Very comfortable hotel, with friendly staff. Great views from our junior suite overlooking the sea. Rooms very clean and food good. Pissouri is quiet with good restaurants nearby. Some within walking distance.

We had a minor inconvenience due to too much exposure to the sun but the staff runed immediately with medical assistance and did everything possible for our wellbeing. Very greatful for such friendly stuff. The food in general wasn't great, yet the hotel's ambience and amenities are fantastic.

Wonderful setting, Pissouri is like a step back in time in Cyprus. The hotel is lovely and the staff are fabulous, a special mention to Florentina who looked after us wonderfully and Katerina (in room service) who was a joy.

A stunning and superb hotel. Service was impeccable and the facilities were stunning. Total luxury.

This is a fabulous resort… and the best bit….. the staff , they are just wonderful, happy , friendly and just lovely

What is there not to like? - we needed a quiet winter sun r&r break and with the range of room options and locations within the resort we achieved just that. Excellent customer service; everyone we encountered just wanted us to have the very best experience. Have already booked the resort for a winter 2025 break where we intend to tour the island a little more.

Excellent hotel, however some of the food prices are very high so guests tend to walk up the road to local taverns.

Fabulous in every way.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable despite encountering some issues with the room, which was quickly resolved. Food hygiene at breakfast raised concerns when guests were coughing over the food, lack of respect for others on their part. Staff should ensure utensils are cleaned when witnessing these poor practices or food replaced.

Our family spent fabulous 10 days in this magnificent resort. Everything went smooth and easy. Got upgraded and a lot of attention from the friendly staff. One of the best resorts we have visited in Mediterranean in a resent 10 years. Thank you for your hospitality! Well done!

Wonderful

Great location.

Hotel and grounds were nicely landscaped however built on hillside so lots of steps and slopes food and wine was rather expensive ate in the apollo restaurant food was good also ate at a couple of restaurants nearby.visted in november hotel was quite busy weather was glorious pool was freezing which was a pity

Excellent facilities - lovely place to stay

We had a brilliant stay at the Colombia Hotel, Pissouri. We could not have been better looked after. The staff were charming, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to assist all of our requirements.

One of the best places I have been. Staff is amazing, so generous and kind. The atmosphere is great. It is true five star luxury hotel. It worth the money and we are looking to book our next trip.

One of the best hotels in Cyprus

It was a great stay. The hospitality and service is beyond expectations. The view from the room and room itself amazing. Check in and check out smooth. Breakfast tasty and enough variety. Although the spa need improvements. The jacuzzi had an issue and it was not working so we couldn’t use it. The steam room, sauna and the area for relaxation is small and not enough when it is busy and many quests. Did not ruin the whole positive experience but worth to mention. Thank you!

Great location, charming atmosphere, great staff, great pools, great gym, great cuisine, clean room, upstanding room service, great logistics - to get anywhere around the resort you never lose a lot of time like in those large hotels :-)

Fantastic, out of this world experience from start to finish. Excellent location, excellent hotel, Excellent staff Highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was top quality food. Rooms massive and comfy. Loved the place cant fault . Every member of staff first class . The hotel manager should be so proud of his staff.

Magical

Beautiful hotel in a secluded location on the island. The staff, food, ambience were all very much worth splashing out on. We had first row seats from our balcony for the fireworks for NYE and woke up to the rolling waves of the rocky beach every morning. Massage was also heavenly. Recommend.

Great location, beautiful landscape, friendly staff. Everything was great, room was very clean and wide. We stay just for 2 nights in February but we definitely will revert in summer

Suites are very good size and the layout around the central pool is nice. Spa facility was very relaxing with good facilities. Having a couple of restaurant ts to choose from is good and with different offerings. Would go back and would recommend to friends and family.

We loved the resort overall! The layout is beautiful, the restaurants were delicious and the spa was beautiful!

A spectacular hotel on a beautiful beach. The staff is very pleasant and very professional. The food was great also (especially desserts, I would recommend to try as much as you can!:). We are vegetarians and had no issues with the food choices on a menu in general (which is very rare when we travel). When you enter the hotel, you forget about all the rest of the world. It’s so beautiful and you have everything you need there. We had a very exceptional and relaxing stay.

Nice hotel but the Spa area needs attention.

