The staff was pleasant and nice.

Poor service form staffs, they don’t clean and the rooms are not in good shape. Toilet is worse and water isn’t well supplied. I had a terrible experience there.

Budget is best

This isn't a high or medium end accommodation, it's "you get what you pay for". I personally loved the quietness and friendly service. Bed, TV, fridge, cold shower only and ceiling fan or Aircon box. For the price, I got more than paid for.

The check-in was not as easy as it should have been. The surrounding areas were noisy. Lots of cars passing nearby.

It was quiet but i think they should reduce the time between the breakfast to dinner and offer something at midday to eat

When I arrived, late at night they told me that they do not have rooms available. They told me that I have to look for other hotel at that hour 😕

I would have stayed at the hotel if the walls were painted and the bathroom looked better. Optics is everything when sleeping in hotels. The sit-in patio looked awesome to chat all night with friends and family.

The staff didn't clean my room or change my bed sheets for the whole 7 nights i spent there.

I WOULDN'T STAY THERE FOR FREE

I landed in Santo Domingo and my Airbnb host went MIA saying she was in Santiago although she knew I was coming. I spent over 6 hours at the airport fighting with Airbnb over the phone to find me a solution. Airbnb Corporate let me down so looking for a quick temporary solution until I could figure something out, I picked this cheap hotel just to get out of the airport. It was a BIG MISTAKE. When I got there the minute I saw the room I wanted to leave and I would have if I weren't so exhausted from the trip. The place is DILAPIDATED and in my opinion needs TOTAL RENOVATION. For free I wouldn't stay there. The question is not even what's wrong with this place but rather what is not. Everything or nearly everything needs replacing. Broken toilet, running water everywhere, old broken shower with barely any water coming out, etc. The clerk was nice but I had to confront her about the place not looking like anything in the pictures on the website and she admitted that those are old pictures. Anyway I would not recommend this hotel unless you are DESPERATE and have no other options regardless of price.

This hotel provides a good value. It's not fancy, but the price reflects this. It's in a good location and the staff are welcoming and attentive.

Too many guest smoking infront your face. There was no hot water shower.

I arrived at the Carribean hotel and was told to wait. 15 minutes later, we leave the hotel and walk about 4 blocks to the Hotel Rancer. No one spoke english, so I do not know why I was housed there, nor did I book a single room. I paid for 2 queens and received 1 double. Do not stay at the Hotel Rancer or Carribean unless you want to play musical hotels

No room in the hotel I booked. They sent me to an associated hotel near by. It wasn't nice but for a night bearable.

No había una habitación libre

El recepcionista no encontró nuestra reserva. Se la habían dado a otra persona. Lo único positivo de la estancia fue que recepcionista muy amablemente nos llevó a otro hotel con su propio vehículo. No tuvimos que pagar otro, nos refirieron ellos mismos.

Nada me gustó.. mala atención, habitaciones no en buen estado, Y baño peor.. Deberían preocuparse por reparar dichas instalaciones.🙃

Cuando llame me dijeron que no habia habitación disponibñe. No pude cancelar y perdi mi dinero.
