Food was below average but Natural beauty was wow!
Very friendly and kind staff, everyone was eager to please I must say. But for American standards, it’s exhausting to get to as the property is located in an island outside of the main island of Coron where the airport is. Its about 20 minute car ride from airport to dock where the boat waits for you, and another 30 minutes to the property by boat. The car ride to the dock is a bit depressing going through very impoverished neighborhoods and dirt roads(I got motion sick from the car ride very bumpy roads). The food all over the philippines has been disappointing to American standards. I ate eggs and fruit for breakfast, and chicken caesar salad for lunch and dinner with fruit smoothies everywhere I went in the country. The excursions through nearby islands were great as the natural beauty of the philippines is unmatched( I have been to 40 countries) never seen anything as beautiful as what I saw. My advice is don’t have high expectations for food or service, focus on the natural beauty of the landscape and your beautiful vacation photos and you’ll be fine. Looking to the bright side eating the way I did forced me to be healthy and I lost body fat in the Philippines… when life feeds you lemons make lemonade ! Ha! Hope this helps.
This is the best romantic resort! Top notch staff! The service is wonderful! You have the whole beachfront from your room! Beautiful place! I enjoyed June, Jacob, Dextor and many other workers! My husband did dives they were wonderful!
Unbelievable property So beautiful
Excellent customer service. Food and beverage team were excellent.
We had an amazing vacation here at Club Paradise. Nice and spacious room. Comfy beds. Everyday refill of our condiments. Super clean. And most specially, all crews are so nice, polite and helpful. I want to thank Kuya Carding our tour guide who makes our island hopping escapade and snorkeling fun and adventurous. He dives for us to take videos of tortoises and school of jack fish! Look for CARDING for your guide he’s awesome!
Beautiful location, very friendly staff.
It's paradise! Guides were very kind. Food was amazing! It was my wife and I first time in Palawan. It was something to behold.
the best seller for me was the staff hospitality and service
.
The highlight of our Palawan visit was connecting with the locals. Talk about stellar customer service, we felt our stay was personalized while there. Upon our first meal, we requested for extra water at the restaurant. Since then, our room had extra bottles and each meal was served to ensure we had more than enough to hydrate, not having to make another request for the rest of our four-day stay. My wife and I made sure to leave 10/10 verbal feedback to the resort manager before we left. The manager said that we were treated like family because the staff miss their own families while being away and having to work in the small island. To me, it is the hospitality and respect of the culture. Hats off to Club Paradise and their staff specially Kuya Cards, Peej and Jay-R!
The marine life around the resort is great for diving and snorkelling! We spent most of our time in the water. The food service was extremely slow - which was surprising given that there seemed to be many staff members on the island.
Property was beautiful but needs a lot of cleaning in the surrounding especially in the beach area. Due to his location there is limited activities as it becomes very expensive going on tours in the city.
Expensive food, small servings, bland taste
Walking up to Eagle's Point there's plenty of trash. The secret beach has a lot of trash. They don't seem to clean it. Service is often slow especially in the front desk. Our door lock kept beeping - we stayed for 5 nights and it was so annoying to be woken up because of random beeping. At first we thought someone was trying to enter. There is no convenience store to buy chips or soda - you have no choice but to buy food from the one and only resto and mind you it's very expensive, the servings are so small and often the food is very bland. Stock up on chips and snacks in your luggage as you get in to the resort. There were resort staff who were exceptional and one of them is Shawn (f&b manager). Island hopping tour and staff were fantastic too! Unless you feel like splurging on food that is not in any way exceptional, we won't go back and i don't recommend this resort to you.

the staffs are very accomodating. Nice place and i like the ambiance of the place
Stunning resort - amazing experience
Perfect soft white sand beaches, sunset rooms offer stunning views. Comfortable beds and thoughtful touches like fresh baked local treats. Fun to see the island safari of monitor lizards and birds. Food is good but could use a bit more variety. Exceptional customer service! Warm water in the pool. Great dive resort with helpful staff. Highly recommend!
