TravellerI was disappointed with the check-in and check-out service. I received a towel, a soap, and a mini bottle of shampoo; when I told them that my reservation was for two people, I was questioned and in the end they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by giving me an extra towel.

Lovely hotel in the middle of everything. You are just a few steps away from the Plaza de Armas and tons of restaurants and shops. From beginning to end the staff was very friendly and warm to us. Always with a smile and ready to help. The rooms were very good sized, clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable as well and the sheets clean and soft too. The AC worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean and spacious as well. We only stayed one night but definitely a place that I will recommend for sure.

Nice and clean hotel. Very close to the central plaza. The staff was super friendly. One of the waiters, Diego, was awesome! My girlfriend was sick and he made her a special tea to help with the congestion. Super thoughtful! Heck, I would go back just because of him!

Hey it was hard to find. It looks like they me transitioning. Even in the maps app it was hard to find. And we had to leave our car in a parking lot and Pay someone to watch it overnight. Very frustrating in a busy part of town.

Interesting hotel, narrow but deep, very nicely decorated with interesting pictures and objects. Breakfast fair, not a great choice and things wrongly labelled. Bedroom carpet grimy. Good location for central sightseeing and restaurants. Desk staff willing but didn't speak much English.

El hotel es muy pequeño, no se ve fácilmente me demoré 30 minutos dando vueltas por las calles del centro de Trujillo, el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras y hay que caminar con las maletas terrible. Precios altos para lo que es :(

TravellerLa señal del internet es bien rápida en todo el hotel. Sin problema alguno por el celular puedo cargar vídeos de 1440p en Youtube. Falta A/C en los corredores que conectan a los cuartos. Y algún deodorizador en todos los ambientes porque el hotel huele a nada. Al menos en el ascensor dentro del cual también podría haber esa musiquita típica de fondo.

Traveller1. Inicialmente pretendía cobrarme el pago de impuestos sin entregarme el comprobante fiscal respectivo. 2. Ante el reclamo, que tengo documentado, me entregaron un comprobante fiscal. 3. El valor incluido en el comprobante fiscal entregado no incluye el valor total pagado al establecimiento. Porque me informaron que no incluye la comisión pagada a Expedia. La diferencia no facturada es de 16 dolares. Ahora tengo problemas con la solicitud de reembolso a la empresa.
TravellerEl hotel se encuentra en una zona muy próximas a la Plaza de Armas, llegamos a las 11:15 de la mañana y en unos 45 minutos nos dieron la habitacion 312. El personal de recepción normal. La habitación era amplia pero el baño muy pequeño. Tienen dispensadores de champú y gel ademas de otro para el lavabo, que por cierto estuvo los tres días caído y nadie lo puso de nuevo en la pared. Te ofrecen agua en la habitacion por un precio de 5 soles, en la calle 2,5. También en los 3 días que estuvimos dosde ellos tuvimos que pedir toallas para las manos, pues el chico que hacía nuestra planta se les olvidaba. Tampoco limpio la habitacion en los tres días que estuvimos ni vacío la papelera, solamente el baño. En toda la planta y en la habitación también existia un ruido que se se quito hasta el último día, que fue cuando nos quedamos sin luz desde la una de la madrugada hasta las cuatro. Ellos nos avisaron. El desayuno si quieres café de máquina tienes que pagar un suplemento. Desayuno muy normalito y su reposición muy lenta. La proxims vez cambiaré de hotel.

O Hotel Casa Andina de Trujillo é excelente e tem uma ótima localização, praticamente ao lado da plaza de armas. É muito confortável e com um ótimo atendimento. Os quartos são excelentes e muito limpos. O chuveiro é ótimo e com água quente abundante. O café da manhã é muito bom e opções variadas. Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Casa Andina de Trujillo.
