Excellent service and value for money

Everything was nice. Room was nicely renovated and very clean. The free shuttle to the parks was a nice added touch! The location to everything was very convenient. Two things that would have made it even better was if the breakfast would have been included and if there was a street light at the end of the driveway where you turn jn would have been most helpful as we weren't sure we were even at the correct property, it was too dark to tell until you drove in. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This is at best 3 stars. This has a lot of hiccups for me that didn’t meet my expectations. The night staff I was greeted with was not the friendliest or welcoming. All adults need to show ID and information about children upon check in. The ac in the room did not work and was uncomfortable sleeping. The shower water pressure is nonexistent, the faucet has more washer pressure. The breakfast is pretty good, but make sure to go early to get the best options. They first had omelettes with cheese and by the time I went to get more they had scrambled eggs. The staff for the breakfast is very robotic and seems ingenious and condescending when asking simple questions. The good about this hotel is that it’s newer and has modern decor. The price is decent for the area and what you get. I wouldn’t personally stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel few times already and I must say it is always a pleasure. The only issue I had this time was a breakfast. Not only that you had to pay extra for it (before it was included in the price) but things were not available at 9:00 even that the breakfast was until 9:30. For example during the entire stay there was no cream for the coffee so I sometimes took it from the reception area, but after few days that was not available either. One day we came at 8:30 there was no white or multigrain bread. I think that if you pay extra for the breakfast these things should be available all the time. My next visit I will skip breakfast at the property for sure.

The rooms were very spacious and clean

This property was clean and had easy access to everything. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Worth staying at

Great price, staff and room.

Good, But Not Great!

Service staff were very good and always friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our issues were that the walls were "paper thin" We could hear everything from rooms on both sides of us. From starting of the microwave ovens to the content of what the people in each room were discussing. The hotel did have a reasonable fee for breakfast at 9.09+tax. We did not take advantage of this offer, so we are not sure what was offered, but the pricing was enticing. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Amazing property! We will be staying here always when we come. Staff was super nice, free water, free parking, amazing rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers, great vanity for getting ready. I loved everything about this property!

This was a great stay, very convenient location for a great price and the staff was very nice. Only issue is we did find a few things in the room from the last guest but other than that I'd recommend

Perfect for a Solo traveler

Check in with Laura and Renata at the front desk was smooth. All charges were explained up front so there were no surprises (except for the chocolate chip cookie). The bed was very comfortable. I had no problems going to sleep. The one thing I do wish is that the shower head had more than the 3 settings that it came with. I could never find that happy zone. The room came with bottled water! No Charge! And I never had to ask for caffeinated coffee. It was always beside the coffee pot. This is a convenient location to all the parks and I would stay there again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last! The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff was very accommodating. They even left a note and cupcake for my birthday. Thank you Pestana staff for another great stay!

Close to everything and quiet

Tile in washroom looked dirty even though it is cleaned. Bedding had a few stains. Hotel is clean smells good. Breakfast was 0 stars

This is one of the best places in Orlando Florida that I recommend to Friends and family to come and stay at this hotel

The place was very clean, the staff for the breakfast were very welcoming. The only con I see was I wish we would be required to scan our room cards for the elevator for safety purposes (most hotels I stayed at have this). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Universal Studios and disney world was just 15-20 minutes away which was very convenient.

I think this hotel is very good

Staff were great and the room was excellent apart from the sound insulation between room. There was an inch gap under the adjoining door which made the neighbours sound like they were in our room. This was my first experience of breakfast with plastic cutlery and paper plates in a hotel which made me enjoy my breakfast less.

There is an issue with excessive noise in the rooms, specifically a consistent squeaking sound.

Great stay

Daniel was very friendly and made my family & myself feel welcome. Room was extremely clean & beds were comfortable. We will be staying here again in the near future.

This was a beautiful property so close to everything very clean and quiet area. The only thing I would add would be that the property should be more lit as you make a turn into the property. The driveway leading to the property isn’t well lit.

Hotel was fantastic starting with their property, customer service, rooms are clean and maintained with necessary amenities available to us! Parking was free too for our rental car. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Orlando. The hotel is recently new and has been operating for less than 4 years I believe but they nailed all the critical points and more! :)

I loved this hotel. I never leave reviews but they deserved it. The customer service was great. The hotel was clean, free parking and exactly as advertised. I booked this for a disney trip and would rebook. I did not use the bus transportation, pool or breakfast option. But overall great location, wonderful service and amazing hospitality. Bravo to this staff.

Easy check-in, and front staff was so informative and helpful! Every time we entered or left the lobby we were greeted. Room was clean and spacious! Very comfortable for our long stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion provided in the room! My husband forgot his so this worked great for us. Room has plenty of storage for clothing and has an included closet with a safe. Couch was super comfy after a long day at the parks. Halls were quiet and was able to sleep through the night! We paid for breakfast everyday and for 5 days it was different each day with similar attributes. Always plentiful! Breakfast hostess remembered us from last year and remembered our room number every day! It was a little cold to use the pool during our visit, but plenty of room to hangout outside on the deck. This hotel is located about 10 minutes from Disney Springs give or take with traffic. From hotel room to Magic Kingdom parking was about 24 minutes! The hotel does offer a free bus service to the park, but we chose to drive to get there earlier.

