9th floor room i had - good water pressure, air con could make the whole room cold, chair and foot rest was comfortable, bed was comfortable too. bad was no gym, and elevator to slow. With that said I did leave 2000Pesos for housekeeping.

I booked this hotel for a short visit to the area. I was happy with my selection. I was not familiar with this hotel brand before, but I will certainly look for it in the future. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and available 24 hours. I would stay here each time I visit Angeles.

I like that the property was centrally located to the walking district. More detail could be placed on the maintenance of the facility. The shower was slow to drain leaving the bathroom flooding out if you took a long shower.

I needed help with an on call doctor. I got taken for a twelve hour silly ride and wound up in the worst place imaginable. But the bill was extraordinary. Truly a disgrace. Meeting my own doctor was so much more productive. I expected much better from a hotel like this.

Only complaint is walking from bathroom back into the room the bathroom floor is lower and would kick the floor into the room. I did it twice because I would forget about it. So I put a small pillow in the doorway to remind me to lift my foot higher. After that I was good. Bed was super comfy. It was on the softer side. I slept good

I booked a crown suite at the Central Park Tower. The room was spacious and functional. Room service had a good selection with quick delivery. However, there was no hot water for the shower or tub. And the safe broke, so at one point I was not able to retrieve my valuables. [Even the tech struggled to re-program and eventually open the safe.] There was a pool and restaurant above the room, so there was constant noise-- including scraping chairs-- until 11pm. I booked for three days but checked out after the first night. The saving point for the hotel was the front desk staff. They were very cheerful and professional, welcoming me every time I entered/departed the hotel. The hotel is near Walking Street and reasonably near the SM Mall, so there are plenty of options for entertainment and dining. I always felt safe in and around the property.

Hotel was good but the room I stayed in had issues with the Aircon. It wasn't cold but in fairness, receptionist got it resolved immediately and was willing to change my room the following day but thankfully the technicia mnanaged to resolve the issue.

Not as good as I remember

Pillows were too thick and uncomfortable. Rooms (especially the bathroom) was showing a few signs of age. Doors closing in corridor and other noise from within and outside the hotel can disturb the sleep. All chairs and furniture etc in rooms that can be moved should be fitted with soft pads on the feet/legs to prevent noisy scraping sounds to rooms below.

Beautiful room….very clean and tidy….. Food was beautiful and even though restaurant was very busy, still got served very quickly… Will definitely be back for another stay

Everything about the hotel was amazing, except the Wi-Fi in my room. Maybe the location of where I set my computer played into it, but the Wi-Fi was spotty and not strong.

Overall a great place to stay and my favorite when visiting due to its location, super friendly staff, rooftop bar and restaurant with live music on the weekends

At check-in, my initial room could not code the keys to work, i was noved to another room after 2-3 attempts. The next room had a very string odor, i was moved to a 3rd room. Upon entry of the 3rd room, it also had a slight odor coming from the bathroom. Maintenence was called and they simply covered the drain in the bathroom and sprayed a freshener.

I have stayed at this property many times and thisnisnthe forst time i have personally experienced roaches in my room. In the past my friends have reported them and itnis always inthe cheaper rooms on lower floors. Also, if you get one of the cheaper room's you do not even get free coffee in your room. I've never seen this amenity given only to more expensive rooms in a hotel. It's coffe for goodness sake

Stayed here multiple times in the Jaccuzi Suite. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only issues I have are: Room was a little bit dark Balcony had no lights Balcony has no city view as it just facing the wall of the next building under construction which is very close by. TV can only face the bed, would be better if the TV had a swivel mount so u can change the directions depending if u want to watch tv while relaxing on the sofa or on the bed. But overall still an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is in a convenient location for all the local attractions. However, some of the local area around the hotel is unattractive and can be a bit sketchy late at night.

I am an American, first time in the Philippines so I can’t compare to others in the area. This is my unbiased opinion! Staff and service were excellent really, rooms cleaned well daily and everything worked as far as ac and appliances. Pool was very nice and the restaurant has a good variety that’s decently tasty. Most everything is close and convenient locally. I feel it’s in a good location. Only gripe was sometimes waiting durations for hot water at the shower. Turn on and go watch some tv sometimes or would have in like 2 minutes, but always waiting. Overall experience was pleasant and looking around the area…it’s a good choice.

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for 2 x nights in an Executive Plus room...this was our third stay here and we really like this hotel. Hotel is in a central location, good for accessing nearby restaurants, bars and the famous walking street. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. For all meals we preferred to go elsewhere, but this was purely a personal choice and is no reflection on the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful…we would definitely stay here again and I recommend Central Park Tower Resort for couples and singles (you will be able to take a visitor to your room without drama).

Great service but hotel is starting to look old

This is my favorite hotel in Angeles because of its location and amenities. It has a great roof-top infinity pool and restaurant. Very convenient for meals and hanging out during the hot day in the pool. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The ladies at the front desk even remembered our names and greeted us by name every time they saw us. The hotel is starting to become dated and could use a touch up.

Central park tower is a great hotel to stay. The service is great, the staff is fantastic. My only issues are small. Only Saturday 24hour restaurant and room service, and shower not hot all the time. Wasn't cold when it wasn't hot but a cool warm. Other than that. Great place to stay. I will again
