Does Not Disappoint
Great experience every visit. Always willing to accommodate special requests. Friendly stands and great downtown location.
Connection to Skywalk is another reason we stay here .
Well train staff. Property well maintained.
The staff was kind and professional. 👍
Amazing Solo Getaway
This was a local weekend getaway for myself. Wanted a Mom-cation. Arrival was easy and pleasant, checked in at the front desk. The check-in staff were smiling and eager to help. The cleanliness was spectacular. Beautiful entry way, even with the snowstorm happening outside they were able to keep the floors clean and dry. Elevator was clean and safe, requiring a room key to get to any floors above level 6. That made a solo person like myself feel a bit safer than a regular hotel. My room, a King Deluxe, was beautifully decorated and had all the creature comforts for a great stay. Lavazza Coffee machine on its own coffee car with a drawer for coffee pods and other coffee necessities, a mini fridge at the right temp, several options for cups/glasses all perfectly clean with no water spots, several trays throughout the room with bottled waters, covered glasses, and napkins. Stark white bedding that had no stains and was very comfortable. And executive desk with an iPad to use during your stay. The bathrobes they provide are very clean and comfortable. They also provide white slippers. After dinner I returned to my room to find their housekeeping had prepped my room for bedtime, laying out a robe on the bed, towel on the floor with slippers on them, so that I could change bedside right into the robe, & hey had drawn the curtains closed. Only negatives: my whole 9th floor smelled of marijuana. Strongly. And my tub wasn’t fully cleaned, although they did remedy that promptly.
Really the whole experience was great outside of the cable the candy and liquor they store in the rooms is Robbery but it's not just them neither. So outside of that I am pleased I got to bring my fiance there. She had fun too
True customer service that was only the manager of the property. When I arrived, I had to park on the side of circle center the spot the pull up was already halfway full with cars, but there wasn’t anybody out front to direct us or tell us otherwise, and I have never been there, so when I went out to get in, I know I had booked it a couple hours before and I didn’t download the app on my phone to get in the room which I had to check in at the front office anyway since I was staying in luxury, I thought . I wasn’t able to get in the door even if which I don’t like to do piggyback inside. About 25° I was cold and I was trying to get that downloaded in and it was a task for me. I have some difficulty medically, but that doesn’t stop me , I was expecting a really nice day for a couple of days away out of the house since I haven’t been feeling the best and I was treated as if I didn’t belong there as well. It was 7:30 in the morning and I was coming in. I wanted a nice quiet place where I could just come and go and not be bothered. I was grabbing a cuppa coffee and the two gentlemen from upfront gave me a hard time about getting to my room. I had to go up to the front desk and put a credit card on file I guess since I paid for a quote “3rd part company instead of straight to the hotel, which I’d already prepaid online through Expedia. I wouldn’t normally spend 780 for 2 nights of not even a jacuzzi The lights didn’t work. But trust and believe the morning staff was there sleeping
Very nice clean place and staff was nice and welcoming
Some amenities within the hotel room were clearly dated & not functioning. Also noticed some build up of grime around drains and faucet heads. Some is to be expected of course.. just a bit of a turn off in such a nice hotel.
This is a great spot if you’re doing anything at the Ganbridge Feildhouse. We came from Milwaukee because the Bucks were playing the Pacers and the Conrad was a very easy walking distance from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very kind, informative and helpful.
Property was very nice, the capital grille was conveniently on site. Area was a little loud at night. Tub was big a spacious. Staff was very nice and accommodating
Super accommodating stay!
Convenient Location, Poorly Maintained
Room smelled like raw sewage. It was coming in through the shower drain and I had to put a piece of plastic over the drain to keep the smell at bay. Housekeeping entered my room randomly at 5:00pm while I was resting after a long flight. The room had already been cleaned (this was on my arrival day). The lady did not speak English and kept saying “too loud” which I didn’t understand because I was sleeping and making no noise at all. There was no reason for her to have entered my room. None of the outlets in the lamps worked so I had to physically move the side table to be able to charge my phone. On the sixth floor, there is a key-card-activated door that separates the elevators from the room. The shock designed to dampen the door movement has failed so it SLAMS closed any time it is opened. I heard this noise all night. For the price, I’m really disappointed in the quality of the room.
