Cosy hotel with excellent staff service

Route to hotel from Meitetsu Nagoya Station was about 10-15min. It's really quite an easy route, flat and relatively easy to pull your luggage along. It's self service check-in/out but staff is there to help you too. What's really amazing is the hotel room has all instructions in English, including the aircon operations. Standard amenities are included in the room like kettle, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, green tea. You can get free coffee in the cafe from 10am onwards. Plus, the cafe has a microwave so you can also buy food back to the hotel to heat it up and eat! There's also razor, comb, sleepwear, and extra pillows that you can get in the lobby. Room security is good as your room card key is needed for the lift, in fact the card key is 'tied to' the floor you stayed in. There's also luggage lockers in the lobby. Room included breakfast which was good. There's croissants, bread, pancakes, cereal, salad, smoothies, coffee, tea, rice, soup, scrambled eggs, tofu, sausages, noodles (not everyday), gyoza etc. One other thing i like is that the hotel actually clean your room (clear rubbish and change towels) every day, which is quite a rarity these days as most hotels will only do so if you specifically request or upfront indicate they will only clean your room if you stay more than 3 nites. Definitely a hotel that i will chose again and also recommend to others.

The hotel was excellent great breakfast and great price. Staff was very helpful and even the manager with the little English he could speak took my husband down the street to the 7eleven to help him purchase tickets to a soccer game at Toyota Stadium. He went above and beyond. Great location to shopping, restaurants and train station. We stayed 9 nights and would stay again.

Great hotel

Would definitely stay again! We arrived slightly early before check-in time. Friendly staff greeted us and told us that our room was ready and we could check-in early. Location was good, short walk to the main train station in Nagoya. Plenty to eat around, and a convenience store across the road too. Breakfast was good too, enough selection to satisfy even our fussy eaters. Free drinks in the afternoon. They have 3 machines for coin laundry, and the best part about this is if another guest decide to not collect their laundry when it is done, the staff will empty the machine out for you to use, and store the other person’s laundry aside for them to pick up later. Very helpful as we have stayed in other hotels and have to hope that other hotel guests pickup their laundry at the end of their cycle, and not leave it in there overnight! They also have extra pillows and amenities you can pickup from the reception area. Definitely great value for money too as this was our cheapest and biggest hotel room we stayed in. Very happy with this choice.

Room size is good and was able to accommodate my family of three and 3 luggages without feeling cramped. This was one of the better hotels during my trip to Japan this summer. The hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo was way smaller and more expensive. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Definitely a 4 star experience at this hotel.

Staff was Very professional

Hotel is not too far from nagoya station and meitetsu bus center. Many dining options too. Staff are friendly and breakfast is great. Would come back again.

Clean and convenient

Room size enough for my family (2 adults and 2 childrens ) , not far from Nagoya station, we walked to Nagoya city science museum, Breakfast not much choice but not bad, recommended for family

We found the hotel reviews consistent with what we experienced. The accommodation was centrally located close to Nagoya station. Very handy with restaurants and ground transportation nearby. Very safe and walkable. The Hotel was clean and modern. The room had adequate space, was spotless and we were serviced very well daily by housekeeping. The front desk staff were helpful, pleasant and made efficient use of time. The breakfast which was included, varied somewhat from day-to-day and exceeded expectations with many hot options, not just a continental breakfast. We would certainly return again as this is a solid reasonably priced option in March during the cherry blossom season.

The place is very convenient. It is closed to train station, restaurants and shopping area with reasonable price. The breakfast is more like a American style than Japanese's. I would probably like Japanese style more.

Excelente localização

Excelente localização, a menos de 10 minutos a pé da estação de trem principal, e equipe super prestativa. Recomendo demais a quem for a Nagoya.

