Great place to stay

It is very good place. You can walk to city center in 20 minutes. and it is also near to train station. Very quite and good place to stay. Owner is very kind person.

Great Hotel, Location, and Excellent service

Great hotel in the middle of florence! Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, thanks to Alessandro, the manager, who was super friendly, helpful, and caring. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to our friends & family. Alessandro made our trip extra special since the airport lost my luggage and he was more helpful than the airport. Great hotel, perfect location, and wonderful customer service. :)

Very fast check in, everything was ready when we arrived, clean and nice room.

OK stay

The neighborhood was somewhat away from the city center and therefore not so busy but you had to take a easy bus ride into downtown.

Welcoming hosts who went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The room was clean and comfortably furnished and there is a very pleasant courtyard at the back - most welcoming after 'foot slogging' aroun Florence. A number of reviews comment on the distance to the main sights of Florence. We certainly found that the centre is really only a short walk away. we walked into and criss crossed the city even went up to the highpoint of Michelangelo Piazza and back to Cimarosa Harmony all on foot (and we are in our 70's) so do not be put off by comments from people who possibly are used to getting the car out to travel 200 metres. We would happily recommend Cimarosa Harmony to our friends and family.Thank you for looking after us

It is good room, bathroom is small but clean, air conditioner works well

It was a surprise! The place was so cozy and feels like home, the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. We just love the place and will definitely stay there again.

Clean, but services are bad

The room is clean and the location is close to bus #22 and #23 in Firenze. When we visited the area, the temperature is still chilly (for us). They did not provide heating for guests, which I mentioned to the managers. But they simply replied the heater was not working at all. I felt that they just took excuses, which is the main reason for their poor rating.

Absolute excellent service

Do not be fooled by the entrance to this beautiful little boutique hotel. 5 lovely delightful well kept rooms located around a lovely court yard. The owners spoke excellent English and their attention personal service was second to none. They gave us a map and explained the bus routes so we felt totally at ease traveling around. Location was excellent close to transport and small shopping area with a great restaurant just 2mins walk away. Even got a great hair cut from local hair salon [2 to choose from] I would recommend this hotel to anyone it was enchanting.:-)

We had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Alessandro was very helpful and hospitable. He even met us outside the hotel when we first arrived from the train station and responded to questions promptly, at personal contact at the hotel and by text messages when he was not on duty.

Mother/Daughter Italian Adventure

This was an older mother daughter 2 week adventure through Europe. We stayed three days at the CimaRosa. It was way more than we expected for the reasonable price. The room was spacious. It had a refrigerator and a little table 4 meals it was extremely clean and very comfortable with all the amenities one needs while away from home. The decor was beautiful and Charming. The neighborhood was very safe and centrally located to everything while not being in the middle of downtown. Transportation to and from was extremely easy. It had a Charming patio to relax in and have coffee xcetera. The proprietor was extremely friendly and very helpful. She mapped out every site in Florence and how to get there so we did not need to pay a guide. With her instruction we were able to see everything at our leisure. I would definitely stay there again especially on an extended visit because of all the comforts and ambiance. It was like a home away from home in the middle of the vacation. Loved this hotel.

DON'T DO IT

I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone. We had a confirmation but apparently that means nothing as when we arrived no one was there to let us in - I have never been to a Bed and Breakfast where there was no one available to greet us. There is a message that asks us to call to confirm - we assumed that as we had a confirmation and we were in a foreign country without a telephone - when you have a confirmation that is the confirmation - this process is ridiculous . Fortunaltely for us we found a couple on the street who called the number on the door and we left a message - as there was no answer. As we were dragging our luggage to another hotel the reception called the strangers number back and they got us before we registered in another hotel. We were very upset and related that to the reception - he was an "arrogant idiot" and wanted us to confirm that he was right and this i would not do - he finally showed us our room - NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. And I would advise people not to go to this type of establishment if this is their process - who in their right mind would call and overseas # and pay roaming charges when you have already paid and have a confirmation. RIDICULOUS PROCESS

A very serene place to stay

A nice place to stay with reasonable price, I like the small "kitchen" with coffee vender machine and some utensils for use. Both Alex and Julia are very nice and helpful in providing tourist information and maps. Definitely would want another stay if get a chance to go back Florence.