Great stay!!
Very happy with our stay - island is great! Stayed 2 nights, and really enjoyed the snorkeling around (including turtles and black tip sharks)... island was also not over-crowded, which was great! (bit skeptical with the construction going on, I hope this won't mean too many guests in the future...) Food/drinks were also quite good. Tip: if you can afford, go for the beach bungalow/villa... more unique/interesting than the standard rooms..
Snorkeling is outstanding as well as the staff and the food , would recomand this place to every one who is interested in a few days of paradise....
Loved the seclusion and the beach of the resort. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Dislikes were 10 power outages, which is unacceptable for safety reasons. Paid a lot of money to be there. Also the tens of thousands of fruit bats that inhabit the island are a nuisance. Constantly screeching, my girlfriend was pooped on by one of them as we walked to dinner. Nice place friendly service but most likely wouldn’t be back unless the power situation was rectified.
The coral reef around the island was nice and the island had nice beaches. The staff were quite nice and respectful as well. However, there are a few things that could have been better if I had been informed in advance, so here is the information I wish I had known: 1. You are picked up at the airport and driven several miles (30-40 minutes) in the country down rutted clay roads to arrive at concrete step into the outrigger boat. 2. Once you arrive after boat trip (30-40 minutes), the way off the boat is a steep plank into the water (waist deep). There is no dock and no way to get off the boat if you have any physical limitations. 3. All activities/tours required the use of a similar boat, so can be limiting. 4. There is only one resort and one restaurant. The restaurant is opened to the outdoors and at night the mosquitos are horrific - landing in your food and on you even with resistance methods used - so bad we just had dinner delivered to our room every night. 5. There is construction as they are building more units. It was beautiful but not worth the price.
A lifetime experience at Club Paradise
It was amazing. Their services exceeded my expectations. The place is great. I don't know how to swim but their lifeguards especially Nono was very patient. I told him that I love turtles and to see one will make my trip complete. He patiently took me to where the turtles are. When I saw one, I said he could take me back to the shore but he said there were more by going just a little bit more. I saw 7 turles! What an unforgetable experience!!!
Amazing location. The beach is lovely, with fine sand and water with all shades of blue. Service is very good. The restaurant could do with more variety and slightly better food given the overall high standard of everything else. Absolutely perfect otherwise.
Terrible service
If you are trying to experience Coron island hoping it is important to note that this hotel is 2 hours away from the pick up location. The service was terrible - employees were not eager to make you feel welcome. There were bed bugs in our room and no one apologized. The food was not good at all either and servers seemed to not know the menu. Overall I was very disappointed with this hotel and the service and would not recommend it.
Great place bad food.
The place is beautiful. The resort is excellent however the food is abysmal.
The island is beautiful (clean white sand beach, fantastic marine life) . The service is great. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Everything works. Food is expensive but servings are big and very good quality .
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good: Beautiful location and friendly staff. The Bad: Advertised as a luxury resort but needs to realise that Coron town and Manila has so much more to offer in terms of food, quality and detail. The food is just average, there is no fresh seafood and the spa didn’t change sheets between clients. The Ugly: Expect to be charged two to three times for everything compared to elsewhere in Palawan. During our stay we transferred from Sunset Deluxe villa, Garden Suite to Standard Villa. Both villas were ok with great views. They were not luxury but the location made up for that (the standard villa was actually the best because it was located right on the beach front). The garden suite was not a pleasant stay and very bad value for money. It’s located next to a building site, had a shared balcony, played loud music to hide the construction work which went on into the night and smelt of damp (we complained and were moved to the standard villa). Summary: Club Paradise needs to invest more in the experience it delivers to guests rather than more rooms. We were left with the impression that everything was about maximising profit. Quite amazing all the good reviews that gloss over this fact and need a reality check
Comfortable stay with great service
We had a nice stay at Club Paradise after a long few weeks travelling around the Philippines. The welcome and service was amazing and although the room was not as luxurious as we had hoped the overall stay was very enjoyable. Especially the lovely swimming pool and soft sandy beach.
