Very helpful airport hotel.

Close to the airport. They have many shuttles. The front desk staff is extraordinary. I had several issues come up from bogus taxi to abrupt flight changes and the staff helped with all, especially Christie late at night. Restaurant is pretty good. I'll stay again.

PRO: near the airport with shuttle service. My son thought the club sandwich was really good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the A/C worked. CON: near the airport with zero to do and no external dining options.

I was looking to book a hotel in Santiago Dominican Republic. As soon as I realized I had accidentally purchased this hotel stay for Santiago Chile, I called hotels.Com to try to cancel the booking. They reached out to the hotel and they said unfortunately no refunds. So unfortunately I lost over one hundred dollars for my mistake. It's sad they wouldn't be considerate enough to refund me my money. If I were to travel to Chile, I wouldn't stay here for the fact that they wouldn't help me out when I had made a mistake and asked for my money back.

El hotel envia la lista de horarios de transporte pero no menciona que esta sujeto a disponibilidad, únicamente cuando uno reclama. Estuve en el aeropuerto esperando mas de 20 min para que llegara (supuestamente llegaba a las 5pm) Llego pero no tenia espacio asi que tuve que esperar a que volviera. El chofer dijo que solo hay 2 vans. Los pasajeros que esperaban conmigo dijeron que ya les habia pasado y ellos esperaron 1 hora. Al regreso me registre para ir al aeropuerto a las 2:45 AM, yo vi como la empleada de recepción me apuntó en la lista. Cerca de las 9AM llamé a recepción para confirmarlo y yo ya no estaba en la lista. El personal no es muy amable con excepción del personal de recepción.

Great location for the next stage of our trip

This hotel is pretty close to the airport and we had a day before our early morning flight to Punta Arenas so decided to stay at this hotel as they have a shuttle service. The hotel is excellent if you need to stay near the airport. It is quite far from the city. We were also told that the area around the hotel is not very safe to walk around at night. They have a restaurant that is quite decent. Uber is available to get to the city. Overall a pretty good hotel. They also allowed us early checkin as our flight reached very early in the morning. We did not get to try their breakfast as we only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. They did offer us packed breakfast though.

Was close to Santiago Airport with free shuttle. Room adequate with its own a/c. Coffee/tea on tap in restaurant and good free breakfast in price. Lunch / Dinner great variety on menu/ large helpings. Staff speak english and helpful. Computers available if wanted. Cannot think of any downers .

Layover in Santiago

The hotel is expectedly a bit basic but for an overnight layover, it does the trick. Shuttle to the hotel only comes once an hour and nobody at the airport was able to tell me where to get it so make sure to contact the hotel prior to your arrival to find out where to catch it. If you have an early flight the hotel will pack you a lunchbox instead of breakfast, which surprisingly the airport security lets you bring in (both the juice and yogurt) so you can eat it at the airport. Staff in the hotel are helpful.

It’s always nice to arrive to the familiar comfort of a Marriott hotel. No matter where we stay, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the meals are wonderful, and the beds are comfortable. Glad to know that the high standards of service are consistent across the Marriott hotel chain.

I arrived at the airport at around 10. Called more than 15 times tge reception. Nobody ever answered. So tgere was no shuttle to pick me up. I had to take a taxi, who ripped me off, passed a different amount on my credit card and all because the hotel never answered the phones.

I found the service at this hotel excellent. Everyone from the transfer driver to the reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. My room was just what I needed for a one night stopover including the breakfast and dinner options. Really great, Thankyou

The girl at the front desk was awesome!

It was close to the airport for our arrival at night and we were picked up from this location. We had no way to darken our room, but it didn’t bother us. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was fine and the coffee too. We felt safe in our room.

Worst Check-in Ever

The longest check-in in history. They took about 15 mins. Per person.

They tried to change me twice, but fortunately I could prove that I had already paid.

The place is great for those who needs easy access to the airport, cause there are NONE walkable dining options nearby as it's an industrial area. On the other way, the staff is very kind and helpful, having provided us a great pack of to-go snacks, fruits and drinks as we checked-out very early (before the hotel´s breakfast service).

The hotel is fine and the staff are good. I wish there was something around the property other than highways and security fences. Good place if you just there for a layover.

We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was efficient. The room was clean, quiet (except for the occasional plane flying over), with nice modern decor. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good - not spectacular, but we liked that they use REAL plates instead of disposable ones. Desk staff was helpful.