harmony in Florance

Stayed here. Very convenient to main train and bus stations. it is also very close to main attractions. Our hosts were extremely helpful with maps and info on where to eat etc and their recommendation for dinner was superb. looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Good service and pleasant stay

The reception manager was very kind and nice. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the center of the city and I needed good advice about transportation. The manager gave me all the details of bus routes and a daily bus pass for family, which costed me only 6 Euro. She also gave me other tips for city tour. My family were quite happy to have such good services. The hotel room was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean. The room was located on the ground floor, so it was a bit noisy when cars passed by, but traffic is almost none after 11:30pm. The building is under some renovation and we had to close the curtain. This problem will be gone when the renovation is over. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Great front desk staff, nice location

The front desk staff was really great, helped us find a nearby area for supplies and walked out to show us areas. Gave us a map and marked it with bus stops, metro, how to get to/from railway. Their English was great and I felt very safe there.

Cozy, Wonderful Little Hotel

The Cimarosa Harmony is a wonderful little 5 room hotel with an interior courtyard/patio area great for relaxing and sipping wine. The proprietors, Alessandro and Guilia, were wonderful!. Guilia was there when we arrived (earlier than expected because of getting an early disembarkation time from our cruise ship), and she took the time to give us a map and show us all the points of interest, gave us some information about buses in the city and where to buy tickets for them, and immediately suggested that we should make reservations as soon as possible if we wanted to see the Ufizzi art gallery. Although our trip to Florence didn't go quite as we had hoped (I was sick, and we were unable to get tickets to the Ufizzi gallery) the Cimarosa Harmony was one of the highlights of our stay. It has a warm, friendly setting, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the patio area is lovely and Alessandro and Guilia are great hosts. The WiFi was great except for once when the router needed to be rebooted. As soon as we saw Alessandro and told him about the internet he took care of it and it was fine from that point on. This is a great little place and we would definitely recommend it to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed the 4 days we stayed.

A superb hotel

Staff were excellent and hotel is new, in good location with free parking near by. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay, great staff!

This guesthouse is located a bit outside of the center of Florence but this can be seen as a plus in many ways (not least of all because you are close to the fabulous Trattoria Santa Lucia!). Alessandro was a great host, always smiling and answering all of our questions. Although breakfast is not included the excellent coffee and tea outside of our room was a blessing in the morning. The room was spacious and very clean and the little chocolates and bottle of water were very welcome.

Excellent hospitality

We had a great 2 day stay at the guest house. The hosts provided us a warm welcome and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. Since we were visiting Florence for the first time, they provided us with a lot of information and recommendations. I would recommend this guest house to anyone travelling with family or friends.

Amazing Hotel That I Highly Recommend

I wish every hotel was as good as Cimarosa Harmony. From the second I arrived until checkout this hotel was amazing and exceeded my expectations in every way. The owners of the hotel treat all of their guests as personal houseguests. When we arrived they spent time giving us an overview of the main attractions in Florence and recommendations of when to visit each site, in what order, and where to eat. They are always available to answer any question or help with anything you need. Additionally, the room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. I seriously could not have asked for anything more and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. If you are considering hotels in Florence do yourself a favor and stay at Cimarosa Harmony. Just be aware that it is not in the center of the tourist area so expect a 10 minute walk or quick bus to get into the center (but it really was not a problem for us at all and shouldn't deter you from staying here).

Great service

The gentleman who greeted us and showed us to our room was fantastic. Room was spacious and very clean. I did have some trouble with the free wifi. The hotel was about a 15-20 min walk from the train station and a little further from downtown. If you use the public transportation you will enjoy this hotel. We walked everywhere we went but had a very lovely stay.

Comfort and Value

The owners and keepers of this intimate hotel could not have been more helpful or friendly. They extended themselves to ensure we had museum ticket resurvations, helped us to find bus routes, local restaurants, and information about the next step of our travel. We felt very fortunate to have met our hosts, and would definately stay again when in Florence Italy.

Excellent 4 night stay

We checked in and immediately Giulia gave us a map of the city highlighting the main piazzas, attractions and local restaurants for us. The rooms were wonderful and contained a mini fridge for any food we bought. When we told her that we wanted to see the Ufizzi museum she was immediately on the phone making a reservation for us so we could skip the 2 hour line. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and thus the beginning of the medieval city center. The only downside of the location is that many of the stores around close a little early and there is only one pizzeria close by to find a late night drink. Otherwise we had to head into the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again the next time we're in Florence.