An amazing place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet, excellent service at your fingertips, good food and amazing nature to visit. Everyone is so ready to be helpful, always with a smile. The sunset cottages are right on the white sand, a few steps from the ocean, and closest to the bars and restaurant, but still secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. The garden view rooms has a nice view of the trees where the bats hang out, quiet as well and a short walking distance from the pools and restaurant. My favorite rooms are the Sunset villas. Very close to the water, more private and peaceful than the other rooms, but a much longer walk from where everything happens. It is also much more windy, which I prefer, because more wind = less mosquito at night. Plus the sound of the waves makes for a more pleasant sleep. Worth mentioning, Bea at the front desk was extremely kind and very helpful; Noel our tip guide was also amazing and the bar tenders ought to commended for putting up with our craziness.
Private island. Best beach in Coron. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Beach and staff are 5 stars. Resort needs upgrading. Need other eating alternatives to the one restaurant. Rooms need updating.
Snorkeling was right in front of the island. No need to go anywhere else. Spa, food and staff were great. Wifi could be stronger outside the villas though. Love the animals that reside on the island.
Servixe was great, moat beautiful place I’ve been to so far. I saw one little cockroach in my room.
We had a great experience at Club Paradise! From the moment they picked us up from the airport up to the drop off the staff were extremely hospitable. Dimakya Island was truly a paradise, beautiful place and delicious food. We would love go back if we visit the Coron again.
White sand Private beach - out of this world snorkling
We loved our stay at Club Paradise in our sunset beach villa
I do not see how they won the awards they said they won. The hotel had bad ratings for food and after being there for three nights I can see why. The only place to eat is the one and only restaurant. They need a real chef that knows how to create A menu. They have work crews working all night with zero regards to guests. I was promised a room and a dinner on the beach didn’t get either. The place is definitely worn down. Was told originally there were boat shuttles to Coron. Found out later the charge for the shuttle would be 17,500 pesos that’s $350.00. The way off the island was to book a tour for 7,500 pesos. In the end the place needs a facelift and a complete menu change to live up to the awards they said they won.
Levi Review
Overall, place was great and service was exceptional. An area for improvement is food taste and consistency. Breakfast was very good. For a place that is beach bound, more seafood choices are needed. Ala carte, is a hit or miss.
WOW from arrival til departure
We were amazed how pretty the island is when we arrived. The check in was a breeze, the staff all made it easy while they hand in our welcome drinks. The service is excellent, all the staff are polite and they attend to our needs straightaway. Can't complain with the service we received. Love the amenities at the resort, even the clinic was handy at times. They have beach bags provided per room, the 10 minute welcome foot wash/massage and the snacks they leave in the room every afternoon. The food can be improved though especially the breakfast. Every hotel should have a local cuisine offered in their buffet; the only filipino food they have is pandesal and arrozcaldo (one day only). Lastly, we would love to have a blackout curtain in our room (Sunrise Villa) so that we can sleep in for a bit. Other than that, I love everything about Club Paradise. We didnt want to leave this beautiful island. We will be back for sure!
Beautiful Island but room for improvement.
Club Paradise is is on a beautiful island. If you are looking for pure nature this is the place to go. Great snorkeling right off the shore! Service was great as well. The one complaint we had was food. The recipes are not authentic, you order Pho and you get something between a pho and sukiyaki. The Filipino food was also substandard which was surprising. The one other issue we had was getting off the resort to do activities was very expensive. A Coron Island tour from the main town costs about php3K for the entire boat, if you do it through the resort it costs php4K per person! Much of it was the transportation costs from the resort to the town but I do think the resort takes advantage of its customers in this area. I would recommend the resort to families who just want to stay in the area and who are not picky about food quality. If the resort improved in these areas I would give it a 5 star.
The GEM!
Club Paradise is a GEM! Beautiful resort; friendly staff; and lots of activities!
good good
Great place, friendly staff, clean beaches and plenty of wildlife. Bit of a mission getting there but well worth it.
