Conveniently located in the airport. Shower facility growing mould and shower head is leaking. Pest control must be initiated as german cockroach can be seen crawling here and there.

Excellent for a long airport layover

Perfect for a long layover, inside the domestic terminal. Staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are basic but extremely clean and perfectly adequate for getting a good sleep before an early morning flight. Breakfast starts at 4.30am, perfect.

The room is small and bed is not comfortable, could not sleep at all. For the price is definitely not worth it. Need to pay for the slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste. Although location is convenient but not justifiable. I will NEVER go back again.

Perfect for Airport Hotel

Hotel is in the domestic terminal. It is perfect for an overnight if you have an early morning flight. They will drop you over to the International terminal too.

Good Place to stay for transit travellers

Good price and pretty comfortable stay. Excellent for those staying for 1 night in order to catch a flight. Do note hotel is at Terminal 1 for Domestic flights but there are daily free shuttle service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.

Great staff nice rooms

The staff was great from Chek Inn, they helped and even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was very big I had two bathrooms two TVs. The breakfast was a very large area. Lots to choose from. Strange set up for drinks, as you have to be a VIP to get a can drink. Not a big deal. Just not clear. Overall experience was great definitely would stay here over the other places I’ve stayed near the train station. Thank you so much for the staff for the upgrade and all the wonderful people working there.

Great for one night stay. I think it's not designed for business trip because the lighting is not bright enough to read or do make up.

Great airport stay

Brief airport stay. The hotel sits atop the airport terminal, with some rooms looking towards the town and others overlooking the apron (great for aircraft spotters). Rooms are basic, as you’d expect, but mine was clean, everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable. Asian breakfast is available in the hotel but a variety of eateries, plus ATMs and other airport facilities are all moments away in the terminal below. Staff are friendly and helpful. A free airport shuttle operates regularly to the international terminal, so staying here works, whichever terminal you’re using.

It’s worse compare the other hotel that I usually use around the airport. Look very cheap hotel, same level as motel. Nothing inside, just water.

Sleep between flights

Small room but all you need for a sleep between flights. Appreciated the efficient reception staff. Quiet night despite the room overlooking the runway.

Annoying staff with a smile

Annoyed that front desk called our room to say we hadn't yet paid.(Not sure why we couldn't pay at check in.) It was during a massage, which was good massage yet also annoying. I was asked to pay for my massage in cash in my room while my husband was asked to pay at the front desk. On a good note, the room was comfy, the massage was good and the staff came to our room with credit card machine to pay.

Transit hotel

This is a layover hotel. Do not expect plush here, everything is basic. But there is nothing that stop you on getting the shower or sleep you need before transit.

Excellent transit hotel, simple and a good price

I choose to fly through Surabaya airport BECAUSE of this hotel. It is so convenient when staying overnight for a connecting flight. It is very good value for a comfortable, clean, basic room, staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is above the domestic terminal and there are loads of restaurants just at the bottom of the escalators.

Easy for stopovers

Poor checking this time, extremally long, 27 minutes and i was the only customers, the room was not ready eventhough it was after checking time, but the room as always was spotless, quite, confortable, and pleasing.

To be fair hotel was crazy busy cos of the valcano disruption. Room basic but clean but v v cheap. I don't think they are used to western tourists as hardly anyone spoke English so communication was an issue. Not that it is their fault rho. Hotel very close to departure gates.

We arrived later in the evening so we thought this was our best option as we were getting up early and heading to Sukapura. Reception was rude upon check in and the bed is a thin mattress on top of plywood. I get it that it's a budget hotel but for the price stay in the city. You will get a cheaper nicer place or just pay for transportation to Bromo it will cost about the same if that's where you are heading.

VERY OK, for a cheap overnight.

If you have to catch an early morning domestic, or need to overnight before catching an international the next day, this place is quite convenient..located right in the airport. Rooms are small, and the environment very OK, but don't expect much, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

this is a hotel located at Surabaya airport domestic terminal, the bed too soft and breakfast not so attracting.

