Had a restful stay!

cleaning lady entered my room and was wondering around it while i have do not disturb sign on and i havent checked out yet, not sure if she was digging thru my stuff. wasnt impressed.

The room was very warm and spacious. Like the fridge/freezer.

Rooms were freezing cold.

Rooms cleaned everyday, new towels and wash rags everyday.

Terrible internet service called the front desk multiple times and was told that wireless internet can’t be used for laptop computer also said I was the only one complaining when I talked to other people staying they also said they had complained about internet connection. Hot water is hit and miss when using the shower as well

Been here before, will be back again. Feels the room has been freshened up since last time we were here. We appreciate the price.

Easy ground level access to room and they were large.

The stay was as expected for a very affordable motel. We were looking for the cheapest local motel to have a bed to sleep in while visiting family in town. It was decently clean though there wasnt much for breakfast it was still nice to have.

This property had so many good reviews, but I wasnt impressed. The place was dieryy. During our 4 night stay we had acleaner in once, and she did the bed, but didnt even vacuum up the crumbs nor cleaned the bathroom. The room was extremely hot, and the AC was just a fan in a hole on the wall where you could see the street. The breakfast is a joke. They had apple (1!), bagels and individual jams. That's it. Nothing else. Zero selection. No eggs, no fruit, no sandwich meat. Also the property is just next to a very sketchy gas station full of homeless people, and a strip club. Overall, if you need a place to stay at least there are stores accross the street so that helps, but rhis properly has a lot to improve

Solid 3 star hotel. Reasonably priced, Clean rooms and beds. Pillows not the best but not a huge deal. Bathrooms outdated. Would stay again however.

I’m not real picky when it comes to hotels, but we couldn’t actually stay at this place. I have two in my family who are allergic to cigarette smoke. The smell in the room was so overpowering that we couldn’t even be in the room. We checked out immediately and decided to drive 5 hours home instead. Lost the money because it was an online purchase but it wasn’t worth it to suffer a whole night of misery.

Clean and good price for weekend travel stay

The rooms were run down, cleaning staff came by at 8:00 am when we were sleeping and never returned to clean the room. Front staff were not friendly.

Christmas shopping

We were Christmas shopping, the staff were friendly, helpful and enjoy the warm weather for this time of year. Stayed here before, the friendly, quiet place. We really enjoyed our time there.

I like the convenience and the price

Over all it was just “okay”. Worn down is a good description of everything though it seemed clean. Poor poor wifi (basically couldn’t use it). Friendly day staff, so so might staff. Breakfast was decent though limited.

Check in and check out was great. Continental breakfast was very good as well. Older room but fairly clean and decent bed.

The receptionist were extremely helpful! Had a problem connecting to the wifi and was fixed in a few minutes. Great job. The room has everything we might need and there is a free breakfast. Parking is just right outside our room. We will stay again here.

No night shift

No night shift person ment that there was no one to check me in in the middle of the night when I arrived. I had to wait until 5 am for staff to arrive. A long day of traveling was made even longer.

5 Star bed bug campout

People be dont have anyone "from outside" can to your room. Like the pizza guy more then once when you stay at this 5 Star run down dive. Or the next time they wont rent you a room.

Liked having a larger fridge and spacious room. Didn’t like hearing the cleaning cart at 7 am. Also door handle was hard to open.

Awesome service, friendly staff

The price was right and the location was good for shopping and dining. However, the room itself needed some work. The door looked like it had been kicked in and was patched up but there was quite a gap around the door latch and lock. The flooring was carpeting and could be upgraded. Laminate or vinyl would be a better choice for the floor. The bathroom light fixture was wanting to fall off the wall. Overall, the room would benefit from a redo. The bed was clean, newer and comfortable, a plus for sure.

It meets the standards of a motel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the price was right, and they offered breakfast.

Bed is very hard

The wifi in the room is so weak especially the upstairs rooms in the corner, my cellphone has no wifi most the time when I stay therealso the heater is so low.

Garbage

I booked two nights got into the room and was happy at first sight until I sat on the bed and it was rock hard. Then I connected to the wifi and it was the worst connection I’ve ever used so I just used my LTE all night. I went to have a shower and the tub was disgusting so I couldn’t shower for that night. Slept in the bed and woke up hurting went to work and as soon as I got back I took a loss on money for the second night and just checked out to go to a different hotel which was the best decision I could’ve made. Avoid this place the price is good but not worth it if your staying more then one night.

Happy and returning

Have been a regular twice a year customer. Reasonably priced, and all that we need. Only glitch this time was the wi-fi. Should be rectified by next time. No issue going back.

The office is closed at awkward times! You can't control the heat in your room and will almost sweat to death! The desk calls after 11pm the night before checking out to confirm your checking out! Tbe bed is so uncomfortable, if the floors were cleaner, I would have slept there instead!