True paradise!
Club Paradise Resort hands down is just amazing.. ☺️🙏🏻 The world knows that Palawan offers the best beach destination out there, that's a given ☺️ but the beach will not provide you with a king size bed to sleep on, live band entertainment , delicious variety of delicacies and world class hospitality and service. My wife and I came to the resort to celebrate her birthday and I have somethings to say .. first "Thank you Club Paradise Resort." 🙏🏻 ❤️ Our stay in the resort is nothing short from the word fantastic.❤️ We had a blast!! Not only the resort is Gorgeous and clean but the people are friendly and courteous from management to the floor crew.. From the moment we set foot on the resort to up to now while I write this review...(last day in the resort) we have received a world class top notch service. They have gone over and above our expectations and we very much pleased. no need to believe my words for they are very limited .. recommend experience it for yourself and see. ☺️ Ian and Anna Almira Masangkay
Unpleasant place
I did not enjoy my stay. Place is ran down...not worth the money I paid for. Expensive all the way. Airport transportation 1880.00 php per person one way. My room did not have television, no internet, and no swimming pool. At $177.00 per night I expect better. I am truly disappointed with this place ....staying at club paradise is like jail. One does not have any choices when it comes to food and transportation....you are literally in their mercy. Calling it paradise will only speak of the scenic views but not the service that one so deserve. Garden is dirty. The rinky dinky cutesy touches does not cut it and to say the least unnecessary. I will never come back to this place and will never recommend to anybody.
Nice, but only at half the price
This hotel is on a small island and impossible to get to without paying the hotel a small fortune or hiring a private boat somewhere. The staff is very kind and friendly, but not terribly competent. White wine, for example, should be served chilled; main courses for two people should not be served 20 minutes apart from each other. Most of all, however, is that the resort really has no back-up plan for rainy days. There is next to nothing to do when it pours all day long...
Great 2 nights, amazing seaworld
We stayed for 2 nights. Was great. Amazing beach, great service and priceable food. The only "bad thing" I would say is that the water is not fresh, meaning u shower and brush your teeth in mixed salted sea water and fresh - 60/40 we were told.. And the water do taste salty. Except from this, all was great! The underwater world just outside of your room is amazing- turtles, fish, coloures.
Best White Beach in Coron
Great value and fantastic beach and blue water surrounding island. If there were better rooms and facilities I think would be the number one resort in Coron but either way is great and well recommended for those who are happy with 4 star rather than 5 star accommodation.
Paradise, a well deserved name !
Excellent ! Paradise ! Relaxing ! Beautiful ! Great Friendly and competent Staff, Ideal Location, lovely place ... What else to say ? I noted a few point where it could be improved though: - Salt water in bathroom. - The menu should be revised to a much healthier choice, the food is way too oily, I was surprised that it did not have more seafood and fruits. - Room service, I spilt tomato sauce on my bathrobe, and thought it would be replaced after room cleaning but it was not. Except that ... PARADISE !!! Would definitely go back !!!
Best part of our visit to the Philippines!
Our stay at Club Paradise was the last of a 3-island resort hopping adventure my husband and I took in August of 2015. It was also the last of a nearly month-long stay in the Philippines. It was the best place to be at the end of our long trip. Club Paradise had great reviews and definitely did not disappoint. We stayed in the Garden Suites, which were modern and beautiful, extremely cozy, and had TV and a DVD player. They were a farther walk to the restaurant and cabana than the private beach front cottages, but so much more worth it. During our Coron Island Hopping Adventure tour, we met a family from the States, a couple from Australia, and a group of 5 friends/make up artists on a reward trip for exceptional performance for MAC cosmetics. We were all staying in different room-types and from the descriptions of all of them, we were happiest with ours. We may have even convinced the Aussies to move into a garden suite from their beach front cottage if the weather didn't improve (so they could at least watch movies during the mild typhoon!).
