This hotel is very nice and offers exceptional hospitality. The service is rated 10 out of 10.

Staff was very helpful in calling for taxis. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Initially when we checked in, the air con had a funky, musty odor, which after a few hours went away. Rooms were a little small for American type folks. For the price, it was a good deal!

Close to Omiya station, many dining and shopping opportunities. Easy to get to Tokyo and surrounding areas.

Pretty good being about 1 hour away from central Tokyo, Omiya station is pretty big with lots of food and shopping but much less crowded than central Tokyo.

They do not have Laundry services. Restaurant was full most of time (long cues). In Omiya (major bullet train stop in Saitama). Very poor quality.

I absolutely loved my room! It was small, but very nice; it had a great view and the room was just beautiful! A kind of old-school cool that made me feel like a visiting millionaire. Check in was easy, and it being so close to Omiya Station made continued travel quite convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly and I liked how large the room was.

The onsen makes this place worth the cost

Luxurious, with very comfy pjs provided and everything. Option for roof spa use and a beautiful banquet buffet for breakfast for those staying longer. Will definitely be seeking out more Candeo hotel properties next time I am in Japan.

Nice place.

I’ve stayed at Candeo Omiya several times now and always enjoy my stay there. The rooms are comfortable, staff and friendly and helpful and then rooftop onsen is always a reward at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Tattoos are ok if covered. There’s plenty of convenience stores, shops and department stores very close by and the station is only a few minutes walk away.

Good, modern hotel. Great service most of the time. Clean, just some stains on the hallway carpet and scuff marks on the walls.

Enjoyed my nights stay at this hotel. It was nice and clean. Has a laundry facility to clean up your luggage. Great place to refresh before my next journey.

Great service, nice amenities, very clean, modern design. Breakfast was on the expensive side but delicious with many different options. Only downside was that Omiya isn’t necessarily an exciting location

Great staff and amazingly quiet in the room. No noise, even though the place was sold out when I stayed. Great rooftop bath!

Walkable distance from Omiya JR station. The area around the hotel does not have much local selections in terms of breakfast and dining options, unless one would to go into the train station.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now (including as a leader of hiking groups) and this stay was the only negative experience. I rang reception early in the morning and asked if I could have a late check out of 4pm but was told I could only stay until 1pm. At no time was I advised that for staying an extra 2 hours (check out is 11) that I’d have to pay. When I surrendered my room key I was charged Y4400. Given my frequency of staying and the fact I wasn’t advised there would be a charge I’m disappointed and will be wary should I choose to stay here again.

Everything was great! Although there is no on site parking there are plenty of public parking around the area. Convenient for grocery and dining

I’ve stayed 3 times and will definitely stay again. Modern and clean. The public baths are lovely, especially the outdoor one. I have to cover my tattoos but that’s ok. I feel very relaxed when I stay here and it’s very close to Omiya station, Sogo Department store and a couple of convenience stores on the same block.

The location was very convenient! The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning in the hallways was a little cold and the onsen area was always busy and crowded. I would stay here again for sure.

大宮の飲み屋街からは少し距離があるところなので、落ち着いた感じ。 今回はさいたまスーパーアリーナでのライブ参加のための利用だったので、会場まで歩いて行けてとても良かった。クリスマスのお買い物と土日とライブが重なり、アリーナ周辺が大渋滞。歩いていけるのは時間を読める。 ホテルとしては可もなく不可もなく。もともと何度も飲みに行っている大宮なので、必要十分なホテルを選べたかなという印象です。

客室も綺麗で良かったです！

お部屋の広さ 清潔感 フロント含めスタッフのサービスは良好でした。最上階のスパも快適に利用できました。 電子レンジを隔階でも良いので設置してほしい。 (14階の一台は 機能に問題があり、あたために時間がかかりました)

大浴場あり、アメニティは自分で必要な物を持って行く、チェックアウトはカギをBOXに入れるだけ等ビジネスホテルと同じだが、普通のビジネスホテルよりワンランク上といった印象。 値段だけ立派で内容が大したことがない朝食ものホテルもあるが、このホテルは満足出来る種類がラインナップされていました。

清潔な部屋やお風呂で気持ち良く過ごせました。3,000円の朝食なので、もう少し充実させてほしかったです。

綺麗なホテルでよかったです。 ただ大浴場の脱衣所が少し狭く混みあう時間は窮屈に感じました。

子連れ6人でクイーンベッドの部屋を2部屋予約しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預けて出かけ戻ってチェックインしたところ、荷物は部屋に届けてあるとの事で親切だなぁと喜んでいたのですが、ルームキーを貰ったところ7階と8階の部屋でした。幼児に部屋の行き来をさせる事が出来ずすごく不便でした。なぜ7階と8階なのか同じ仕様の部屋が無いならその旨知らせていただきたかったです。

部屋から新幹線が見えて子供が喜んでました！ スパもよかったです。スパはタオル設置希望。それか部屋からタオルの移動用の袋を置いて欲しい。スパ内に物置台もあって欲しかったです。他の方も置き場に困ってました。あと館内着がめちゃめちゃ良かったです。