An Oasis after the gruel

After being ripped off left, right and centre (par for the course in Java to be fair) and needing to fly from Surabaya this hotel was a wonderful little shelter and meant we could relax before our flight and not endure the hassle of travelling around Surabaya which has the main attraction of having a road out of it. This may well have coloured my impression in a more positive light than the small but perfectly formed IBIS justified. I don't care. I would definitely recommend it if you have a relatively early flight out of Surabaya or if you are arriving there late on and plan to leave straight away (good plan).

Good hotel to stay if catching flight next day.

We were unsure how to get to this hotel when we arrived at Terminal 2. No signs showing us (in English). So we asked one of the security staff and they pointed out a shuttle bus outside the entrance which leaves every half hour. This bus is free and takes about 15 minutes to arrive at Terminal 1. The hotel is not clearly visible when the bus deposits you at Terminal 1, but outside near all the food outlets, there are 2 escalators leading up and down to the Hotel. It is 2 star and the rooms are the size of a double bedroom with everything squeezed into a small space. But the rooms are quiet and some look out to the runway (small porthole size window). These windows are double glazed so no sound issues. Check in was easy (I had pre-booked) but came back a second time (without booking) and there were plenty of rooms available. You can book a massage and the therapist comes to your room. Very good price for hotel and massage. Won't break the budget.

I booked this hotel specifically because it was attached to the airport - I was arriving late and leaving early the next day. It was perfectly serviceable. Clean, a bit small, wifi operational. The hotel is located at Terminal 1 - the domestic terminal. If you're using the much larger Terminal 2 you'll be able to catch a free shuttle that moved between the two. The trip takes about 10 minutes - the airport is rather poorly designed and the bus actually leaves the airport grounds in order to reach the second terminal.

Located in the wrong airport (domestic) so we had to taxi from international and back and no shuttle service. Bed, hot water, basic amenities well done for a budget hotel, but no place to hang clothes or set luggage. Front desk could check in but no information, including knowing nothing about taxi service.

Easy clean hotel near the airport T1. There is a shuttle to T2 but the timing didnt suit us. Room recommended for couples: there is no separate bathroom

Early morning flight? Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay if you need to catch an early morning flight. If it's an international flight you can catch the shuttle bus which is included with your stay. First shuttle bus is at 4 AM to the international terminal. Hotel is great, clean and up to International standards.

터미널 1에 숙소가 바로 있어서 새벽비행기 타기 너무 편했고 방 창문으로 비행기 활주로가 보여서 나름 신선한 경험이었음. 비행기 갈아탈분만 묶을것.방은 겁나 작음.

酒店在商場內，指示不清楚，車子轉了幾個彎也找不到，要下車才見到很小的黃色牌。沒有直上電梯只有扶手電梯，帶著大量行李，不知從何處到達大堂。 清潔整齊很舒服。

乗り継ぎのため1泊しましたが、施設が質素過ぎ。冷蔵庫はありません。歯ブラシ、コンディショナー等もありません。また、ibis系のホテルのベッドは柔らか過ぎで、固めが好きな自分とは合いませんでした。ホテル付近には24時間のコンビニが2軒あるので、夜中でも買い出し出来ますし、国内線ビルにホテルがあるので便利ではあります

空港近くのホテルということで、 トランジットホテルとして利用しましたが 部屋の広さもちょうどよく、ホットシャワーも出て 空調もしっかり効き良かったです。 今回は朝食付きで予約しましたが、朝食の味も良かったです。

De passage à Surabaya pour reprendre un avion très tôt le lendemain matin nous avons choisis cet hôtel pour être directement au sein de l'aéroport. Attention il faudra prendre un taxi ou la navette pour aller à l'autre terminal (15 mins environs en voiture). La chambre était petite, renfermé, le personnel répond à peine à votre besoin. C'est vraiment pour gagner du temps, et être proche de l'aéroport

Prima om de nacht door te brengen als je een vroege vlucht hebt, alleen staat er niet duidelijk vermeld dat er 2terminals zijn die 15minuten rijden uit elkaar liggen. Opletten dus!
