I was disappointed with this hotel before I even arrived. It started with receiving an email 2 days prior to my arrival that I was downgraded from the room that I paid for. And the room that we booked was given to someone else. To then having our door broken, the lock mechanism battery failed, having to get our room keys reprogrammed multiple times, could never get enough towels for the amount of people we had in the room, despite calling for multiple days at a time for towels. And then the quality of the food and restaurant options was not what we expected at all. Some staff members were fantastic, while others gave us eye rolls anytime we asked for something. The beach was extremely rocky and not safe for my 5 year old son to swim in. The premise was really dirty, the window sills looked like they had not been cleaned in years. the floors in our rooms were never washed, nor was the shower ever cleaned during our entire stay. There was so much more that I am not even including in here. Then the cherry on the top, was the overbilling of almost $6,000, and that was after their $3,000 "refund" for the inconvenience of our downgrade. To pay almost $40,000 and have to experience any of this was quite a shocking to say the least.

An excellent stay! Daily beach refreshers and cold towels were a highlight. Staff and food were fantastic. Some truly went out of their way to make sure our groups experience was exceptional. Great service and cocktails by Rashidi! It’s a quiet resort. Spa was lovely.

Great views of the beach however not recommended for swimming. Not recommended if you are looking for a taste of local food. Not recommended for people of color. Staff security in need of diversity training. Only after bringing several incidents and a series of events to the attention of management did the experience begin to improve. 1. Beginning with our horrible check in experience of having to wait 2 and a half hours almost for our room that was booked a month in advance 2. Lack of water in the hotel and having to wait for several hours for hotel water tanks to be filled by the local water trucks to be able to take a shower 3. Being questioned by security about being a guest on the property even when wearing the wrist band given upon check in on our 2nd night at the hotel 4. Mixed communication/ inconsistency between staff about the requirements for reservations at the onsite restaurants and being questioned if you are a guest to be able to able to eat food that you basically already paid for in the all-inclusive price on our 2nd night at the hotel Stayed for 4 nights with family members who were experiencing the island for the 1st time. We will not be returning to this hotel.

LOVED OUR STAY at O2!!! The staff were incredibly nice and so welcoming. Shoutout to Shiloh who gave us our tour of the resort and told us about going to Oistins Bay early. The resort was cleannnn; we had a lower penthouse suite with an amazing view of the beach. The hospitality shown by the workers made the stay even more pleasant. Makayra, Shiloh, Sarah, Rusnell, Che, Darrian, Junior, Akeem, Khadijah, Shantelle & Joshua. I thank you all for making my birthday the greatest weekend ever!! I will be back with an even bigger group :)

Excellent staff, everybody is so friendly. The restaurants, the pools and the beach are nice. The rooms are spacious. I did not gave 5 stars because my room had a leak from the ceiling and they did not bother to move me to another room. Also, the decoration and the furniture inside my room were pretty old style.