Family trip

I arrived around midnight due to a late flight. My check/in was easy and I had the keys within 5mins. My room/bathroom was very clean! Left out and went to Magic kingdom that morning,, came back to a very clean and organized room. I give this hotel a 10. My only concern was the front desk agent who seemed fairly new at the time of check out. She gave attitude and an evil look after I told her I left the keys in my room. She hardly communicated afterwards. The other lady (I believe) had a gold cap was very friendly and helpful!!

What I loved the most about this hotel was the cleanness of the room. It also has a great location.

The property is well placed in terms of being close to Disney Springs but it’s a basic hotel. The rooms are big but the surrounding area doesn’t have a great view and it’s in a hidden area. The water pressure in the shower was poor

You won't be able to find a better value for the price in all of Orlando...five stars ALL AROUND

This place is convenient to Disney. We’ve stayed here twice. Always very clean. Front desk was very friendly upon check in. The toilet clogged twice while we were here and we had to wait hours for maintenance to bring a plunger. The front desk had no access to a plunger from 9pm until 10 am. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby before we left for the morning. We had one roll of toilet paper for five people and the front desk couldn’t provide us with more- had to wait on maid. I would suggest them being able to access things like toilet paper and plungers while the maids and maintenance were gone for the evening. I’d stay here again, we’ll bring a plunger and extra toilet paper next time.

Average Hotel, room was very clean but I did not feel welcome when I arrived. Once in the room I requested another set of towels but they asked me to go down to the lobby to get them then when I refused the came to my room with the towels. It took me around 45 minutes to check out because the system was not working. I will consider another options when going back to Orlando.

Highly recommend this hotel!!! Staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel smells so good, clean, restrooms were very big, overall everything was great! The price was also better than the rest I had tried booking for six people.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in the warmest way by Daniel at the reception desk. Daniel went above and beyond welcoming us and filling us in on every detail and taking care of our every need in such a wonderful and personable way. He related to everyone in the party, including our birthday girl, our daughter with Down Syndrome. The room was spacious and exactly what we needed with two queens and a pullout couch in every guest room. The beds were firm and comfortable. We padded the pullout couch with a couple of blankets and a lot of extra pillows. It would be great for young children. The shower was the perfect pressure and extra towels and washcloths were readily available upon request. The breakfast was really delicious and well prepared with some variety each of our 4 days, and the staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was an amazing stay and we were literally minutes from Discovery Cove and SeaWorld, which was our destination. Thank you Daniel and Pestana Hotel Suites Orlando.

Quiet & Clean.

The hotel was nice. The staff at the front desk were nice. There was an issue with the bathroom where the light in the hallway had to be on for the bathroom light to work.

We booked in hotels.com. We were evacuating from the hurricane. According to the governor all hotels should be pet friendly in an evacuation. We still have not gotten our money back. We won't stay at the protest or use hotels.com in the future.

Very nice place

Loved how spacious the room was and how clean the facility as a whole was

Everything was great but if they stick you in the very first room in the hallway near the lobby, you'll hear everything lol so make sure to ask if it's possible to move. Otherwise, perfect for the price and location. Rooms have a microwave and fridge and the grocery store was 5 minutes away. Took us only ten minutes to get to Disney in an Uber.

Amazing value

By far the best hotel at this price point I have ever stayed in. Huge room with separated sitting area. Fridge and micro (good sized fridge too, not one of the little tiny ones). Decent towels. Excellent water pressure. Bed was OK. Pillows were good. Desk staff was very friendly. That’s not something I normally bother to comment on, but they were really great. CLEAN!! Decent breakfast. I can’t say enough about the value. It’s a little bit off the beaten path, but still had shuttles to the parks. I would stay here again and again.

We booked the room last minute to go on a family vacation early and was very pleased with the room, location and service.

Everything was top notch. Very clean. Rooms cleaned every day, like the days of old. Whoever cleaned our room came to understand our habits & needs, & then catered to those habits & needs. Most impressive.

No hair dryer, many lights with separate controls. Air circulation is not good.

Very clean and quiet. Our only suggestion is rotating television so we can watch tv in bed (currently faces living room)

We got there early and we were allowed to check in even though we were 2 1/2 hours early check in is at 4pm

This is a great place to stay, safe and clean. The staffs in this hotel are nice and friendly! This location is very convenient to any park.

Everything was on point the only draw back is the entrance to the Hotel it really needs to be addressed and taken care of I’m sure customers have mentioned this before beacuse me and my family was in disbelief how the entrance looked like.

It was Amazing!!!! The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff Renata, Charlesetta,, and Rodrigo made you feel so welcome and special. Right away at check in there is fresh lemon and cucumber water at the front desk and coffee. The breakfast is delicious. The pool is wonderful. The shower is big and luxurious. We had a wonderful time and felt spoiled and happy

Property staff was rude.

modern building. Spacious rooms and very good value for price of rooms. No dining options apart from breakfast but was aware about this. Was travelling with friends and was dining out most nights. Uber eats was easy to order for one evening.