Nature friendly Resort
saw alot of exotic animal and birds in the island. staff are so friendly and the resort is baby friendly.
Fabulous Snorkeling
Customer service is lacking, upon our transfer to the resort the staff barely spoke to us. They appeared bored and disinterested. The food was average with a fairly small selection for dinner if you did not want the buffet. Our room in the Garden Suite was modern and very nice. The snorkeling from the beach right out front of the resort was excellent, warm, clear water with lots of stingrays, lion fish, few black tipped reef sharks and plenty of other reef fish. Enjoyed the walk up the trail to a lovey viewpoint.
very nice bungalow directly at the beach. for philipines pricy but worth it. very nice corals around the island. some hidden beaches for being alone...
Club paradise for snorkelling
A lot of fish and coral. Baracuda, stinglay, shark, a school of jack, turtle etc.. Island hopping can enjoy good coral. A lot of fruit bat and bird. Magical island of nature.
Truly Paradise
My fiancee and I love this place! It is romantic, tranquil and relaxing. It is secluded. It's like you are on your little private island. They offer a tour to Coron's famous places but they need 4-6 people to go so if you are not very lucky and nobody else wanted to go, you're out of luck. The island itself is all you will need, though. I love their nightly dinner buffet as an option. It is pricey but very lovely. If you get the breakfast included in your room purchase, you will not regret it. It's also buffet style. Their shuttle fee is NOT included, in the deal that I got, so make sure you get those and call the hotel to set it up before you get their. It was an additional $60 per person, more or less. The island is far from from the city so prepare yourself for riding boats. If you easily get seasick, make sure to bring things to prevent it because getting to store or pharmacy will take an hour or so boat and car ride which you will probably have to pay extra. Staff was great! They will greet you every time they see you almost like you are Royal. Tax is added to all your purchases. Service fee is also included to anything that you order so don't feel bad not giving a tip to all your wonderful servers. The 2 guy guitar and the lady that washes your feet as a complementary thing the hotel provide definitely deserve a few bucks tip.
Beautiful island, friendly staff, food not so much
The island itself is quite gorgeous. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our major issue was the food quality and selection. There was not much variety (same menu every day for lunch and dinner). Also, one morning the breakfast buffet ran out and was not replenished in a timely manner. The quality in general was lacking as well- nothing really stood out. Compared to the rest of my trip in the Philippines, this was quite surprising given the country's cuisine in general.
Wonderful paradise!
Me and my wife had a fantastic stay in CP, from the friendly staff and the beautiful Coral reefs in the island. The pool is in bad need of renovation! And the food was okay. We had the full board option and there was only one choice of seafood on the menu, it's either shrimp or salmon!?!? The resort is surrounded by water Hello!!! The tennis court looks like it was from the world war 2 era, the surface was peeling off and it was in the middle of the jungle with trash around it.
CLUB PARADISE IS TRULY A PARADISE
This was truly an island getaway adventure. Started with a pick up from the airport and 30 minute ride through a 40,000 acre ranch to the boat dock (if you could call it that). Then we were taken on a wooden boat with primitive like outriggers for a 55 minute ride to the island. The boat pulls up and we walk down a wooden plank into the water and to up the beach to the reception area where we were greeted with a fresh, delicious drink and two guitar players singing and playing music. After reception staff carried luggage to the cottage I was greeted by housekeeping staff who provided a foot wash, scrub, and massage. From that point on it was pure paradise with no TV or internet (wifi is in common area). You are forced to relax and soon you are stress free. The crystal clear waters, snorkeling adventures, spectacular sunsets and friendliness of the staff have made this a once in a lifetime experience that I will not forget. The last night was the highlight with swimming and watching burn't orange sunset with spectacular purple rays shooting from sky and hundreds of fruit bats flying overhead. If you get a chance, do not miss this experience.