The rooms are good and comfortable. The food was reasonable - good. The Spa is no longer as good as it used to be and needs better management. The jacuzzi water was too cold, cold water pool next to it was not cold enough, the steam room was not hot enough, too many light bulbs in the area of the jacuzzi were off/unlit. There’s nice rest room with tea facility there however, only plastic cups were provided - didn’t expect to see plastic cups in 5 start Spa area.

Spacious room, excellent food. The beach was very accessible and the views were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly go again.

Pros: This is a gorgeous resort in an idyllic setting. Staff was very welcoming and responsive. Breakfast buffet was great. The massage was one of the best i’ve received. Unfortunately the cons made this a very bad choice for a romantic get-away and we checked out early after one day. Cons: unlike the marketing would have you believe, this property is more of a family summer camp than romantic 5 star resort. Every inch of the property had screaming kids. We could hear them from the pool, the spa, the room, the restaurants. We have our own kids and were looking forward to a retreat. This property was NOT it. Even when traveling with kids we ask them to be respectful of other vacationers around us. Our dinner was also a disaster. Cape Aspro food was appalling, especially for the price. Fake olive oil and pre-made/canned ingredients. If you’ve eaten anywhere else in Greece or Cyprus- you know to expect MUCH better. The service was great though.

Excellent week at Columbia Beach! Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Very clean room/suite with really nice toiletries. The cleaning staff were all great and we really appreciated the little touches from night service :) We were lucky enough to have a glorious week of sunshine in March and were able to eat breakfast outside on all but one day. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were excellent, remembering our order every morning. Andreas was particularly kind! This hotel has a cat charity to help many of the strays on the island - I'm not a particular fan of cats and this almost put us off booking. I'm so glad we went for it. All the cats around the hotel looked very well cared for and although they do hang around at breakfast they do not bother you - don't feed as the hotel doesn't want to encourage them eating here! We loved every minute and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

Fabulous venue

We had a most enjoyable time at the Columbia Beach Resort. We were given a room upgrade so I cannot comment on the room we originally paid for. The upgrade room was superb, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was buffet style with an extensive choice, everything fresh and well presented. We also ate at the hotel on several evenings. Again very delicious, although not inexpensive, particularly the wines. It is a great place to relax. I would have liked more information about menus in the room and also any events as apparently an aqua class was held. I would certainly make a return trip.

From the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic. The hotel is definitely a hidden gem, we were staying at a Villa in Pissouri and stumbled across the hotel on our first day we liked it that much we booked an overnight for my 30th birthday which I was celebrating on our trip . All the food we ate was amazing especially the Apollo restaurant, George the waiter was great. Viorel at the pool bar was fantastic and looked after us. The cocktails were great. I can’t fault this hotel on anything, we have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this is definitely up there with one of the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

A beautiful resort with great staff and lovely food.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful in helping me to locate my lost luggage. Service in th restaurant was also very good and the food of high quality

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the overall resort was great. The only problem we had was that the bed was very soft to the point that our backs were constantly in pain. Additionally on our last day the alarm went off really early in the morning due to a malfunction in their system which was very annoying. Other than that everything was great.

Fantastic all suite hotel

Excellent hotel, recently refurbished. Staff happy and friendly. Always helpful. Location overlooking sea, close to small village with plenty of choice for restaurants. We chose B&B and tried all the inhouse restaurants. All excellent.

Another fabulous stay

This is out fifth time at Columbia. We enjoy the warm welcome, the friendly staff, the excellent facilities the beautiful setting. We will be returning.

It was amazing, like what you see on the site it's the same, a wonderful place to relax and feel in heaven. Only one disconvinient , the beach, wish it was sandy beach.

Columbia Beach Hotel is AMAZING

We went there for our family holiday and son’s 4th birthday celebration. We were welcomed like family there and treated similarly. The hotel was child friendly in every aspect. The staff are a credit to he hotel and we would defiitnely go back again!

Great location, lacks passion and personal touch

Beautiful place, in comparison to other luxury properties staff lacks passion, ownership and personal touch. Small details is what makes a hotel great and while on some level this existed (fresh flowers in room, complimentary sparkling wine) in other it did not (lack of attendance of pool service staff, slow service in restaurants, inadequate staff members in kids club requiring our presence last day, check out process at best uninspiring)

Everything good when we arrived but went down hill when noisy, intimidating group of men and a few women. Management did nothing to stop it! Other than that great time.

