Gréât service and communication from staff! The place was a little dirty, some old food left in the cupboards but otherwise decent. On arrival, no curb-side appeal, the facade could use a makeover or even just a window cleaning.
Good location, clean, secure and reasonably priced
Good value for money in a transitioning hood
The neighborhood is transitioning, not the greatest, but there's a métro (green line) station a few minutes walk away, and it's very close to downtown. Parking is on the street, but easy to find. First impression (an old apartment bldg, no reception desk) is deceiving. Maria came to open the door within minutes, was very nice and helpful, showed us around the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. Good value for money, if you don't mind being in a not-yet gentrified neighborhood a couple of km away from the action.
No Parking on site, just limited street parking.
Does NOT have parking. Not as advertised. Only street parking, good luck getting a spot.
Nice and clean, easy to communicate with owner. Pictures are not accurate of the studio room and the deluxe room property. Otherwise good stay and area.
Perfect layout, great location great and of course great staff
Good location near a subway station in a lower middle class part of Montreal. Subway or Metro as they call it in Montreal takes you downtown or to Old Montreal in 10 minutes. Place is clean. You get no fresh towels or sheets if you stay more than a day, as there are no services, also the free Internet does not work well and the TV station has one station yes one station and my view was tree branches. It is cheap, good location, but nothing special and a bit depressing after few days,
Very clean, great space, close to the Metro. Host was great to deal with.
Great view and great kitchen. Lovely bed lamp and TV with wall mount.
Lovely staff and comfortable bed! Great little kitchen and good ac.
Not a good choice for a weekend stay
My main complaint was that it was ridiculous to charge $50 cleaning fee for a one night stay. Plus, there were no amenities, not even soap. Check in was a little complicated as I had to call to get ahold of someone and then had to wait about 40 minutes to be left into the apartment. This place would be nice for a long stay but not for a weekend.
The apartment was clean and big enough for 3 peopl
It was a nice stay
Really good alternative accommodation.
An excellent option when staying in Montreal, the room offered modern, clean, and well maintained kitchen facilities as well as the basics to cook for yourself during a short stay. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept well. It’s situated a short 3-4 minute walk from a Metro station which is a plus. Our one semi-negative observation was that, because it is located on a fairly busy road directly along-side a set of traffic lights, the road noise is quite loud if you’re not accustomed to it.
Clean and functional studio apartment, worked for 2 people on a short stay, if you stay long would recommend the 1 bedroom, great location. Check in was easy. The apartment door locks on it’s own when closing, so you have to be careful you have the key on hand when departing. No reception or staff around the clock there, sometimes waiting for a response to text requests. Parking is available on the street beside, behind and underground. We couldn’t get into the underground, the ramp is very narrow and small. We stayed Thursday to Saturday, more difficult to find street parking during the day as it’s a busy area, at night time there are some spots. Ensure you can read parking signs in French. Comfortable stay, would recommend! Thank you
I didn't like the thin wall, hearing the side neighbour watching tv and laughing was unplesant.
Location was perfect for our need that week. Beds were comfortable. Parking was a bit of an issue due to amount of snow. City of Montreal is very efficient in removing snow but parked cars in clearing zone beware
Property was in an area close to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will recommend it and we will return to there if going back to Canada.
The property was very clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The property is located less than 5mins away from a metro station which was very convenient. I highly recommend it.
The apartment had everything you need and was new condition but no decor. There was not one picture on the walls and uncomfortable living room furniture. The neighborhood was not great with lots of noise. Would not stay here again.
It was really nice to be there. We stayed total 12 days and felt like our home. Easy transportation to downtown and other places. Would prefer again in the future.
