Great location, walking distance to beach, bars, Bangala Rd. and tons of food options. Room that faces the main road was real noisy all day and night making it hard to sleep. Room was clean, bed was hard. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't too bad.

Great hotel!!

The hotel is classified as 4 stars, but it is not 4 stars, but rather one star. The staff are very unhelpful. The furniture is old. The rooms are very dirty. The quilt and bed have a bad smell. Luggage service is non-existent. You have to carry the bags yourself.

One block from Patong Beach

Rooms adequate size for 1 person. A lot of noise from other rooms. Needs better soundproofing. Tiny tea cups. Staff very nice and helpful.

Nothing that I experienced before. Staff was very rude . Did not get what I booked. And did not get any help full help from them. Felt like a rubbish. I will not go there or recommend that place at all .

Very good place and most recommended. Local and all you need is on your doorstep. Only thing is the staff speak barely any English. Like the most of Phuket unfortunately.

Very good standard hotel for the value.

Very good stay, hotel was in an ideal location for myself, very clean room with large tv,kettle 2x free water per day & sunbed beach towels.only downsides was no coffee or tea provided & very weak WiFi signal.

Nice hotel with comfy bed and nice room. Pool area also nice. However, kettle and cups provided with no coffee or tea?? Wifi good in room but not in communal areas. Room cleaned everyday but not enough toiletries given, toilet roll etc. Good location.

Hotel is situated at a very strategic area whereby it is only 10 minutes walk to patong beach. Hard rock cafe is just around the corner . Room was good! Totally satisfied with the price and cleanliness . Everything was perfect! Would definitely go back again and stay at the same hotel.

Great hotel and super clean, I can't believe it's only 3 stars. I ended up extending my stay. I had a street room, I'm from NYC and the noise reminded me of that. It wasn't bad at all! I definitely recommend this hotel!!

At first impression, during check in, I experienced an unpleasing encounter. Struggled getting in with luggage and although 4 staff members where there, no one offered assistance. English was very difficult to understand but luckily everything was written on paper where I could read what was being said. Requested a pool view room which was across hall from where I was but was told I needed to pay for upgrade. Room itself is comfortable because it is spacious. Rooms overviewing street are quite noisy. I did not sleep at all during my stay. Only water is offered as for amenities. No tea or coffee like most all other hotels I stayed at in Phuket. Hotel is located within walking distance to many stores and restaurants.

Small hotel, well located

Staff speaks limited English. They couldnt assist me providing information how to get to the airport. Breakfast was good. Pool was open until 8pm but you have to use it in the dark because they couldn't turn on the light after sunset. The gym was a small and more like a sauna.

Nice hotel close to beach and Bangla road

This is one of good options at Patong. It is very close to beach and like 1 km walk to Bangla road. Choose a poolside room which will be quiet at night. Complimentary breakfast is ok I dint found much of options being vegetarian but that case I True for all other hotel.

Hotel Staff is very polite and morning buffet is just nice. walking distance to hard rock cafe and hooter and big shopping mall. There is few massage just nearby. Overall is a very very convenience.

Lovely clean hotel, great location!

All in all I found this hotel cool, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was more than adequate as was the pool. My only complaint would be that my room facing street was quite noisy all the time. If I was to stay again I would book a pool facing room.

Convenient location

Great room. Great breakfast selection. Basic gym and lovely swimming pool. Only negative was the fan is quite noisy but after the first night you get used to it.

Pleasant Accommodation

The staff was friendly and helpful; hotel room was clean and inviting. Our room overlooked the small swimming pool and gym so we didn't have street noise you get from the other side. This is a small hotel a fairly short walk from the beach and Bangla Street. There are tuk tuks and taxis readily available if you don't want to walk. For the size & money, it's a really good value!

Patong is not the nicest of areas. We preferred Kata as Patong was just too busy.

Walking distance to all attractions. Night food market, beach, Bangla and Jangelon shopping centre. Hotel a little run down, but still good value. Swimming pool a bonus. Breakfast good. Only two minor issues. Water temp in shower is all over the place. And if you can, get a room away from the main road. All in all, very good. I would stay again.

The rooms , pool , and gym is clean and nice but the front desk are really unresponsive , my room service telephone line wasn't working for 2 days so I had to go downstair to talk to them , the staff don't speak great english( which I understand ) but once they get frustrated they'll give you a certain attitude that makes you never want to come back

The hotel is very central to all popular points in patong. Everything is very quickly within walking distance, the bangla road, the shopping paradise with its bars and many good restaurants. Not least the beach.