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing location. We booked it based on pictures at the last minute and I dont think we have been luckier in how great this place was. Our boys got sick and the hotel handled everything for us. truly a great place and amazing service. Fantastic food as well.

A luxury hotel in a comfortable way. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like guests,rather than just paying customers. The breakfast is expensive, but the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever had.

Hotel is great, great facilities for families and good also good Service was very poor, almost every order was incorrectly taken down Pool too cold and not pleasant. Should be heated in Oct

Stunning holiday destination - Pissouri

On recommendation we booked the Colombia Beach Resort having never have travelled to Cyprus before. The Hotel, location and everything about our stay was exceptionall. We’ve arrived home today and are already looking to book again for next year. The staff were truly amazing, accommodating and helpful in every sense. The Hotel was immaculately clean, tranquil and welcoming at all times. our ‘executive’ room was very special and I would recommend the half-board d basis.

BEACH FRONT

The beach front needs to be clean. Staff should come at the end of day to check that no cups or glasses are left on the beach beds-tables. Found cups and bottles in water on early morning swim. Waited too long when ordering food at the beach bar. Service was sloppy food was cold. To my mind not enough staff at the beach bar.

Resort Hotel on blue flag beach

Great hotel with great setting. Before going further it is not a sandy beach and pebbles in water may be a problem for some as may the hotel platform for getting into water . But there are sandier stretches away from the hotel. This was not a problem for us. Very relaxed hotel and it never seemed too busy. Spa is great and massage was excellent. Food in restaurants was of high standard and cocktails were very good. Swimming pool is spectacular but a little cool. We would look to return.

Inconsistent

Sometimes great, sometimes awful. Just utterly inconsistent attitude, service, helpfulness, food - not what you expect of a 5 star!

Excellent hotel in Pissouri

Excellent service from time of arrival, no queuing to check in, sat down with a drink and they brought the paperwork to us. Staff really helpful with arranging car hire and excursions. Plenty of different spots to relax, garden, pool or on the beach. Food was very good, if a little expensive, particularly liked modern adaption of some traditional Cypriot dishes. Great location, tight by the sea, nearby tavernas and easy links to the main road/motorway for getting to other parts of the island.

Small and exclusive with everything you need

We loved the the way that the hotel has been sympathetically built around the pool with lots of palms trees and shaded areas which makes it seem like a small village with narrow streets - far more interesting than high rise hotels! It's great for families being quite small, and you are always able see where your children are around the pool. The only thing that became a little tiresome was at weekends you'd struggle to find a sun lounger by the pool after 9am and we refused to join the people putting down their towels and leaving them for hours before returning. To be fair to the lifeguards they were fairly good at managing this, but could be a lot stricter as whilst we would have been happy to go down to the garden area, we had no choice but to sit around the pool to supervise our children who wanted to spend their entire day in the pool! The rooms are huge - we had an Executive with a double balcony looking out across the sea, just stunning. The spa is definitely worth a visit too, I had one of the best massages I have ever had by Marina so would strongly recommend. The breakfast was excellent, our daughter was delighted to have her usual order of 4 pancakes every morning delivered to her within 2 minutes of sitting down....in fact the breakfast lasted us all day. A lovely place with lovely staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience, great family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Columbia beach resort. The hotel is in a good condition, rooms are nice and big. Loved the breakfast and Italian fine dining restaurant. Pool area is very nice, but the beach is really small. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good gym facilities.

Relaxing, watch dietary requirements.

Nice layout, lovely pool area, plenty of shade, sunbeds, towels. Friendly helpful staff, clean, quiet, good range of bars / restaurants. Food good on the whole, but wife has dairy intolerance, and disappointed to find even the Feta and Halloumi had cow`s milk, as did most other things, and everything appeared to be cooked in butter, which made her choice of food difficult. We were upgraded to an "executive room", nice size, super bed, nice outlook, though it adjoined a service area - didn`t get disturbed by noise however.Building site nearby - heavy excavation noise at 7am on Saturday morning, and at other times. Bathroom looked very tired - chips in porcelain, leaky shower head, but very minor niggles. Understand it`ll be undergoing a refurb - should improve it significantly. Only there 4 nights, but did enjoy our stay (apart from dietary problem, which we didn`t warn them about, so maybe our fault, but Feta with cow`s milk? in Cyprus??)
