Clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious, clean, and very well kept. The staff was courteous and attentive. Great midtown hotel!

Good location, friendly staff

For a luxury hotel, staff especially guest services who’s answering phone calls should be trained to be more customer friendly. I reserved a room with four guests, but only 2 pairs of slippers were in the room. Took a long time for the ordered food to arrive. Other than that, room is clean and location is easily accessible.

Manager helped us get a new room and made sure it happened!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic stay in NYC!!! Luxury Collection was fabulous and we will return soon and stay with them again.

Great location and room

The size of the space was incredible by NY standards. It was the most comfortable NY hotel I've ever stayed in - just lovely.

Staff is super friendly, Paul was great, clean, great location, nice rooms.

minus 1 star because on the 1st day: phone was broken. coffee maker was broken. thermostat was broken. Staff: housekeeping and those that came to fix all the broken things were good easy access to subway NOT 5 star property insufficient drawers given the LARGE sq footage plus: living room bedroom LOTS of space. no bathtub

The property is clean and located conveniently in Midtown Area in Manhattan. The service staff is friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Luxury Collection Hotel. The junior suite was lovely and spacious. The room was clean the the service was timely and often. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. Close enough to time square and all of the theaters that it is walkable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This is our favorite NYC hotel

I have stayed in New York many times, and this by far was the best. We arrived at hotel early was hoping to be able to leave our luggage while we went walking around the city. Well not only was our room ready they upgraded our room to a suite. I did not find anything wrong with this hotel except the minibar. A 12oz can soda cost $13.28 that was insane. But that was my fault for not checking. But when I am in New York this is my home from now on.

Overall or stay was wonderful. Much quieter than we expected. My only complaint was that the shower tile had a hole in it and there was some mildew growing around the door in the shower. But I felt the room was clean just needs some maintenance attention.

Great location! They gave us the wrong size room, and couldn't change us until the next evening so we just stayed crammed in the smaller room. But overall a nice hotel

Great location. Staff is super friendly they clean the room and turn down the sheets every day and new towels left Water and chocolates on the nightstand. Coffee and hot chocolate every morning for free

Excellent, very central, big room, close to everything

The room was nice. The customer service struggled. The bellman and concierge were kind but you can never get them on the phone for your Uber eats or anything else. Thanks!

Great location, great accommodations

The staff were amazing. All very friendly + attentive. Room was clean and nice. Something was off with the thermostats as neither worked. We were only there for one night and the temp was fine for the most part. Great location to walk to a lot of places..

The front desk person who checked us in was very good - I believe it was Shandale. Great person.

Spent the weekend in NYC and after reading lots of reviews of hotels in the 4-5 star range, decided on The Luxury and am more than happy with my decision. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We arrived to the hotel at 10:30am and were able to check in early. We also requested a slightly later check out on the day we left which was granted. I booked a King Suite with Central Park view. The view of the park was a small view but what you could expect being a few blocks south. The room was beautiful and clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were very large, especially for NYC standards. Location is incredible, perfectly situated between Times Square and Central Park in the center of the city East and West. Would certainly stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay and even happier by the free room upgrade we got that had a view of Central Park. The only drawback from this amazing stay was there was some left over tags and receipts still in the room when we arrived from the previous people who stayed there.

Great service! All aspects of this hotel were on point. I sent my wife, daughter and their two friends on a trip to NYC and the location, size of the room and service exceeded their expectations.

Wish we had a mini fridge. Also, was surprised to have cheap TP and toilet seats.

Excellent stay at NYC

The room are large and the design is cosy. Bed is super comfortable and we slept well. The food on the restaurant is good. Housekeeping is top notch. Location is convenient and very safe. Nice neighbourhood.

Choosing to stay at this hotel was undoubtedly a mistake. I strongly advise against booking here. Their service attitude is absolutely appalling. The staff do not proactively clean the room or replace essential items like towels and slippers. When I called the front desk to address these issues, they responded with an indifferent attitude. I hope my unpleasant experience serves as a warning to you—avoid this hotel at all costs. For the same price, you can find much better accommodations nearby.

I was very skeptical due to the reviews but from arrival to departure the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned every time we left. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I can not say enough good things about this place and would definitely stay again.

It was a good place to stay at. They did try to give me a room that wasn’t anything like the one had booked.

Good proximity to Central Park

Me and my dad stayed at The Luxury Collection from NYE til the following Thursday & each day at this property was amazing! From the accommodating for early check in and hospitality of Shandelle and the microwave & fridge placed in our room by Maurine, the attention to all our needs and desires from Jr., we couldn’t have asked for a better staff. The property was perfectly located not far away from Times Square but not in the midst of all the business. A 3-5 minute walk to multiple shops, diners and subway stations, we never got bored even after midnight. Special thanks to the doorman that greeted me & my dad by name every time we left & re-enter the property, really added a luxury touch to our stay!

This hotel was a nice place to stay with everyone helpful and was close to everywhere within the area and conveniently located near the subways.

Perfect location and great hotel!!

