Great stay

Great stay for myself and friends. From the start father and son were so helpful and wow what a great chalet style place to stay.a spacious and comfortable area fantastic shower overall great and we will come back.

Worth the trip

Lovely place, lovely people . Perfect location . Calming atmosphere. Thoughtful decor. Proprietor and his son really lovely. Just to note bar shuts at eight , restaurants close at Ten. To all the Fellow Irish and English travellers bring your own wine and no cabs so sadly you need a designated driver

we was away for 11 day at different hotels and the cocoon inn was the best place we have every stayed we are already looking to stop there again next year pricing was very fair and staff very friendly and welcoming we was riding motorcycle and parking was behind locked gates and close to room rooms was to a high quality should be a four star

We loved our short stay at Cocoon Inn and highly recommend it. The welcome was warm and English is spoken well, if you aren’t trying out your dodgy French like I was. The place is recently renovated with modern fittings (includes USB sockets 🙂) and a super comfy bed. We slept really well. The location is on a coast route in Cucq with several restaurants nearby for dinner, including one excellent one right opposite. We opted for breakfast and it was very good - fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries and breads, cereals, cheese and hams and even egg and bacon cooked freshly on request. The breakfast area is pleasant and you can sit outside if the weather is good. One point to note is that the standard bedrooms are quite small without a lot of space for bags. I think there are superior rooms which are larger. If this is important to you then maybe take care to book a larger room. We would return happily - it was a lovely stay. Thanks to our charming hosts.

Pleasant stay

We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning if in the area. The inn is well-situated and there are a few restaurants nearby. The room was very pleasant although small. Water was provided. Check-in and out was very smooth and the hosts very hospitable. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from although we felt the bread was the same every day and became less fresh as the days went on, apart from a baguette which given the choice would have been the best thing to have each day - unfortunately everyone else seemingly thought this so that some days, with just one baguette available, there was little, or none left. We also felt that coffee, apparently available during the day was not actually available and there was no restaurant food in the evenings, despite being advertised on the website but there was a nice bar. The lack of restaurant may have been due to the time of year?

Great property but the Expedia descriptions are generic and not necessarily relevant to the rooms available. Images show all room types but booking descriptions are not clear. There are rooms in the main building and also lodge rooms but when booking it's not clear which are which

Excellent stay

Modern, well furnished, comfortable, and located just outside Le Touquet. Rooms are comfortable, lovely shower and very clean. Cosy bar area with plenty of seating and a great selection for breakfast. Opposite is a great restaurant if you don't want to venture into Le Touquet. There is secure parking and extra parking in front of the hotel too. Friendly owner, can't fault this place!

Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Chambre cosy et propre. Petit dejeuner avec un tres large choix. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de points negatifs.

Sejour excellent, chambre propre et confortable. Excellent pdj , cadre agréable. Personnel trés agréable. Pas trés loin du Touquet. Au plaisir de revenir.

Personnel accueillant, hôtel et chambre bien décorés, petit déjeuner buffer super complet. Seul petit bémol, le rapport prix/surface (chambre de 12m²), les wc sont très petits et la salle de bain aussi (la douche est bien, mais l'espace lavabo est un peu juste). Possibilité de se garer juste en face, l'hôtel est situé dans une contre allée et n'est pas directement sur la route, très bonne isolation.

J'avais eu l'occasion d'y séjourner avant la pandémie et j'avais déjà eu une bonne surprise alors que l'établissement venait d'ouvrir. Celle-ci a été confirmée avec mon nouveau séjour. Les chambres à l'étage , très bien placées en rapport qualité / prix ne sont pas grandes mais elles bénéficient d'une décoration très sympa avec une salle de bain petite mais très bien agencée. On s'y sent bien. Un petit bémol sur l'insonorisation, on entend les sols craqués ou parfois le bruit des chambres voisines mais ça reste supportable si vos voisins sont discrets et bien élevés. Salle et petit déjeuner très agréables également avec un choix varié et la possibilité d'avoir des oeufs/bacon proposés par le propriétaire des lieux , naturellement agréable au contact. Au final, j'y retournerai avec plaisir mais j'essaierai les cabines lodges qui me semblent bénéficier d'encore plus d'attraits.

Un accueil super chaleureux, un hotel décoré avec beaucoup de style et la chambre etait magnifique. Tres bon petit déjeuné, on se sent alese grâce aux 2 gerants qui font tous pour le bifn être de la clientèle. Je recommande vivement cette hotel

super découverte. Bel hôtel récent avec toutes les commodités et super proche du Touquet. Seul petit bémol les chambres un peu petites. Sinon un accueil TOP (dont pourraient s'inspirer beaucoup d'hôteliers) et alors un petit déjeuner juste SUPER!!!!!. On sent que les propriétaires sont heureux de bous recevoir. Bravo et continuez