I booked this specific hotel because of it having an airport shuttle service. After the booking i got an email infoming me about shuttle hours which, depending on time was every hour or three. So I explicity, since my flight was comming shortly after midnight, would have to wait in the middle of the night till 3a.m for it. Calling to the hotel and talking to a lady in the reception didnt help since it's, how she called it 'a courtesy offer'. I dont call an offer courteous, if one advertises with it.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight between flights when you don't have time to go downtown. The shuttle service is very convenient.

Airport hotel with all the necessary things you need. Their shuttle service doesn’t run 24 hours in the day - so just to be aware that if you land late at night / early hours of the morning you’ll have to pay for a taxi to get there.

Decoration is non existent. Like a Soviet hotel, but well... close to the airport. Shuttle would leave in two hours so we took an Uber. Cold shower.....good bed though. It really really needs new management. Marriot?? Somebody calling you!

Checked in early morning because if delayed flight, my freinds room had smell, and hotel dowst have any two beds rooms left. Surface parking is reserved for vendors, so had to move my car in the basement.

Basic, but gets the job done

Nice hotel overall, and served the purpose of what I needed. Airport shuttle was overall easy to access, but would recommend messaging the number even if the time you need is not on the message they sent. The time I arrived was not listed in the shuttle times, but it was there anyways, so I am happy I at least asked. Once you are at the hotel, there is nothing around it, so you need the shuttle or taxi to do anything, but it worked for what I needed. Food at the hotel was good, limited options, but someone for everyone.

Safe, quiet, great breakfast. We had to leave before breakfast and they had prepare a bag with ready for us at the free shuttle bus to the airport.

This hotel was clean and definitely adequate for someone needing to stay near the airport. But it wasn't anything special. Breakfast was fine, but the food for supper wasn't great - tough, overcooked chicken. Dessert was pretty good. The dining room had the ambience of my high school cafeteria. Staff were attentive and polite. There aren't any close alternatives for dining. In the room, the bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Two little bright lights on the fire alarm flash every few seconds, which can be disturbing for anyone who is light-sensitive when trying to sleep. Transfer services from the airport cost the same amount to go down town vs just a couple km from the airport. But this hotel does provide a free shuttle back to the airport. Overall, just okay - fine as a place to sleep, but not for any kind of "experience".

The place has a super convenient location to the airport but very limited transportation to and from the airport. Taxi charged us $20.00 for one mile. The bathroom had a draining issue.

Me hospedé en este hotel ya que me tomé el tiempo de leer los reviews de cada uno de los hoteles a los alrededores del aeropuerto De Santiago ya que viajo con un menor de 4 años y este hotel se ganó las 5 ⭐️ya que hice mi reserva en base a los buenos comentarios de los huéspedes anteriores y mi experiencia fue excelente. En orimer lugar la amabilidad de los empleados de la recepción… fueron muy atentos conmigo y mi hijo . Luego la limpieza la verdad me sorprendió lo inmaculado de la habitación , no le encontré nada que restara estaba todo impecable y olía muy bien . La cama muy cómoda y las sábanas perfectamente limpias . Pedimos cena porque llegamos tarde en la noche y la comida es muy rica nada caro y podes pedir hasta las 2 am eso me pareció genial . Por otro lado el desayuno lo sirven de 6 a 9 am y también todo estuvo bien muy variado y sabroso . La verdad que quede muy conforme con la estadía en este hotel . Lo recomiendo mucho .

Shuttle from airport to hotel very easy, driver friendly with minimal English but pleasant. Front desk staff friendly and eager to help. Dinner in restaurant was excellent, much more than what we’re expecting. Salmon was moist and on bed of risotto what shrimp and shrimp sauce, wonderful flavour. Fish was Make, again, moist and served on grilled vegetables. Breakfast buffet plentiful but could be a little better organized. Room exceptionally clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Nice convenient airport hotel. The shuttle service was great. They even pack a breakfast snack pack for us since we had to leave too early for the hotel's breakfast. There's no restaurants or other convenience in the neighborhood except other airport hotels.

The hotel is near the airport, as many other airport hôtels. The area is industrial, wire fences around the hotel and other properties. The shuttle runs at certain times. I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat outside Gate 3. I had to call, twice, wait on the phone several minutes, and will have to pay $$$ for the call as I used my phone which is not from Chile. The food is really average. Breakfast was rather simple.

Always great hotel to stay in when arriving jet lagged. Bus rides till 23.00 pm. Late check-out was granted. Very good breakfast with fruirs, lettuse, tomatoes.