駐車場の車しか見えない部屋、エレベーター乗ったら各駅停車並に押されてるボタン、ホテルのスタッフであろう人も乗っていたのに対応も代謝も無し

全体的に良かった。 チェックイン時にフロントが混雑し、かなりの時間を待ったので、そこが残念でした。 3連休で宿泊客が多かったので仕方がないが、お風呂も混雑していた。部屋以外ではあまりゆっくりできなかった。

露天風呂でもう少し、景色がはっきり見えると、言うことないです。

水回りのお掃除状況が少し残念でした　設備自体は新しくて満足です

新しい施設で設備もとても良いのですが、人員不足？なのか水回りのお掃除（部屋のユニットバス、大浴場）がいきわたってない事が残念でした。

駅周辺には飲食店がたくさんあるが，ホテル周辺には少ない。コンビニが近くにあったのはとても便利だった。 露天風呂や館内サービスは最高だった。

清潔、静寂、居心地良い。 整ってました。

ゆったりとした部屋　ベッドが固めでぐっすり眠れました 空が見える最上階のお風呂も良かったです

総合的にとてもよかったです。 子供用のガウンが用意されていれば、尚よかったと思います。

スタッフの対応が少し良くなかったと思います。

朝食は、そこそこ美味しかったです。

大学時代の女子4人組で、ゆっくりホテルライフを楽しむことができました。 スパもあるので、早めにチェックインして明るい景色を楽しみながらリラックスして入浴も！朝も入浴してから、美味しい朝食をいただきました。また、次回もここで！と、約束しました。

今回は台風で静岡旅行に行けなくなり、急遽こちらに宿泊する事になりました。3室予約したら、隣同士にしてくださり、小さい子どもがいるからか2階の部屋だったので助かりました！お風呂も広く、子ども達も喜んでいました！ 朝ご飯のブュッフェもどれも美味しく、特に食パンがすごく美味しかったです！販売していたら、買いたいくらいでした！

スタッフの方の清潔感や接客の仕方がもう少し良ければ満点に近かったと思います。 チェックイン直後に聞きたいことがありフロントに2度ほど電話をかけましたが、2回とも出てくれず。少し残念でした。 それ以外のお風呂やシャンプーやトリートメントもよかったし、施設自体の清潔感もあったと思います。

LIVEで利用しました。大きなお風呂は他のお客様でいっぱいでしたが、気持ち良かったです。

ゴミゴミしてなく清潔感あるホテル他のカンデオと比べるとかなり◎です。お風呂も広く掃除が行き届いてました。ただ、2階の208号でWi-Fiがきてないのと、スタッフコールの電話が使えませんでした。それだけは直しておいて下さい。 また、利用します。

チェックインもスムーズだったのでよかったです。駐車場もタイミングよく入れたので満足でした。宿泊割引とかあったら尚嬉しいです。

全体のホテルとしてのデザイン性の高さとポリシーを感じます。それがスタッフにも反映されており共感を得ます。可能であれば連泊したい、そう思わせる。

スカイスパ、年齢制限つけてほしい。

カンデオは何回か利用をしていますが、今回お盆時期だったからか、子連れ客が多かった。それは仕方ないことだけれど、スカイスパを利用中、急にホテルスタッフが入ってきて「緊張清掃になるから出てください」と言われました。 湯船に汚物が入ってしまったから清掃が必要なようでした。そういえば赤ちゃん…更衣室にいたなぁ…と思いながらもその時は急ぎ着替えて部屋に戻りました。しかしその後２時間使えないと知り、その日はもう寝たかったので諦めて部屋のシャワーを使いました。 楽しみにしていたスカイスパ。台無しの夜でした。 赤ちゃんや子供には申し訳ないですが、自身で排泄コントロールできるようになるまではお部屋のお風呂にしてほしい。 でないと関係ない他客や施設側が迷惑被ることになりますよ。

残念でした。

フロントスタッフが受付を行う場所が2箇所しか無いことと、フロントが13階にある所に不便さを感じました。また大浴場の脱衣所が非常に狭かったです。 最後に一番楽しみにしていた朝食の待ち時間があれ程長いホテルは初めてでした。出発時間が予定していた時間より遅くなってしまいました。

最上階にスカイスパがあって良かったです(^^)ゆっくり疲れを癒しました。部屋も掃除が行き届いており良かったです。また利用させていただきます

大宮駅が近くてとてもよかった。 フロント？エントランス？にあるトイレが汚くて残念でした。部屋のトイレはキレイでしたし、もちろん部屋自体もキレイでした。最上階のお風呂も良かったです。

駅前にあり、駐車場は1階にあるため、便利です。13階がフロントのため、チェックアウトも1階のボックスに返却するだけでした。14階の大浴場は、露天風呂やサウナもあり、とても良かったです。パジャマも子供用にSSサイズを準備して頂き助かりました

朝食を6時30分に予約していたが、人数がいっぱいで入れないと断られた。人数確認してから事前予約すればいいのにと思いました。

ベッドヘッドの棚部分に埃　ベッドメイク後に再度拭けば良いと思います　全体的にはとても満足です

朝食付の宿泊でした。朝食はとても美味しかったです。 従業員の方は日本人ではない方が多い印象でしたが、日本語で感じが良く丁寧な接客でした。 上階の浴場も問題なく使用できて機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
