Excellent service and location
Fantastic and clean room in a brilliant location. Roof top pool was perfect after a day walking in the heat. Staff and amenity is first class.
Loved the location, close to nightlife
Great location close to Chinatown and several MRT stations. Super clean and roof top pool was great
Highly recommended
Great hotel, friendly staff, clean and neat rooms, central location and 10/10 buffet breakfast. Highly recommend for a stay in Singapore
Clean and modern
Great staff. Friendly and courteous. Moss Cross restaurant is fantastic for breakfast and dinner. Lots of dining options near and around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is great for me as a business traveler. Would highly recommend.
Location is good, but not a 5 star hotel
As stated above the hotel calls it self a 5* hotel. Which it is not. More like a 3.5*. Just because it is new doesn't mean it is 5*. The beds are comfortable. Small fridge was handy. Plus water purification was excellent to have. But a few small quirks that change my mind about staying again. When you leave and come back all the lights turn on in the room. Plus the AC unit sets the temp at 24C. So when you get back from being hot a sweaty all day you don't get a chance to cool off. And the TV comes on loud. One hook in the room. Luggage holder that will barely hold a small carry on. The toilet had a hard time with flushing also. The location is in a small strip of clubs and restaurants. We didn't find it noisy as we were on the opposite side. Also you can get from the Chinatown MRT station without getting wet
Enjoyable place to stay. Super convenient to shops and restaurants (especially Hawker centers). Great walking area. Would stay here again.
The location was perfect. Close to MRT and many food choices.
Excellent location near Chinatown. Nicely furnished room.
Nearby dining options
Excellent property. Modern clean and quiet. Very convenient to MRT and Chinatown. We greatly enjoyed our 3 night stay.
Excellent hotel and in a great location. Easy to walk to multiple hawker centers as well as day, street, and traditional wet markets. Close to bus and light rail transportation.
What a gem of a hotel! Located within minutes of the Chinatown MRT station, this hotel has all the amenities that a leisure traveler needs, including a rooftop pool, fitness center & sauna in the change room. The rooms a spacious, with a kitchenette that include a fridge, microwave & all dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils - for 2) as well as a kettle & Nespresso coffee maker. The location is walkable to the Marina Bay & Gardens of the Bay, as well as all the nearby Hawker Centers. To venture further out, just hop on the top notch MRT that will get you anywhere you want to go in Singapore. We'll be returning here on our trips to Singapore for the foreseeable future...
Staff very friendly... and we'll definitely recommend it to friends and family membres
Enjoyed my stay there. It is really close to Chinatown which is the best one I have seen in my travels. I walked everywhere from that location and would stay again. Loved the rooftop pool with laundry machine access! Staff very friendly and quality of the room was very good!
A well appointed hotel with friendly and efficient staff, located in a highly convenient location to walk to Chinatown, MBS, MRT stops and much more. Would recommend anyone to stay here and will be back myself at some point in the future.
Thoughtfully designed, comfortable and conveniently located between Chinatown and the financial district.
Love the location and one of the Hawker centres is nearby.
Great Stay
Great location, walkable to all attractions Nice rooms, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet could be a little better but it served the purpose. Terrific concierge people they have been very helpful to us.
No Bar
Far from a 5 Star by European standards
Definitely not a 5 star by European standards and very expensive for what it was … but Singapore is very expensive! Concierge didn’t help with our bags on arrival and receptionist wasn’t very friendly, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. 8 sunloungers by the pool for the whole hotel and zero room for more!
Very centraly located, surrounded by restaurants, close to everything within walking distance
Wonderful stay, clean and friendly staff! Only thing we could have used was a hair dryer in the room.
Nice clean modern room and great roof top pool.
Power cut to property.
We arrived at the hotel late to check in to be told the power would be off for 6 hours overnight. This meant emergency lighting would be in force, no air conditioning available, facilities unavailable, which caused us quite a hindrance. The receptionist was very apologetic, but said they have to do this once annually and we were unfortunate is was during our stay.
Decent but not 5-star
The Capri hotel is pretty much a standard no frills type of hotel. Not entirely sure why it’s 5-star hotel. The pool was crowded. However the wet sauna in the men’s room was a nice perk.
Facilities are simple but sufficient and functionable at room, wash vasin, open vanity counter
The hotel is in good location, clean and new. Room is spacious, clean, new, with all needed facilities. Staff are very nice and helpful with smiles. This hotel will be the first choice of my next visit to SG ♥️
Excellent value for money, well located, good rooms, with easy pick up for taxis.
Very clean and in good area for shopping & dining
Hotel restaurant was top notch!