When we arrived @5p our room wasn't ready. Upon entering the room a couple of hours later there were no linens for the sofa bed and used pillowcases on the existing pillows for the sofa bed. The next day my husband was going to have a nightcap and the bottles in the fridge seals eere broken. It was a beautiful suite but an eye for better detail needs to be addressed.

extreme noise from the street could be heard in the room all day and night noise from the hallway also very loud

I booked this hotel for a week stay with my family during the holidays. The management and overall service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall this was a great option for the price in this midtown area of NYC. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel conditions were clean and modern for the most part and the room was big for a NYC hotel but wasn’t exactly the cleanest room I expected for the price I paid for. Also there were no bags for trash bins in the hotel which was weird. The comfort of the bed and quality of bath room was as expected for this property but had minor dirty details. The fact that this property was blocks away from Time Square and some of the best shops and restaurants in NYC was a major plus. FYI I had to Uber from Airport to hotel because they do not offer transportation which is a real shame considering how much they charge for their rooms and services. Overall this is a great and safe option for people willing to overlook the small inadequacies compared to 4 and 5 star hotel chains but I was happy with my stay and would definitely come back.

The bad: check-in was crazy bad. The staff need to be trained better. Only the managers seemed to know anything. The $35 daily fee needs to be more transparent. We didn't understand as it wasn't explained. We did not dined on the property so probably wasted The good: nice king suite. Couch was not a pull out but comfortable for our daughter. Large size for Manhattan. Bed and bathroom we're great

Big rooms, great service, close to everything!

We were able to find a sizable suite for our family of 5. It had ample room to rest and relax along with an extra large countertop in the bathroom for everyone’s essentials. We found it to be the exact room we needed to be able to explore the Midtown area. The location was convenient for our plans around the city to shop, eat and see a play on Broadway. The decor was modern and clean, and we would stay here again.

This is a great option for families. The rooms are sizable and is great condition. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any family visiting NYC.

My family and I stayed the weekend before Christmas and had an excellent experience at this hotel. It’s clean, the rooms are large for NYC, the staff are helpful, and it’s in an ideal location. I will most certainly return.

We asked for a King suite and got a queen. Nothing like pictured. At the price I paid, you expect everything to be perfect, but it was subpar. The baggage person was the only one with good attitude. I was disappointed.

The property was well kept. The suites were spacious and comfortable with streaming/ cast capabilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant on property and room service. Nightly turn down service with fresh waters and chocolates. Only downside was I purchased a suite with sofa bed but the sofa was not a bed. I will need to reach out about that. Other than that, great location central to shops, subway, restaurants and entertainment. I’d definitely stay again.

This was a great location for our family trip. We saw a broadway show and went shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was amazing.

Loved everything about this property

We love it here. It is in great location perfectly situated in midtown. Restaurant is wonderful and great warm accommodating staff. The Rooms are big and roomy with spacious areas including real nice bed closet areas and bathrooms, especially considering this is manhattan. Clean and simply modern (but not stuffy or pretentious) updates with that 1Hotel-like smell. Within a few minutes walk you can be in broadway, times square or central park etc. Great value for what you get; highly recommend.

Great hotel a great location

Staff was excellent! We were granted an early check-in and late checkout, with no Marriott status. The line for the front desk does get very busy in the evenings. Room was excellent very spacious for the location. Recommend!

Great stay in NYC

First time stay for a family of four. The Luxury Collection did not disappoint. Perfect set up for a family of four with a separate small bedroom and master suite. The staff was probably the most attentive, responsive, and polite that we have experienced since before the pandemic. Overall, we will definitely be excited to book our next stay and will recommend the property to all of friends and family. Well done!

Very nice hotel

When checking in, we were told they didn’t have the room we booked through Expedia. After going back and forth for two hours, we finally got the room we booked. The tV in the bedroom didn’t work either.

Every single employee and staff encounter was exceptional. Not kidding. Not hyperbole.

We thought Hôtel was very good. We booked two rooms but we were told they didn’t have two beds which was why we chose the hotel. So they “upgraded” the room however the room was a bed with a pull out and smelled horrible of must. The other room we had was wonderful. The smelly room was 3712. Otherwise the location was great to UWS/UES and Times Square but not loud. Close to subway. We would stay here again I think just unfortunate experience because it was Thanksgiving weekend.

Great stay in NYC. The location was perfect for what we were doing, easy to walk to so much. Hotel staff was very attentive and the stay was so comfortable. We kept saying how we would definitely stay there again.

Staff at checkin was unfriendly. The room was cold, blowing cold air instead of hot, they sent technician, he repaired it, I asked him to unlock the thermostat so I can raise the temperature and he replied that I should be fine. They don't allow you to warm up the room, it is cold. When it blows hot air for a while, it starts blowing COLD air for hours. The telephone was not working. The bathroom vanity had broken bulbs. The toilet is broken.

The Hotel was amazing , and my room beautiful

Great hotel and felt very safe in New York while staying there. It’s very pricey though and they charged me with transportation fees but never brought us anywhere. We felt like they charged us with unnecessary fees.

Thisnhotel is not upgraded from the Conrad brand and is now twice the price. Tye comkon areas and restaurant are tired and the lobby staff unavailable and understaffed for the ratio of customers to staff so they are short with clients . Overall this is not a good hotel only convenient