Great location!

The location is great: is within walking distance to all the shopping areas and restaurants, but not too close to all the noise from nightclubs and bars, you can actually get some sleep. The reason my husband and I decided to stay at this hotel was the location and because the room was spacious,clean and modern. Also, I wanted a hotel that had a decent/modern bathroom (I hate creepy/old/dirty bathrooms). We paid to have breakfast included which turned out to be a great idea. The food was good and a variety to chose from (as a vegetarian sometimes it's hard to find options). The Wi-Fi signal was kind of slow in the room, we didn't have signal for almost one day, but the staff made their best effort to help solve the problem. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at this place!

Modern, clean hotel.

The hotel was great, clean and modern. For trips booking the hotel was not really helpful, the woman who has a stand just outside the hotel was really nice and gave me great prices for all trips I booked! Great distance from Patong beach. Breakfast was really good, with lot of choices..

Nice hotel in the quieter end of the main drag

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good for variety and freshness. The hotel pool was smart,clean and beach towels were provided.

I made the trip solo this time and the hotel is in a very good spot to be able to walk to shops, resturants and bars. Also nice and convenient for taxi/ tuk tuk services.

Great bang for the buck!

This was a wonderful place to stay for such a low price. I would highly recommend it. It was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a good pool and exercise facility as well. The only downside was that the wifi signal could have been stronger in our room.

Value for money rooms clean neat and tidy, bad water pressure for shower stops and starts, no kettle for coffee, pool very small but ok if you get there early to have a lounge, only 4. Staff very helpful considering only three star would stay again.

Friendly helpful staffs at the front desk

My first night was not good, I was on the 2nd floor facing the main street, the noise from the traffic was dreadful, the taxi/tuk tuk have sound blasters going past at 4am, hardly slept. But this hotel have great friendly helpful staffs at the front desk, always smiling with their service, and they helped me changed to a room on a higher floor, and the rest of my stay was excellent.

Nice but noisy

Party person or not: at some point you will want to use your room and bed to sleep. Be prepared that when you have a room facing the street that it's going to be noisy until very late. Occasionally music, but mostly a lot of traffic. And no double glazing. Other than that a nice, clean, and modern hotel. I'd recommend to base your decision on what noise levels are acceptable to you. Or at least get a room in the back on the pool side.

Great value for money. Other reviews weren't happy with the brekky but I thought it was great - fresh fruit, muffins, croissants, Danishes and toast, a variety of hot and cold drinks. Also a guy cooking eggs to order and Asian brekky - I didn't partake but pretty decent in my mind. Bed was super comfy but still firm (and not a concrete pallet) which was exactly the way I like it. Construction going on next door so pool area isn't as relaxing as it could be cos of noise but just get some headphones and music drowns it out. The friendly reception staff were probably that little extra touch that made it such a lovely stay.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, the markets and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. While breakfast is very basic it is sufficient for a short stay.

The room is provided with everything you need - including a balcony for those of you who enjoy people watching. The hotel reception staff speak and understand English - making communication easy. Hotel is conveniently located on the main road and in walking distance to Bangla road. Look at getting level 6 rooms if you don't want to hear the hustle of pa tong.

Clean, beautiful room, 5 mins from the beach

Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable room good sizes room, with balcony over looking the pool, the room had a large wardrobe with a safe , plenty of drawers, lots of lighting options, great size balcony with two chairs and small drying rack, the bathroom was very clean and modern , the shower would be a bit of squeeze to get in if a larger person, nice restaurant very adequate breakfast, friendly staff, only criticism no hotel information pack in the room so i had no idea the restaurant was available for dinner or lunch, the front desk staff told me they were revamping them and they would be in the rooms asap,also work in a new hotel next was noisy during the day but no issues at night, this hotel is in a great location,has a good size pool and adequate gym, it is 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to hard rock cafe and shops , definitely worth the money

Good Stay & a Nice Hotel

The Eastin Easy Patong Hotel is a nice budget hotel. The hotel has a gym and a small pool. We were out on day trips and exploring Phuket, so din't have time to spend at the pool. The rooms are excellent, very clean & well lit. We were given a room on the 6th floor, with the road view. The breakfast is on the 2nd floor restaurant. The breakfast is one of the highlights of the stay. You have plenty of options to choose from including, some good bakery items like cup cakes and croissants etc. I am not sure if the restaurant serves lunch and dinner under ala carte menu, but the let off is there is no room-service. Overall the stay at this hotel is very good. P.S. Speaking of the neighborhood, there is one Indian Hotel nearby to the hotel, wherein the staff is always on look-out for passer-by tourists, almost forcing them to visit their hotel. There is a tour agency as well, next to the above hotel, which will help you to hire your 2 wheeler or make arrangements for day trips in & around Phuket.

