Easy access to the shops bars and restaurants, room was adequate but not sufficient hot water for two showers, there was no holder for shower head. Toilet tank kept on running non stop , the man at reception was extremely rude this morning, he should learn about other customers manners which are not rude but he perceives them as rude in his country of origin ( tapping on the desk to gain someone’s attention to check out, he was away in his little room and obviously interrupted him), the way he turned on us was Not acceptable, we were willing to come back to this hotel until check out time!

Located at 100 steps from La Grande Place. A fantastic restaurant next door to the left, and 2 other fantastic restaurants 2 doors to the right. The image on the Web page may make it look like it is a play pen for children. But don't let it fool you. It is certainly a kid friendly place. But it is definitely also an adult place. 100 steps from the Tramways to runs throughout the city.

I love the location of this hotel. So close to so many restaurants and the city center. It's modestly priced and is excellent in price-quality relationship. I stayed here a year ago as I was driving through from Luzern to Bilbao, and I chose to return, so there you go!

My stay at Dav'hotel Jaude(Dec 6 to Dec 09)

My stay was good. Staff were very Professional and evironment clean. The heater in my was not working well but when i reported to the Lady at the front desk, she immediately brought a moveable one and plugged it rightaway in my room. I thought it an Execellent Customer Service act. Security at the premises was okay. I'll surely stay at the same place thevnext time I visit and recommend to others as well. Thanks Isaac Owusu

Excellent city centre location in area with plenty of restaurants and bars. Very friendly welcome by owner and copious French breakfast. Rooms recently refurbished just bathroom still to be done. Would definitely return.

They kept their promises!

I think some people misinterpret 2 star, assuming it means problems of cleanliness, condition or comfort. When I am essentially looking for a base and I know I will not be working, entertaining or "escaping" in my room, then a two star with a dynamite location can be quite attractive. My Citotel Dav room was surprisingly large - especially the bathroom - comfortable and clean. Add to that 4 great restaurants and the city centre one and a half minutes away and you have what I call a bargain. The staff, including the owner, were all friendly and helpful. I don't think I would book here for a romantic weekend but when I come back to C-F to visit friends or go trekking, i wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very nice well placed hotel

Myself an 4 friends each enjoyed a very good stay at the Dav’hotel. The rooms had excellent large comfortable beds and was perfectly placed for us to visit the centre of Clermont. The lady who ran the hotel was very pleasant and very helpful. If we were to go to clermont again we would definitely stay.

The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area, very hard to find but very convenient for shops and restaurants. Upon arrival we were asked to pay the amount we already paid by card again, now in cash: the desk employee explained that this was because Expedia or any other platform used the amount that it receives as a bond in case the guest doesn’t show up. Internet was said not to work so that was the reason payment could only take place in cash (but they dis know our details …) Expedia would credit the amount by bank to us. We refused to pay the amount twice (we showed proof of our digital payment) and the employee said we could go to the room and that her boss would contact us the next day. The room was clean, but VERY hot and airconditioning wasn’t functioning. We had the feeling that it wouldn’t be safe when fire were to break out. All in all, we left the tourist tax at the reception the next morning as we had to leave early. To date, nobody from the hotel has contacted us, but we would not go there again, since we didn’t feel welcome guests.

Bon emplacement

Hotel situé en plein coeur de Clermont, parking Vercingetorix a côte. Un effort a ete fait pour moderniser, un bon debut mais faut poursuivre. Portes et sanitaires qui auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Personnel très a l'écoute, communication impeccable.

Avons survécu !

En ces périodes de canicule intense, toutes les chambres du 3e étage où on nous a mis étaient privées de climatisation ( en panne depuis 3 ans ) !!! Réponse à nos doléances: aurions dû préciser que nous voulions la clim. ! Chambre sur rue assez bruyante.

Un hotel agradable, limpio, bien situado, personal muy amable. Algunos temas a mejorar, en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, inacaptable con los 39 grados en Clermont Ferrand, tampó tenia agua en las habitaciones.

Very fresh and interesting painted room and foyer. More important, very friendly personel and everything clean, good bed. Good atmosphere!

Centre-ville

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard mais le réceptionniste nous avait appelé avant de partir pour nous donner les consignes. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais correct. L’accès est difficile en voiture car la rue est piétonne et le GPS ne sait pas comment y arriver. Le personnel est sympa. Le petit déjeuner (9€) est complet et bon.

Hebergement calme et propre mais vetuste. Plus d'eau chaude a 22h, remise en route a 23h après demande

Etablissement à éviter

La climatisation était hors service, un ventilateur bruyant comme remplacement sans en être informé. De l'eau stagnante dans la douche, super les bactéries et l'hygiène. Des informations fausses sur le parking surtout ne partez pas un dimanche vous payerez plein tarif. Un personnel arrogant et irrespectueux. Etablissement à éviter.

Luftkonditioneringen var trasig. När vi klagade fick vi till svar att de skulle ta bort A/Cn helt. Hårtorken glödde och det satt en varningslapp på den. Annars bra sängar och bra läge förutom att det var opraktiskts med ingång från gågata.

Situation en plein centre pour ceux qui apprécie, à deux pas de tout. Hôtel looké communs vastes et agréable. L'accueil parfait sourire et accès pratique. Le parking est plus compliqué en centre ville. les chambres sont agréables la salle de bain est un peu dans son jus cependant. Le petit dej est peu varié, et petite quantité pour les gros mangeurs vous êtes prévenus. Info particulière en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil donc 7h 20h le numéro donné en 07 ne répond pas même en laissant un message. Souhaitons que ce soit très ponctuel. en tout cas la clef de ma chambre n'était ni dans une enveloppe à mon nom ni sur le comptoir ou sur la parte de ma chambre. Ce serait le seul bémol pour le reste très bien

Nous avons trouvé l'hotel "par hasard" ...Assez mal indiqué , il se trouve dans une rue piétonne et donc , trés difficile d'accés . L'hôtel en lui même est bien , mais un peu "vieillot"...La baignoire est haute et glissante .Par contre , l'hôtel est trés bien placé pour les restos !!! Personnel trés gentil et serviable .

Clim dans les chambres ne fonctionne pas, trop chaud pour le mois d'août. Autant dormir à l'accueil qui elle est climatisé. Sinon accueil de la clientèle correcte et respectueux, ainsi que les chambres, le parking vercingétorix si vous habitez pas le coin ou que vous connaissez déjà le coin, il est impossible de trouvé l'entrée, la signalisation urbaine de la ville est catastrophique ont a mis 1h avant qu'un habitant veuille bien noj monter la route

Tres bon sejour encore une fois. Rien à redire tant au niveau du prix de la chambre, de la propreté et de l accueil. Je n ai pas testé le petit dejeuner. Très bonne situation à 2 pas de Jaude. Seul bémol on doit avoir liberé la chambre pour 11h au lieu de 12 dans beaucoup d autres hotels
