus tickets and even got a full refund on promotional fare tickets (normally no changes allowed or refunds). The room was large, quiet and bed was great. Nightly turn down service was nice too. Mini fridge (free) refilled daily. Only hotel I have been that offers free snacks (soft serve ice cream machine) and drinks. The offer guest free tours (too busy to take). Location is perfect. Only minutes to the river, time out market and commerce square). All the convenience without crowds and noise. No brainer when you go to Lisbon!

Great location. Walkable (very hilly) to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and complimentary mini bar and lobby snacks and drinks were available at all times. Staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

This hotel was very central and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. A little concerning are with skateboarders outside the front door, but with hotel security this was not a major concern. Highly recommended for value and location

This is a beautiful property. The staff is incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. The happy hour is lovely, and includes traditional foods and drinks. The water and honor bar in the room is stocked with sodas and water -all complimentary. They brought homemade mini chocolate chip cookies to our room. There are late night snacks in the lobby also. Great quality and well thought out. The room has soft slippers and robes, the shower has a little light show and music, and there is a pillow menu (so you can order a soft or more firm pillow to suit your needs). The area is vibrant and beautiful and a lot of fun, however you don’t hear all the activity going on outside your quiet room. The staff made great suggestions on sights to see and how to best get there There are beautifully displayed ruin walls and finds from the archeological dig displayed in a lounge in the basement. The $15 breakfast was fantastic, with sliced fresh fruits and cheeses. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets soft and smooth. This is a top notch hotel in every way.

It is truly a 5 star hotel with excellent service! The staffs are very friendly. The hotel provides a complementary morning and afternoon walking tours. Happy Hours every afternoon. Tons of snacks and drinks in the lobby and on every floor. Free midnight snacks. Unlimited drinks in the room. They also provide a bottle of wine and trays of cheese or chocolate strawberries to our room. Breakfast are sundown and served with a cheese tray and fruit tray. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

“Just Right”

Corpo Santo Hotel’s location is perfect, but the hotel’s best feature is the comprehensive focus on customer service. They know many of us have just landed after an overnight flight. Bags are taken care of. We went on lovely strolling tour of Lisbon while rooms are being made ready - that served to orient us and give an introduction to Lisbon’s history. The hotel itself is constructed on top of part of the old city’s walls - which are preserved and on tasteful display on the lower level - complete with a self-guided display of Lisbon’s evolution through the centuries including the devastating earthquake/tsunami in the 1750’s. Our tour ended up at the Castle. A good walk and talk that whetted appetites for more knowledge. So we stopped for lunch and then checked in to our rooms. Comfortable, modern. I’m picky & will tell you the AC operates in the background. It doesn’t cut on and off in a way that wakes me with each cycle. Breakfast is a smart move. Delicious and a very good value. The savy staff (Andre is a star) gave great dinner recommendations in Lisbon & even helped with a lunch spot in our next stop up the coast on our way to Porto. If these folks open any other hotels, we are going to book a room.

What a hotel! If you go to Lisbon this is the hotel you want to stay in! I can’t wait to return. The best hotel ever. There were free snacks, free wine tasting at happy hour, free ice cream machine, free 20 minute massage which I unfortunately didn’t have time to book due to short stay. The breakfast was also terrific and the room was very nice with free mini bar. There was also free access to the hot tub and sauna whenever you wanted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They booked a reservation at a restaurant and a Fado show for us. They even called my airline to help find out about the airport strike. Such an amazing hotel with excellent value and so close to all the sites and right near the metro. You cannot go wrong with this hotel!!

We enjoyed a beautiful 3 nights in Lisbon! This hotel had amazing food, service, walking tours, and a wonderful historic component. When we return to Lisboa, we’d definitely stay back here! Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had a fabulous time here and can’t say enough great things about the staff. Such a welcoming experience. Not an ultimate-luxury hotel, but we weren’t looking for that. We prefer boutique accommodations and this hotel fit our needs perfectly. The breakfasts were also fabulous. If we had any criticism at all it would be that our room carpet looks tired and may need updating.

I have stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years this is my absolute favorite. If you are staying in Lisbon this will be your home away from home. Everyone we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

My favourite hotel in the world. Everything was perfection from the complimentary ice cream, snacks, massage, spa and delicious breakfast. Very eco friendly and lovely area. Badsha always went above and beyond to help with the bags and made me feel like a Princess! Goncalo, Reginaldo, Nuno and everyone were also amazing, I stayed from April 17-21st (unsure if they remember me, sorry for the late review!) alone and then my mum joined halfway. Will be staying again next August because everything was fantastic <3 lots of love from Toronto and London!

Only positive things to say about our stay! Customer service was amazing and highly professional in all aspects of the hotel. They offer a free 20-minute massage per person and I would HIGHLY recommend it. Jessica and Anabella were extremely good at what they do and we extended our massages because we just couldn’t get enough. We also took the free walking tour with Bernardo and Sergio and they were incredible. Super knowledgeable on the history of Portugal and allowed for an amazing tour experience, and brought us back to the hotel just in time for the free wine tasting! Breakfast and the restaurant was phenomenal and I will absolutely be back!

Centrally located. Arrived to a bottle of bubbly & chocolate coated strawberries in room. Staff are courteous & nothing was too much trouble. Complementary ice-cream, snacks (including midnight snacks) available 24/7 (mini bar in room has complementary drinks that were topped up daily. The staff members are attentive to guests' needs. All the thoughtful complimentary touches are just fantastic. Great location, within walking distance to various key attractions. We did the complementary morning tour with Miguel; he is very knowledge, professional and patient, it definitely helped us to understand the history better. The 20 mins complementary massage by the kind and caring Anabela and Jessica were just wonderful, especially after whole day of walking and exploring the city. The a la cart style breakfast was lovely, it makes each morning's meal different and special. We were also very satisfied with the room, it is clean, nice comfy bed. The nightly turn down service is a nice touch too. We felt pampered and cared for. Sensory shower experience made taking showers at the end of day spa-like. Overall, I would give this a 5 stars hotel experience. Highly recommended!

The staff, complimentary amenities: food and wine tastings, mini-bar, 24-hr snacks in the lobby, twice daily phenomenal tours with the fabulous concierge-Ana, warm hospitality from the bellman all day long, comfortable and stylish rooms, and flexible check-in/out make this hotel a highlight (and bargain) of our trip to Portugal and Spain! It is without a doubt 5 star and reminds me of an Aman and Rosewood stay.

The no-additional-charge amenities at this hotel are amazing: snacks, wine, tapas, mini-bar, and a truly fantastic sit-down breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, fresh-squeezed juices, meats, eggs…everything. The staff was extremely attentive. They misplaced our luggage initially and were mortified. The location, just 3 blocks from the Metro, makes it easy to travel to and from the airport. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, and it’s not far to walk to other, more quaint neighborhoods. The tram line is steps from the door, too. Would stay again!

Unique classic hotel in a fabulous location. Loved the complimentary 20 minute massage - that we, of course, upgraded to 50 minutes. We made it a morning massage and it was the perfect kickoff to our day. The breakfast had a wide variety and does not disappoint and we loved the complimentary afternoon wine hour and snacks. Room Accommodations: Spacious. The shower has a cool light and music system that is a bit vibey. By the final day- I wanted one for my home. Great location, helpful staff, great additional elements made our stay well worth it. We will definitely return.