Not worth 800 a night. Many things in the room did not work properly. Won't stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay
nice people and staff....The hotel rooms are in need of upgrading. Rooms look and feel worn, lights not working....stained carpet
Excellent staff, excellent service. Very classy.
Monumental Marathon
very clean
Pleasant experience from check in to check out
Only one USB port in the room. The room was very overpriced for what it was
Nice a pleasant
I came in about one hour earlier than clock in time. The first receptionist I talked let me feel I am not very welcomed.
25th Anniversary stay
Everything at the property and staff inside and out were amazing. Even allowed our late checkout since we were running behind.
We really appreciated their valet staff. Particularly Simon, who took.the time.to.walk me to my.car when I forgot my phone. Ok, location is.fantastic, their.staff.is.really.into making sure your stay is good nevertheless, our room.door was our.of battery and we have to wait.foe 25 minutes for the engineering two to show up. They did give is.10 dollar discount coupon for breakfast. It just didn't feel like they cared enough that we were waiting for 25 minutes to get into our rooms after a very long day.
Every thing was excellent
Friendly staff
Everybody was so nice and accommodating!
Great spot near the fieldhouse
This is not what you expect of a Conrad. Five inch spill stain on threadbare carpet. Absolutely miserably uncomfortable bed. Weak shower water pressure. I guess the lobby is impressive, but that isn’t where I slept.
staff was amazing and very accommodating. But when we got to are room the refrigerator was on cold and did not get any cold by morning, so we last all the food we put in it. and call the front desk and told them about the refrigerator not working the sent one up to look at it. He pulled it out and turn it off and back on again and said it will be fine. Got back to our room later that day and still was not cold. Told the front desk again that the refrigerator still was not cold, they said would take care of it. Got back form dinner and we had a much larger refrigerator standing about 5 feet tall next to the nightstand by the bed. that by morning still was not cold. So, do not think you can bring any food up to your room and think you have some where cold to put it. And you must get your ice from the front desk.
Very clean and certainly high star presentation. My room was large and all in order with an espresso machine. Dinner at the hotel steak house was simply sensational. Both the food and service.
I love this place. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel bar is great, with a knowledgeable bartender. We sat outside next to the street, and while loud, there was a lot to see! Two great steakhouses are within within a block.
The Conrad blends luxury with Midwestern hospitality. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring downtown Indianapolis, and the on-site amenities, including the spa and on site dining options add to the overall experience.
Great stay
Very enjoyable stay, will be back
Perfect for Gen Con!
The hotel was amazing except for the shower. There was little to no water pressure, and it was only set to one temperature - scalding death.
Lovely hotel, perfectly located, great staff. Only complaint: weak shower.
Nice hotel
Nice hotel with very friendly staff.
No that's it
Very nice
…
Room is small but very clean and beautiful. Not sure the room is $400 but everyone was very nice. Valet parking is $60
Great choice for traveling with kids. Super convenient, walkable to John place for brunch. No parking but backstreet parking is free from 8pm to 8am, and can add parking fees after 8am through apps.
Valet and front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful!

First of many stays at the Conrad! Loved it
Convenient location which is why we stayed there. We chose a corner suite and it was quite disappointing. It's in a major need of an update as the wallpaper and stained carpet takes you back to the late 80s or early 90s. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. The elevators were messed up the entire time except for the last morning, On Sunday, we actually had to use the service elevators since all 3 of the others were not functioning. The noise from below is LOUD! On Saturday night, loud cars, motorcycles, etc. kept us up until 2 am. Overall, not a great stay and considering all the other options in downtown Indy, I'd go elsewhere.
Great place
Stunning in every way
The room smelled like weed and the a/c wasn’t getting the room cool. Other than that it was good.
