Generally speaking, the stay was very good. Marian was an excellent host providing great information about the city and recommendations about places to eat and visit. My only suggestion is to make some renovations to the shared washroom. Other than that, it was a great choice to stay in Cordoba at a very low cost.

Patio Festival Weekend

Last minute reservation for 4 people. Not easy to find, but that’s the charm in Cordoba. Walking distance to all sites. Some outlets did not work, walls are very thin, needs a bit of updating. Patio was a plus. Made the mistake of leaving gym shorts hanging in window to dry and they were gone when we returned.

Nice & secure apartment

Ideally placed for all areas of Cordoba

The patio is situated close to the historic centre of the city, and once you get used to geography of the streets all areas of interest ( Mezquita, river, shops and restaurants) they are all within easy walking distance. The accommodation is clean and the bed is wonderful, large and mid-hardness, and the living area has a nice sofa in front of a good-sized tv. The bathroom is ok, a bit dated but serviceable, but not easy to get to in the dark! The outside patio to the rear is a mess, greenmould on the paving stones and not attractive at all, not really an area to relax in. You have to cross this to get to the kitchen, which in itself has all you need but as the ambient temperature in Cordoba was only around 10 degrees the kitchen was really cold and not conducive to spending any time there. The front patio is very pleasing to the eye, typical of the many patios that feature in the city, however our apartment was on the ground floor and our bedroom window was right next to the communal area, with little sound insulation both ways. We would probably stay there again and I would recommend it to friends but after sharing our overall thoughts.

Enjoyed our stay

Arrived early and nobody was there - which was fine as we were half and hour earlier than we said we would be. Rang Marian who hopped on his bike and was there in minutes to show us around. In a tiny alleyway tucked away it seemed a bit out of the way - boy were we wrong. Everything worth seeing was within minutes walk of the place. Restaurants and a supermarket are just a few minutes walk away. It's actually perfectly located. Rooms were large, good TV , good kitchen and a washing machine that came in handy. Loved it.

Large room, with private courtyard and kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for us. You need to arrange a specific time in advance to be let in to the hotel. We arrived half an hour late (our fault) and were locked out for a long time. The owner was quite grumpy when he arrived.

Great Value, Old World Charm

As far as I can tell, we were the only guests at this property during our one-night stay. This is a very lovely and beautiful property. Old yet charming. Small but comfortable. It has everything we needed. The host was helpful. It was like staying in a very traditional Spanish home. I would stay here again.

Nice Apartment in an Historic Part of Town

Situated just inside the historic jewish quarter of the old town, it is a 20 minute walk from the station which suited us because we always travel by train. You should let the hosts know your time of arrival, but being without wifi for a few days earlier we were unable to do this. A quick call to the phone number given at the apartment had the proprietor quickly cycling over to let us in and show us all the amenities The apartment, on the ground floor of a two story building, consisted of a sleeping area with a double bed, a lounge area with comfortable sofa, a bathroom/shower and toilet, a small inner courtyard across which was the kitchen area which had all the normal facilities including fridge, cooker and washing machine. Everything was clean and comfortable and the wifi connection consistently good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Acogedora y pintoresca casa en pleno centro

Acogedora casa con su típico patio cordobés ubicada en el centro histórico de la ciudad, ideal para moverse a pie. La casa está equipada con aire acondicionado y todo tipo de electrodomésticos y menaje del hogar para que puedas pasar una estancia larga y sentirte como en casa. La única pega es que al ser tan antigua, las ventanas no aíslan absolutamente nada del ruido del exterior.

tres bon accueil, appartement tres agreable et tres bien équipé, un peu etroit pour 4, surtout pour les repas mais ideal pour 2 et surtout tres bien situé, tres calme cordoba est une petite ville tres typique, on s,y rend surtout pour voir la misquita (gratuite de 8h30 à 9h30 cette ville fait partie d'un circuit : seville ; cordoue; grenade. Séjour tres agréable on peut assister à des spectacles de flamenco à 2 pas de l,appartement! excellent rapport qualité prix

prachtig authentiek gebouwtje, in stijl gelaten. Wel moeilijk te vinden met de auto, maar uiteindelijk wel gevonden en ook een parkeerplaats bij het hotel gekregen. We hadden een hartelijke en prettige ontvangst. Het is er ook heel stil. goed voor de nachtrust.

Excellent service: Marian a été parfait! Patio magnifique, laveuse fonctionnelle, lit à deux étages qui a ravi les filles, air climatisé parfaitement ajustable, lit confortable, à proximité de tout... Endroit tout simplement PARFAIT! Idéal pour une famille! :)

Maison arabe situé à quelques minutes de tout!

Maison arabe complète avec 4 chambres, cuisine, salle de bain, salle à manger et salon! Incroyable! Il s'agit de la surprise de tout notre voyage en Andalousie. La maison est situé à quelques minutes de marche de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter à Courdoue. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants. Excellente adresse pour les familles. Très fort rapport qualité prix! Il faut coordonner votre arrivé avec Marian qui vous chargera le prix à l'arrivée à moins d'avoir choisi de payer à l'avance. Pour les arrivées tardives après 8pm, une surcharge est appliquée tel que mentionné sur le site de réservation de Expedia.

Très calme et excellente situation géographique.

Cuisine bien équipée mais nous aurions apprécié des verres à vin pour le champagne pascal. Que ce serait magnifique si la petite terrasse était enjolivée par des planates et coquettement aménagée ! Je précise la petite terrasse de notre appartement. Autrement la terrasse principale est très jolie.

Les grands points forts c'est la taille (4 chambres), le charme du patio et surtout la localisation puisqu'à 10 minutes à pied de la Grande Mosquée. Malheureusement, un coup de propre aurait été nécessaire (moutons nombreux) et un coup de jeune dans certains cas pas supperflu (rideau de douche, isolation...)

Un angolo delizioso in posizione strategica. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio caldamente.