Cleanest place in Patong

First, I do not recommend Patong. It's a dirty tourist trap. If you must stay in Patong then I recommend the Eastin. The staff were incredibly friendly, hospitable and attentive. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The hotel is about 500m from the beach and near restaurants and markets. It's not on the busy end of Patong, like near Bangala Road, it is still close enough to walk there but far enough away from the noise and prostitutues so you won't be bothered on the way home. Great value for money.

Conveniently located near to beach, shopping and nightlife areas - all within walking distance. Room is a little small. I stayed only for a night hence I'm satisfied with the price I paid.

Short Dive Stay

Rooms were modern, clean and the best part the service of the front desk staff were excellent. The limo driver to the airport even provided a brilliant service. The only set back, the rooms were a bit small. But other than that, there is nothing to complaint, they even have a small gym and a pool. Overall quiet impress

New and clean

Still relatively new and clean but was a walking distance to the happening places. There's always 3 Pajero 7 seater opposite the hotel and you can negotiate with them on the taxi fare.My flight was 6:55am in the morning and a pre arrangement of asking them to pick up at 4am in the morning with such a comfortable car at only 800bht is a great deal. Hotel room is nice and clean and same yo the restaurant (for morning breakfast) but without much choices (good to have egg station). Never use their pool or gym and hotel is a 2mins walk to Hard Rock Cafe.

There are stains in the hotel. It is located beside the road. Hence, it is abit noisy due to the traffic nearby.

Great Hotel and Fantastic service

This hotel is surely a great value for money. The room was very clean and the staff are quiet friendly and helpful. I can very surely say that it is worth the money that is paid. They had free WIFI connectivity in the room and it was pretty good.

Pleasant and Clean Hotel

We stayed about 4 days at the hotel. Rooms are new and clean. Thankful that they were able to accommodate to our request for a pool facing room. Had a very comfortable car for the airport transfers. The only downside was that the hot shower was not really functioning very well. It was either too hot and when you want to adjust the temperature slightly, it became too cold! Also, there were too many news channels on TV. Would suggest to have more english channels. Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay.

DON'T REPEAT MY MISTAKE !

I booked this hotel on Expedia.ca, based on price and location. I knew the description was flawed- the room was described as 22 SQUARE FEET, about the size of a closet. I expected to have a decent-sized Superior room, but was given a very small room. On my objections, the General Manager told me that all the rooms were the same size. As I came to Bangkok to work, with my laptop, printer and lots of business papers, my work was compromised. The bathroom was not clean, and the furniture was chipped and cracked. The bed was uncomfortable. I have asked Expedia by letter to refund 50% of my prepaid 7 days.

nice hotel in a quieter area of patong

we stayed two nights at this hotel, it is in a quieter part of patong, which i must say was great, we had stayed 2 nights at the Bangla road end and it was awfully loud, you couldnt sleep for the noise of the pubs clubs and traffic, so slept well at this hotel. breakfast was really good too

Ideal in every way for 2 night stay

Lucky to find such a good hotel for the price. Well situated, trendy, spotlessly clean, what more could you want for 2 night stay. Only downside, we had a room overlooking main road and there was a bit of street noise throughout the night which has to be expected in the middle of Patong, this may have been worse on a lower floor.

Excelent!

Very new and nice hotel in Patong! The location is quite good, about 15 minutes to Bangla road and 7 mins to the beach. The hotel provides free beach towels, 2 bottles of drinking water every day and free wifi. The pool is very small but there are only few people there usually so that's fine. The only little drawbacks are: the breakfast "hot" dishes are actually cold + there is a lack of staff there in the morning. There is a wifi but it went down quite often so we had to re-login every 15 minutes. The hotel asks for 100 USD deposit.

Value for money

A new hotel with great staff. The room is well presented and is very clean. Good breakfast, serving up to 11.30am. The pool was an added bonus. You will always receive a cheerful "Sawadee" on entering and leaving the hotel. Excellent value for money.