We stayed here for our anniversary had a lovely time.
Valet parking was good, but I would like a self-park option.
I liked the light fixture and art throughout the lobby and friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with our room not being correct, but the receptionist was able to resolve the issue. I didn't like how the in-room service was a 3 hour wait in the morning for breakfast.
Worth Staying
Nice Hotel. Very clean, friendly, close to everywhere. Great restaurant and bar downstairs. Lovely furniture. Nice after a long drive to be able to relax.
Staff at front desk were very polite and attentive. Room was very clean.
My spot every time I come to Indianapolis
Lovely, 5 star hotel
Grest. Check in Amazing
Very central and close to really great restaurants and nightlife
Having the gallery on site (and Capitol Grille) is unique for such a boutique size hotel.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are congenial, helpful, and outgoing. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us. Beautiful view from our room of the Artsgarden. Valet was quick and convenient. The only con would be not being able to go from the parking garage to the hotel. We had to leave the parking garage and go to the entrance to check in.
Very friendly staff and excellent room
We loved our view from our room. Ease of getting different places. Highly recommend using the spa
Wonderful experience. We upgraded to a suite and had a lovely stay
It was fantastic. My wife and I rarely get away from the children by ourselves, so when we do we want to be pampered. We were definitely made to feel like royalty here…. Fabulous. Thank you for the hospitality.
I would recommend the Conrad to anybody visiting downtown Indianapolis.
Ok but not worth what I paid
The hotel was nice and easy walk to fieldhouse. However for the price I paid not sure it was worth it. Had to try two outlets to get phone to charge as one was loose and sparked. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. No fan in bathroom which seemed odd. Coffee in room was very good though. Last call at hotel bar was 10:30 which seems early to me.
Great place
Wonderful service, everyone was super nice and helpful

Staff was accomodating. Room was lovely. We especially appreciated having housekeeping service every day. This is the first place we have stayed since the pandemic where daily housekeeping was not something we had to request specially. It was wonderful!
Cute hotel classic older but unique. We had some issues with hot water readily available , so maybe updated amenities on that. Other than that it was in a good location and around food and walkable to the Lucas oil, which is why we came to town.
Staff is very friendly and helpful
Everyone here is so great and hospitable.
Great location. Nice property. Good dining options.
Beautiful facility, well maintained and excellent service!
Very nicd
Very nice staff
Love the whole experience!
Wonderful property!
The toilet made noise when refilling after flushing and the sink counter had a very large crack in it. Overall it was really nice. Loved the pool and hot tub. Close to lots of things downtown. Check in was slow
Great hotel
Immaculate!
I absolutely loved my stay! It was wonderful service from the moment we drove up. The valet service was polite, speedy, and exactly what you would hope for. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and safe. The restaurant and wine bar were so convenient and the pool/spa was so clean and relaxing. I would and will stay here over and over again!
The staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at the Conrad on your next visit to Indy.
Noise
Wonderful
Will continue to comeback to a wonderful place.
Wonderful evening
The room was perfect. Our stay was lovely.
Top-tier experience the staff room and ambience excellent. Breakfast was special -coffee was enjoyable andChelse was the best.
When I first walked in, it smelled so fresh! I also loved the separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The building and rooms were beautiful, and the service from the valets to the desk staff was outstanding.
All rooms that have a tub should have body wash in them
The staff is always so friendly.
Wonderful, comfortable bed with pillows that were just right. Bathroom included bathtub and shower. Hot tub was superbly hot and the pool not too cold. Staff were polite. We had a great time!!!
Great Experience.
The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to help with any needs. This was my first time staying at the Conrad and i was very satisfied.
Great hotel. Great service Local area. So so
Staff was super nice and the room was super!
Good
Great place
Love everything about the place ambience ease of check in room was beautiful most importantly clean with all the amenities... Including the small things you don't think of like slippers a robe, soap and body wash. I should've booked this for the entire trip but I'm glad I got to stay here for the one night. I'm definitely coming back