Ottima struttura, soggiorno di solo due notti ma con il massimo relax. Vicino al centro e zona ben servita con bar e ristoranti. Ottimo il servizio offerto dai proprietari persone gentili e disponibili, grazie ancora per le attenzioni prestate. Le foto sul sito sono veritiere.

Majatalon emäntä oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen ja antoi paljon hyviä vinkkejä Firenzen nähtävyyksiin ja julkisenliikenteen käyttöön liittyen. Sänky ei ollut kovin mukava, mutta huone oli perussiisti ja ajoi hyvin asiansa lyhyen majoituksen ajan.

Alessandro e Giulia são muito gentis e prestativos, nos deram ótimas dicas e orientações! Fica a poucou metros dos pontos de ônibus, o quarto estava super limpo e organizado, além de ser super amplo! Adoramos e voltariamos sem dúvida!

muito econômico

Alguns quartos ficam muito próximos da rua. O barulho incomoda. O café da manhã é em bar dois quarteirões distantes e é bem restrito. O hotel fica 1,4km da estação, impossível parar o carro e para andar de ônibus você anda o mesmo que o ônibus até o ponto. As toalhas são trocadas a cada 2 dias e como não exitem janelas fican molhadas. Atenção pois o proprietário nem sempre esta no hotel e pode ser necessário ligar para ele.

Il personale è molto accogliente e disponibile, camera graziosa, pulita e silenziosa. A due passi dalla stazione e dalla fermata dei bus permette un facile collegamento con il centro storico.

Trato y habitaciones excelentes

Es una casa de huéspedes familiar, muy cómoda y con habitaciones diseñadas al detalle. No sirven comidas ni desayunos, pero recomiendas bares muy cercanos en los que ofrecen un trato especial, cercano y barato. Está a un cuarto de hora andando de Santa María Novella, en una zona que ya no es turística, pero es una zona muy tranquila que permite descansar. Si hace bueno, se puede disfrutar de un patio con terraza, que es espectacular. La habitación disponía de una cama inmensa y un baño quizás un poco pequeño, pero perfectamente dotado y equipado. La limpieza era sobresaliente.

Inmediatamente llegas te muestran los lugares de Interés en la ciudad y la forma de como llegar en transporte público. Super limpio, agradable, cómodo... Sin lugar a dudas el mejor Hotel de nuestro viaje a Europa!!!!!

버스 타러 가는 곳이 가까워서 아주 좋았습니다. 냉장고도 있고 마실 물도 큰 거 한 통을 줘요. 맞이하는 분도 잘 해주시고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 그러나 이불을 들추니 머리카락이 한움큼.. 정말 놀랐네요. 이탈리아에서 유일하게 호텔을 이용했는데 청결 부분에서 좀 실망했어요. 샤워기 수압도 그닥 좋지 않습니다. 평점 보고 선택한 건데 누군가 이용한다고 하면 딱히 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다..

조용하고 깨끗한 하모니

처음 선택할때 거리 때문에 고민했습니다. 기차역에 내려서 구글맵 찍고가면 한 20분 정도 걸으면 되요 여행하면 많이 걸어서 중심가로 나올때 들어갈때는 버스 이용하면 되요 체크인 할때 친절히 알려줍니다. 버스는 버스 정류장에 있는 bar나 슈퍼에서 1.5유로쯤에 살 수 있어요 주변이 조용해서 이탈리아 느낌이 확 느낄수 있어요 직원 친절하고 객실 좋고 조용하니 힘든 여행 중에 잠시 쉬었다 가는 곳으로 생각하면 좋을 듯해요 객실내 샤워 및 화장실 있어요 , 약간 마당처럼 된 곳이 있어서 와인이랑 간단한 안주사서 먹으면 좋구요 . 전자렌지 있어서 이용 가능해요

L'hotel era pulito, peccato che la musica di sottofondo era vicino la nostra camera e ha disturbato un po' il riposo notturno. Peccato la mancanza di colazione. Ottima l'accoglienza, la signora ci ha accolto veramente bene