good but the extra costs are really not worth it
I'm a budget traveller, who likes to hit up an expensive resort every week or two, to be pampered and relax. The staff at club paradise were very friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and information given by them. Hotel is a little older, but very comfortable and an absolutely gorgeous location. Make sure you climb to Eagles point to watch the sunrise and the hundreds(maybe thousands) of fruit bats circling the island! The reason I have a low overall rating is the resort fee and the food quality and price point. 1830 pesos per pax for transportation is absolutely ridiculous. They supplied a van and power boat for the ride in, but a bangka for the trip out, which added 20-30 minutes to our commute. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the lack of fresh seafood on the menu. Given the fact the resort is on a remote island, there is no reason they should not have a "catch of the day" option. The price we paid for the quality was definitely not worth it. I had better meals for under 200 pesos in Coron town proper. The price of drinks was high and the store had very little stock. Great location to relax and snorkel, but be prepared to pay the cost of the room again in food, drink, and fees.
Island resort hotel, very beautiful but isolated
Idyllic setting and very good rooms. Small island so limited activites for a long stay. A long way from anywhere some day trips best accessed from Coron hotels. Ok house reef water can be rough however, plenty of fish to look at and the odd turtle. Food was mostly a buffet with variable options sometimes better than others. Bit pricey for what was provided but the location would have added to the cost. Drinks also expensive. Staff very helpful and friendly. Happy to set up dinner on the sand for special occasions.
Peaceful getaway
We were picked up at the airport on time, driven to the dock immediately and took the speedboat to the island. Water was a bit rough, so getting off the boat was a bit tricky, both for guests and staff. We don't know how that process can be improved. We were greeted with music and processed right away, then taken to our cottages, where two ladies were waiting to give us complimentary foot wash and massage. The cottages were roomy, clean and bright. In the evenings, we turn off the AC and open the windows to the cool ocean breeze and the soothing sound of the waves. On our first night, much to our surprise the dinner was on the beach rather than the club restaurant. The night was so pleasant, our meal was good, and the musicians were very entertaining: what a memorable evening. The servings were quite generous, so we learned early on not to order too many items off the menu. On our first morning my husband and I were struggling to snorkel because the water was a bit rough, and immediately a staff member came to our aid and guided us in the deeper area so we can enjoy snorkeling safely. When we got out of the water, the staff member even draped us with beach towels, and brought us iced water without being asked. On our last evening we made a request for special fish dish and fresh veg salad; the meal was quite good and ready even when we showed up early for dinner. Check-out was fast and all the paper work in order. Transfer to the airport was on time and very organized.
Mabuhay at Club Paradise
Club Paradise is a beautiful laid back resort for a couple who want privacy and beautiful surroundings. The resort is the only facility on the Island. There is no dancing, night life so to speak other than a great bar and pool table. Thus laid back is the term. The service and people working there are really attentive and responsive to your needs. Water activities like snorkeling, diving and kayacking are great. Do not go there single unless you want to be alone and away from the world. The food needs improvement although the breakfast, pizza and some dishes were masarap. We were told the head chef was on vacation and he probably was. It is expensive by Philippine standards but it is a beautiful place, a retreat from the world of sorts. Oh there is a beautiful sunset and I recommend the Beach Cottages to enjoy all them. It is an adventure to get there but that is part of the fun...
Paradise on an island
Staff was very attentive and friendly. Ratio of staff to guest felt like 5 to 1. There were about 100-200 staff on a daily basis with about 30 guests staying while we were there. Always being greeted nicely by staff everywhere we went. Almost felt like we were being watched all the time. Haha. The cottage we stayed which was the second to the last farthest from the clubhouse felt very cozy and private. Downside is that we had a long way to walk. Restaurant/bar food was delicious, but would've been nicer if there were more variety. Stayed for 5 days so had enough Filipino food after that to last me a while. In the past, buffet was offered with every meal with old owner, but with new management company it is only offered for breakfast, which was free. Rest of meals are a la carte, which can add up and get expensive. There are a lot of great excursions you can sign up for that are very nice and convenient. They also have a diving center from a different company called Dugong Dive Center with great dive masters. Wifi is only offered in the restaurant (slow network) and clubhouse (fast network). Overall a good island resort if you're looking to just have a nice relaxing vacation.
