Rob was pleasant and helpful. Good short stay accommodation. Would love to see a small kitchenette were the cupboard was and cupboards under the main bench. Some where to hand a beach towels would be great. We were happy enough and would stay there again.

Overall stay was good. The room was nice and clean. I felt hot and sweaty while sleeping. I think, the aircon in family room was not able to cool the temperature enough as it should. Special thanks to Rob and Jenny for arranging our early stay due to movements between motels.

As described pleasant stay

It’s convenient location to everything in and around town yet very quiet and comfortable. BYO breakfast unless you want to eat out each morning.

Stayed a couple of nights with my young family. We were very happy with the accommodation. The rooms are kept very clean which is the biggest thing for me, especially when you have young children. Great budget accommodation.

The room was clean, comfortable and we had enough space to move around with our luggages. We appreciate the extra towels and blankets provided which made it really convenient for us during our stay. Just be mindful that reception is only available a few hours in the afternoon but otherwise, the check in and check out is seemless and we would stay here again.

The Motel is just fine - the weather was terrible. Can't blame the motel operator for that. Unasked for upgrade a nice touch.

We arrived about 50min before check in was available and thought try our luck see if was possible to check in early. We weren't fussed if wasnt possible but they allowed us to check in early and they upgraded our room which was much appreciated. We only stayed the one night but would stay again in future all staff were well mannered and easy talk to.

Our stay was very smooth transaction,communication was immediate and imformative. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was one of the better motels we have stayed at in Warrnambool.We would choose to stay there again.

The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are VERY clean. They take pride in adding extras like earth friendly and natural soaps and shampoos. They have extra towels in the rooms, along with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They even put wine glasses in the room along with a wine opener. It’s the little straw that they do that you can tell they take pride in their rooms. Parking is a bit strained but they have a great late check in system. There is no elevator and we had an issue with someone in our group not being able to get up the stairs and even with our late check in they went above and beyond to change our room with no hesitation and friendly service. In this area it is all motels and not hotels and I highly recommend this one.

Had an awful experience with cancelled booking at a nearby hotel and made a very late booking. Was welcomed and booking upgraded to family room at no extra cost. Very grateful for the accomodation.

The room was very spacious and clean

Stopped at the end of our great ocean road trip. Room was a good size, comfortable bed. Basic but comfortable. Easy parking. Close to town though we didn’t spend any time there. Only complaint is how loud the cars are outside, we were woken at 5am to slamming doors and engines starting. We are early risers but that’s not a nice way to wake! The cars are parked right outside the doors. Not a lot the hotel would be able to do about that so if you value a slight lie in/are light sleeper just keep that in mind. We’d stay again for a short stopover.

Friendly service would recommend

Really friendly welcome. We were upgraded to an apartment. Really nice lounge and dining area but not a proper kitchenette which was disappointing. So nowhere to fill the kettle other than the bathroom and nothing to wash dishes with. Also not enough power points so lots of adapters.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was loving except I think they should change the policy and not use bank card for damage if any. I waited 10 days to get it bank

Air conditioner was cold only. The heater did its job but it was noisy

TV was struggling for reception. Had to watch the cricket, was easily moved to another room 👍👍. Great service!

It was quiet although near a highway. Having some fairly comfortable chairs was good.

Fun stay - nice location!

Enjoyed the stay - efficient and the room had everything we needed. The shower area was particularly interesting and I was happy with the attention to reducing single-use/plastic. Also thought that the people running it had a good sense of humour (with the algorithm style whom to contact sheet). And great location!

Lite n easy

Simple overnight stay. No fuss. Prepaid so check in within staffed hours was a breeze. Room very clean, comfortable and with sufficient needs for the overnight stay. Microwave was handy, tea and coffee helped in the very cold night we had.

Short last minute stay

I was delayed visiting Warrnambool and looked for a last minute hotel that was close to the centre of town. The hotel is only a short walk to the centre. While the room was a little dated, it was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. No complaints.

Aged ok for price

Good location - I can walk to parks and shops. well appointed rooms (tables and chairs), cooperative staff. Well priced. Not so easy parking for larger vehicles though. Hot water needs a service - pulses hot and cold a bit. Good venue for reps.

We loved staying at City Heat Model. It ticks all boxes from the convenience, location, secure and clean place.

Room had a great shower and a clean & comfortable bed. Warrnambool main St is just across the Road.

There was not enough parking spaces for rooms available. Got back to hotel & had to park in street.

Very old motel which requires some maintenance to get it up to scratch. We were offered another room after the initial room smelt heavily from cigarette smoke which was appreciated. Bed was comfortable, however the room was in need of an update to bring it into the modern era.

Room was spacious enough and had a microwave and fridge which was good as very little open in the town. Room not properly cleaned and some of last occupants things still in drawers so they weren't checked and cleaned.Location was handy. Extra pillows and blankets were appreciated.

Great location in Warrnambool

The City Heart Motel is within walking distance of all of the cafes and restaurants which are literally at your door step. Great value for money and although we arrived earlier than the normal check in time the host was very flexible. Will definitely stay again.

Great location , easy to find. Sue was lovely, and helpful in pointing out some places to visit. Bed was comfy, breakfast delivered to my room piping hot, and yummy. Nothing was too much trouble at all, enjoyed my stay thank you!