Thank you from Hong Kong. Thank you for the Male Front Desk Staff help to look for the clinic for my fevered daughter, and warmly send us a ice pillow to relax her symptom. We didn't hanging out much in Nagoya due to the illness, but well received the kind and careness. Will be back in my next Nagoya trip. And thank you ~

房間清潔，裝修很新，床舒服，浴室很好，坐厠自動沖水，熱水供應穩定。房間有足夠插頭。17平方米房間二人住，都可以。 環境清靜，樓下有便利店。早餐選擇雖不多，但不錯。步行到名古屋站很近。十分鐘路程。不走地下街，地面走過去很方便。 前一日網上check in, 去到只scan passport, 就可以。十分方便。 推薦這間酒店。

Good location to stations, shops and restaurants

A new hotel and the facilities are modern; but don't know why there was lot of dust on the bed, particularly below the pillows and on the top of headboard. The size of the room is a little bigger than other economic chain hotel and it is really good. I especially like the breakfast which is better than I expected. The welcome drink is also nice but the staff should inform (or put a sign to show the time) guests when they arrive before the official check in time.

Quarto e banheiro pequenos, mas confortável. Se precisar, pode pegar uma tomada universal na recepção. Café da manhã bastante diferente comparado com o ocidente.

Hotel comodissimo con la stazione e molti servizi nei dintorni. Stanza pulita e con comfort, peccato che ai piani bassi si sente il timer del semaforo. Staff molto gentile che presta aiuto col traduttore, gentilissimi. Peccato per la colazione, un po' affollata e di qualità un po' scarsa (margarina e frutta sciroppata)

駅近で、周辺にはコンビニ、ドラッグストア、飲食店が複数あり、とても便利です。 夜の時間帯には、しじみ汁が無料で提供されています。 朝食付きで、ドリンクコーナーもあり、お子様から大人まで快適に過ごせると思います。 また、新しいホテルの為、設備も新しく清潔感があります。 名古屋駅周辺で泊まる事があれば、また利用させていただきたいです。

這次的住宿非常滿意

我們2大2小入住10/2～10/9，住宿的感覺很棒，小孩一個9歲一個7歲，兩個單人並在一起睡一點也不擠，出發前還有點緊張睡不下，而且這是日本住宿中住過房間最大的，可以2-3個行李箱完全打開，晚上還可以買東西在桌子上吃。想再預訂明年的日期卻都滿了😭😭 而且整理的都非常乾淨整潔，隔音也很好

テレビがうまく使えなかったのと、冷蔵庫が小さかったかな。連泊したので、タオル等は最初から連泊分あると嬉しいです。他は清潔なホテルで良かったです

部屋は、勿論、ロビーもエントランスも清潔であった。スタッフの対応も良い。また、泊まるだけの価値川あると思う。

やや高級なビジネスホテルで観光にも

名鉄、近鉄名古屋駅に近いホテルを探した結果、こちらを選びました。朝食が無料で嬉しいです。部屋は十分な広さで、ユニットバスもゆったりした作りでした。なお、ズボンプレッサーも各階のエレベーターホールに置かれており、自由に使うことができました。ベッドもなかなか良いものでしたし、パジャマの貸出もありました。ベッドにワイヤレス充電器が組み込まれているのは良かったですし、テレビはnetflixやyoutubeに対応しているのでしています。また利用したいと思います。

距離名鐵名古屋站距離不遠，附近也有地下道通地鐵站，小孩也能免費享用早餐，很經濟實惠

다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔

공항 이동, 신칸센 탑승 등을 고려하여 나고야 역 인근 숙소를 선택했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 역과 멀지 않고 주변에 식당 및 카페, 드럭스토어, 편의점이 가까이 있으며 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 조용합니다. 내부 시설이 정말 깔끔하고 직원분들도 모두 친절하십니다. 와이파이 환경도 매우 쾌적하고, 라이브러리 카페 공간도 이용할 수 있어 출장 시 업무를 보기에도 좋아 보입니다.

Good value for the money

The hotel is really good value for the price, free breakfast is nice and only few minutes walk to Nagoya station. room size is much bigger than I expected, and it’s very new !!

房間牆上的畫作，有很多灰塵，其他地方還算可以。早餐選擇太少，建議出外。

朝食付きなのはありがたい。ただし、パンとサラダ、軽い洋食のモーニングはまだしも、五穀米とみそ汁があるにも関わらず、和食のおかずが一切ないのが気になった。むしろはじめから洋食のみで割り切ってくれてた方が、不満がでない気がする。立地に関して、駅近なのは良いが決して風紀が良い場所ではないと思う。