Clean room. Quiet hotel. Having laundry facilities was convenient, with a fee ($10 wash load, $5 dryer load). Bathroom design a bit odd, with sink & vanity part of the bedroom. Kitchenette & filtered water was a plus. Would recommend. Walking distance to Lau Pa Sat & Maxwell Food Centers. Also close to Chinatown & Telok Ayer MRT.
Not a 5-star hotel
I think the most important feature of a hotel is to provide a traveler a place to rest after a long journey. The check in experience I had here was definitely one of the worst ones I have ever had. 1. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to check me in. Only two monitors for self check in. It asks for reservation number to proceed. However, Hotel.com didn’t give me a reservation number. All I got was a Hotel.com’s itinerary number. Luckily, I have internet service on my phone so I had to contact Hotel.com. It took me about 25 minutes to finally get my room card. 2. After I got to my room, I went through all messages I received for this booking, sure enough it says “hotel staff will greet guests on arrival.” There was nothing about no one at the lobby and you need a reservation number to check in. Hotel.com wouldn’t know this situation if Capri didn’t tell them and offer to provide the critical reservation number to anyone made a reservation. 3. If I didn’t have internet service on my phone, I would have no way to get in. The hotel WiFi requires a code that you probably get after you check in. When I checked in, the machine was out of paper, so I didn’t get any information or instructions about the WiFi code. I think this hotel relies too much on technology and forgot about the real function of a hotel. I can’t imagine that I am the only guest booked this hotel without given a reservation number or self check in instructions. They need to at least offer free WiFi at t
Could not be happier to have selected Capri. We spent 3 nights, enjoyed the spacious and s functional bedroom. Superb choice.
Very nice place to stay. Close to everything we needed, including the MRT.
Great Aparthotel
Beautiful building with really helpful staff and great facilities.lovely rooftop pool and well equipped gym. Access to the Den was a great bonus. Would be happy to stay again.
Lovely hotel in great location. Rooms and beds very comfortable with good facilities. Rooftop pool added bonus. Would stay again
great place to stay, lots of stuff around walking distance
Good amenities and great location
Nice hotel. But was let down by a very nasty smell in the shower (made it unusable without retching). Tried to get them to fix it but they didn’t sort it out.
The hotel is conveniently situated in Chinatown, within walking distance of numerous dining and shopping options. Check-in was relatively quick, though the agent did not mention or provide me with access to the lounge/Den until I inquired about it. I was the only guest in the lounge, which offered complimentary food and drinks. The guest room was modern and comfortable, featuring a well-designed work desk.
Nice hotel, good shower bed and WIFI.
Nice location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff
The staff, especially the front desk/bell hop was extremely friendly and helpful. My only feedback is the bathroom in our hotel room had a faint smell, like sewage. Nothing horrible but it was present. Otherwise, for the price point it was a good stay.
A Well located property in the heart of Chinatown. Close to MRT, although we used local taxis, which were organised by the friendly concierge, daily. On first arrival to your room (especially after a long haul flight) you might think where is the free bottled water, that you are used to in other hotels, this one has endless purified water from a drinking tap. Friendly reception staff, ultra modern. Perfect location for transport to Marina bay sands, Universal studios and the Airport. A taxi to Marina Bay, will cost approximately £8, so for 2, that excellent value. Local restaurants charge around £10 for a main course and a beer will cost around £6, depending on where you drink.
The hotel is very good, both in location and services. I will come back when I go to Singapore again
Everything are good, only the box tissue in room material are not so good, hope that it can be change to some brand name like Kennex or Royale.
It is so close to the places what we want to visit.
Excellent!
Excellent stay, room, service and location. Close to Singapore attractions.🤗
It's a very nice hotel, but they have construction on the access area, so it was a little difficult to take a taxi or Uber. It's very convenient if you don't need a car. Best if you are within walkable distance.
Good choice for a one night stop over Mrt from airport to china town and you are walking distance to most places
Front desk was helpful
Great staff, great locations.
Noisy lounge
Overall the hotel is good and well located. What really got me angry is the lounge. I bought an executive room to have access to the lounge. Unfortunately I went there twice and each time the staff (two different guys) were not doing their job, but instead were making calls to India on their mobile phone loud speaker… This is already not acceptable when guest are doing that, but when it’s the staff, it really is making me angry. Once for all Speakers on mobile phone, whether for video, music or calls is NOT ok.
We were given a room that was already occupied by someone else. We opened the door and surprised the occupants in the room. This was very unpleasant and could be dangerous. Not sure how this could have happened? Hotel apologized and we were upgraded ti another room. Shower tub poorly designed with inadequate coverage to prevent water from flowing to the floor. Somewhat disappointed.
Best thing is the location. Not too sure Abt how the toilet is set up.
Very nice and good location.
Good service overall.
.