The perfect Paradise
It lives up to it's name of 'Paradise'. I had the perfect holiday with my family. The sunset from it's beach is breathtaking. Staff of the place are warm and very helpful. We would love to go back to the place.
Beautiful place, good service
We enjoyed snorkelling and diving at the house reef. Hiking to the eagle's point is worth seeing the amazing view. The room is simple but clean. The resort staff were nice. Food - i love crabs! Everyday they serve crabs (at least during our stay). We will visit this resort again!
Great location but needs to renovated
The island is wonderful and while some areas where corals used to thrive have been damaged by Typhoon Yolanda last year, the overall natural beauty is still amazing. Privacy is guaranteed since the island is limited only to in-house guests so it's great for either couples or families. Our stay was made even more special by a few key people who deserve mention, namely Joe the GM, Chef Dario who made it a point to accommodate the various requests which we had for our meals and of course everyone at the Aquasports shop were great. On a less positive note would be the state of the rooms, this is a slightly old resort and needs to be renovated very soon, the rest of the staff are not as professional as one would expect given the nightly price tag and the dining options are limited. Overall we had fun but we look forward to our return once the resort has been fully renovated.
Great Getaway
Beautiful remote island experience plus A/C, wifi (in 2 common areas) and typical Philippines hospitality. Quite a jaunt from both the airport and Coron town, so once you get there plan on spending most of your time on the island relaxing on the amazing beach, overeating at the buffet 3 times a day, and enjoying ever present but unobtrusive staff catering to your every need. Diving opportunities abound with dedicated shop at the resort organizing daily excursions; the house reef was a great dive just walking in from the resort. I stayed in the hilltop units, but would opt for the beach huts next time as they each have amazing ocean views great sunsets off their porches.
Perfect Honeymoon
Fantastic location and wonderful service, the perfect getaway.
Really Paradise
Really a beautiful island...really secluded...staff are really attentive and welcoming....perfect place for private getaway.
Most beautiful beach I've ever experienced.
The site, beach, beautiful green blue water and the staff are amazing and could not be any better. However, either because of damage sustained during the typhoon or disrepair, the facilities need lots of updating. We had ants EVERYWHERE in our room - crawling in the shower, on the floor, above the bed, etc. The team would leave out sweet treats for us and we would not be able to eat them because the ants took over before we returned to our room. I also have difficulty climbing stairs and we were placed in a room that was at the highest level of the resort. I needed help from my family to get up and down the stairs because there are no stair railings and steps are extremely uneven. This is the only facility on the island so you need to eat at their facility or take a 20 minute boat ride someplace else. The food is overall mediocre. They attempt to serve all populations (Indian, Japanese, Western) but you never walk away saying "what a great meal". It was a great place to visit but I will investigate everything further before I choose a location like this again. It just didn't fit what we were expecting.
Nice hotel with relaxing ambiance.
Overall experience was superb. We had a nice time.
a place to get off the grid
Truly wonderful experience at this serene resort. Excellent service and wonderful staff. A place to get away from it all but with comoforts of a 4 star hotel.

Recommended for good customer service
Very nice and helpful staff, facilities are okay, food and drinks and massage are expensive, but if you're looking for a relaxing holiday, then it's the perfect place.
Excellent Service!
Spent 5 nights with my husband and where amazed by the service. They knew what we wanted before we did and did every effort to keep up to our needs. Very warm and friendly staff. We had such a wonderful time. Plus, the location was gorgeous.
Gloriously beautiful
Great for couples, scuba divers or those just looking to get away from it all. Also, the full board consisted of a wide variety of cuisines and it was all really high quality.
Lovely beach and super staff
The hotel is definately in need of updating, and the beach cottages are smaller than I expected... however the location is great! Food was ok, but for the price expected more and was hoping for some kind of a la carte menu which there was none... Staff were simply superb and made up for the poor weather we had.
My husband and I had a great time! We will definitely be back!
