Can’t sleep at night because of crowds

Got a room with 2 single beds joined together. Extremely uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. When complained to the staff, staff said that we should book a 5 star hotel. Paid extra to book city view but got a room with a back view with buildings all around. The room and carpets are very old and not very clean. Close to several clubs and pubs with loud music till 4am. Thankfully only booked for 3 nights. Only good thing was that it’s close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.

Choose a different hotel if you can

Difficult to communicate with staff, poor customer service, poor quality breakfast.

Staff are helpful and accommodating. Great location.

This is a nice place to stay but my room 302 was on top of two night clubs with different music tastes. Clubs run until 4am so if you go to club best choice but if not then is terrible choice.

Location is good close to Taksim Square Metro and the Istikla Ave. is behind. But, definitely not a 3.5 or 4 Stars. Room has dirty and ripped carpet. Breakfast is ok, but limited I will say a Continental plus. One note if you book for one person reservation they don’t allow to have visitors.

Pleasant Surprise

This hotel is not ostentatious. However, it’s comfortable, quiet, and good value for the money. I totally recommend it because it’s so well situated very close to Taksim Square and all the restaurants. The staff were extremely nice to me as well.

They have the best staff, especially Mr. Berk , a true gentleman who will make sure that you have the best possible stay, he is the reason that we will return to this hotel

Staff were good and friendly, however the location of the hotel is between busty pubs in taksim so music was super loud till 5 am

Comfortable

The great location , small comfortable hotel with very warm and friendly manager. I went there last year also and happy with that. Breakfast is normal during the Covid. The tv not working this time and when i am in Turkey love to watch and listen Turkish music in my room.

Great Rooms and Location!

This hotel is in a prime location in Istanbul and the rooms are very clean. The shower is one of the best I've been in. If I was in Istanbul I would consider staying here again.

the staff is very professional, I forget my wallet in the hotel and it was on lot almost 1000 $ , I returned on the second day and found they keep it for me

Perfect Stay

Perfect small hotel in the middle of Taksim

Very small hotel but in taksim 5mn walking to metro station. They need to work more on cleaning. When we were leaving I asked the reception to bring my baggages but he said that they don't have this option while they were 3 workers there in a small hotel.

The hotel is in a busy location, only one block frome the busiest pedestrian street in Istanbul. It is loud at night specially during the weekend when loud music play past 5am. Good breakfast and very helpful personal, they will help you with reservations and give you suggestions on what to do.

A true gem

Amazing hotel location is great a little noisy but the hotel itself is phenomenal.make sure that you make friends with the hotel staff since they are very knowledgeable of activities throughout the city. The shower is amazing as the free continental breakfast which is better than a breakfast in America

Wow nice as advertised

Perfect little hotel close to everything you'd need for a weekend or longer. I was able to walk everywhere I needed, good foods, shops and pubs. Make sure they respond to your airport shuttle request, they didn't to mine but I got one for the same price in the airport.

Very bad location

Bad location because it's located in most night clubs surrounded and the music not stops till after 2pm especially the back side of hotel.

Loved the hotel!

The location is perfect - near all the central places, such as istiklal street and the metro. Staff is super friendly; always willing to heal and also speak good English! The rooms are clean and well designed. The only concern is that its not the best place if you are with kids, because the music from clubs and bars are really loud and you can hear it in the rooms till late at night.

I found the sweet spot!

After several misses all over Turkey I finally found the sweet spot. Clean, everything worked, strong Wifi in the room, awesome shower, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable bed and affordable. Absolutely loved it.

Friendly staff, size of room was ok. Very noisy location with loud music until after 2 am, especially on weekends. Breakfast was good.

Un très bon séjour,le personnel est toujours présent pour répondre à nos questions. Je remercie beaucoup REÇEP et YILMAZ ainsi que toute l’équipe.COLLAGE est un petit établissement nickel, bon petit déjeuner. l’hôtel est très bien situé, un petit 3 a 4 min de la place Taksim, à 1 min de boulevard Istiklal.

Very good location

It was amazing. Very good location. Very close to Taksim square and metro station. Breakfast was simple. Room was comfortable but was not very clean. Daily room service was so poor. Generally it was good.

탁심광장과 거리에서 아주 가까워서 다니기에 아주 편했습니다. 다른 곳으로의 이동도 트램과 버스 이용이 가깝고 편리했습니다

Zentrales Hotel in Istanbul

Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße in Nähe des Taksim-Platzes. Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit 8 Zimmern...Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind ruhiger als zur Hofseite.Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und nett eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist hier das Bad mit der Dusche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, auf Wunsch wurde auch ein Omlett zu bereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Fint litet hotell

Mycket bra och trevligt litet hotell. Utmärkt service från personal som pratade mycket bra engelska. Tipsade om restauranger och annat som man ville hjälp med. Enda nackdelen var baren/restaurangen granne med hotellet som spelade väldigt hög musik, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att sova innan musiken tystnat

Dejligt hotel til den romantiske tur for 2

Dejligt lille hotel til en romantisk tur for 2. Billeder fra hotellet er helt i overensstemmelse med fakta. Meget centralt beliggende og især fredag/lørdag er larm fra nærliggende natklub og lokal trafikstøj meget generende og trækker ned i den samlede bedømmelse. Alligevel vil jeg helt klart anbefale hotellet, og jeg bor her meget gerne igen - dog medbringende ørepropper ;-)

Mitten im Geschehen

Das Hotel war genau so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Also unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Die Kritik mit der Lautstärke verstehe ich bei den anderen Gästen nicht. Wenn man mitten in Taksim ein Hotel bucht, sollte man nicht die idyllische Ruhe erwarten. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung, man konnte sich u.a. ein Omelett wünschen. Das einzige was mich gestört hat, die Kaffeetütchen auf dem Zimmer waren abgelaufen 8) Alles in allem war es aber ein super Aufenthalt, in einem schnuckligen, kleinen und gut ausgestattetem Hotel

Odlična lokacija

lokacija je jako dobra na Taksimu , odma na par koraka od glavne ulice gdje su sva zbivanja s restoranima, kafičima,pomodnim dučanima,,Hotel je dobar, čist, mali i moderan ali osoblje hotela je slabo susretljivo , Doručak je jako loš, svako jutro je isto,nema peciva samo kruh i na neki način se vidi da neke stvari nisu svježe konobar donese jednu šalicu kave ili čajai onda jednostavno ga nema više za viditi . Prostorija za doručak je jako mala i skučena samo 2 stola te ako dođete malo kasnije nema se kamo sjesti....