Great
Hotel is great. One gripe - the elevators.. really slow, and sometimes someone else’s button press overrides yours even though you pressed first. Sounds petty, but you can spend a short while whizzing past your floor on the way up, and then past it again on the way down. Just really annoying.
Great location. Walking distance to all main attractions. Modern room with all that you need.
We spent four excellent nights at the Capri. It was very pleasing with both the cleanliness and the facility in general I did have one minor challenge in the fact that there are no ice machines in the hallways and the only ice available was with a $3.50 for a bucket of ice at the bar. Very unusual by North American standards.
The property was clean and the staff were great. The location was walkable to everything including many restaurants that can be accessed indoor. I had 2 problems with this property. The vanity sink drains extremely loud into the shower drain for a few minutes after use. The toilet and shower are each in individual 3ft x 3ft glass enclosures with auto closing hinges, and the vanity is outside of both (like an open island facing the bed). There was a sign advising that we should handle the glass doors to toilet and shower gently and to not hang coat hangers on the handles because it will cause breakage. If the glass is broken a fee would be charged to repair it. I felt stressed just using the glass doors. I kept holding it to close slowly to ensure that the autoclose does not cause breakage. I was worried that if a coat hanger can break it, then it may not be tempered glass. Being in a strange country, I was unsure as to what would be the cost of repair and if I can afford it. Beyond this the hotel was good.
Staff
The CarPark is not included.

Everyone was so nice and the rooms were comfortable. Chinatown right around the corner. Great Location.
Spent five nights at the Capri by Fraser China square. Staff was on top of my every need. Service was excellent. 20 minute walk to Marina Bay Sands entrance. 4 minute walk to the nearest MRT station. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Singapore
Excellent
Really nice experience all the way through. Staff were efficient and friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
Modern, clean and perfect location. Just go for it.
Good hotel, only used it during breakfast and dinner as I was spending my days watching Formula 1. Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Only point to note is the reception is on the 2nd floor. Other than that great place.
Would stay again!
Great hotel! Well located very close to china town, great public transport links, very clean and lovely staff. Only downside was no room service/things available later on in the evening - wanted a soft drink but no in-hotel options to buy.
Great place with beautiful rooms. Bed was very comfortable.
Great hotel. Good location, next to transportarion, dining areas. Great price.
Very clean and modern
Nice average hotel. No bar, food or shelter near pool. No bacon at breakfast. A bit sterile. Staff great.
Hotel was very convenient to shops and dining around, they cleaned our room everyday, staff was friendly. Laundry facilities were available but washing cost $10, drying $5, I thought it was too much. Overall experience was great, we would stay at the same hotel again.
The room is large and comfortable. Unusual for Asia, you can leave the a/c on while you're gone. We bumped it up to be conscientious, but it was nice to come back to a tolerable room temperature. My only complaint would be breakfast prices. $45 for a breakfast? Are you kidding me? I ate elsewhere
Close to subway and China town.
Everything is fine except for one defect , the shower water flow is too weak.
Very good location for nice food and close to city center
Great location to china town and the train station to sight see all over Singapore. Clean and friendly hotel. Would def recommend to anyone to stay at the Capris.
Great experience. Clean and centrally located.
Clean and accessible to most amenities
This is my second time staying at the property. One less worry is that you don't need an umbrella when it rains. You can still go out to eat at the hawker stall and shop at the shopping centre.
Great
A lovely property, very clean rooms. Didn’t appreciate the expectation that 2 adults plus a 16yr-old child would stay in 1 bed together, and the additional cost upon arrival of a roll-away bed.
Nice clean hotel with good services
A gem in a great location
A really lively hotel in a great position to access the city. Really pleased with our choice. The rooftop pool was a welcome addition after a day sightseeing.
We arrived on an early morning flight & our room was made up very quickly & ready well before formal check-in times. Staff were always so friendly, especially Roy on the concierge desk. Our room was great, loved the location and the rooftop pyooool was fantastic. We're going to make it our homeward bound, stop-over, every year from now on.
Excellent
It’s an excellent hotel, and may upgraded your room, as they did with me.
great hotel, with great service, breakfast was very ordinary, food was not even warm in the Bain-marie and pasties were stale
Great location
Great hotel close to MRT, Chinatown and Clark Quay. With rooftop pool, handy gym and laundry facilities, this will be a hotel I return to next time in Singapore.
This place is walkable distance to most hawkers eating area.
Great hotel
Very comfortable in a convenient location
Location location
Loved that the rooms had a microwave! The room felt quite roomy for the size. Bed was ok, pillows got a bit too flat. The only real downside was the shower had a horrible drain smell. Amazing breakfast variety if you don't mind the price tag.

Beautifully curated and meticulously clean. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff was perfect. The area around the hotel was walkable and offered endless dining and drinking options. Absolutely consider this location for your Singapore stay.
