Booked here for one night. Located opposite the Bowls Club which made it convenient for meals. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Parking right outside the door.

Handy to bowls club across the road. Walk to local shops as has a variety of stores.

Property is good to stay , but the toilet flush is not working properly and not provided enough bathing items and no drinking water in the fridge. Also no wash basin in the room to boil water for coffee or tea otherwise to use the bathroom wash basin and I don’t think it is good for everyone.

The area was nice and quiet, however there were boogies all over the shower wall that had not been cleaned off and someone else’s hair was all through the shower as well.

Rooms are clean with modern appliances. Comfortable bed and parking at the door. Close to town so you can walk almost anywhere.

It was centrally located. I didn't like that it was noisy.

The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. Many of the rooms have just been refurbished. The one I stayed ion had a brand new bed in it

The Motel was conveniently located to shops, the Bowling Club & service station. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was fine as we were only there one night clean enough but could do better in some areas such as the bathroom. I found dirty marks on the wall of the shower and a few stray body hairs. The bed was comfortable except the bottom sheet was too short and did not cover the last bottom section of the bed. Our feet were then directly on the mattress protector (which wasn’t good) . We would stay there again but we hope the bed issue is rectified.

Stayed twice in one week, very good ,was quite, clean , lovely hot water, block out curtains, comfortable bed, handy to shops & club ,would stay here again for sure.

Very clean, plenty of hot water, room was very quiet, second time I stayed here with in a week great motel. Only down side shower is in bath did not worry me but might some older folk.

Close to Bowling Club for meals and drinks, could have walked if not for persistent rain.

Very friendly staff. We were offered a beer on wine on arrival which was very welcome after a long drive. King room has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. Fantastic location, quiet but a short walk from eating and drinking spots. We will stay again next time we are in Armidale

Comfort at the Club Motel.

Great motel in central Armidale, on one level with parking at the door. We were given a welcome drink, but maybe because we stayed two nights. It was full both nights, but noisy. Staff was helpful with information. Great pubs nearby, plus bowling club across the road with delicious food well priced.

Staff very friendly and worked hard cleaning. Loved the central position. Easy access to pubs, restaurants and supermarket.

Arrived at 9.30am but was not a problem to leave car in motel car park while we wandered around the shops in Armidale and then were checked in at 12 Noon. Definitely would stay here again next time in Armidale.

This was a terrific motel to stay at, very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. When we asked if they had any rooms with a seperate shower instead of one over a bath they moved us immediately, which were very grateful. Could not recommend this motel highly enough.

Good size room, Excellent chap who checked me in. The bed was very tired. A face washer would be expected for $135 per night.
