The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any special needs that we had. The place itself is clean and very beautiful. Great location, near many restaurants (and Chabad). 10/10 recommend booking your stay here.

La suit con vista a la piscina tiene una cama grande y 3 colchones en el piso, lo reservé para 3 personas y el lugar en donde están los colchones no tiene aire acondicionado por lo tanto era insoportable estar ahí y la estancia no era para nada barata, pensé que por el precio el lugar sería mucho mejor pero lamentablemente me equivoqué.

good hotel for the price

priced about right for the location and quality

The pool was smaller in person than advertised. It was also empty (but it was also a Monday and the day before the new mandated curfew when I checked in). Also, it sucks that breakfast wasn't included (check "available" and "included" very carefully). But the hotel overall was nice. The room and bedding were nice and comfortable, but the bathroom layout, in my opinion, was an even better indicator that Cedros was, in fact, a luxury hotel. Overall, the stay was nice, except the music playing on the speakers was a bit loud (I doubt many people go to Ecuador looking forward to hearing Taylor Swift - and if I had a laugh emoji I'd use it). Also, it would've been a little convenient if the room had a small fridge, but that didn't take away from it. My only real issue was the location. I felt a tiny bit isolated from a lot of other more local food options, but that's because I'm used to staying in the central part of Guayaquil close to Iguana Park. I guess if you want a comfortable stay to get away from the noise and the hustle of Guayaquil, then Cedros Inn is perfect. The staff was great, too. They helped me get a taxi to the airport - and the day of the curfew, too. Thank you, Cedros.

Amazing , the receptionist was super helpful. She showed me how to keep our valuables in the safe and uograded my room free of charge.

I loved Cedros Inn. It is a cute little gem in the middle of a busy city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and spoke English. We liked the pool, my grandson really liked the pool. I would recommend this hotel.

The neighborhood was nice. There was easy access to bus routes. There are many nearby restaurants. The room we were in had a large window the looked over an interior walkway and downstairs meeting area with the bed in full sight. The window seemed wierd and unnecessary and needed the shade down to have any privacy. Maybe the window could be tinted or etched to allow light.

Nice building on a quiet street. The bed is comfortable. Smart TV. Good bathroom. Many nearby restaurants.

Nice enough. A bit out of the way. Room was good and generally clean but floors were a little dirty and room was missing some essentials (info, water). Staff was helpful and friendly. I was in an inner room and the hall music was running later than I would like.

ok stay

The room was confortable, the bathroom has ants in the sink and the shower leak water to the outside flooding the bathroom. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast was good, they serve it fast, it is fresh, and good price.

Clean, friendly, comfortable.

I went for a quick trip and the staff were very corteous, they assisted me with information and were very friendly. The pool is lovely and the whole feeling of the hotel is comfortable, the bedding is very nice, clean and is very well located.

Weekend stay

We needed to be the area where the hotel was and so it was ideally placed. It is a little way from the centre of the city and the attractions but the taxi cost us $4. The staff could not have beeen more helpful.

Beautiful Hotel!

This is great hotel. It might have been o the more expensive side but definitely worth every penny. The family loft was beautiful. It exceeded every expectation we had. The only negative thing if is that the pool is pretty small and parking is on the street. But the area looked safe and restaurants are only a walk away.

Very brief stay but....

We arrived late and had booked a room for one night but did not need any special facilities as we we were leaving very early the next morning. The rooi was very small but to be fair , the cost was modest. We returned to the same hotel a few days later and stayed in an executive suite - which was not very expensive - and it was very good. The lady on reception was very helpful - the bags we had left on the first visit had already been placed into our new room.

Whole I’m the wall. Very tight steps to go up to the “attic” where 3 twin beds are. No garbage can. No blankets only sheets I had to get extra if everything!

Compact and cozy

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful I had a problem with my reservations they solve my problems I was very happy with the service and their help , walking distance from restaurants and shops

Cedros Inn,

very good Hotel Staff, But they do not accept credit card, no breakfast included, no refrigerator in the room, No enough signs to get on the right address.

Great hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange private transportation to/from airport. Free wifi and water. They have items to help facilitate Shabbat-observant guests. The city of Guayaquil is sketchy but at least this hotel is very close to a well-lit main road.

Very clean comfy room great pool wonderful breakfast. Perfect first night in a new country.

Pleasent stay

The staff at the Cedros Inn were delightful and helpful. WE upgraded our room immediately once we got there. The rooms were small so we upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. Highly suggested. The hotel was clean and cute. The Neighborhood was good, we were close to everything there. The breakfast every morning was very filling and had a lot of options for only $8. Overall stay there was pleasant.

Excelente hotel. En buena ubicación. Como oportunidad de mejora es intentar tener un plan ante los zancudos en la noche en la zona de piscina.

Estimados Cedros Definire mi estadia con una sola palabra espectacular, todo estubo muy bien me gusto mucho la estadia y todo referente al lugar bien ubicado , felicito la atencion de la señorita de recepcion miuy amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa, su amabilidad fue increible definitivamente regresaremos, lo unico que no me agrado es que no tengan servicio de almuerzo o meriend, lo unico que ofrecen es jugos y el desayuno que no lo probe lamentablemente,de ahi todo perfecto, como recomendacion al señor gerente no contrate otro personal en recepcion sus chicas son muy amables

Los cedros INN me encantó

EL hotel cuenta con 13 habitaciones , unas de ellas en suite con un diseño exquisito. La gente que atiende tanto en recepción como en el restaurante es muy amable y cordial. Me brindaron un desayuno espectacular. La habitación que me tocó era de lo mas agradable , limpia , cama cómoda. La arquitectura del edificio preciosa y el patio interior con la piscina y sillas dormilonas espectaculares. Super recomendado . La zona de Urdesa lleno de lugares para comer , seguro .

Nice quiet hotel with everything near

Only stayed there for one night. The place is much different than usual. The decoration and the style is quite unique. The room was clean and the size was decent for one person. Wish I could have stayed another day to take advantage of the pool. The devise which holds the toilet paper was lose, and it looked like it was set up to be dropped on the first try. Other than that, I would rate it an 8.8 out of 10.

Hotel boutique en pleno Urdesa

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero la atención es excelente y el hotel es muy nuevo en buena ubicación.

Problemloses einchecken und bezahlen rund um die Uhr Rezeption besetzt und bewacht Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck für ein paar tage dort im Hotel unterstellen da wir auf rundtour waren Super frühstück mit frischem Obst und Gemüse und frischem Saft Und unbedingt zu erwähnen super sauber und alle super freundlich

Ruhiges Hotel mit modernem Ambiente

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig mit hübschem Innenhof und Miniswimmingpool. Leider mussten wir die erste Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer ausweichen, da unseres noch besetzt war. D. h. Am nächsten morgen nochmal umziehen. Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Empfehlung: Zimmer 106.

Reglas No Claras

En general bien, creo que los empleados se esforzaron por hacernos sentir bien a mi y a mi familia, pero hubo un incidente que no me gusto para nada y es que al llegar te dicen que todas las facilidades estan a tu disposicion pero al pedir usar una parrillera para hacer un asado se me condiciono a que solo la podia usar con productos que usan los judios ya que los dueños son Judios , pues a mi me parece absurdo que me condicionen ya que yo no profeso esa religion, deberian advertir esas condiciones cuando uno hace la reserva..
